The effectiveness of jet flow in the energy transfer process has made it very useful in industrial applications. These flows also have higher heat transfer coefficients than traditional cooling through convection. The appliances inclusive of the jet make effective use of fluid and enhance the heat transfer rate. The contemporary article investigates the jet flow of power-law nanofluid past a moving wall. The nanofluid is formed by suspending Cu and Al2O3 nanoparticles in water. Furthermore, the jet flow is analyzed in the presence of radiation, which is further assumed to be linear, and the application of Rosseland approximation is considered to be valid. Considering these aspects, the model is designed using partial differential equations (PDE), which are then converted to a system of non-linear ordinary differential equations (ODE) by implementing certain similarity transformations. Thus, the obtained system is solved using numerical methods, and the results are discussed with the help of graphs. The significant conclusions of the analysis were that the increase in the radiation parameter contributed to the increase in the temperature of the nanofluid. In this article, the impact of Joule heating on the thermal performance of Williamson nanofluid is analyzed under the influence of viscous dissipation along with the Joule heating. Also, the flow is subjected to Thompson and Troian slip conditions that directly influence the velocity of the flow at the boundary. Meanwhile, to achieve the even distribution of nanoparticles in the nanofluid, gyrotactic microorganisms are dispersed whose motion is due to the virtue of density gradient. The heat conduction at the surface is governed by the convective condition which allows the interpretation of the Biot number. The mathematical model is constructed employing these presumptions using partial differential equations, which are then subsequently reduced using similarity transformations to get the ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The RKF-45 numerical approach is used to solve the nonlinear ODE system thus acquired, and the findings are validated by comparing them to the previously published works. The results of this study showed that the higher values of thermophoresis and Brownian motion parameters cause more heat conduction. Also, the rise in the Eckert number that relates to the internal friction enhances the temperature conducted by the nanofluid. Meanwhile, the Lorentz force helps in controlling the flow velocity. In this paper, a one-dimensional elastic–electronic deformation problem under the influence of the magnetic field will be inspected. Furthermore, the non-homogeneous (functionally graded) properties of semiconductor materials in the context of the photo-thermoelasticity theory will be studied. The hyperbolic two-temperature theory is taken into consideration during the photo-excited transport process. The interactions among the thermal, plasma, and elastic waves are analytically obtained when the optical and elastic parameters of the semiconductor medium are utilized as a function in the distance. The governing equations are formed using the Laplace transform technique to identify the analytical solutions of the key physical field distributions in the Laplace domain. Some thermal load, mechanical force, and plasma recombination conditions can be implemented at the free surface of the semiconductor medium. To illustrate the importance and effectiveness of the obtained results, the complete solutions of the main physical quantities in the space–time domain are identified using a numerical technique based on the inverse of the Laplace transform. Moreover, this work demonstrates the main physical field quantities that will be graphically represented and theoretically discussed. This paper presents a theoretical investigation of linear thermal conductivity temperature-dependent coupled elasto-thermoelectronic diffusion (ETD) waves in a micro-temperature semiconductor, specifically focusing on the effects of photo-excited processes. The governing equations are formulated for a semi-infinite silicon wafer, which serves as a semiconductor material. The explicit study of the strong coupling between the equations governing elastic wave transport, carrier (plasma) transport, and thermal wave transport is conducted in the presence of microtemperature influence. The electron–hole interaction is obtained within the framework of the ETD theory. Laplace transform is used to resolve the governing equations in a non-dimensional framework for thermoelastic and electronic deformation in one-dimensional (1D) scenarios. The present study employs the proposed model to analyze the impact of ramp-type heating on a stationary plane of unbounded semiconductor material. This paper is concerned with a boundary value problem for a nonlinear fractional differential equation involving a general form of Caputo fractional derivative operator with respect to new function ψ . The existence and uniqueness results of solutions are obtained. Our analysis relies on a variety of tools of fractional calculus together with fixed point theorems of Banach and Schaefer.
