Artificial intelligence (AI) systems are growing at a rapid pace, which has significant effects on education, especially for instructors and the skills they need to adapt to the always changing technology environment. Teachers' agency and their ability to choose when and how to utilize this technology wisely are being called into question by the introduction of AI into the classroom. The technological, ethical, and pedagogical aspects of AI need to be better understood by teachers, and this requires immediate empowerment. By outlining the beliefs, knowledge, and abilities educators must possess in the AI era, the AI competence framework for teachers attempts to close this knowledge gap. The article delineates fifteen competences spanning five aspects, namely: human-centered attitude, ethics of AI, AI foundations and applications, AI pedagogy, and AI for professional development. These competencies were developed with the goals of safeguarding teachers' rights, augmenting human agency, and advancing sustainability. Three progression levels--Acquire, Deepen, and Create--are used to group these competencies. This global resource informs teacher training programs, directs the creation of national AI competency frameworks, and assists in the creation of assessment criteria. Additionally, it offers methods for teachers to advance their professional development, apply moral concepts, and increase their knowledge of AI. One of the most significant unorganized industries in the Indian economy is the handloom industry. According to some estimates, the handloom industry employs about forty lakh people. However, weavers involved in handloom production are unable to thrive in the face of fierce global competition and predatory tactics by multinational textile corporations, which threaten the survival of traditional handloom weavers through technical innovation. Due to these factors, the Indian handloom is always on the verge of hunger and starvation. The handloom industry's strength comes from the fact that it is built on human talent, which is a component of traditional knowledge. Traditional knowledge cannot be adequately protected by the IP system in place. However, GI has developed as a legal tool for the defence and advancement of traditional knowledge. This is especially true in the case of the Indian GI Act, which covers a wide range of handloom products that are solely the result of human talent and independent of natural variables like typical area climatic circumstances. To preserve our rich historical and cultural legacy, it is imperative to safeguard and protect traditional methods, knowledge, and handloom products. Handloom weavers can benefit from Intellectual Property Rights protection under the existing worldwide regime. Some of the problems the handloom industry is currently facing and which give rise to legal issues include the socioeconomic circumstances of the weavers, the profitability of the handloom industry, the difficulties the weavers face, the accessibility of financial support, and innovative marketing strategies. Therefore, it is imperative that we consider these challenges and develop the kinds of plans that could aid the handloom business and weavers in improving their current situation. As a result, the paper looks at the current legal system for intellectual property rights to effectively safeguard the personal rights of handloom weavers as well as the craft itself. This paper highlights an NLP-oriented review of rapport science, which could generate focus on contemporary rapport building practises and enhance workplace efficacy, improve interpersonal relations, control conflicting interactions, and create the appropriate personal and professional charismatic influence using some NLP tools and techniques. Folk narrative (tales) is the reflection of culture for a particular group of people, it's an amalgamation of the traditions common to a particular culture, subculture or group. These include tradition of narrating tales and proverbs. Ever since story telling has been a very alluring feature to understand a culture as well as helps in language learning. The frequent repetitions make them excellent for reinforcing new vocabulary and grammar. The natural rhythm that is associated with the tales is useful to work on stress, rhythm, and intonation in pronunciation. It is difficult for a learner to learn a language which is not his mother tongue. The cultural elements of folktales help to bridge common ground between cultures and bring out cultural differences. It develops cultural awareness that is essential if we are to learn to think in another language and understand the people who speak it. In this paper, it is analysed that can these folktales be used as a language learning tool? First of all, however, we would like to consider the definition of folktales and explain the hidden subtypes behind the term. Apart from looking at folk tales in general, this paper would take a look at their function it also discusses the reasons for using these in school.
