The main objective of this study is to analyze the link between access to the IDMAJ program and the performance of the national employment promotion agency (ANAPEC). Specifically, it aims to analyze the effect of ANAPEC on IDMAJ program beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries, and to evaluate the impact of the IDMAJ program on the level of employment. To address this issue, we use the propensity score matching method while mobilizing data from the IDMAJ survey conducted in 2010. This survey was designed by the Ministry of Employment and Professional Training (MEFP) in collaboration with the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC). The results show that the program has a positive impact on the employment of young graduates, but this employment is characterized by a lower perceived salary and a higher number of working hours., Alternatives Managériales Economiques, Vol. 4, No 4 (2022)
