Trifluridine and tipiracil can now be determined simultaneously thanks to a novel, quick, sensitive, selective, environmentally friendly, and extremely sensitive approach. To determine the medications under study, the first derivative synchronous spectrofluorimetric technique was used. Using spectroscopy, two quick and sensitive analytical methods based on eosin Y ion pairing were developed and assessed in order to determine capivasertib and futibatinib with high selectivity and sensitivity. The quenching impact of futibatinib or capivasertib on the eosin Y's fluorescence at a pH 3.8 and 3.3 for futibatinib and capivasertib, respectively, in 0.1‐M acetate buffer solution was observed using two spectrofluorometric techniques. These techniques are regarded as the original spectrofluorometric techniques for the assay of futibatinib and capivasertib. For futibatinib and capivasertib, the quenching effect on fluorescence was ranged from 100 to 1000 and 150 to 1500 ng mL−1, respectively. The absorbance of the generated ion‐pair was measured using two different spectrophotometric methods at 550 nm in aqueous buffered solutions with pH values of 3.8 and 3.3 for futibatinib and capivasertib, respectively. In the concentration range of 1.0–10.0 and 2.0–10.0 μg mL−1, Beer's law was followed. The goal of the current research was to establish a quick and practical fluorometric technique for trifluridine analysis. The approach relied on the drug's complex formation with the zinc ion to produce a high‐fluorescence product. The fluorescence was further enhanced by adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, and it was observed at 450 nm following excitation at 400 nm. With a determination coefficient of 0.9994, the association between emission intensity and trifluridine concentration was linear between 1 and 125 ng mL−1. The quantitation limit was 0.987 ng mL−1 while 0.333 ng mL−1 was the detection limit. The buffer type, pH and concentration, type of surfactant and concentration, and finally the diluting solvent were among the reaction conditions that were closely examined. With great precision and reliability, the drug in question was quantified using this method in dosage formulations. A new, simple hight performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC)-Spectrodensitometric strategy was created and approved for the synchronous estimation of four antibacterial specialists: ceftazidime (CEF), tazobactam (TAZ), tobramycin (TOB) and sulbactam (SUL). The four compounds were separated on TLC aluminum plates covered with silica gel 60 F254, using chloroform–acetonitrile–methanol–ammonia (4:1:0.5:0.15, v/v/v/v) as a mobile phase at 254 nm. Linear correlation was obeyed over the concentration ranges of 12.0–72.0, 2.0–12.0, 3.0–18.0 and 10.0–50.0 μg mL−1 for CEF, TAZ, TOB and SUL, respectively. The proposed approach is efficient, repeatable and convenient as a flexible method for the quality control of diverse combinations of these pharmaceuticals in various pharmaceutical preparations, with high percent recoveries that are highly consistent with labeled data.
