Background: Limited contemporary data exist regarding the impact of SYNTAX score on in-hospital outcomes undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in acute STEMI patients. Objectives: To evaluate the significance of the SYNTAX score for predicting in- hospital outcome after primary PCI in patient with acute STEMI. Methods: This cohort study was conducted in the department of cardiology, National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Dhaka, Bangladesh from September, 2015 to September, 2016. 42 patients with acute STEMI who underwent primary PCI were considered for the study. But 2 patients were excluded from the study due to failure of primary PCI. The patients were divided into two groups: Group I (low SYNTAX score d”22) and Group II (high Syntax score > 22). The Syntax score of all patients were calculated from an initial coronary angiogram before primary PCI. In-hospital outcome was observed in between two groups. Results: Among traditional cardiovascular risk factors diabetes was significantly more prevalent in the Group II than Group I ( 82.4% vs 34.8%, p  0.003). Angiographic profile revealed maximum (69.6% vs 17.6%) culprit lesion in LAD artery in Group I and maximum culprit lesion (64.7% vs 21.7%) in RCA in Group II, these were the statistically significant between Group I and Group II (P

This case report shows that pleural empyema limits the diagnostic significance of imaging techniques. Hereafter, we present the case of an 82-year-old patient with primary pericardial mesothelioma, which was veiled by a pleural empyema. The patient met the typical triad of signs of heart failure (dyspnea, lower leg oedema), pericardial effusion, and pericarditis. Echocardiography in the identification of pericardial mesotheliomas is low. In this case, the cardiac function could be imaged well, but the tumor could not be imaged. The CT showed a pericardial effusion and a pleural effusion. Here, the tumor could not be diagnosed either. Only the operation led to diagnosis.

Patients are the key stakeholders in health care providers and it is extremely important to increase their satisfaction level. Patient satisfaction is a subject of great interest to the health care providers and researchers alike. As there are a lot of factors related to health care providers that causes patient selection and rejection. Since competition has increased in recent years, this exerts more pressure on health care providers to render more improved service quality in addition to build trust and gain high reputation. Improved quality of service has now become an important aspect of patient satisfaction, building trust is now a crucial milestone and gaining high reputation is considered the key for any health care provider. In practice and theory it has been proven that service quality dimensions, trust and reputation is related to patient satisfaction. For this, we took 5Q model of the service quality combine with trust and reputation, and how it affects patient satisfaction is the main theme of the study. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate that how 5Q model of the service quality, trust and reputation can effect patient satisfaction in health care sectors, for this study we researched Umeå hospital. This research is focused towards exploring the perceptions of patients who consume or undertook Umeå hospital services. It also provides an effective model for health care organization in practice and the study also contribute to literature from educational point of view. Method: In this study hypothesis developed to investigate how 5Q model of the service quality, trust and reputation can effect patient satisfaction. For service quality 5Q model was used while several attributes were taken for trust and reputation to investigate the patient perception. Quantitative research strategy was adopted and convenience sampling technique was used to collect quantitative data from patients of Umeå hospital to get their satisfaction levels. Hypotheses were tested by using multiple regression analysis to the obtained data in SPSS. Findings: The study revealed interesting results for patient satisfaction regarding the 5Q model of the service quality, trust and reputation. Meanwhile 5Q model was used for service quality, which composes quality of object, quality of process, quality of infrastructure, quality of interaction and quality of atmosphere. Out of five dimensions, two gave positive effect and three gave no effect result by the patient for their satisfaction from the Umeå hospital. Trust gave no effect result, whereas reputation gave positive effect result by the patient for their satisfaction from the Umeå hospital. Implication/Contribution: The findings imply that 5Q model of the service quality is not the only factor that could lead to patient satisfaction in health care sectors but trust and reputation are also factors of great importance. Organizations need to improve every dimension of service quality, creating trust and achieve high reputation to gain high level of patient satisfaction. This study contributes to existing theories by confirming or adding value that have positive effect on patient satisfaction. 5Q model is a comprehensive model and it needs to be implemented in health care sector but with additional factors i.e. trust and reputation. An emergency operation for access related acute critical limb ischemia with signs of infection is described. Inguinal femoral reconstruction was performed with a bifurcated graft constructed from the ipsilateral saphenous vein. Uma operação de emergência relacionada à isquemia aguda com sinais de infecção é descrita. Reconstrução femoral inguinal foi realizada com um enxerto bifurcado feito a partir da veia safena ipsilateral.

Persian is an Iranian language within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European languages which is one of the major languages in the Heart Land (Middle East). Nevertheless, there are proportionately few studies on retrieval and analyses of Persian documents. In this case, suitable resources for Persian are becoming a vital necessity for the progress of language engineering researches. In this paper we tried to make a Persian Verb Collection -as a linguistic resource- which is needed in some NLP researches like verb and sentence detection, POS tagging, Lexicography and etc. We used a generative approach for building this collection from Persian Stems by Verbal Structures.

Nowadays information systems and web technologies have changed quality of services and people’s lifestyle. Among these systems and technologies, Electronic Health is a new and efficient method for providing medical and healthcare services in the society and developing relations between specialists, patients and all of health system users. Unfortunately, although E-health is not a new phenomenon for it is introduced in most of special medicine areas, this technology is still considered out of the main stream of healthcare process. Particularly, Developing Countries are confronting with many problems in the healthcare and medical services such as financial needs, resources, proficiency, lack of physician and other healthcare professionals. In this paper we discuss the importance of E-health and related Opportunities in Developing Countries. We are also going to deal with Challenges about applying Telemedicine in these countries. The result has been presented in the new model called “e-Health Challenges in Developing Countries”. Furthermore, after studying and classification of available strategies, we will address the e-Health Strategy model for Developing Countries. Finally, some Experiences of these countries are going to be mentioned in this area.

The TebCorp collection is a large thematic modern Persian text collection which consists of 500 MB of text from Tebyan Portal. TebCorp contains more than 93,000 articles in 1097 topics and includes more than 44 million total words and about 550,000 distinct words which is suitable for information retrieval researches. In this paper we tried to exploit Tebyan portal - containing vast amount of prominent Persian articles - as a linguistic resource to build a multipurpose thematic corpus for Persian. We will present particular details on building this corpus including information retrieval and collection assessment. We will then conclude by giving practical information about this corpus.
