Load frequency control is necessary for power system management. The power system must maintain a frequency range to ensure power supply stability. System faults and demand fluctuations may cause frequencies to change quickly. System stability and integrity suffer. We are optimizing the two-degree-of-freedom (2-DOF) proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers chess algorithm. This article addresses electrical load frequency regulation. We employ classical control theory and current adjustment. It aims for electrical system efficiency and dependability. It checks for errors using integral absolute error (IAE), integral squared error (ISE), integral of time multiply absolute error (ITAE), and integral time squared error (ITSE). Particle swarm algorithm (PSO) compares performance. The IAE of 0.03364, nearly identical to it, shows that chess trumps other algorithms in many scenarios. The chess algorithm's ISE was 0.00035, like PSO's 0.03363. The ISE was 0.00036, indicating PSO's error-reduction capabilities. For the chess algorithm, PSO is 0.07929, and ITAE is 0.07647. This indicates the PSO responds faster to system breakdowns and load changes. Finally, the chess algorithm's ITSE is 0.00072, below the PSO 0.00076. The purpose of this research is to develop an advanced model to serve as a strategic tool for the Thailand government in managing the country and to propose ways for the government to exercise state power through proactive measures to address governance gaps and ensure long-term sustainability. This research employs a mixed-methods approach. The research methodology involved the following stages: (1) Quantitative research was conducted by creating the best model, which involved conducting path analysis based on an autoregressive integrated moving average with an exogenous variable model (PAARIMAX (1,1,1)). (2) The results of the quantitative research were optimized to facilitate additional qualitative research in order to identify appropriate ways of using state power for long-term sustainability in country management. The study's findings suggest that the government will need to exercise its state power in the governance of the country through the development of a long-term national management plan (2024–2043). This plan involves the establishment of a new scenario policy wherein a minimum of 35% clean technology and green materials must be utilized within the economic sector. This is primarily due to their significant impact on environmental change. Furthermore, the government should exercise its state power to mandate an immediate reduction in energy consumption of 50%, achieved through the immediate adoption of renewable energy sources. This research utilized the results derived from the PAARIMAX model to conduct further qualitative analysis to fill the gaps, enhance the value of the quantitative research, and align it more effectively with the context of practical application. The study found that the proactive measures suggested by stakeholders must be implemented alongside the urgent establishment of new scenario policies, including for charges and taxes, subsidies and concession taxes, deposit refund systems, and property rights and market creation. Digital filters serve an important role in digital signal processing. In this paper, the optimal design of a finite impulse response high-pass filter using the Bee Colony algorithm is discussed. The design of a finite impulse response (FIR) digital filter entails multi-parameter optimization. The goal of this study is to offer a way to high-pass the FIR filter utilizing an evolutionary heuristic search methodology known as the Bee colony algorithm using Kaiser windows. In order to find the most suitable beta and compare it to the designated beta. According to the simulation result, the suggested bee colony algorithm outperforms the original in terms of the main lobe, side lobe, and leakage factor for the 60th-order Kaiser window, and the simulation result of the high-pass filter shows that the side lobe obviously decreases. Autonomous underwater robots in the past few years have been designed according to the individual concepts and experiences of the researchers. To design a robot, which meets all the requirements of potential users, is an advanced work. Hence, a systematic design method that could include users' preferences and requirements is needed. This paper presents the quality function deployment (QFD) technique to design an autonomous underwater robot focusing on the Thai Navy military mission. Important user requirements extracted from the QFD method are the ability to record videos, operating at depth up to 10 meters, the ability to operate remotely with cable and safety concerns related to water leakages. Less important user requirements include beauty, using renewable energy, operating remotely with radio and ability to work during night time. The important design parameters derived from the user requirements are a low cost-controller, an autonomous control algorithm, a compass sensor and vertical gyroscope, and a depth sensor. Of low-importance ranked design parameters include the module design, use clean energy, a low noise electric motor, remote surveillance design, a pressure hull, and a beautiful hull form design. The study results show the feasibility of using QFD techniques to systematically design the autonomous underwater robot to meet user requirements. Mapping between the design and expected parameters and a conceptual drafting design of an autonomous underwater robot are also presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
