Background: Many prevalent disorders were observed in and around the knee joint. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was a modern and costly diagnostic technology that was progressively applied worldwide. This study was conducted in the Bushehr educational hospitals in 2018 with the purpose of determining the necessity of knee MRI prescriptions. Methods: This paper was a kind of cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study. The statistical population of the study was all patients who were prescribed knee MRI due to the appearance of knee problems and referred to the MRI Center of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences in 2018. The sampling method was convenient sampling. The sample in this study included 274 patients. The indications and data collection form of Vojdani et al.'s study were used to specify the necessity of the mentioned prescriptions. In this study, SPSS 22 software was applied to analyze data. Also, the Chi-Square test was used to for analyzing the data. Results: Among the total studied population in this study, MRI prescription was evaluated inappropriately for approximately 24 % of patients. In this study, the appropriateness of the prescriptions had a significant relationship with age, job, education level, physician prescribing, and requesting MRI (P-value < 0.05). Conclusion: It could be deduced that about a quarter of MRI was not appropriate to clinical prescription. Regarding the high cost of hospital and the necessity of their reduction, induced demand would be prevented by using valid indications. Therefore, reducing unnecessary prescriptions yielded to fewer costs of the health system and patients.

Breastfeeding is the ideal and most natural way of nurturing infants. The importance of breastfeeding has been proved unequivocally, and UNICEF and WHO have issued guidelines to ensure breastfeeding. More than 14 centuries is that in Islamic teachings with the most comprehensive, most beautiful and most powerful motivation, is raised important points in the form of advice and education about breastfeeding. Included in Islam recommended every mother to breastfeed her children up to the age of two years if the lactation period was to be completed. Aware of these recommendations and the usage of them, will lead to the most efficient and effective incentives to promote breast-feeding.

Honey contains a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. The vitamins found in honey include niacin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid; minerals present include calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. In addition honey contains a variety of flavonoids and phenolic acids which act as antioxidants, scavenging and eliminating free radicals. Honey has had a long history in human consumption, and is used in various foods and beverages as a sweetener and flavoring. It also has a role in religion and symbolism. Medicinal importance of honey has been documented in the world's oldest medical literatures, and since the ancient times, it has been known to possess antimicrobial property as well as wound-healing activity. More than 1,400 years ago, honey is described as a source of healing in the Quran and it is also mentioned as one of the foods of Paradise.

Immunization is today one of the safest, most cost-effective, and powerful means of preventing deaths and improving lives. Over the years, all countries of the world have incorporated an increasingly broad immunization agenda in their public health interventions. Immunization programmes are now routinely reaching over 80 percent of children under one year of age. Iran and Turkey with a population of nearly the same, are in the neighborhood and the aim of this study is to compare the vaccination situation in the two countries from 1980 to 2013.

Background: Hypothermia is an important complication during surgery, especially in children and is highly associated with serious adverse outcomes. One of the preventive methods is the intraoperative administration of amino acids, which can be effective through increasing thermogenesis and stimulating energy consumption. No studies have been conducted in this regard on children; therefore, we evaluated the preventive effect of intraoperative administration of amino acid on hypothermia in children. Methods: Forty children, aged 2 to 6 years, who were candidates for hypospadias surgery, were divided into two groups. In the case group, 10% amino acid (2 cc/kg/h) was administered two hours before the operation, and in the control group, normal saline was given as required. All patients underwent a similar method of anesthesia. body temperature was recorded before the anesthesia, immediately after it, and every ten minutes. Results: The mean age and weight had no difference between the groups.
