Additive Manufacturing (AM) technology has been widely used in various industries like automotive, manufacturing and construction. The application of AM technology in the construction industry is a chance of significant improvement and advancement for constructing processes. AM is consist of creating layer by layer of slices to print 3-dimensional (3D) construction parts. In this regard, along with the technology and process of 3D printing in construction; many researchers worked on different materials included natural fibre reinforced cement for the 3D construction advancement. On such, the review has been done for 3D printing technology, process, latest machinery for construction, the construction flow process and emerging materials for 3D construction. For this, the most recent and critical research work since last 8-years was highlighted and argued. Different research articles and numerous latest reports from web blogs are used for furnishing this review work. Based on the review, few research gaps are discovered. Finally, the use of 3D printing in the construction industry depends on the accuracy of the printing job. Not only that, the availability of printing materials and the cost of the printing process and the time taken to print also become the factors in the technology revolution in the construction industry.

Thermally conductive plastic is the composite between metal-plastic material that is becoming popular because if it special characteristic. Injection moulding was regarded as the best process for mass manufacturing of the plastic composite due to its low production cost. The objective of this research is to find the best combination of the injection parameter setting and to find the most significant factor that effect the strength and thermal conductivity of the composite. Several parameter such as the volume percentage of copper powder, nozzle temperature and injection pressure of injection moulding machine were investigated. The analysis was done using Design Expert Software by implementing design of experiment method. From the analysis, the significant effects were determined and mathematical models of only significant effect were established. In order to ensure the validity of the model, confirmation run was done and percentage errors were calculated. It was found that the best combination parameter setting to maximize the value of tensile strength is volume percentage of copper powder of 3.00%, the nozzle temperature of 195oC and the injection pressure of 65%, and the best combination parameter settings to maximize the value of thermal conductivity is volume percentage of copper powder of 7.00%, the nozzle temperature of 195oC and the injection pressure of 65% as recommended.

This research present the mechanical properties, Melt Flow Index (MFI) and Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of an ABS-Copper filament through the Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) machine. The main objectives of this study are to investigate and analyze the influences of the componding ratio and process parameters of polymer matrix composite (PMC) filament wire material on the mechanical properties, melt flow index (MFI) and melt flow rate (MFR) by FDM machine. In this study, the effect MFR of t 0% -40 % copper filled in 52 % - 85% % ABS filament material by volume percentage (vol.%) was investigated experimentally based on the melting temperature and feedrate with the nozzle size 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm in diameter through the FDM heated liquefied head. The mechanical properties of ABS-Copper filament through the injection molding machine and Melt Flow Rate by the FDM liquefied head was investigated in experimental for the mechanical properties and MFR. Based on the result obtained, it was found that, increment of 30 %(vol. %) copper filled in ABS filament material increase the mechanical properties and MFR (velocity and length) of PMC filament material through the FDM machine. It can be concluded that, highest temperature and feed rate are needed to extrude polymer matrix composite (PMC) filament compared to ABS filament material in FDM machine
