Purpose of the study: The relevance of the article is due to the rethinking of employment by students and the emergence of new forms of income, due to the emergence of Internet resources. Today, more and more people are revising their work schedules, switching to freelancing or so-called free employment, reducing working hours. In this regard, this article is aimed at studying students' ideas about the lifestyle of downshifters in an urban environment. Methodology: As a research methodology, a qualitative approach was applied using ethnographic strategies to dive into the world of everyday practices of informants and better understand how their daily lives are structured, which is especially important when studying ideas about lifestyle. A detailed description of the ideas about individual everyday practices allows us to identify the type in a social phenomenon. Method of information gathering-in-depth interview, which allows determining the main motives and beliefs of informants. Results: The article revealed that in the view of the majority of students, downshifters are satisfied with their lifestyle; travel a lot; have a low civil position, mainly carry out their household activities in solitude and are not married. It is shown that work for downshifters, in the view of students, should be enjoyable, and if this is not possible for any reason, it is fair for them to do work that does not lead to emotional and physical exhaustion. In the students' views, five groups of downshifters were identified: those who left well paid but stressful work; having the ability to work remotely; devoting more time to personal development; peaked careers and decided to change the profile of activity; transformed their hobby into a profession. The study relevance: The present stage of education development is characterized by the development of ecological consciousness of young people which becomes more and more important and relevant. Particularly, the development of ecological intention as a structural component of ecological consciousness is of particular importance. The purpose of the study: based on the study of theoretical and methodological foundations and approaches in understanding the specifics of the individual’s ecological consciousness development, to identify the features of the development of ecological intentions of students for sustainable development of Man and Nature. The study methods: the leading method for the study of this problem is the experimental method. Within the study of the environmental intentions of students, we used an experiment with students of various faculties (law, chemical-biological, electrical engineering) where the students of the 1st, 3d, 5th courses participated. Results: the article presents a thorough and detailed analysis of the concepts of ecological consciousness and ecological intention. As a result of the experiment it is revealed that students of chemical-biological and electrical engineering faculty can better offer options for solving environmental problems than students of the faculty of law; among the students of 3 courses, regardless of the faculty, there is a clear tendency to reduce the indicators of environmental consciousness and environmental intentions, which may be due to the increasing load in educational activities. The difference in indicators of ecological consciousness and ecological intention between the faculty of law and electrical engineering is insignificant, but in qualitative terms there are certain differences: students of the faculty of law, although not fully are aware of some aspects of nature, but, nevertheless, are ready to perform environmentally beneficial actions. It was clearly shown by the beginning of the new millennium, that the current environmental education is based on analytical knowledge of nature, which is pragmatically narrow and consumer-oriented, and therefore it could not fundamentally change the worldview of a significant part of the population. As a result, there is an objective need for a transition to a qualitatively new stage in its development. The purpose of the article is to determine the socio-psychological factors that contribute to and hinder the formation of eco-vocational consciousness of students. The study methods: The leading method for studying this issue is modeling, which allows considering the socio-psychological factors that contribute to and hinder the purposeful formation of eco-vocational consciousness structural components. The article identifies the main factors contributing to the process of eco-vocational consciousness formation: the need for a value orientation for the co-evolution of man and the biosphere; the ability of the individual of perceiving, experiencing and comprehension the relationship between the current environmental situation and occupational activities; the willingness of specialists to consciously implement environmentally reasonable occupational activities; public interest in the knowledge, transformation and maintenance of the environment in optimal condition and other significant factors. The aim of the paper is to determine the expected criteria and obtained results’ efficiency of the systems’ operation in conditions of high variability of external and internal environment. The paper describes the variety of cycles of the educational system on the example of university training that involves the principle of iteration using in educational development’s management. The authors present certain criteria for management of educational development from the standpoint of functional efficiency of the system defining the management contour of development’s efficiency. This paper is intended for researchers and specialists in the field of educational management at all levels.

The purpose of this paper is to explore innovative forms of resource saving of the industrial enterprises, aimed at improving of the competitiveness of products, using innovative energy and resource saving technologies, minimizing the generation of waste. The leading method to the study of this problem is the modeling method that allows considering of this problem as a purposeful and organized process to improve the management of industrial enterprises. In paper gives the estimation of modern condition of mineral raw material base of hydrocarbons; scientifically substantiates recommendations on the appropriateness of innovative forms’ choice of resource-saving at industrial enterprises. The practical value is in the fact that the results of the study allow better and more targeted adjusting of innovative activity of industrial enterprises through the application of innovative forms of resource saving and can be used in the framework of sector programs that are of interest for the state statistics bodies, ministries and agencies who are responsible for strategic analysis and planning.

Article aims to develop the structure and content of higher professional school lecturer education competence as a lecturer professionalism should be evaluated not only on the quality of the studies, but also for his participation in education activities in higher school. It is needed to rely on a stating that education competence is an integral feature of professional and educational activities aimed at the effectiveness of the educational process in higher professional school in developing its structure and content. In the structure of the lecturer education competence there are four components: humanologic, socio-pedagogical, organizational and methodical, professional personal. Their content is disclosed in knowledge, skills, abilities and personal qualities as necessary for the implementation of the education activities in higher professional school. The presented structure of high school lecturer education competence facilitates the efficient evaluation of the competences, the identification of the gaps in the competencies development levels and their correction with additional measures and means aimed to their effective formation.
