One of the causes of the decline in the quality of education is the large number of students who experience learning difficulties. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning difficulties experienced by students in class XI MAN 2 Makassar. The aspects observed in learning difficulties at MAN 2 Makassar include learning motivation, learning media, learning processes, use of learning tools, as well as learning support facilities and facilities. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method research type. The population in this study were students from class XI MIPA at MAN 2 Makassar and the sample in this study were students from MAN 2 Makassar class XI MIPA 1 and MIPA 2 with a total of 53 participants. The data collection technique uses a survey which contains 30 questions developed based on aspects of learning difficulties and distributed via the Google form. The results showed that the learning difficulties of students in class XI MIPA at MAN 2 Makassar in the aspect of learning motivation had a moderate categorization with an index of 55.07%, low learning media with an index of 79.4%, a low learning process with an index of 74%, the use of learning tools low with an index of 66.7% and learning support facilities and facilities which are classified as low with an index of 66.1%.

This study aims to test the effectiveness of Macaranga involucrata leaf extract as an immune response in carp to increase the number of leukocytes and phagocytic activity. M. involucrata extract was injected intramuscularly into carp. The method used is Completely Randomized Design (CRD). This study was conducted with five treatments, each of which was repeated three times. The treatments were P1 = 1% (v/v), P2 = 4% (v/v), P3 = 8% (v/v), P4 = 12% (v/v) and P5 (negative control). The results showed that M. involucrata extract could respond to an increase in the number of leukocytes and an increase in phagocytic activity. Responses to an increase in the number of leukocytes (12.27 x 108 cells/mL) and phagocytic activity (45.41%) were found in P4 treatment. Based on this study it was concluded that M. involucrata extract showed an increase in the immune response of carp.

Penggunaan media pembelajaran digital yang dikemas secara menarik merupakan salah satu cara yang efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik sehingga terjadi proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Namun, berdasarkan hasil diskusi yang telah dilakukan bersama kepala sekolah SMA 9 Makassar dan hasil analisis situasi dan kondisi di sekolah, dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas guru di SMA 9 Makassar belum mampu memanfaatkan sarana (jaringan internet bebas akses) yang tersedia di sekolah untuk mengembangkan sendiri media dan sumber belajar. Akhirnya hal tersebut menyebabkan; (1) Terbatasnya variasi media dan sumber belajar yang digunakan guru di sekolah, (2) Sumber belajar yang masih konvensional, (3) Guru belum mahir memanfaatkan teknologi dalam menyiapkan sumber belajar, (4) Minimnya referensi mengenai pembuatan e-modul berbasis microlearning. Oleh karena itu Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan pelatihan peningkatan keterampilan pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis microlearning menggunakan aplikasi Bandicam dan Filmora bagi guru SMA Negeri 9 Makassar. Kegiatan yang melibatkan 20 orang guru sebagai peserta kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap utama yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap pelaksanaan pelatihan dibagi kedalam 3 materi utama yaitu pengantar pembuatan video pembelajaran, pengenalan aplikasi Bandicam dan Filmora, dan pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis microlearning. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis microlearning, dimana kompetensi guru memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 95 dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis microlearning. However, based on the results of discussions that have been carried out with the principal of SMA 9 Makassar and the results of the analysis of the situation and conditions, it can be seen that the majority of teachers at SMA 9 Makassar have not been able to take advantage of the facilities (free internet access) available at schools to develop their media and learning resources. Finally, it causes; (1) a limited variety of media and learning resources used by teachers in schools, (2) Conventional learning resources, (3) Teachers not yet proficient at using technology in preparing learning resources, (4) a Lack of references regarding the manufacture of microlearning-based e-modules. Therefore, this Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to train to improve skills in making microlearning-based learning videos using the Bandicam and Filmora applications for SMA Negeri 9 Makassar teachers. The activity, which involved 20 teachers as participants, was carried out in 3 main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training implementation stage is divided into three primary materials: an introduction to making learning videos, an introduction to Bandicam and Filmora applications, and microlearning-based learning videos.The evaluation of the activities showed that the training contributed to the improvement of teacher competence in making microlearning-based learning videos, where the teacher's competence obtained an average of 95 in making microlearning-based learning videos.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan panduan Project Based Learning berbasis riset pengolahan limbah organik dengan menggunakan Hermetia illucens atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama lalat tentara hitam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas empat tahap yaitu analysis (analisis), design (desain), development (pengembanagan), implementation (implementasi) dan evaluation (evaluasi). Berdasarkan pertimbangan waktu, tenaga dan biaya maka penelitian yang dilakukan hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan (develpoment). Produk akhir dari penelitian ini adalah buku panduan yang valid. Panduan yang dikembangakan mengacu pada materi biologi pada kelas X yaitu perubahan lingkungan. Data hasil penelitian berupa validitas dari penilaian validator ahli dengan berbagai komponen penilaian terhadap panduan yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa panduan PjBL berbasis riset pengolahan limbah organik menggunakan Hermetia illucens sebagai sumber belajar peserta didik kelas X SMA yang telah dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid.

Masalah banjir menarik perhatian setelah mempengaruhi kehidupan manusia dan menimbulkan bencana/kerugian bagi masyarakat di sekitar lingkungan sungai tersebut. Terjadinya banjir/peluapan dapat dibedakan oleh beberapa macam, yaitu debit terlalu besar atau kapasitas pengaliran sungai berkurang. Hal ini dapat terjadi oleh gejala alamiah atau akibat kekurang hati-hatian kegiatan manusia dalam melakukan pembinaan/pengelolaan sungai untuk berbagai kepentingan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui debit banjir dan juga tinggi banjir menggunaan metode rasional. Metode ini digunakan untuk menghitung debit banjit rencana pada sungai Sombe yang berada di daerah Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah. Data- data yang diperlukan untuk menghitung debit banjir rencana pada sungai ini yaitu data curah hujan, data tata guna lahan di sekitar sungai dan juga data kemiringan sungai. Selain mencari debit banjir pada sungai Sombe, tinggi banjir juga dianalisis, yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan data penampang sungai Sombe dengan cara pengukuran langsung di lapangan selama 1 hari. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, data debit banjir rencana yang didapatkan pada sungai Sombe dengan menggunakan metode rasional yaitu 16,84 m3/dt, 17,44 m3/dt, 18,99 m3/dt, 20,00 m3/dt dan 20,95 m3/dt masing-masing untuk periode ulang 5,10,25,50 dan 100 tahun, sedangkan data tinggi banjir yaitu setinggi 2,12 meter.

Karya tulis ini membahas tentang upaya nyata dan inovasi dari penulis dalam pembelajaran IPA denganmenerapkan metode inkuiri.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi metode inkuiri dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar dan sikap positif siswa Kelas VII pada SMP Negeri 2 Pangkajene dalam pembelajaran IPA.Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Pangkajene pada siswa Kelas VII semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Siklus pertama terdiri dari dua tindakan dan siklus kedua juga terdiri dari dua tindakan. Prosedur yang dilaksanakan pada setiap siklusterdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi.Untuk mendapatkan data digunakan lembar observasi dan hasil tes pada setiap siklus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode inkuiri dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa Kelas VII pada SMP Negeri 2 Pangkajene dalam materi Energi, dan juga meningkatkan sikap positif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sikap belajar mahasiswa terhadap Pembelajaran online pada Prodi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket (skala Linkert). Responden penelitian berjumlah 30 mahasiswa sebagai populasi pada mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi UIN Alauddin Makassar dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan Angket/kuesioner adalah instrumen Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bertujuan mengumpulkan data mengenai variabel sikap siswa dengan jumlah item yang disusun adalah 15 item pernyataan dengan menggunakan skala likert yang meliputi sikap belajar (1) Sungguh-sungguh dalam belajar, (2) menyelesaikan tugas, (3) Berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran, (4) Kreativitas. Sikap belajar siswa selama pembelajaran online adalah kategori netral dengan jumlah frekuensi sebesar 15 responden dan persentasenya 50%. Hal ini menunjukkan baik pembelajaran secara offline dan online tidak mempengaruhi dengan sikap belajar mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work involvement and work stress on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan. The approach used in this research is quantitative. To determine the sample using probability sampling, then probability sampling used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study were contract employees totaling 200 people at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan. The analytical method used to determine the relationship between these variables is path analysis using the structural equation model (SEM) method and the AMOS program. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows: the work involvement variable has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment. The job stress variable harms organizational commitment. The organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job involvement variable harms turnover intention. The job stress variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job involvement has a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable and work stress has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the recovery business strategy of SMEs actors in the city of Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic by referring to the questions posed by Victor Vroom in Sagung, et al (2017) namely Expectancy, Instrumentality, and Valence. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method using structured and gradual interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain that the recovery business strategy in the city of Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic for SMEs actors can provide improvement and development of good business sustainability by implementing strengthening management in the fields of marketing, human resources, finance, and operations as a strategic step to create an efficient business existence. and effective. This study concludes that SMEs actors are required to have good knowledge management and absorptive capacity to improve their business performance. Furthermore, future research is expected to examine more sources and references, namely by adding variables and more in-depth analysis to obtain more complete research results using mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative methods.

In this study, the effect of pretreatment and solid-state fermentation (SSF) on tempeh protein content has been studied. Pretreatment and SSF are important processes for producing high-quality tempeh. Based on the results of the analysis using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer at λmax = 540 nm, it is known that both pretreatment and SSF cause the reduced tempeh protein content. Pretreatment causes the total protein content (w/w) to decrease rapidly from 1.05% to 0.82%, while the SSF causes the content dissolved protein (w/w) reduced from 0.57% to 0.11%. In addition, SSF increased the tempeh pH from 4.67 to 5.65, and decreased the water content (%) from 6.38 to 2.04.

This study aims to analyze social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, and consumer attachment to brand loyalty in Grab Indonesia. The research design used is quantitative research with a causal approach that examines the effect of exogenous variables (social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, and consumer attachment) on endogenous variables (brand loyalty). The population in this study were consumers of social media followers (Instagram) grab with an infinite number, therefore sampling was carried out using purposive sampling with the consideration of respondents as followers of Instagram grab with a minimum period of following is 6 months and has given "likes" to the grab Instagram posts. The sample used in this study were consumers of online transportation companies (grab) as many as 300 respondents. This research analysis tool uses a structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that the exogenous variables (social media marketing, electronic word of mouth, and consumer attachment) positively and significantly affect endogenous variables (brand loyalty). The variable that has the highest value in influencing brand loyalty is social media marketing. Meanwhile, the variable that directly influences brand loyalty with the lowest regression coefficient is electronic word of mouth.

A good performance potentially creates competitive advantage for any organization. Performance is determined by the role of leaders who influence all members of organizations through clear directions. Likewise, employee satisfaction in improving the performance of an organization also depends on the leader. This study investigates the role of leadership and job satisfaction on employee’s performance. Sample of this research includes 160 employees in a public organization in Indonesia. They are analyzed by descriptive and inference statistics for the linearity and regression analysis. The results of the study show that leadership had a significant impact on employee’s performance and job satisfaction. They are recommended to be considered when performance needs to be improved.
