Therefore, based on the ethnography carried out in the Judicial Center for Conflict Resolution and Civic Rights ??? CEJUSC Manaus Advanced Pole, has sought to weave a critical reading about the movement designated as humanization of Justice and conciliatory technologies, as well as to highlight the discursive constructions and representations about the shared families by agents and the subjects whom demand the services of the judiciary. Being between family conflicts and consensual resolutions, it made possible to apprehend both relational and complementary (although not uniform) of official discourses, agents' practices and ways of families??? functioning, as well as the controversial meanings about family experiences and official proposals for the resolution of their conflicts. The issues such as reconciliation, rapport, nonviolent communication, emotional environment, sensitivity, traumas, parental alienation, among others categories discussed in this study, have been evidenced the psychological bias that has feeding the new bio-policies and technologies aimed at managing family conflicts in the judiciary. Thus, without denying itself from its judicializing logic, the Justice system acquires a new outfit more sensitive to emotional issues, with multi-specialized professionals, including a range of new "rights" and, above all, with a distinct way of operating. In short, the experiences in the field allowed to ethnograph family conflicts and realize logics, rhetoric, meanings, and representations present in policies and technologies built and operated daily by both agents and families to account for the conflicts that arrives at the judiciary, bringing to the surface the complexity, effects and developments of new models and interventions that are capillarized in the social field in uncritically and that are considered as innovative tools humanized and able to help families.
