Chofu Aerospace Center, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)(CAC), Online meeting), Chofu, Tokyo, Japan, 大きさが2 mm に満たないような微小なスペースデブリは地上からの観測が不可能であるが，電源ハーネスを切断するなどして衛星を機能喪失させ得る．この問題に対し現在，衝突センサを搭載した衛星により微小デブリを軌道上で観測する計画が各国で進められており，その観測データの効果的な利活用が期待される．そこで本発表では，空間的・時間的に高解像度が期待される軌道上観測データに対し統計的手法を活用することで様々な解析が可能であることを示す．まず，空間的分布に関しては，逐次モンテカルロフィルタを適用して微小デブリの軌道面分布を逐次的に推定する手法について，概略とシミュレーション結果を示す．また，時間的分布について，環境変動の有無を数学的根拠を伴って判断しその規模を推定するための手法としてカイ二乗検定と赤池情報量基準を導入し，シミュレーションにより検証する．将来の微小デブリの軌道上観測におけるこれらの手法の活用により，宇宙開発の安全と持続可能性の向上が期待される．, The impact of small pieces of space debris (less than 2 mm in size) that ground-based observations are unable to detect can cause fatal damage to a spacecraft. Accordingly, to monitor the environment of these small pieces, in-situ measurements that utilize on-orbit impact sensors capable of detecting small objects are being advanced. This study proposes statistical methods to analyze the in-situ data of small debris, which has high spacial and temporal resolution. First, the sequential Monte Carlo filter is applied to estimate the spacial distribution of small debris. Second, this presentation describes that temporal changes of the debris environment can be detected and assessed utilizing the Chi-squared testing and Akaike Information Criterion. These proposed methods are evaluated by simulations with an engineering models to simulate impacts with small debris. In order to obtain the exploration flexibility by the propulsion control technology of the micro-spacecraft, it is important to optimize the propulsion system. The objective of this paper is evaluated the trade-off of the chemical propulsion (CP) systems, the electric propulsion (EP) systems, and the combined CP and EP systems with shared propellant for 100 kg-class micro-spacecraft. As a result, it was confirmed that the effectiveness of combined CP and EP system with shared the high energetic propellant was clarified. In addition, at the higher thruster operation ratio for reaction control, it is necessary that the thruster performance is improved by using the higher thermal potential propellant. For the implementation of future space science missions at the father away from Earth, it is necessary to build the technological platforms for performing various challenging missions with high frequency and to mature the technology, and breakthrough of space propulsion technology is especially indispensable. In order to obtain the exploration flexibility by the propulsion control technology of the micro-spacecraft, our research group is working on the development and research of the high-thrust micro-propulsion systems, which is an important technical issue, and objective of this study is the feasibility of the propulsion technologies. In addition, as the platforms of propulsion technology, we propose the various future micro-spacecraft technology demonstration missions and technology demonstration missions of the propulsion system using micro-spacecraft, with hall-effect thruster propulsion system and high-energetic ionic liquid propulsion system as the representative of propulsion technologies. 現在世界では質量100kg以下の超小型衛星の開発が爆発的に拡大し，高度な技術実証や深宇宙探査といった実践的なミソションが企画されている．一方で超小型衛星の開発コストの低減を目指し，「ほどよし信頼1生工学」が提唱され，「ほどよし」な衛星を開発することが目指されている．そこでは「従来の信頼性工学でいうところの信頼度」を実現する確率が重要になってくる．そこで我々は， その確率を求める根本指標として，ソフトウェアエ学の手法を参考に衛星のシステムを定量的に評価する「設計の複雑度」を提案し，既に打ち上げられた超小型衛星についてそのアーキテクチャの複雑さを定量的に算出した，またその改善のための指針として活用することを紹介する．これにより「地上でやるべきことが少なくなるような開発」を実現する．

Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)(ISAS)), Sagamihara, Kanagawa Japan, 摘要: かつて教育目的で開発されてきた超小型衛星にも現在では高精度な姿勢制御が要求されるミッションが提案され始めている．一般に高精度な安定度を要求する衛星にはアクチュエータとしてリアクションホイールが搭載されるが，リアクションホイール自身が衛星の主要な内部擾乱源となることも知られている．そのため，リアクションホイールには姿勢制御トルクを発生させつつ，擾乱の発生を抑制することが求められている．本研究の目的はリアクションホイールが自身で発生する擾乱を抑制するホイール制御則の提案である．本講演ではリアクションホイールが発生する擾乱のモデル化を行い，リアクションホイールの擾乱測定結果と比較し，モデルが妥当であるかについて述べる．, Development of microsatellites by universities and organizations advances so increasingly that the higher attitude control such as pointing accuracy and stability is getting required for even their microsatellites being engaged in complicated space missions. Reaction wheel is widely used as an actuator in the space missions, however, it causes serious disturbance against the attitude control. It indicates that reaction wheel should also suppress generation of the disturbance for achieving precise attitude control.
