The article presents a case study related to a 60-year-old agricultural worker, admitted to the surgical ward for bleeding piles of long duration. He was referred for evaluation of his skin lesions. He had developed a painful nodule on his left thigh for the past 4 weeks, which had been enlarging rapidly since its onset. He was diagnosed to be suffering from granulocytic sarcoma associated with acute myeloid leukemia. The patient was referred for further work-up and bone marrow aspiration studies.

Describes a case of acquired digital fibrokeratoma and spinal dysraphism with tail-like projection. Occurrence of a solitary elongated or dome-shaped lesion with a characteristic collarette of raised skin at the base in acquired digital fibrokeratoma; Suggestion that spinal dysraphism refers to incomplete fusion of malformations of structures in the dorsal midline of the back.

This article presents a case report of an 8 year old boy presented with skin lesions and hair and nail abnormalities. On examination it has been found that he had palmoplantar keratoderma with deep fissuring and slight flexion deformity of the fingers. Marked fissuring of the lips with hyper-keratotic plaques around the oral cavity were observed. There was a total loss of hair and eyebrows and very sparse eyelashes. Other findings included groups of hyperkeratotic papules over the flexures and trunk. These were arranged in linear streaks over the anticubital and popliteal fossae. All of his toenails and the right thumbnail were dystrophic. Examination of the oral mucous membranes revealed multiple asymptomatic leukokeratotic plaques on the hard palate, buccal mucosa, and lateral and undersurface of the tongue.

An elderly man with a long history of smoking presented with an excruciatingly painful mass of short duration on the left side of the neck, without any systemic complaint. Clinical and radiological examination revealed left upper lobe consolidation which was proved to be secondary to bronchogenic carcinoma. Histopathological findings from a skin biopsy from the neck mass were consistent with inflammatory cutaneous metastasis. Interestingly, this was the presenting feature of the underlying malignancy in this patient. This pattern of cutaneous metastasis has rarely been reported in association with bronchogenic carcinoma. A 60-year old male with papulo erythroderma of Ofuji is presented here for its rarity. The characteristic 'deck chair' sign was present. Response to PUVA therapy was noted.
