This study aims to analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction of ASN employees of the DKI Jakarta Province Education Office. The benefit of this research is to solve the problem of job satisfaction of ASN employees of the Jakarta Province Education Office. The population of this study were ASN employees at Jakarta Province Education Office with a sample size of 130 employees with an observation period of 2024. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction, while the independent variables used are leadership and organizational commitment, with the intervening variable used is work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with data analysis method using Structural Equation ModelPartial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Training moderated by the provision of incentives on Employee Performance at the Pangkalan PSDKP Jakarta. This study was conducted at the Pangkalan PSDKP Jakarta using samples of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling or saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS which calculations are assisted by the SmartPLS 4.0 program. Evaluation analysis of the Partial Least Square (PLS) model is carried out by evaluating the outer model and evaluating the inner model. From the results of data analysis that has been carried out, itshows that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Transformational Leadership moderated by Incentive provision has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Training moderated by incentives provision has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the data analysis showed that the incentive variable as a moderating variable did not strengthen its effect even though it still had a positive relationship with Transformational Leadership, Training and employee performance. Utilizing leadership, compensation, and motivation as intermediary variables, this research seeks to enhance the achievement of testing service personnel at the Center for Standardization and Industrial Services. A quantitative method is utilized in this investigation. Quantitative research is a positivist-based approach to researching populations or samples, with the goal of testing hypotheses via the use of research instruments and quantitative/statistical data analysis. The following outcomes are derived from the research and data analysis conducted; 1) The assessment services achievement at BBSPJI in Bogor is positively and insignificantly affected by leadership. At BBSPJI in Bogor, testing service achievement is positively and insignificantly affected by compensation. 3) The impact of leadership on motivation is both good and substantial. 4) There is a small but favourable impact of compensation on motivation. 5) The testing services at BBSPJI in Bogor are significantly and positively impacted by motivation. 6) utilizing motivation as an intermediary variable, leadership at BBSPJI in Bogor has a favourable and considerable impact on the achievement of testing services. 7) utilizing incentive as a moderating variable, compensation has a small but favourable impact on testing service achievement at BBSPJI in Bogor. This research aims to describe the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee work commitment with motivation as an intervening variable at Tiara Bekasi Hospital. This research was conducted at Tiara Bekasi Hospital using a sample size of 226 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling or saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS, the calculations of which are assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Partial Least Square (PLS) model evaluation analysis was carried out by evaluating the outer model and evaluating the inner model. The results of data analysis show that the work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on commitment. Then motivation has a positive and significant effect on commitment. Meanwhile, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Then motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. The results of data analysis also show that motivation can mediate positively and significantly between the influence of the work environment on commitment. Comparatively speaking to other economic sectors, the banking sector in Indonesia has developed more rapidly than others. Because there is fierce competition amongst banking sector players on both a local and global scale, the industry as a whole must adapt to changes faster. including PT BRI, one of the banks that propels the economy; BRI is a bank that advocates for the expansion of MSME businesses in Indonesia and focuses on the MSME sector. The goal of this research is to ascertain how worker discipline, pay, and leadership style affect output. As a scientist, the author employs a quantitative research strategy since the data is observable, measurable, rational, and methodical. The population of this study consisted of 105 employees of the BRI Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Gading Boulevard Raya, and 83 respondents were selected from the non-probability sample method using purposive sampling approach. The Slovin formula is utilised to determine the sample count. In this work, a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 assists with the data processing technique. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, organization culture to performance of anti corruption instructor with certification as an intervening factor. This research was explanatory research with survey research design. This is a survey-based research study. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. Primary data were gathered via questionnaire with Likert Scale. Motivation, Organization Culture, certification and performance are considered variables for this study. Sample size is (n 250); therefore, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and PLS analysis have been used. Based on the analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that partially each variable, namely motivation, organizational culture has proven to have a significant effect on certification. That partially, motivation and organizational culture proved to have a positive and significant effect on performance. The conclusion is that motivation is proven to have a significant effect on performance through certification and organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on performance through certification. This research finds out and analyzes the impact of E-Government Implementation and Leadership on Organizational Performance mediated by Employee Work Motivation at the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Trade. A quantitative method using primary data in the form of a survey. This research sample used was 162 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used is SEM with PLS software. The results of this study show; (1) Implementation of egovernment has a significant effect on employee work motivation, (2) Leadership has no significant effect on employee work motivation, (3) E-government implementation has no significant effect on organizational performance, (4) Leadership has a significant effect on organizational performance, (5) Employee work motivation has a significant effect on organizational performance, (6) Employee work motivation significantly mediates egovernment implementation on organizational performance, (7) Employee work motivation has no significant effect in mediating leadership on organizational performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training material and instructor on the training graduates' behavior with learning outcome as an intervening variable in Teacher Academy batch 3 program at XYZ company. Learning outcome and behavior are level 2 and 3 of Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research with a causal relationship approach. The population in this study is the participants of Teacher Academy batch 3 program. The number of samples in this research is 100 respondents. Data analysis is done using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of training material on participants' learning outcome, a positive and significant effect of training instructor on participants' learning outcome, a positive and significant effect of training material and training instructor on participants' learning outcome, and a positive and significant effect of participants' learning outcome on the training graduates' behavior. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and the effect of distributive justice on turnover intention, the influence of leadership and the influence of distributive justice to the workload at PT XYZ. In this case, the workload in this study be the intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with causal relationship approach. The process of collecting primary data is done through a questionnaire technique directly to 100 respondents based on Slovin sampling. While data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0. Results of data analysis shows that: (i) high and low levels of leadership in the company, will not affect employee turnover intention, (ii) high distributive justice in the company, then will reduce the level of employee turnover intention, (iii) the perceived high workload employees, it will affect employee turnover intention, (iv) low workload, no will affect distributive justice in decreasing the intensity of turnover intention in employees. This study aims to analyze the function of the Knowledge Management Model in improving performance and to obtain the most appropriate model in improving performance at PT KL. The population used in this study is the Knowledge Management division of PT KL Group. A questionnaire consists of written questions made based on indicators of research variables that respondents must respond to. The data analysis technique used in this research is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) developed by Thomas L. Saaty. Testing the model using the latest version of ANP Super Decision Software 3.2.0, to analyze the function of the Knowledge Management Model in improving the performance of PT KL with two criterias. The first criteria (criteria-1): Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Cost Effectiveness, Need Supervision, Intrapersonal Effect. The second criterion (criteria-2): Completeness, Connectedness, and Congruence, Perspective & Purpose. The alternatives that can be used to improve the performance of PT KL are: Passive Public Knowledge, Active Public Knowledge, Passive Share Knowledge, Active Share Knowledge, Passive Personal Knowledge, and Active Personal Knowledge. The results obtained indicate that the answers from the respondents have met the consistency requirements and the model has been proven both in terms of sensitivity or stability.
