Introduction: Hypertensive patients may lack time to visit clinics and attend educational sessions, resulting in poor blood pressure control. Uncontrolled blood pressure in people with hypertension can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. Objective: The specific purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online group education on knowledge, motivation, self-efficacy, self-care behavior, and blood pressure control of hypertensive patients. Method: The research method used a quasi-experiment method. The subjects were hypertensive patients in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Total sampling consisted of 96 participants, consisting of 48 intervention groups and 48 control groups. The inclusion criteria in the study were patients with primary hypertension who were willing to become research respondents. The exclusion criteria in this study were respondents who were sick and unable to follow therapy, had hearing problems, and had complications of other diseases (kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes mellitus, and stroke). Data collection methods include observation. The instruments used were the HKLS, HBP-SCP questionnaire, and Sphygmomanometer digital. Result: Data analysis using repeated ANOVA and Friedman tests. There was a significant decrease in systolic (p <.001) and diastolic (p =.001) blood pressure and an increase in knowledge (p <.001), motivation (p <.001), self-efficacy (p <.001), and self-care behavior (p <.001) in the intervention group. Factors that cause boredom in learning process are the lack of variety of methods, models, and media. An alternative to increase learning motivation in learning process is by using games. The main problem of this research is how to increase students motivation to make learning outcomes optimized. The purpose of this study was to increase students' motivation to learn istimâ' (listening) in Arabic is by using educational games. This study used classroom action research using a cycle model. The results of the study shows that educational games can increase students' learning motivation, shown by the comparison of initial motivation and after giving an action using educational games. The initial motivation data was in average 42.36%, in the category of low learning motivation, after giving an action in the first cycle it reached to an average 78.33%, high category, and increased in the second cycle with average 93.28%, very high category. The study concluded that educational games can increase motivation in learning istimâ' in Arabic.

Employee Satisfaction is an employee’s perception of work and an emotional response to a perception and level of need satisfaction. Employee Satisfaction is one of the most important indicators to increase the level of productivity and company performance. The problem of Employee Satisfaction was found at QMB, a company located in Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of Burnout and Decision Authority on Employee Satisfaction at QMB. This research method is descriptive quantitative research. Data analysis from 155 employees was performed using Partial Least Squares (Smart PLS). The results showed that Burnout had a negative and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction, and Decision Authority had a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction. This study contributes to the Burnout and Decision Authority literature and their impact on Employee Satisfaction.

Skabies adalah penyakit kulit akibat infestasi tungau Sarcoptes scabiei var hominis. Pada tahun 2014, penyakit kulit infeksi menduduki peringkat ketiga dari sepuluh penyakit terbanyak di puskesmas yaitu 1.926 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian skabies di wilayah kerja puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Kota Padang tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik menggunakan desain case control dengan matching yang dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya pada dari Januari sampai November 2015. Sampel kasus yaitu penderita skabies yaitu 31 orang diambil dengan total sampling. Sampel kontrol yaitu tidak menderita skabies sebanyak 31 orang dengan perbandingan 1:1. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Mc.Nemar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antar personal hygiene (p=0,022, OR=5), kepadatan hunian kamar (p=0,002, OR=4,5), luas ventilasi kamar (p=0,035, OR=3,67) dengan kejadian skabies sedangkan ketersediaan air bersih (p=0,454, OR=1,5) dan status gizi (p=0,23, OR=1,83) tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian skabies. Tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas diharapakan dapat meningkatkan penyuluhan mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian skabies.
