Modern global trends in green energy indicate a constant increase in the share of energy obtained by burning woody biomass. The volumes of timber harvesting and processing are growing steadily. The Russian Federation is no exception, where logging and wood processing play an important role in economic, social, and environmental terms. Technological operations related to wood processing are predominantly mechanized. Most often, the machinery and equipment used in enterprises are imported. The use of imported products entails a number of consequences related to the dynamics of geopolitical development. It is necessary to minimize the dependence of enterprises on foreign equipment. There is a need to develop and modernize domestic logging machinery and equipment. To ensure the production of high-quality and competitive machines, it is necessary to resort to a set of activities related to design. Ensuring the necessary performance characteristics when developing a project requires financial and time costs, since it is necessary to resort to full-scale prototyping. Minimizing financial costs during design is the most important task of specialists, since the saved resources will allow the enterprise to open up new paths for development.

This paper presents the results of studies on the examination of rural areas in the regions of the Siberian Federal District (SFD) regarding the organization and expansion of organic agricultural production. For the socio-economic characterization and compilation of the rating potential of the SFD subjects, demographic, infrastructure, and territorial groups of factors were identified. The main competitive advantages of production and implementation of organic products were identified for each region. The rating compiled by the authors identifies the Novosibirsk region as the most promising for the development of various forms of organic agriculture. Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, and Tomsk regions also have high potential. The Republic of Altai and the Omsk region can be considered as regions of medium prospects due to limitations imposed by the weak development of some of the factors considered. The Republics of Tuva and Khakassia, as well as Altai and Kemerovo regions, are limitedly suitable for the development of the organic sector. A clear definition of the priorities of agricultural producers, the choice of a suitable strategy, and the presence of state support at all stages of the organization of organic production will be a necessary condition for the successful development of the sector.

Greening the agro-industrial complex became a problem in the last two decades of the 20th century, although some problems in this relatively new direction were raised in the 60s of the 20th century. In this article, the problem of the influence of technical means on the ecology of the agricultural engineering sphere is considered from the point of view of the impact on the human body of substances generated as a result of the technical work of the agro-industrial complex. The problem of greening the agro-industrial complex in modern conditions is of great importance in connection with the observed intensification of the development of agricultural production, which has a direct negative impact on the environment, which is the key to the health of people involved in the labor process. When studying human-machine systems in crop production, the place of ecology in the “external environment” block is determined. The dependences of the conceptual model of transformation of ecosystems under the influence of pollution are presented, which allows us to determine the vector of research in this direction.

Currently, there is an actual issue of the low efficiency of the solutions implementation laid down in the urban planning documentation of the settlements master plan. This article discusses the key reasons that lead to such low implementation rates. Using the example of the developed Master Plan of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny for 2023-2037, the authors consider the roadmap not only as a key tool for increasing the efficiency of the implementation of urban planning documentation, but also as a way of correlating these solutions with the three-year planning cycle adopted in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The results of the study are the justified stages of the solutions implementation of the developed master plan with the points of growth of the city defined for each period.

The first finds of the Early Iron Age on the territory of the Kazan Kremlin were found in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Analysis of excavation collections of the end of the 20th century allowed to determine that pottery and individual finds of that time are fixed on the north-western end of the Kremlin headland on the square of 14487 m2. Reconstruction of the Early Iron Age topographic situation has revealed the reason for the settling on this area. The north-western part of the Kremlin headland in the Early Iron Age was divided by a hollow and its eastern side had an elevated and uneven surface that predetermined the choice of the western end as the location of the Ananyino cultural-historical area settlement. The Early Iron Age pottery assemblage, received during archaeological works at the Kazan Kremlin, refers mainly to the post-Maklasheyevka culture, there is also textile ceramics of the Akozino-Akhmylovo culture in this complex. The analysis of the ceramic assemblage and individual finds made it possible to make a conclusion that a permanent settlement of the post-Maklasheyevka culture ACHA existed on the site of the north-western end of the Kazan Kremlin for a long time in the IX–IV centuries BC.

Intrauterine infections are one of the most pressing health problems. A feature of listeria infection is the possibility of penetration of the pathogen through the placental barrier with the development of severe systemic lesions and negative perinatal outcomes.Purpose: To describe the nonspecific morphological manifestations of listeria infection in the early stages of the disease in postnatal fetal death.Morphological confirmation of listeriosis is multiple productive-necrotic granulomas (listeriomas) with the presence of listeria in them in the form of straight, short, sometimes ovoid rods, located singly or in groups, identified by Gram-Weigert staining.

The relevance of the study is reasoned by the current economic trends which suggest that the reliability of production is possible to be provided, while preserving and enhancing of natural ecological environment, by finding of quality new, revolutionary opportunities associated with the use of resource-saving and energy-saving technologies and alternative reproducible sources of production activities, creation of favorable ecological, economic and social conditions for the accumulation and implementation of human capital. The purpose of this paper is to explore innovative forms of resource saving of the industrial enterprises, aimed at improving of the competitiveness of products, using innovative energy and resource saving technologies, minimizing the generation of waste. The leading method to the study of this problem is the modeling method that allows considering of this problem as a purposeful and organized process to improve the management of industrial enterprises. In paper gives the estimation of modern condition of mineral raw material base of hydrocarbons; scientifically substantiates recommendations on the appropriateness of innovative forms’ choice of resource-saving at industrial enterprises. The practical value is in the fact that the results of the study allow better and more targeted adjusting of innovative activity of industrial enterprises through the application of innovative forms of resource saving and can be used in the framework of sector programs that are of interest for the state statistics bodies, ministries and agencies who are responsible for strategic analysis and planning.

The relevance of the study is conditioned by the need for a balanced socio-economic development of territories in a Federal state. Socio-economic development of the regions of a Federal state is inhomogeneous. Some regions, independently solving socio-economic problems is steadily growing. Other regions need support from the outside. One of the solutions to the problem is the transition to a new model of environmental development of the economy through strengthening of the system of strategic management of regional development; more integrated and balanced regional development and distribution of productive forces; reduction of territorial socio-economic differentiation to the level, conditioned by the objective differences of the regions; the balance of the revenue base and expenditure commitments of the regions. The purpose of the article is to identify prerequisites of economic management of problematic region in a Federal state. A leading approach is the institutional approach that considers the problematic region as an area that needs state support in solving the socio-economic problems. The article presents a typology of problem regions; clarifies the essence of the problem region; identifies and scientifically justifies managerial preconditions (historical-geographical, fiscal, Federative-subsidiary) of the economy of the problematic region in a Federal state. The relevance of the study is reasoned by the need to assess the ongoing educational reforms’ implementation, to identify effective strategies, models, mechanisms and technologies. The aim of the paper is to determine the expected criteria and obtained results’ efficiency of the systems’ operation in conditions of high variability of external and internal environment. The paper describes the variety of cycles of the educational system on the example of University training that involves the principle of iteration using in educational development’s management. The authors present certain criteria for management of educational development from the standpoint of functional efficiency of the system defining the management contour of development’s efficiency. We come up with the use of traditional methods in recording road traffic accidents that occur on highways, which makes the YTH analysis several difficulties and shortcomings. The analysis of YTH s has been shown to be effective in the use of Geoinformation systems. In conclusion, it can be noted that international experience shows that in recent years in European countries with well-developed motorization with high GDP and the level density of the road network, a national policy, and programs in the field of road safety in the medium and long term, in addition to the General problems and methods of their solutions, identifies targets, characterizing the level of road safety. This must include experience in implementing similar programs in other countries with a similar rate of car ownership, income level of the population, the condition, and development of the road network. The level of development of the road network, which is characterized by compliance with the total length, density, distribution of roads by functional value and categories, socio-economic needs of society in road transport, plays a significant role in the formation of accidents.
