This article discusses a 4-port micro-strip fed MIMO Antenna system with a triangular slot and an inverted L shape strip has been designed and analysed for both 2.3 GHz WiBro and Ultra-wide-band applications. The suggested antenna has been etched on a cost-effective epoxy (FR-4) substrate having ϵ r ${{\epsilon}}_{r}$ = 4.4 with an overall dimension of 45 × 45 × 1.6 mm3. Mutual coupling of −18 dB between the radiators has been obtained by orthogonal placement of radiators. From the simulated and practical results, the proposed compact MIMO system operates in frequency bands 2.26–2.42 GHz and 3.7–10.8 GHz respectively. The proposed small triangular MIMO system operates with an ECC less than 0.005 with an acceptable channel capacity loss

The decoders are widely used in the logical circuits, data transfer circuits and analog to digital conversions. A mixed logic design methods for the line decoders are used to combining the transmission gate logic, pass transistor logic, and complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology provides desired operation and performance. A novel topology is presented for the 2 to 4 decoder requires a fourteen transistor topology aiming on reducing the transistor count and operating power and a fifteen transistor topology aiming on high power and low delay performance. The standard and inverting decoders are designed in each of the case, gives a total of four new designs circuits. All the proposed decoders have compact transistor count compared to their conservative CMOS technologies. Finally, a variety of proposed designs present a noteworthy improvement in operating power and propagation delay, outperforming CMOS in almost all the cases.

In this paper, a hybrid plasmonic pentagonal shaped nano patch antenna with SOI (Silicon on Insulator) configuration has been proposed in a foot print area of 1100 x 800 nm2. It has been designed for operating frequency range of 160-250 THz and to resonate at 193.5 THz. For arrant impedance matching the proposed pentagon shaped antenna is inset fed to SOI configured waveguide. Through, the numerical simulation using CST microwave studio suite, the proposed antenna results bandwidth, gain and efficiency as 77.34 THz, 5.354 dB, 91.10%occurring at operating range. With the help of standard semiconductor processing technology the proposed pentagonal shaped nano antenna can be realized practically. The proposed antenna could be used for number of chip scale applications such as photoemission, photo detection, heat transfer, optical sensing, energy harvesting and scattering.

In this article, we propose a circle shaped hybrid plasmonic nano patch antenna with SOI (Silicon on Insulator) configuration in a foot print area of 1100 x 800 nm2. It has been designed for operation in frequency range of 160-240 THz and to resonate at 193.5 THz. For the purpose of impedance matching proposed circle shaped antenna was inset fed by SOI configured waveguide and has been implemented using FEM based solver (CST MWS) and observed that the proposed antenna results in bandwidth, gain and efficiency of 67.6 THz, 5.25 dB, 91.10%, occurring at resonant frequency 193.5 THz. The suggested antenna is possible for practical realization and can be manufactured with the aid of standard semiconductor fabrication processes. The proposed antenna can be used for numerous chip scale applications like photoemission, photo detection, heat transfer, optical sensing, energy harvesting and scattering.

A novel printed swastika shape ACS fed monopole antenna well suited to 2.4/5.2/5.8 GHz WLAN and 2.5/3.5/5.5 GHz WiMAX applications for tri-band operation is presented in this research. The proposed swastika shaped antenna encompasses of mirrored C shape strip, L shape strip, and meander shape strip with partial ground plane (alongside 50 Ω rectangular ACS feedline). Through the legitimate positioning of the appropriate length strips, desired multiple impedance bandwidths excited over 2.4/3.6/5.5 GHz centered frequency with a less than -10 dB standardized value of input impedance frequency response can be obtained. The prototype of swastika oriented configuration has been fabricated and experimentally validated its parameters with an admissible agreement perceived with simulated values. The simulated results of antenna covers frequency bands are 2.37 GHz to 2.57 GHz, 3.4 GHz to 3.94 GHz and from 5.0 GHz to 5.9 GHz for (S11< -10 dB). Also, the 2D radiation characteristics performance of designed structure at different frequencies are also observed and discussed.

In this paper, a novel compact four element ACS fed printed multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna is presented with Multi Band characteristics. The tri band MIMO antenna is simulated on an FR4 substrate having (0.368λ0 × 0.368λ0 × 0.012λ0) mm3 dimensions with dielectric constant, er = 4.4. The Proposed tri band MIMO antenna is designed for WiMAX and WLAN operating bands (2.25–2.41, 3.36–3.65, 4.7–6.25) GHz, with an average isolation of 20 dB. The measured average peak gain within operational band is 2.96 dB with an efficiency of 88%. The elements are placed orthogonal to each other to achieve required isolation. The Diversity Performance metrics of the proposed MIMO antenna like ECC, DG, MEG, TARC, CCL and CC are calculated and presented in this article. Performance of the proposed antenna in terms of radiation characteristics when it is used for WAVE applications is observed using ANSYS SAVANT.
