With the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile payment with its powerful convenience and operability is widely attention. This paper first discuss about several typical mobile payment pattern. Then proposes a mobile payment system based on hierarchical structure. In addition, in order to adapt to the rapid growth of mobile users and more diversified mobile payment business, we improved this payment system based on the Open API architecture. So that the mobile payment system can be more convenient for secondary development, thus, has better expansibility and portability.

With the development of computer network technology and new media technology, network video business continued to expand the coverage. Micro video is used as an important form of network video and its content is more extensive, more diverse characteristics have gradually become the mainstream of network video service. According to the current micro video network transmission characteristics and processing technology, this paper research and design the micro video authorization management system applied to micro video service platform. Through the authorization operations of micro video, realize the copyright protection function of the micro video.

In recent years the number of APP users rapid growth, so the research on APP user’s satisfaction is particularly important.This paper makes analysis and research on the evaluation method of APP user’s satisfaction, in view of the different influence factors of users in the use of the APP, we put forward the evaluation index of APP user’s satisfaction set, and used AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index, finally we get the asessment for the APP user’s satisfaction situation through the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model.In the end of the paper, we can get a conclusion that the method is objectivity, practicability and accuracy.

This paper focuses on the design and implementation of Open Platform for the Multi-screen Applications. By building the open platform based on the UICreator, we support for third-party developers to access and provide the SDK development. Using the interfaces we provided, they can develop business presentation quickly for the new equipment and the platform, including Smart Phone, Pad, Broadband Interactive TV, IPTV and OTT TV. The API documentation of Open Platform will be synchronized regularly and automatically, and it is convenient to maintain.

We presented media resource management in conjunction with cloud storage to manage massive data, and build a resource sharing platform types of content without limits, instance participation. Thus information providers and information recipients become an integral relying on the Internet.

This paper presents a technical implementation model for data capturing scripts in PHP to be efficient in the environment of a browser, Apache and MySQL. Traditional PHP scripts are usually run within the environment of the Apache OS and MySQL database, through a browser. This will lead to a substantial time limit when Apache runs. When the data to be captured by the PHP script is large, Apache will not be efficient enough to grab all the data and update the data into the database. In this paper, we use the shell scripting language to call PHP language in the terminal under Linux environment, and then grab the weather conditions in various cities in China, hence achieving the data capturing objectives, and update these data into the database in real time.

It can enhance the artistic effect of environment and plot, enhance the authenticity of the performance and effectively reduce the cost with strong proactive, creativity and usability.

Fragmentation is the most important trends across all media platforms, with the aim of reorganizing and disseminating information in a more personalized way according to the "Long Tail Demand" theory. This paper proposes a fragments reorganizing plan, which considering sequential video, UGC video, graphic, text and social media information as the equivalent information source, utilizing a unified metadata format to describe media resources multi-dimensionally. The implementation of virtual segmenting for video allows a more flexible control of the granularity and achieves a rich content presentation and interactive behavior when combined with interactive scripts.

Currently, the main disadvantages of OTT services are live video delay and video quality assurance while OTT services have many interactive contents. In contrast, IPTV reception effect is better however policy restrictions, incomplete standards and lack of content are the IPTV deficiencies. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of implanting OTT services into IPTV system. The design and implementation maintain the intrinsic IPTV services and ImageMagick is used to present OTT services in IPTV set-top box (STB) according to the current IPTV industry standards. Meanwhile, the services can be designed through the management software. Finally, the OTT services based on IPTV STB can enrich IPTV video content and enhance user interactive experience.

This paper realized the evaluation and classification of the user group based on the data mining evaluation classification technology and the principle of fuzzy clustering, and through the construction of the mathematical model and behavioral analysis of Internet video users. This paper also evaluates the effectiveness of the model through the existing evaluation model algorithm and the analysis of the samples.

In cryptography, the DES algorithm is known to be advantageous by utilizing the mechanisms of grouping and symmetric private key. The algorithm is critical in the field of encryption. It is adaptive to various applications for encryption in many different systems, especially in the embedded system of Internet of Things (IOT) and the Next-generation Convergence Networks. In this paper, an improved scheme is presented in order to overcome the easily attacked shortcomings. This method is to improve the complexity of encryption key in the process and thus to enhance the ability in resisting attacks, so that we use two keys to crosswise encrypt and the safety of the algorithm is further strengthened. In this paper, the improved algorithm is applied in smartphone-based monitoring of broadcasting transmission systems, so as to realize the transmission of data encryption functions.

As a visual form of expression, video has been favoured by more and more viewers. But in actual applications, various operations have different requirements for videos, which necessitate the video converter. This paper proposes a queuing mechanism by using the FFmpeg platform to achieve asynchronous video conversion based on the Linux OS environment. The test results show that this system realizes the asynchronous conversion of video contents by calling inotify and FFmpeg.

So in this paper,a platform of distance education based on Browser/Server is designed.Apache +PHP + MySQL are used in this platform,and Ueditor are introduced in edit module.Teacher edit lessons by Ueditor,and release them through the system.Users can watch lessons on TV terminal finally. It changes the one-way transmission,and meets audience's demands for the trend to convergence of traditional media and new media.
