Based on measurements and research, diagnostics of the condition of a structure aims to provide an answer to the question of what the condition of the structure is, and the necessary steps for reconstruction or rehabilitation. Masonry stone construction is one of the oldest methods of construction of building structures. In spite of that, this type of structures does not have fully defined parameters that influence its behavior. The reason for this is the fact that the properties of masonry stone structures differ depending on the basic material (stone) and binding material (mortar), as well as their combination. The paper presents diagnostics of the condition of masonry structures on the Tabija tower building. Tabija, a low tower for cannons, is a fortification structure from the Ottoman period that is the most completely preserved and was registered for the first time in the city plan from 1717. The structure is in poor condition due to a large number of natural and human factors. The paper will present a detailed visual inspection of the structure, as well as tests conducted in the laboratory and in-situ, the calculation, and decisions and proposals for the rehabilitation and/or reconstruction of the considered building of cultural and historical heritage. This paper presents the influence of complex engineering geological and geotechnical ground conditions on the selection of combined measures for the rehabilitation of landslide on the main road M5. Field and laboratory investigations were conducted to determine the engineering geological and geotechnical conditions of the site. The road is situated on a relatively high embankment within the landslide area, under which a culvert channels a natural stream. The geological substrate is found quite deep, 7 to 8 meters below the surface. Beneath the road, there is a mixture of fill materials of different qualities, indicating that a railway used to run along this route in the past. The slope below the road is relatively steep, approximately 10 meters in height, with a poorly maintained stone wall at its base. The fundamental concept of the proposed solution involves the construction of a support structure comprising piles, a head beam, and a reinforced concrete wall. Članak opisuje postupak odabira konstrukcije za sanaciju klizišta Štefanići u Istri primjenom parametarskih analiza pilotske konstrukcije. Varirani parametri su promjer i osni razmak pilota, čime je u konačnici analizirano šest varijanti rješenja pilotske konstrukcije. Analize stabilnosti te analize stanja naprezanja i deformacija izrađene su programskim paketom Rocscience. Na temelju rezultata provedenih analiza odabrana je optimalna pilotska konstrukcija za koju je izrađen projekt sanacije klizišta. Radom se analizira utjecaj variranja parametara pilota na ponašanje pilotske konstrukcije na primjeru sanacije klizišta Štefanići.

Prenamenom celog objekta dobiće se jedinstvena funkcionalna celina sa izložbenim prostorima, naučnim centrima, planetarijumom i restoranom za korisnike. Zgrada na adresi Kralja Milana 11 u Beogradu, podignuta pre skoro jednog veka po projektu nemačkog arhitekte Augusta Rajnfelza, trebalo bi da postane Palata nauke čiji je investitor Zadužbina Miodraga Kostića. Urbanistički projekat za rekonstrukciju, sanaciju, adaptaciju i prenamenu objekta postavljen je ovih dana na javni uvid, a može se pogledati najkasnije do 6. novembra 2023. godine na sajtu Grada Beograda. Nosilac izrade urbanističkog projekta je beogradska fima Projektura d.o.o, dok idejno rešenje potpisuje BIRO VIA, takođe iz Beograda, sa Goranom Vojvodićem, dia, kao odgovornim projektantom.

14. Solar power plant as reclamation of the landfill in Draga

Magistrska naloga obravnava možnost sanacije komunalne deponije Draga v Škofji Loki s postavitvijo sončne elektrarne. Raziskuje problematiko odpadkov in njihovega odlaganja na deponije in pridobiva¬nja električne energije iz obnovljivih virov, natančneje iz sončne energije. Obravnavani temi se pove¬zujeta v sklopu umeščanja sončnih elektrarn kot sanacije razvrednotenih območij deponij. Osrednji del naloge obsega izdelavo načrta krajinske sanacije širšega območja in deponije Draga. Oblikovan koncept ozelenitve širšega območja zmanjša vizualno izpostavljenost načrtovane sončne elektrarne in obstoječe deponije ter izboljša biotsko raznovrstnost na kmetijskih zemljiščih. Deponijo se sanira s postavitvijo sončne elektrarne na vrh deponije in ob njeno vznožje – kot osnova je uporabljen načrt za Solarni park Draga podjetja Gorenjske elektrarne. Nova zasnova zajema postavitev sončne elektrarne po principu večnamenske izrabe zemljišča z vpeljavo pašništva, čebelarstva, rekreacije in izobraževanja na območje sončne elektrarne. V sklopu zasnove se nadgradi obstoječi zbirni center, na streho objekta in na parki¬rišče pa postavi sončne panele. Na območje deponije se umesti sanacijski rob, ki poleg vizualne bariere služi tudi za vpenjanje območja v širši prostor in obstoječ zeleni sistem. Magistrska naloga oblikuje celostno rešitev, ki je energetsko za 28 % bolj učinkovita kot zasnova Gorenjskih elektrarn. Naloga pri-kazuje, da je mogoče deponijo komunalnih odpadkov sanirati s postavitvijo sončne elektrarne na način, da se hkrati zagotovi optimalen energetski izkoristek elektrarne ob upoštevanju principa večnamenske izrabe zemljišča in elektrarno vključi v obstoječo krajino, kar omogoča zmanjšanje vizualnega vpliva sončne elektrarne in deponije ter ohranja kakovost krajine. The Master's thesis explores the possibility of remediating the Draga municipal landfill in Škofja Loka by installing a solar power plant. It researches the issue of waste and its disposal in landfills and the produ¬ction of electricity from renewable sources, specifically solar energy. The discussed topics are connected within the context of integrating solar power plants as a way to remediate degraded landfill areas. The central part of the thesis involves developing a plan for landscape remediation of the wider area and the Draga landfill. A concept of greening the wider area is formed to reduce the visual exposure of the planned solar power plant and landfill and to enhance the biodiversity on agricultural land. The landfill is remediated by installing a solar power plant on top of the landfill and at its foot, using the plan for the Solarni park Draga by Gorenjske elektrarne as a basis. The upgraded design includes the installation of a solar power plant according to the principle of multifunctional land use, with the introduction of grazing, beekeeping, recreation, and education on the solar power plant site. As part of the design, new collection center is designed, and solar panels are installed on the roof of the building and on the parking lot. A remediation edge is placed on the landfill site, which serves as both a visual barrier and a way to integrate the area into the broader landscape. The Master's thesis presents a comprehensive solution that is 28 % more energy-efficient as the design of Gorenjske elektrarne. It demonstrates that it is possible to remediate a municipal waste landfill by installing a solar power plant in a way that ensures optimal energy efficiency of the power plant while following the principle of multifunctional land use, integrating the power plant into the existing landscape, reducing the visual impact of the solar power plant and landfill, and preserving the quality of the landscape.

17. Revitalizacija parkov in odprtih prostorov v središču Johannesburga

Kljub procesu »vračanja v mestno središče«, značilnem za določene otoke v središču Johannesburga, nekateri opazovalci preučevano območje še vedno dojemajo kot propadajoče in ga povezujejo s kriminalom. Čeprav so parki in odprti prostori v Johannesburgu zadnja desetletja propadali, se zdaj obnavljajo. V članku avtorja preučujeta velikost odprtih prostorov in parkov, dostopnih prebivalcem mestnega središča, in kako prijazni so ti uporabnikom. Poleg tega ocenjujeta njihovo trenutno stanje ter raven in učinkovitost razpoložljivih vzdrževalnih storitev. Avtorja preučujeta tudi strategije prenove, ki jih je uvedla mestna občina Johannesburg, na njihovi podlagi pa tudi posebna določila, ki jih je za parke in odprte prostore sprejel lokalni metropolitanski svet. Ugotovitve kažejo, da je sanacija parkov in odprtih prostorov ustrezno vključena v načrte mestne prenove, vendar določene omejitve ovirajo izvedbo tovrstnih izboljšav. Edinstvena dinamika mestnega središča pomeni velik izziv pri vzdrževanju parkov in odprtih prostorov, zato jo je treba ustrezno razumeti in načrtovati ustrezne ukrepe. Pojavlja se tudi potreba po pravičnejši in učinkovitejši dodelitvi virov in po oblikovanju učinkovitejših partnerstev. Končna ugotovitev raziskave je, da bodo potrebe skupnosti zadovoljene šele, ko bodo tovrstna upravljavska vprašanja postavljena v ospredje in se bodo začela ustrezno reševati.

19. Reconstruction project of an earthquake-damaged residential building in Zagreb

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je projekt obnove potresom oštećene stambene zgrade, u daljnjem tekstu „zgrada“, u Zagrebu. Zgrada ima etaže: suteren, kat i nestambeno potkrovlje. Oštećenja od potresa na zgradi vizualno djeluju "ozbiljno", te je vlasnik mišljenja da bi kuću trebalo srušiti ako se uspoređuje njena sadašnja vrijednost i predviđeni troškovi popravka oštećenja. Izradom projekta obnove, a pod terminom „obnova“ se misli na popravke svih utvrđenih oštećenja, te provedbom troškovne analize doći će se do potrebnih podataka za donošenje odluke o zadržavanju ili rušenju i uklanjanju zgrade. Za konačni zaključak će se prethodno provesti istraživanja, proračuni, procjena vrijednosti zgrade te analiza svih prikupljenih podataka. Ovim diplomskim radom će se povezati znanja o potresu i oštećenjima od potresa, sanacija štete prema tehničkom propisu te procjena vrijednosti nekretnine. Za proračun potresne otpornosti zgrade će se upotrijebiti računalni program 3Muri 13.5.0.2 kojim će biti proračunata otpornost zgrade prije potresa u usporedbi sa propisanom otpornosti po EC8, te potom i usporedba sa parametrom razine 2 obnove. Prema dobivenim rezultatima proračuna potresne otpornosti zgrade predložiti će se mjere za sanaciju i postizanje potresne otpornosti zgrade za razinu 2 obnove, te će se ponovno provesti kontrola putem 3Muri 13.5.0.2. programa. Za radove obnove će se izraditi troškovnik potrebnih radova. Provesti će se pozivni natječaj i prikupiti tri ponude za izvođenje radova obnove. Izrađenim troškovnikom s tržišnim cijenama dobiti će se vrijednost radova obnove, a provedbom procjene vrijednosti nekretnine putem FK matrice će se dobiti tržišna vrijednost zgrade u trenutku izrade ovog rada. Izvršiti će se usporedba svih dobivenih brojčanih podataka radi zaključka o isplativosti provedbe projektom predviđenih radova obnove na zgradi . The subject of this thesis is the reconstruction project of an earthquakedamaged residential building, hereinafter referred to as "the building", in Zagreb. The building has floors: basement, first floor and non-residential attic. The earthquake damage to the building appears visually "severe", and the owner believes that the house should be demolished when comparing its current value and the estimated cost of repairing the damage. Creating a renovation project, and the term renovation refers to repairs of all identified damages, and a cost analysis will provide the necessary data for making a decision on retaining or demolishing and removing the building. For the final conclusion, research, calculations, assessment of the value of the building and analysis of all collected data will be carried out beforehand.In order to confirm or refute this thinking, it was necessary to carry out research, budgets, an assessment of the value of real estate and ultimately to make an analysis of all the collected data. The final result of the analysis should help to make a decision on the demolition of a residential building or its rehabilitation. This thesis will combine knowledge about earthquakes and earthquake damage, damage repair according to technical regulations, and real estate valuation. The computer software 3Muri 13.5.0.2 will be used to calculate the earthquake resistance of the building, which will calculate the resistance of the building before the earthquake in comparison with the prescribed according to EC8, and then the comparison with the parameter of level 2 of the renovation. According to the obtained results of the calculation of the earthquake resistance of the building, measures for remediation and achieving for level 2 of the renovation will be proposed, and control will be carried out again via software 13.5.0.2. A cost estimate for the necessary works will be drawn up for the renovation works. An invitation to tender will be held and three bids will be collected for the execution of renovation works. The cost estimate with market prices will be used to obtain the value of the renovation work, and by conducting an assessment of the real estate value using the FK matrix, the market value of the building at the time of this work will be obtained. A comparison of all obtained numerical data will be made in order to conclude on the cost-effectiveness of implementing the renovation works on the building foreseen by the project.

U ovom diplomskom radu izrađen je projekt hitne obnove nosive konstrukcije crkve sv. Roka u Draškovcu koja je znatno oštećena potresom koji se dogodio u Petrinji krajem 2020. godine. Pregledom građevine dan je opis oštećenja, te je utvrđeno stvarno stanje konstrukcije i potrebna intervencija. Napravljen je projekt obnove, izrađen je statički proračun mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti koji će omogućiti popravak same konstrukcije, te su dani prijedlozi provedbe hitnih mjera konstruktivne sanacije. Proračun je napravljem u skladu sa važećim zakonima, tehničkim propisima i mjerodavnim normama. The topic of this master work is a project of urgent renovation of the load-bearing structure of the church of St. Rok in Draškovec, which was significantly damaged by the earthquake that occurred in Petrinja at the end of 2020. An inspection of the building gave a description of the damage, and determined the actual condition of the structure and the necessary intervention. For this purpose, a reconstruction project was made, which contains a static calculation of mechanical resistance and stability that will enable the repair of the structure itself, and suggestions were given for the implementation of urgent measures of structural rehabilitation. The calculation is made in accordance with applicable laws, technical regulations and relevant standards.

Pojmom klizišta u širem smislu većina autora obuhvaća niz procesa na padinama uključujući urušavanje, prevrtanje, klizanje (u užem smislu), bočno širenje, tečenje i druge kompleksne pokrete. Klizišta su raširena širom svijeta i potrebno ih je što bolje upoznati da bi se odredili uzroci klizanja, odnosno kako bi se provela pravilna stabilizacija i sanacija padina. U ovom radu opisano je saniranje klizišta na županjskoj cesti Ž2217 na temelju prethodnih geotehničkih istražnih radova. Na lokaciji klizišta je prema rezultatima geotehničkih ispitivanja potrebna potporna konstrukcija u obliku kamenog nasipa kojom bi se dreniralo temeljno tlo i stabilizirala padina. Zbog strme konfiguracije terena i slabijih karakteristika temeljnog tla u površinskom sloju, nožica kamenog nasipa je trebala biti ukopana u sloj visoko plastične laporovite gline dobrih geomehaničkih karakteristika. Da bi obnovu bilo moguće izvesti, potrebno je bilo izvršiti stepeničasti iskop vodozasićenog glinovitog materijala do dubine oko 3.0 m te pristupiti nasipavanju drobljenim kamenim materijalom koji će poslužiti kao oslonac na padini i stabilizirati klizište. U tijelo nasipa ugradio se sustav drenažnih cijevi za prihvat i odvodnju oborinske i procjedne vode te se ista ispustila izvan zone klizišta. Odvodnja županijske ceste osigurala se betonskim cestovnim rubnjacima te slivnicima koji su se spojili na sustav drenaže kamenog nasipa. Svrha sustava odvodnje je prikupljanje površinske i oborinske vode sa ceste i padine, dreniranje prostora ceste i stabilizacija klizišta. Zaštita pokosa klizišta predviđena je oblogom od travnatih ploča te oblogom drobljenim kamenim materijalom frakcije 30/60 mm da se smanji moguća naknadna erozija pokosa. By the term landslide in a broad sense, most authors include a number of processes on slopes including collapse, overturning, sliding (in the narrower sense), lateral spreading, flow and other complex movements. Landslides are located all over the world and it is necessary to get to know them as well as possible in order to determine the causes of sliding, that is, in order to carry out proper stabilization and rehabilitation of slopes. This labor describes the remediation of landslides on county road Ž2217 based on previous geotechnical investigations. At the location of the landslide, according to the results of geotechnical tests, stone embankment structure is needed to drain the underlying soil and stabilize the slope. Because of the steep configuration of the terrain and weaker characteristics of the foundation soil in the surface layer, the foot of the stone embankment should have been buried in a layer of highly plastic marly clay with good geomechanical characteristics. In order for the reconstruction to be possible, it was necessary to excavate the watersaturated clayey material in steps to a depth of about 3.0 m and proceed with backfilling with crushed stone material that will serve as support on the slope and stabilize the landslide. A system of drainage pipes was built into the body of the embankment for receiving and draining rainwater and seepage water, and it was discharged outside the landslide zone. The drainage of the county road was ensured by concrete road curbs and drains that were connected to the drainage system of the stone embankment. The purpose of the drainage system is to collect surface and rainwater from the road and slope, drain the road space and stabilize landslides. Protection of the slope of the landslide is provided by a lining of grass plates and a lining of crushed stone material of fraction 30/60 mm to reduce possible subsequent erosion of the slope.

U ovom diplomskom radu prikazano je geotehničko sanacijsko rješenje za južno područje ugroženog glinokopa na Đurđevićevom brijegu u Bedekovčini. Osim sanacijskog rješenja, priložene su fotografije destabliziranog glinokopa prije sanacije te fotografije tijekom izvođenja radova. Rad sadrži posebne uvjete za građenje izdane od pojedinih tijela sa priloženim obavijestima istih. Prikazano je postojeće stanje destabilizirane padine, odnosno ugroženog glinokopa. Nadalje u radu je razrađen projektni zadatak te dano tehničko sanacijsko rješenje, opis zahvata, redoslijed odvijanja radova. Detaljno je opisan sanacijski koncept, formiranje pokosa s nekoliko bermi, prihvat i odvodnja procjednih i površinskih voda. Opisani su tehnički uvjeti izvedbe, od pripremnih radova pa sve do onih završnih radova, sadnje i sijanja trave. Modelirano je sanacijsko rješenje i opisano ponašanje glinokopa prije sanacije u određenom programu te je provedena analiza stabilnosti za razna stanja klizišta. Obavljena su geodetska snimanja i mjerenja bespilotnom letjelicom. Projekt je usklađen s odredbama posebnih zakona i propisa te prostornog plana.

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je sanacija kapele sv. Jakoba u Jakopovcu, čija je nosiva konstrukcija oštećena prilikom potresa koji se dogodio kod Petrinje. Terenskim pregledom zgrade utvrđena su oštećenja te su dani prijedlozi i načini sanacije iste. Rad je podijeljen na 6 glavnih poglavlja. U drugom poglavlju govori se općenito o predmetnoj građevini, njenoj povijesti i izgledu kao i lokaciji iste. Treće poglavlje se bavi seizmičkim karakteristikama obuhvaćenog područja. U četvrtom poglavlju opisuje se klasifikacija oštećenja zidanih zgrada te je prikazana tablica razreda istih. U petom poglavlju opisana su i prikazana oštećenja zgrade i okoliša. Šesto poglavlje donosi prijedloge i načine sanacije kapele sv. Jakoba. The subject of this thesis is the restoration of the chapel of St. Jakob in Jakopovac, whose load-bearing structure was damaged during the earthquake that occurred near Petrinja. A field inspection of the building revealed damage, and suggestions and ways of repairing it were given. The work is divided into 6 main chapters. The second chapter talks about the subject building in general, its history and appearance, as well as its location. The third chapter deals with the seismic characteristics of the covered area. In the fourth chapter, the classification of damage to masonry buildings is described and a table of their classes is presented. In the fifth chapter, damage to the building and the environment is described and shown. The sixth chapter presents suggestions and ways of renovating the chapel of St. Jakob.

Izvedena je tehnička dijagnoza postojećeg stanja i statički proračuni u programu Tower, te mogući način sanacije predmetne građevine. This graduation these describes traditional way of building in the continental part od Croatia. As well as most common cause and effect of decay concerning old buildings and also their sanation. For the example listed in this thesis, the method of construction and structural building elements are presented along with technical diagnosis and static calculation that were performed in the Tower program. The example presented in this thesis also describes the means of its revitalisation.

Kroz ovaj rad obradili smo stanje obiteljske kuće u Pušćinama građene 1932. godine, koja je bila izložena dugogodišnjim utjecajima vlage. Putem terenskog rada odnosno pregleda zgrade u više navrata zadatak nam je bio ustanoviti u kakvom se stanju nalazi predmetna građevina, utvrditi uzroke nastalih oštećenja i predložiti mjere sanacije koje su navedene u tekstu diplomskog rada. Rad sadrži tehnički opis građevine, opisane pojmove vlage, napravljeno je rekognosciranje i statički proračun postojećeg stanja građevine, navedeni su prijedlozi i načini sanacija, te je na kraju provedena revitalizacija i statički proračun sanirane građevine. Through this paper, we have examined the condition of a family house in Pušćine, built in 1932, which was exposed to the effects of moisture for many years. Through fieldwork, that is, inspection of the building on several occasions, our task was to establish the condition of the building in question, to determine the causes of the damage and to propose remedial measures, which are stated in the text below. The paper contains a technical description of the building, described terms of moisture, a reconnaissance and static calculation of the existing state of the building, proposals and methods of rehabilitation were listed, and at the end, a revitalization and static calculation of the renovated building was carried out.

Sanacija rudnika i njihovo uređenje u turističke svrhe je relativno nova pojava. Obzirom na to da kroz rudnike ne smiju prolaziti neovlaštene i neosposobljene osobe, tamo gdje je uređenje u turističke svrhe moguće i prikladno, izvedba turističkih obilazaka trebala bi se planirati uz mjere predostrožnosti: uvijek pod nadzorom stručnih osoba i uz ograničenje lutanja. Jedna od mjera kojima se ograničava lutanje, a omogućava ugodnije posjetiteljsko iskustvo je uporaba vozila. Obzirom na to da su i transport i rudarska djelatnost izuzetno regulirani, u ovom radu se razmatraju uvjeti za turističke obilaske rudnika iz perspektive nadležnih državnih i tehničkih propisa te se prikazuje nekoliko primjera vozila za turističke obilaske rudnika u svijetu. U većini saniranih rudnika, turistički obilasci se provode pješice, no u nekima se obilasci izvode isključivo vozilima. Primjeri prikazani u ovome radu pokazuju kako se za turističke obilaske koriste restaurirani rudarski transportni uređaji koji su korišteni za prijevoz rudara tijekom rada rudnika, potopljeni rudnici mogu biti interesantni za obilaske posebno prilagođenim brodicama, dok se na neaktivnim površinskim kopovima obilasci provode manjim terenskim vozilima - uz tendenciju prema avanturističkom turizmu. Iako su, radi veće učinkovitosti, električni (trolej i akumulatorski) rudnički transport i izvoz zamjenjivani vozilima s dizelskim motorom, obzirom na današnji tehnološki razvoj električnih vozila i izbjegavanje korištenja fosilnih goriva, električna transportna sredstva bi mogla postati važna u radu rudnika, te doživjeti i posebne izvedbe kao vozila za turističke obilaske saniranih rudnika i površinskih kopova. .

V magistrskem delu je podrobneje predstavljen potek tipične zasnove in sanacije že dotrajanih hidrotehničnih objektov – zaplavnih pregrad na hudourniku Presušnik, ki izvira na južnih pobočjih gorske verige Karavank. Identificirali smo več možnih rešitev in se do njih opredelili. Opisan je postopek, kako opredelimo problem, kjer najprej s slikovnimi prikazi in opisi predstavimo obstoječe stanje in identificiramo kritične točke, na katere moramo biti pozorni pri snovanju rešitve. Zatem smo pripravili in analizirali pomembne vhodne podatke, kot je čas zakasnitve poplavnega vala, analiza ekstremnih padavin, modeliranje površinskega odtoka in podobno. Po končani analizi podatkov, ki so nam bili na voljo, smo lahko določili tri možne pristope k sanaciji, kjer smo pojasnili njihove prednosti in slabosti ter možnost izvedbe. Po pregledu dejavnikov kot je trajnost, varnost in zanesljivost, se je za optimalno rešitev izkazala rušitev starih pregrad in izgradnja novih. Temu v zadnjih poglavjih sledi dimenzioniranje elementov novih pregrad in pomožnih objektov ter umeščanje v prostor. Zasnovo novih objektov prikažemo na skicah in načrtih, izrisanih s pomočjo računalniških programov. Predstavljena je tudi tehnologija gradnje zaplavne pregrade. In the master's thesis we present the process of evaluation, redesign, and reconstruction of heavily damaged hydraulic structures – check dams on torrential Presušnik watercourse, that springs up on southern slopes of Karavanke mountain range. We identified several potential solutions, quantified their applicability to estimate the optimal solution. In the thesis we describe the entire workflow at first, we define and present the existing situation with graphical representations and technical details, followed by identification of critical points that must be considered in the design process. In the next stage we prepared and analyzed the input data, e.g., such as flood wave lag time, extreme rainfall analysis, surface runoff modeling. After completing the analysis of the available data, we were able to determine three possible reconstructions methods, for each of them we identified their advantages, disadvantages, and possible limitations for the construction. After reviewing factors such as durability, safety, and reliability, the optimal solution proved to be the decommissioning of the existing old check dams and the construction of new ones. The final chapters are devoted to the design of new dams and auxiliary structures, stability analysis, and placement of the elements in nature. The design of new buildings is shown on technical drawings, and area plans. In the end we provide the technology of construction for the check dams.

Diplomski rad podijeljen je u dva dijela. Prvi dio rada odnosi se na opis arhitekture, zidnih oslika i povijesti crkve te sadrži dvije cjeline. U prvoj cjelini prikazana je povijesna slojevitost crkve kroz periode graditeljske geneze crkve. U drugoj cjelini opisane su arhitektonske značajke crkve, odnosno pročelja, unutrašnjost i tlocrt crkve, zajedno sa zidnim oslicima. Drugi dio rada odnosi se na konzervatorsko-restauratorske zahvate na crkvi koji su obrađeni u dvije cjeline. U prvoj cjelini prikazani i opisani su prvi konzervatorsko-restauratorski radovi od 1952. godine te radovi izvedeni do 2007. godine. Druga cjelina sadrži prikaz i opis konzervatorsko-restauratorskih zahvata iz razdoblja od 2012. do 2019. godine. Usporedba i analiza zahvata, prezentacija novootkrivenih zidnih oslika i zaključna razmatranja sadržana su u zaključku ovog rada. Master thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the paper deals with the description of architecture, wall paintings and the history of the church and contains two parts. The first part presents the historical complexity of the church through the periods of the architectural genesis of the church. The architectural characteristics of the church, i.e. the facade, interior and ground plan of the church, together with wall paintings, are described in the second part. The second part refers to conservation and restoration works on the church, which have been processed in two parts. The first part presents and describes the first conservation and restoration works from 1952, as well as the works completed until 2007. The second unit contains a review and description of conservation and restoration works from the period 2012-2019. Comparison and analysis of interventions, presentation of newly discovered wall paintings and conclusive considerations are contained in the conclusion of this paper.

29. Sanacija AB dimnjaka u toplani Konjarnik u Beogradu

Armiranobetonski dimnjak u Toplani Konjarnik u Beogradu je, sagrađen oko 1975. godine. Predmetni dimnjak u odnosu na površinu trotoara izvedenog oko njega ima visinu od 96,00m. U unutrašnjosti dimnjaka, bez dodira sa armiranobetonskom konstrukcijom, izvedena je vertikalna dimovodna cev. Vizuelno-makroskopskim pregledom dimnjaka uočena su brojna oštećenja betona, korozija armature i čeličnih konzola koje nose dimovodnu cev. Ova oštećenja nastala su od sumporne kiselina koja se stvarala sjedinjavanjem sumpordioksida i kondenzovane vodene pare unutar dimnjaka. U radu je prikazano stanje dimnjaka pre sanacije, mere koje su propisane za sanaciju, kao i karakteristični detalji sa izvođenja radova na sanaciji.

30. Ojačanje postojećeg AB zida radi zaštite puta od odrona

U radu su prikazane sanacione mere zaštite od odrona na državnom putu IB-23, deonica puta broj 02332, Mijoska – Gostun. Odroni su česta pojava na strmim kosinama koje izgrađuju ispucale stenske mase nakon perioda velikih kiša ili usled otapanja snežnog pokrivača. U maju 2017. i februaru 2022. godine odigrala su se dva velika odrona što je onemogućilo dalje odvijanje saobraćaja na ugroženom putnom pravcu. Prvobitna sanaciona mera 2017 g. i najbrže rešenje u pogledu bezbednog odvijanja saobraćaja bilo je izvođenje armiranobetonskog zida. Trajnje rešenje za zaštitu puta od potencijalnih odrona bilo je izvođenje armiranobetonske galerije nakon odrona 2022. g. Rad se odnosi na povećanje kapaciteta nosivosti i stabilnosti postojećeg potpornog zida za prijem povećanih vertikalnih i horizontalnih uticaja za slučaj da se usvoji AB galerija kao trajnje rešenje zaštite od odrona.

31. Sanacija drvenih greda pomoću čeličnih ploča ugrađenih lepljenjem

Savremeni problem drvenih konstrukcija predstavlja održavanje tradicionalnih i vremešnih objekata. Kao moguće rešenje pri sanaciji delimično oštećenih drvenih greda, u ovom radu se predlaže primena čeličnih ploča postavljenih u proreze u gredi, a zatim se prorez zapunjava epoksidnim lepkom. Kako bi se ocenila efikasnost predložene metode sanacije, sprovedeno je eksperimentalno ispitivanje. Dobijeni rezultati su analizirani kroz dijagrame sila-pomeranje i oblike loma na osnovu čega su izvedeni zaključci o mogućnostima primene ovog načina sanacije. U radu je dat i uprošćeni analitički model proračuna ostvarenog nastavka.

The monastery church of St. John the Baptist in Kraljeva Sutjeska was built in the period from 1906 to 1909. The terrain on the construction site of the monastery, including the church, is conditionally stable, i.e., movements of earth masses that would be reminiscent of the occurrence of sliding have not been established. That was also shown by the reading values on a triple rock extensometer installed in the western bell tower of the church. Consideration of the entire problem in terms of finding a reliable and high-quality solution for rehabilitation of the damaged structure of the church building required some time of monitoring and measuring the displacements taking place. A certain monitoring system was established for that purpose. Podjetje je uspešno, če dosega dobre poslovne rezultate, zdravstvene ustanove pa so uspešne, če so prebivalci v državi dovolj zdravi. Uspešnost zdravstvenih ustanov zato ni mogoče natančno izmeriti, saj zdravje ljudi ni izmerljivo. Tudi zdravstvene ustanove morajo doseči učinkovitost, saj brez pozitivnega poslovnega rezultata nobena organizacija ne more poslovati. Slovenski zdravstveni sistem je bil v preteklih letih velikokrat izpostavljen kot sistem, potreben prenove. Glede na nekaj let ponavljajoče se sanacije in varčevanja na tem področju smo se v magistrskem delu odločili problematiko podrobneje pogledati z vidika organizacije, ekonomike in upravljanja. Posebej so nas zanimali tudi sanacijski ukrepi in njihova uspešnost. Primerjali smo poslovanje dveh po velikosti primerljivih bolnišnic, ki delujeta v različnih državah. Analizirali smo vpliv navedenih dejavnikov na učinkovitost in uspešnost poslovanja. S kazalniki in primerjalno analizo smo poskusili izmeriti učinkovitost in uspešnost delovanja izbrane slovenske bolnišnice. Ker razen finančnih izkazov, ki govorijo le o ekonomski učinkovitosti, drugih meril v zdravstvu nimamo, smo se odločili za primerjavo med največjo slovensko bolnišnico in primerljivo uspešno dunajsko splošno bolnišnico. Obe bolnišnici sta primerljivi vsaj po skupnem številu zaposlenih in številu bolniških postelj. Učinkovitost poslovanja javnih zdravstvenih zavodov je odvisna od države, v kateri javni zdravstveni zavod deluje in načina financiranja, od organiziranosti poslovanja in procesa dela znotraj organizacije. Enako velja tudi za bolnišnice. Analiza je med drugim pokazala tudi, da poleg vseh pričakovanih razlik iz naslova sanacije in financiranja lahko ugotovimo tudi razlike v kadrovskem sistemu in posledično organizaciji dela v obeh bolnišnicah. Z rezultati in ugotovitvami analize smo poskusili nakazati ključna izhodišča za doseganje boljše učinkovitosti in tako po svojih najboljših močeh prispevati k stroki drugih pristopov v managementu. Vsekakor pa bi bilo za izvedbo izboljšav treba izvesti poglobljeno analizo, ki presega vsebino tega magistrskega dela. A company is successful if it achieves good business results, while health facilities are successful if the country’s population is healthy enough. The performance of health facilities can not be really assessed, because population health cannot be accurately measured. However, it is necessary to be aware that without a positive business result, no organization can operate. It has been pointed out many times in recent years that the Slovenian healthcare system is in need of renovation. Given the several years of repeated rehabilitation and savings in this area, it was decided that this master's thesis would look deeper into the organization, economics and management of Slovenian health facilities. I was also particularly interested in remedial measures and their effectiveness. The financial results of two selected comparable hospitals operating in different countries were compared in order to understand the influence of the above-mentioned factors on the business efficiency and performance of both hospitals. With indicators and a comparative analysis, I tried to measure the efficiency and performance of the selected Slovenian hospital. Since we have no other criteria in health care than financial statements, which speak only of economic efficiency, I decided to compare the largest Slovenian hospital with the comparable successful Vienna General Hospital. Both hospitals are comparable at least in the number of employees and number of hospital beds. The efficiency of the operation of public healthcare institutions depends on the country in which the public healthcare institution operates, the method of financing, and the organization of operations and work processes within the organization. The same goes for hospitals. The analysis showed, among other things, that in addition to all the expected differences in terms of rehabilitation and financing, there are also identifiable differences in the personnel profile system and in the organization of work in both hospitals. With the results and findings of the analysis, I tried to indicate the key starting points for achieving better efficiency and thus do my best to contribute to the field of best approaches in management. But to make improvements, it would be necessary to carry out an in-depth analysis that goes beyond the content of this thesis.

Pomanjkanje prave kulture skrbi za stavbe je v večini razvitih mest pripeljalo do resnih težav zaradi propadanja mestnih predelov, in to ogroža zdravje in varnost mestnih skupnosti. Sanacija je pristop, s katerim navadno ustavimo propadanje in obnovimo propadajoča območja. Pogosto pa ima tudi negativne posledice; zmoti lahko delovanje obstoječih socialnih mrež in pretirano poveča količino odpadkov, ki nastanejo pri gradnji in rušenju zgradb. Po drugi strani je obnova stavb socialno in okolju prijaznejša izbira v primerjavi s prenovo, vendar je njen uspeh kar najbolj odvisen od sodelovanja stanovalcev. Če želimo doseči trajnostno strategijo urbane prenove, moramo najti ravnotežje med interesi različnih déležnikov za enega od obeh glavnih pristopov k prenovi. Čeprav je pomembno, da pri sprejemanju odločitev upoštevamo ekonomska in fizična vprašanja, se v tej raziskavi s strukturirano anketo preučujejo želje in preference lokalnih prebivalcev glede teh dveh možnosti. Ugotovitve prispevajo k razvoju uravnotežene in socialno trajnostne strategije urbane prenove.

Ker se Hongkong spopada z vse hujšim propadanjem, si mestne oblasti zelo prizadevajo za obnovo. Vendar se sanacija zaradi zamudnega in zahtevnega pridobivanja zemljišč pogosto zavleče. Obvezni odkupi pridobivanje zemljišč sicer pospešijo, vendar tej tehniki marsikdo očita, da ustvarja družbene napetosti med predstavniki za prenovo in prizadetimi lastniki posesti. Nekaj pravic prizadetim lastnikom zagotavlja zakon o zaščiti zasebne lastnine, vendar se nekateri odločijo še za dodatne ukrepe, da si zagotovijo udeležbo pri dobičku, ustvarjenim s prenovo. Prisilna selitev zaradi prenove lahko resno ogrozi socialne mreže. Zaradi teh težav so strokovnjaki predlagali »komasacijo« (ang. land readjustment). Ta tehnika zagotovi partnerski odnos med interesnimi skupinami, udeleženimi pri projektu prenove. V tujini uporabljajo komasacijo v različne namene, vendar je njena uporabnost za prenovo zgradb v Hongkongu vprašljiva. Ta prispevek se ukvarja s sprejemljivostjo komasacije v Hongkongu. Sestavili smo vprašalnik, ki ga je izpolnilo 356 prebivalcev mesta Kowloon City. Na podlagi rezultatov raziskave smo oblikovali predloge in praktične rešitve. Izsledki o trajnostni prenovi mest ponujajo dragocena spoznanja za javne upravljavce in mestne upravitelje.

Problem sigurnosti cestovnog prometa javlja se kao posljedica ubrzanog razvoja prometnog sustava, što je u konačnici imalo negativan efekt na broj prometnih nesreća koji je u stalnom rastu. Temelj ovog rada je prikaz uspješnosti provedenih mjera sanacija opasnih mjesta na različitim lokacijama državnih cesta u Republici Hrvatskoj. Opasna mjesta su lokacije na cestovnoj mreži ili u mreži ulica gdje postoji veća vjerojatnost da će doći do prometne nesreće, ovisno o drugim elementima mreže. Uspješnost sanacije opasnih mjesta predstavlja smanjenje broja prometnih nesreća na promatranoj dionici ceste, što je bio i razlog njene primjene. Na temelju poznavanja podataka o broju prometnih nesreća na određenom području, analizi postojećeg stanja identificirane lokacije te mogućnosti za rekonstrukciju navedene dionice ceste se može odraditi izuzetno kvalitetna sanacija opasnog mjesta. Podaci o prometnim nesrećama te postojeće stanje lokacije su ključni prilikom donošenja svih odluka.

U okviru rada prikazano je i spcifično rešenje oslanjanja figure na vrhu stuba spomenika, dizajnirano tako da, uz zadovoljenje nosivosti i stabilnosti, omogući brzu i efikasnu montažu.

Funkcionalno degradirana območja se pogosto povezuje z onesnaženostjo in zmanjšano kakovostjo okolja. Kljub temu v Sloveniji nimamo vzpostavljenega sistema za sistematično obravnavo okoljskih bremen in različnih oblik razvrednotenj, ki so pogosto prisotna na opuščenih območjih. Magistrsko delo prav zato v ospredje postavlja okoljski vidik obravnave funkcionalno degradiranih območij. V okviru pričujočega dela smo zasnovali model za določitev stopnje okoljske degradacije na izbranih funkcionalno degradiranih območjih. Uporabnost modela smo preverili na petnajstih izbranih območjih. Vsako od njih smo predhodno raziskali s pregledom literature in terenskim ogledom. Na podlagi zbranih podatkov smo nato izvedli preveritev modela in tako ocenili stopnjo okoljske degradacije za vsako od proučevanih območij. Glede na rezultate smo ocenili prednosti in šibkosti modela ter podali predloge za izboljšavo. Functionally derelict areas are commonly connected with pollution and decreased environmental quality. Despite that Slovenia does not have established system for systematic proceeding of environmental burdens and different forms of environment depreciation in Slovenia. That is why this dissertation gives prominence to environmental aspect of proceeding functionally derelict areas. In the dissertation we designed a model for effective recognition of level of environmental degradation on selected functionally derelict areas. Usefulness of the model was tested based on 15 selected areas. We researched each of them through overview of literature and field work. Based on collected data we tested the model and evaluated levels of environmental degradation for each of selected functionally derelict areas. Based on results we evaluated advanteges and disadvantages of the model and gave suggestions for improvements.

42. Technical diagnosis of a children´s home building in Koprivnica and the proposal of rehabilitation measures

Ovim diplomskim radom obradilo se i ocjenilo stanje zgrade bivšeg dječjeg doma u gradu Koprivnici u kojoj je vlaga dominantni uzrok raznih oštećenja u svim etažama zgrade. Glavni predmet i cilj rada bio je izvršiti postupak pregleda građevine i evidentiranje oštećenja, te se obradio prijedlog rješenja izvedbe potrebnih sanacijskih radova na zgradi. U razradi teme, na samom početku, obradila su se općenito karakteristična oštećenja i uzroci kod starih zgrada (predmetna zgrada je iz 1924. godine). U sljedećoj cjelini detaljno se obradila pojava i vrste vlage kao vodećim uzrokom oštećenja kod predmetne zgrade. Sljedeći korak u razradi je bio tehnički opis predmetne zgrade. Nakon toga, pristupilo se rekognosciranju predmetne zgrade. Nakon rekognosciranja, razrađen je tehnički opis potrebnih sanacijskih radova. U sljedećem dijelu predmetnog rada, predložen je troškovnik sanacijskih radova kao jedan od pokazatelja vrijednosti i težine predloženih mjera sanacije. Na samom kraju rada priloženi su nacrti predmetne zgrade s detaljima oštećenja koji su izrađeni kao razultat višekratnog izlaska na teren i izrade detaljne snimke postojećeg stanja zgrade. This diploma thesis deals with and evaluates the condition of the building of the former orphanage in the city of Koprivnica, where moisture is the dominant cause of various damages in all floors of the building. The main subject and goal of the thesis was to perform the procedure of inspecting the building and recording the damage, and the proposal of the solution for the execution of the necessary remedition measures on the building was processed. In elaborating the topic, at the very beginning, the generally characteristic damages and causes in old buildings were dealt (the subject building is from the 1924). In the next section, the occurrence and types of moisture as the leading cause of damage to the subject building were discussed in detail. The next step in the elaboration was the reconnaissance of the building. After that, the reconnaissance of the building was started. After the reconnaissance, a technical description of the necessary remediation works was developed. In the next part of the present paper, the cost estimate of remediation works is proposed as one of the indicators of the value and severity of the proposed remediation measures. At the very end of the thesis, there are drawings of the building with details of the damage, which were made as a result of repeated field trips and a detailed snapshot of the existing condition of the building.

Industrijalizacija, urbanizacija te porast globalnog stanovništva uzrokuju golem pritisak na okoliš. Posljednjih godina javlja se sve veća svijest o posljedicama iskorištavanja okoliša i prirodnih resursa. Bioremedijacija je biotehnološka metoda sanacije tla upotrebom mikroorganizama i mikrobioloških procesa kako bi se štetnoj tvari smanjila koncentracija ili je se prevelo u neškodljive produkte CO2, H2O i biomasu. Uspješnost bioremedijacije ovisi o brojnim čimbenicima poput mikroorganizama, temperature, pH, organske tvari tla, hranjivih tvari itd. Korištenjem in situ i ex situ tehnika bioremedijacije mogu se učinkovito ukloniti organski i anorganski kontaminanti kao što su nafta, teški metali, pesticidi i dr. Kako bi se povećao potencijal mikroorganizama u sanaciji onečišćenog tla, intenzivno se istražuju moderne tehnologije kao što je gensko inženjerstvo te nanotehnologija. Industrialization, urbanization and global population growth are putting enormous pressure on the environment. In recent years, there has been a growing awareness of the consequences of exploiting the environment and natural resources. Bioremediation is a biotechnological method of soil remediation using microorganisms and microbiological processes to reduce the concentration of harmful substances or to translate them into harmless products CO2, H2O and biomass. The success of bioremediation depends on a number of factors such as microorganisms, temperature, pH, soil organic matter, nutrients, etc. Using in situ and ex situ bioremediation techniques can effectively remove organic and inorganic contaminants such as crude oil, heavy metals, pesticides, etc. In order to increase the potential of microorganisms in the remediation of contaminated soil, modern technologies such as genetic engineering and nanotechnology are being intensively researched.

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen potek in način zaščite prebivalcev pred hudourniško poplavo Tržiške Bistrice na odseku Slap - Jelendol, oktobra 2018, vključno z zasnovo ukrepov za odpravo njenih posledic. V uvodu so predstavljene osnovne značilnosti in ukrepi za urejanje hudourniških območij ter sistemska ureditev varstva pred naravnimi nesrečami ter odprave njihovih posledic. Za obravnavan dogodek je bila opravljena osnovna hidrološka analiza dogodka ter prikazan obseg poškodb na infrastrukturi, vključno z analizo vzrokov in opisom izvedenih intervencijskih del za zagotovitev osnovnih življenjskih pogojev lokalni skupnosti. Za celovito odpravo posledic je predstavljen sanacijski program, podprt s hidravličnim izračunom v programu HEC-RAS. Na koncu je predlaganih še nekaj idejnih rešitev za obvladovanje erozije v zaledju, s čimer bi bilo možno doseči dodatno dolgoročnejše izboljšanje poplavne varnosti vzdolž obravnavanega odseka Tržiške Bistrice in varnosti pred spremljajočimi erozijskimi procesi. V samem zaključku je kritično povzet potek sanacije ter delovanja sistema. This thesis presents the course and manner of inhabitant protection against the torrential flooding of the Tržiška Bistrica River between Slap and Jelendol in October 2018, as well a plan for measures for the remediation of its consequences. The introduction presents the basic properties and measures for managing torrential areas and the existing systemic arrangement for protection against natural disasters and remediation of their consequences. For the event in question, a basic hydrological analysis has been carried out, with a demonstration of the scope of infrastructural damages, including an analysis of the causes and the description of the course of action to ensure basic living conditions for the local community. For a comprehensive remediation of consequences, a remediation program has been presented, supported by a hydraulic calculation using the HEC-RAS program. Finally, several conceptual solutions to contain erosion in the river’s hinterland have been proposed, to achieve additional long-term improvement of protection against flood risks along this section of the Tržiška Bistrica River, as well as protection against the erosion processes. The conclusion contains a critical summary of the remediation process and the functioning of the system.

Gledano s kulturne, povijesne, turističke ili graditeljske strane jedno od najimpozantnijih obilježja Čakovca, središta Međimurske županije, je Palača Starog grada Zrinskih koja sa svojim zidinama i parkom Perivoj Zrinskih predstavlja simbol identiteta i tradicije Međimurske županije. Palača pripada glavnom povijesnom stilu sjeverne Hrvatske, baroku, no uz obilježja baroka na palači su očuvani i elemente kasne gotike. Kroz povijest palača je prošla razne prenamjene, rekonstrukcije, dogradnje, ratna razaranja, prirodne nepogode, a što je ostavilo trag na samoj konstrukciji. Danas je Palača spomenički kompleks nulte kategorije, te se u njoj nalazi Muzej Međimurja, s nekoliko odsjeka (arheološki, etnografski, kulturno-historijski, historijski, te likovna galerija) u kojima je sadržano ukupno više od 20.000 eksponata. Ovim radom prikazan je dio problematike povijesnih zgrada, važnost očuvanja graditeljske baštine te važnost kontinuiranog održavanja konstrukcije i suradnje svih sudionika gradnje prilikom zahvata na povijesnim zgradama, posebice na zgradama pod zaštitom Konzervatorskih ureda. Viewed from the cultural, historical, tourist or architectural point of view, one of the most impressive features of Čakovec, the center of Međimurje County, is the Palace of the Old Town of Zrinski, which with its walls and park Zrinski Park is a symbol of identity and tradition of Međimurje County. The palace belongs to the main historical style of northern Croatia, the Baroque, but in addition to the Baroque features, the palace also preserves elements of late Gothic. Throughout history, the palace has undergone various conversions, reconstructions, additions, war destruction, natural disasters, which left a mark on the structure itself. Today, the Palace is a monumental complex of zero category, and it houses the Museum of Međimurje, with several departments (archaeological, ethnographic, cultural-historical, historical, and art gallery) which contains a total of more than 20,000 exhibits. This paper presents a part of the issue of historic buildings, the importance of preserving the architectural heritage and the importance of continuous maintenance of construction and cooperation of all participants in the construction of historic buildings, especially buildings protected by the Conservation Offices.

46. Assessment of the structural condition of the Sv. Rok church in Draškovec

U ovom diplomskom radu napravila se ocjena postojećeg stanja nosive konstrukcije crkve sv. Roka u Draškovcu. Prvobitno se pristupilo analizi područja na kojem se nalazi spomenuta građevina što je iznimno važan podatak za daljnu analizu. U početnom djelu rada izvučeni su općeniti podaci o akualnim potresima u Hrvatskoj. Dana 28. prosinca 2020. godine u 6:28 h prema lokalnom vremenu dogodio se jak potres magnitude ML=5.0 kod Petrinje. Osim u užem epicentralnom području Petrinje, Siska, Gline i okolice, potres se osjetio i na području cijele središnje Hrvatske. Tim potresom oštećena je i nosiva konstrukcija crkve Sv. Roka u Draškovcu, Međimurska županija. Posljedice potresa vidljive su na predmetnoj građevini u obliku raspucavanja i pukotinama. Napravljena je potpuna ocjena postojećeg stanja nosive konstrukcije crkve uz detaljan pregled, te detaljnu dijagnostiku oštećenja, proračunata su opterećenja koja djeluju na crkvu: snijeg, vjetar i potres. Nakon svih analiza i proračuna iznijet je prijedlog mjera sanacije sa opisom metoda sanacije te prikazom lokacije i dinamike kojom bi se sanacija vršila. In this master´s , an assessment was made of the existing condition of the load-bearing structure of the church of St. Rok in Draškovec. Initially, the analysis of the area where the mentioned building is located was approached, which is an extremely important piece of information for further analysis. In the initial part of the paper are drawn general data on current earthquakes in Croatia. On December 28., at 6:28 AM local time, a strong earthquake of magnitude ML 5.0 occurred near Petrinja. Except from the narrower epicentral area of Petrinja, Sisak and Glina, the earthquake was also felt in the entire area of central Croatia. This earthquake also damaged the load-bearing structure of the church of St. Rok in Draškovac, Međimurje County. The consequences of the earthquake are visible on the building in the form of cracks and fissures. A complete assessment of the existing condition of the load-bearing structure of the church was made, with a detailed inspection and detailed diagnosis of the damage, and the loads acting on the church were calculated; snow, wind and earthquake. After all analyzes and calculations, a proposal of remediation measures was presented with a description of remediation methods and a presentation of the location and dynamics by which remediation would be carried out.

rada odnosi se na sanaciju stambene zgrade oštećene potresom u Zagrebu koja je pretrpjela znatna strukturalna oštećenja. Terenskim pregledom zgrade utvrđena su oštećenja te dani zaključci o ugroženosti građevine prema današnjoj korištenoj regulativi uz prijedlog mjera sanacija kako bi se stambena zgrada dovela u stanje uporabljivosti. Napravljen je projekt obnove temeljem Zakona o obnovi zgrada oštećenih potresom na području Grada Zagreba, Krapinsko-zagorske županije, Zagrebačke županije Sisačko-moslavačke županije i Karlovačke županije (NN 102/20, 10/21) i Tehničkog propisa za građevinske konstrukcije (NN 17/17, 75/20) na razini 2, detaljno razrađen statički proračun prije i poslije strukturalne obnove. Izvedbom zahvata koji su opisani u ovom diplomskom radu postići će se razina obnove 2. The topic of this thesis is the rehabilitation of a residential building damaged in the earthquake in Zagreb, which suffered significant structural damage. The field inspection of the building determined the damage and conclusions were reached on the endangerment of the building according to the regulations in force today, with a proposal for remediation measures in order to bring the residential building into a condition of usability. A reconstruction project was made pursuant to the Act on the Reconstruction of Earthquake-Damaged Buildings in the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County and Karlovac County (OG 102/20, 10/21) and the Technical regulation for building structures (OG 17 / 17, 75/20) at level 2, a detailed static calculation before and after structural reconstruction. The implementation of the procedures described in this thesis will achieve the level of restoration 2.

Ker se pogoji življenja v bivalnih okoljih vidno slabšajo, je mednarodna skupnost oblikovala posebna priporočila za razvoj mest in drugih naselij (Carigrajska deklaracija in Agenda Habitat). Oblikovana so na osnovi sprejetih načel trajnostnega razvoja. V oblikovanih priporočilih je bodoče trajnostno urejanje bivalnega okolja usmerjeno v sanacijo (prenovo) obstoječega stanja. Ta priporočila so vključena v slovenske normativne in vrednostne dokumente. Ker pa dokumenti, predvsem normativni, niso med seboj usklajeni in jim ne sledijo podrobni zavezujoči in novim hotenjem prilagojeni izvedbeni dokumenti, priporočila, navodila, modeli in različne spodbude in omejitve, se sodobno trajnostno načrtovanje bivalnega okolja v našem prostoru ne odraža. Nasprotno, večplastna degradacija naših kulturnih krajin se dnevno stopnjuje.

49. Monitoring tal saniranega otroškega igrišča v MO Ljubljana

V magistrski nalogi smo analizirali tla saniranega otroškega igrišča v vrtcu Hiša pri ladji v MO Ljubljana. V letu 2015 je bila izvedena sanacija z zamenjavo zgornjega sloja tal zaradi povečane vsebnosti svinca (Pb). Koncentracije Pb v tleh na globini 0-10 cm so bile od 34,8 do 2793 mg/kg in na globini 10-20 cm od 32,4 do 6616 mg/kg tal. Po odstranitvi onesnažene zemljine do globine 50 cm je bil najprej vgrajen sloj gramoza (tampon), ki je bil prekrit z novo zemljino, v kateri je bila koncentracija Pb 51,4 mg/kg, kadmija 0,41 mg/kg, arzena 9,3 mg/kg in cinka 140 mg/kg. Zanimalo nas je, če so se koncentracije Pb in drugih analiziranih težkih kovin po petih in pol letih povečale do te mere, da tla otroškega igrišča ponovno predstavljajo zdravstveno tveganje za otroke. Koncentracija Pb v letu 2021 je bila na vzorčni globini 0-10 cm med 39,3 in 60,6 mg/kg, na vzorčni globini 10-20 cm pa med 40,9 in 51,5 mg/kg tal. Na vzorčni globini 30-40 cm smo večinoma vzorčili tamponski sloj nasutja karbonatnega grušča iz leta 2015, ki preprečuje ponovno kontaminacijo zgornjih plasti iz spodnjih ne saniranih tal. Z analizami Pb smo potrdili, da so tla na vzorčni globini 60-70 cm še vedno onesnažena. Analize svinca smo opravili z ne destruktivno metodo rentgenske fluorescenčne spektrometrije (XRF) in v združenih vzorcih tal tudi po metodi kislinskega razklopa z zlatotopko. Biodosegljivost Pb smo določali z in vitro metodo, ki jo je določila U.S. EPA. Absolutna biodostopnost je bila med 27,6 in 33,8 %. Z modelom IEUBK, smo izračunali pričakovano koncentracijo Pb v krvi otrok, ki je bila pod 10 µg/dl. Izvedli smo tudi osnovne pedološke analize: vsebnost karbonatov, kislost tal, vsebnost organske snovi ter založenost tal s fosforjem in kalijem na osnovi katerih smo podali priporočila za vzdrževanje tal otroškega igrišča. We investigated the soils of the remediated children’s playground in the kindergarten Hiša pri ladji in the municipality of Ljubljana. The remediation was carried out in 2015 by replacing of a 50 cm topsoil layer due to the increased lead (Pb) content. Pb content ranged from 24,8 to 2793 mg/kg in topsoil 0-10 cm, and from 32,4 to 6616 mg/kg in soil layer 10-20 cm. After removing the contaminated soils, a layer of gravel was inserted and then covered with new soils with Pb content 51,4 mg/kg, cadmium content 0,41 mg/kg, arsenic content 9,3 mg/kg and zinc content 140 mg/kg. The aim of this thesis was to check whether the concentrations of Pb and other analysed heavy metals increased after five and a half years and represent the health risk to the children. In the year 2021 Pb content ranged from 39,3 to 60,6 mg/kg in the sampling depth 0-10 cm, and from 40,9 to 51,5 mg/kg in the sampling depth 10-20 cm. Samples from the depth 30-40 cm represents the carbonate gravel, which was inserted in 2015 and has a task to prevent recontamination of upper layers from lower layers of contaminated soils. Pb content from the sampling depth 60-70 cm confirmed that soils are still contaminated. Pb analyses were performed by the non-destructive method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) and also with aqua regia extraction method. Pb bioavailability was determined by the in vitro bioaccessibility assay developed by U.S. EPA. Absolute bioavailability of Pb ranged from 27,6 to 33,8 %. Using IEUBK model, we calculated the expected Pb concentration in the blood of children, which was below 10 µg/dl. We carried out also soil properties like carbonate content, soil acidity, soil organic matter and available phosphorus and potassium for topsoil management recommendations.

50. Analiza uspešnosti obnove gozdnih sestojev, poškodovanih v žledolomu leta 2014 v okolici Idrije

V tej nalogi so analizirali uspešnost pomlajevanja sestojev po februarskem žledolomu leta 2014 v okolici Idrije. Ugotavljali so, ali je smiselno puščati ostanke sestojev, ter vlogo sanacije po motnji. Na terenu so postavili 40 ploskev, velikosti 25 m2, od tega po 10 na saniranih in nesaniranih površinah, ter po 10 na povsem odprtih površinah sredi vrzeli in pod zastorom dreves. Na ploskvah so izmerili nekaj osnovnih ekoloških parametrov, temeljnico, dolžino in prirastke dominantnih osebkov, preučili zeliščno plast, prešteli mladje po drevesnih vrstah, višinskih razredih in poškodovanosti ter popisali panje oziroma podrta drevesa. Ugotovili so, da je na saniranih površinah ter tistih delno pod zastorom v povprečju večje število osebkov mladja ter nekoliko večji delež površine zastrte z mladjem, po drugi strani pa so na povsem odprtih površinah precej večji višinski prirastki ter večji delež zelišč, kar lahko ovira pomlajevanje. Večina osebkov mladja je bilo nepoškodovanih oziroma so bile poškodbe zaradi objedanja minimalne. Na podlagi rezultatov so prišli do zaključka, da je sanacija površin smiselna, saj prispeva k večjemu številu mladja, poleg tega pa je smiselno puščanje ostankov v vrzelih, v kolikor drevesa niso preveč poškodovana, saj so pokazali, da nekaj zastora v vrzelih pomeni manjšo zastrtost z zelišči in več mladja. Regeneration success was analyzed in stands damaged by the 2014 ice storm near Idrija. It was determined, whether it makes sense to leave remnant trees in the stands and the role of restoration after the disturbance. 40 plots of 25 m2 were placed in the field, of which were 10 on restored and unrestored surface, 10 in a gap, where there were no trees, and 10 under the canopy of some trees. Some basic ecological and woody regeneration parameters like basal area, height and height increments of dominant trees and ground vegetation layer coverage were measured on the plots. All the seedlings and saplings were counted, defined their tree species, height classes and damage, listed tree stumps and felled trees. It was found that on restored areas, and those partially under the canopy, on average a larger number of saplings and a slightly larger proportion of the area covered with regeneration, on the other hand, on completely opened areas there were much higher height increments and higher proportion of ground vegetation, which can hinder rejuvenation. Most of the saplings were not browsed or the injuries were minimal. Based on the results, the conclusion was that restoration makes sense, as it contributes to a greater density of regeneration. In addition, it makes sense to leave remnant trees in the gaps, as long as the trees are not too damaged, as it was shown that some canopy in the gaps means less ground vegetation coverage and more regeneration.
