This study was undertaken in order to evaluate the effects of different processing techniques, namely, enzyme-assisted cold-pressing, Soxhlet extraction and aqueous enzymatic extraction on the basic physicochemical properties, antioxidant activity, fatty acid composition, spectral characteristics and volatile flavor substances of corn germ oil. The results showed that the acid value and peroxide value of corn germ oil obtained by enzyme-assisted cold pressing were higher than those obtained by the other methods. The hydroxyl radical scavenging ability of the oil obtained by enzyme-assisted cold pressing was the highest, and there was no significant difference in the contents of linoleic acid, linolenic acid or unsaturated fatty acids oil among the three oil samples. The full spectrum analysis showed that the highest content of linolenic acid (conjugated trienoic acid) was found in the oil obtained by aqueous enzymatic extraction. The composition and relative content of volatile compounds in corn germ oil varied significantly with the different production processes. In summary, the processing methods can affect the physicochemical properties, antioxidant properties and flavor substances of corn germ oil, which provides a theoretical reference for the utilization of corn processing by-products and the moderate processing of corn germ oil.

In order to solve the singular fault modes of redundant position sensors in electric actuators, a fault diagnosis method based on Hall sensor analytical model is proposed on the basis of traditional redundancy comparison algorithm. Through the complete self-monitoring design of Hall sensor and the analytical model design, non-similar redundancy signals of sensors are formed. At the same time, a hypothesis testing method based on sliding data window is adopted, and by adjusting the width of the sliding window to meet the indicators of false alarm rate and missed alarm rate, a fault diagnosis algorithm for position sensors is formed as a whole. Finally, an algorithm validation was conducted for the 2∶2 singular fault mode of the position sensor. The results showed that the fault diagnosis algorithm based on the Hall sensor model can effectively solve the problems caused by 2∶2 singular faults, greatly improve the availability of sensor signals, and ensure the control accuracy and fault tolerance of the servo closed-loop.

Using the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts' ERA5 reanalysis system and global meteorological data at a time resolution of 1h from 2012 to 2022, an analysis of the sea conditions in typical sea areas along the Maritime Silk Road was conducted. The validity and accuracy of the ERA5 data were verified using measured data from the South China Sea, the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea, and the TEMA New Container Terminal Project in Ghana, and sea conditions were given for each season under the common constraints of wind and waves in the target sea area based on the supporting engineering. The average distribution of wave characteristics along the Maritime Silk Road in each season was calculated, and the joint probability distribution of effective wave height and peak period was given for typical sea areas in China's southeastern coast, the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Guinea. The results show that ERA5 data can better reflect the sea conditions of the target sea area. During the construction process, special attention should be paid to the impact of summer wave height and long-period waves throughout the year based on the engineering support. The overall sea conditions in China′s southeastern coast and the Arabian Sea are relatively good, while the Bay of Bengal is more complex with effective wave height and spectral peak period greater than 1.5 m and 10 s, respectively, constituting over 85% of the total. Therefore, during the early investment planning stage, special attention should be paid to the ocean conditions in the Bay of Bengal.

[Objective]Unmanned seeding of rapeseed is an important link to construct unmanned rapeseed farm. Aiming at solving the problems of cumbersome manual collection of small and medium-sized field boundary information in the south, the low efficiency of turnaround operation of autonomous tractor, and leaving a large leakage area at the turnaround point, this study proposes to build an unmanned rapeseed seeding operation system based on cloud-terminal high-precision maps, and to improve the efficiency of the turnaround operation and the coverage of the operation.[Methods]The system was mainly divided into two parts: the unmanned seeding control cloud platform for oilseed rape is mainly composed of a path planning module, an operation monitoring module and a real-time control module; the navigation and control platform for rapeseed live broadcasting units is mainly composed of a Case TM1404 tractor, an intelligent seeding and fertilizing machine, an angle sensor, a high-precision Beidou positioning system, an electric steering wheel, a navigation control terminal and an on-board controller terminal. The process of constructing the high-precision map was as follows: determining the operating field, laying the ground control points; collecting the positional data of the ground control points and the orthophoto data from the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV); processing the image data and constructing the complete map; slicing the map, correcting the deviation and transmitting it to the webpage. The field boundary information was obtained through the high-precision map. The equal spacing reduction algorithm and scanning line filling algorithm was adopted, and the spiral seeding operation path outside the shuttle row was automatically generated. According to the tractor geometry and kinematics model and the size of the distance between the tractor position and the field boundary, the specific parameters of the one-back and two-cut turning model were calculated, and based on the agronomic requirements of rapeseed sowing operation, the one-back-two-cut turn operation control strategy was designed to realize the rapeseed direct seeding unit's sowing operation for the omitted operation area of the field edges and corners. The test included map accuracy test, operation area simulation test and unmanned seeding operation field test. For the map accuracy test, the test field at the edge of Lake Yezhi of Huazhong Agricultural Universit was selected as the test site, where high-precision maps were constructed, and the image and position (POS) data collected by the UAV were processed, synthesized, and sliced, and then corrected for leveling according to the actual coordinates of the correction point and the coordinates of the image. Three rectangular fields of different sizes were selected for the operation area simulation test to compare the operation area and coverage rate of the three operation modes: set row, shuttle row, and shuttle row outer spiral. The Case TM1404 tractor equipped with an intelligent seeding and fertilizer application integrated machine was used as the test platform for the unmanned seeding operation test, and data such as tracking error and operation speed were recorded in real time by software algorithms. The data such as tracking error and operation speed were recorded in real-time. After the flowering of rapeseed, a series of color images of the operation fields were obtained by aerial photography using a drone during the flowering period of rapeseed, and the color images of the operation fields were spliced together, and then the seedling and non-seedling areas were mapped using map surveying and mapping software.[Results and Discussions]The results of the map accuracy test showed that the maximum error of the high-precision map ground verification point was 3.23 cm, and the results of the operation area simulation test showed that the full-coverage path of the helix outside the shuttle row reduced the leakage rate by 18.58%-26.01% compared with that of the shuttle row and the set of row path. The results of unmanned seeding operation field test showed that the average speed of unmanned seeding operation was 1.46 m/s, the maximum lateral deviation was 7.94 cm, and the maximum average absolute deviation was 1.85 cm. The test results in field showed that, the measured field area was 1 018.61 m2, and the total area of the non-growing oilseed rape area was 69.63 m2, with an operating area of 948.98 m2, and an operating coverage rate of 93.16%.[Conclusions]The effectiveness and feasibility of the constructed unmanned seeding operation system for rapeseed were demonstrated. This study can provide technical reference for unmanned seeding operation of rapeseed in small and medium-sized fields in the south. In the future, the unmanned seeding operation mode of rapeseed will be explored in irregular field conditions to further improve the applicability of the system.

IntroductionAttention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common pediatric neurobehavioral disorders in the U.S. Stimulants, classified as controlled substances, are commonly used for ADHD management. We conducted an analysis of real-world stimulants dispensing data to evaluate the pandemic’s impact on young patients (≤ 26 years) in California.MethodsAnnual prevalence of patients on stimulants per capita across various California counties from 2019 and 2021 were analyzed and further compared across different years, sexes, and age groups. New patients initiating simulants therapy were also examined. A case study was conducted to determine the impact of socioeconomic status on patient prevalence within different quintiles in Los Angeles County using patient zip codes. Logistic regression analysis using R Project was employed to determine demographic factors associated with concurrent use of stimulants with other controlled substances.ResultsThere was a notable reduction in prevalence of patients ≤26 years old on stimulants during and after the pandemic per 100,000 people (777 in 2019; 743 in 2020; 751 in 2021). These decreases were more evident among the elementary and adolescent age groups. The most prevalent age group on stimulants were adolescents (12–17 years) irrespective of the pandemic. A significant rise in the number of female patients using stimulants was observed, increasing from 107,957 (35.2%) in 2019 to 121,241 (41.1%) in 2021. New patients initiating stimulants rose from 102,754 in 2020 to 106,660 in 2021, with 33.2% being young adults. In Los Angeles County, there was an increasing trend in patient prevalence from Q1 to Q5 income quintiles among patients ≥6 years. Consistently each year, the highest average income quintile exhibited the highest per capita prevalence. Background and purpose: Gastric cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal malignancies. FKBP1A has been reported to be involved in the occurrence and development of various tumors, but the biological role and mechanism of it in gastric cancer remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the expression level and prognostic value of FKBP1A in gastric cancer tissues, and to analyze the possible pathways and mechanisms of its regulation of gastric cancer progression. Methods: The expression of FKBP1A in gastric cancer was observed by immunohistochemistry, and its correlation with poor prognosis was analyzed by combining bioinformatics and clinicopathological parameters. Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the effect of FKBP1A on the 5-year survival rate of patients with gastric cancer after surgery, and COX multivariate regression analysis was used to explore the independent prognostic factors affecting the 5-year survival rate of patients with gastric cancer after surgery. The diagnostic value of FKBP1A expression in patients with gastric cancer was analyzed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) were used to enrich and analyze the biological function of FKBP1A and the possible signal pathways involved. In order to develop a first-class major in theater, film and television and achieve the goal of “cultivating artistic talents”, this paper believes that the development of the discipline should focus on “creativity” and “originality”. Therefore, a new understanding of the profession and theoretical innovation in academic research should be realized, and an educational system more in line with the essence of art education should be established. The research is based on the ADDIE model and the course “Theatre, Film and Television” as the carrier to explain the teaching design of Theatre, Film and Television professional courses. Procedures and methods in the five stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation ensure local adaptation in the course design and development process and tailoring to the actual teaching and learning. We will build an ADDIE teaching design model for drama, film and television courses, and conduct systematic teaching design research and teaching case practice for drama, film and television courses to ensure the positive development of teaching quality. Through an operationalized guidance model in order to improve the standard of course design and enhance course system construction. More than 80% of the students expressed the hope that the ADDIE model could continue to be used in the teaching of drama and film.

ING5 belongs to the inhibitor of growth (ING) candidate tumor suppressor family, which is involved in multiple cellular functions, such as cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and chromatin remodelling. Previously, we reported that ING5 overexpression inhibits EMT by regulating EMT-related molecules, including Snail1, at the mRNA and protein levels. However, the mechanisms remain unclear. In the current study, we identify that ING5 overexpression induces the upregulation of miR-34c-5p. The expression levels of both ING5 and miR-34c-5p in NSCLC tissues from the TCGA database are decreased compared with that in adjacent tissues. Higher expression levels of both ING5 and miR-34c-5p predict longer overall survival (OS). Snail1 is the target gene of miR-34c-5p, as predicted by an online database, which is further verified by a dual-luciferase reporter assay. The expression level of Snail1 in NSCLC cells is markedly reduced following miR-34c-5p overexpression, leading to the inactivation of the Snail1 downstream TGF-β/Smad3 signaling pathway. The TGF-β signaling-specific inhibitor LY2157299 reverses the enhanced EMT, proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities induced by the miR-34c-5p inhibitor. Furthermore, tail vein injection of miR-34c-5p agomir inhibits xenografted tumor metastasis. Overall, this study concludes that miR-34c-5p, induced by ING5 overexpression, is a tumor suppressor that targets Snail1 and mediates the inhibitory effects of ING5 on the EMT and invasion of NSCLC cells. These results provide a novel mechanism mediating the antitumor effects of ING5.

Objective: Building a perfect bioreactor scale-up model provides convenience for enterprise production, and a guidance for reactor manufacturers. Methods: Through the test of 1.5, 5, 20, 200 L scale reactor, the correlation and parameters of the volume dissolved oxygen coefficient kLa and mixing time tm were optimized and explored, the simulation amplification model of bioreactor was established, and the Scaleuper amplification system was built by MATLAB. Results: Compared with the test results, the simulation deviation of kLa was within ±15%. By introducing the definition of critical speed into the correlation of tm, the overall simulation deviation of tm was reduced by 17.4% compared with the original formula. Within ±10%, the simulation deviation of kLa was reduced by embedding BP neural network. The minimum simulation deviation of BP model can reach 0.1% for the training data range. Conclusion: The scale-up model of the reactor based on the empirical correlation has better simulation results after the relevant parameters are measured. It is feasible to use neural network to simulate and amplify the reactor, but it still needs more data training support.

Objective·Previous studies showed that hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection caused outstanding changes in host lipoproteins. However, there are no reports on such component changes of lipoprotein subfractions. This study aimed to quantify the HBV-caused changes in the serum lipoprotein subfractions and their components.Methods·Hepatitis B surface antigen-positive [HBsAg (+)] patients at Division of Cardiology, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from March to June 2017 were included (n=40), and 40 HBsAg-negative [HBsAg (-)] population were matched as controls. Serum lipoprotein subfractions and their components were quantified by using 1H-NMR. Orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA), variance analysis between the two groups, logistic regression analysis and Spearman correlation analysis were conducted to reveal the lipoprotein changes in chronic HBV patients against controls.Results·HBsAg (+) population had significantly lower levels in most lipoprotein subfractions than HBsAg (-) population. After adjustments for age, gender, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease, the levels of total VLDL, VLDL1-VLDL3, IDL, HDL4, non-HDL and their components were protective factors for HBV infection (OR < 1, P < 0.01). In contrast, VLDL5-(TAG/LP) was a risk factor for HBV infection (OR > 1, P < 0.01). In addition, the severity of inflammation in the HBsAg (+) population was negatively correlated with the levels of lipids in HDL4 with correlation coefficient ranging from -0.71 to -0.51 (P≤ 0.002). Six lipoprotein subfractions were obtained through feature screening, and the AUC of HBV infection diagnosis model was 0.861.Conclusion·HBV infection causes significant changes in liver-excretion of lipoproteins and their circulation metabolism; the lipoprotein phenotypes can differentiate HBV-infected patients from controls.

The simultaneous advances in artificial neural networks and photonic integration technologies have spurred extensive research in optical computing and optical neural networks (ONNs). The potential to simultaneously exploit multiple physical dimensions of time, wavelength and space give ONNs the ability to achieve computing operations with high parallelism and large-data throughput. Different photonic multiplexing techniques based on these multiple degrees of freedom have enabled ONNs with large-scale interconnectivity and linear computing functions. Here, we review the recent advances of ONNs based on different approaches to photonic multiplexing, and present our outlook on key technologies needed to further advance these photonic multiplexing/hybrid-multiplexing techniques of ONNs.

A large number of photovoltaic grid-connected operation will cause the decline of system frequency response performance, and the identification of system time-varying inertia is helpful for photovoltaic to participate in the setting of frequency regulation parameters. In view of this, an optimization strategy of photovoltaic frequency regulation control parameters was proposed by identifying the equivalent inertia and damping. Firstly, based on the equivalent model of photovoltaic grid connected system, the prediction error method (PEM) was used to identify the equivalent inertia and damping of the system. Then, the state space prediction model of frequency response of photovoltaic grid connected system was further established, and the parameters of primary frequency modulation coefficient and virtual inertia coefficient of photovoltaic frequency modulation control were optimized to ensure that the equivalent inertia and damping of the system meet the requirements of system frequency modulation. Finallly, the simulation model of three machines and nine nodes standard system was built based on Matlab / Simulink. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the frequency characteristics of photovoltaic grid-connected system and improve the flexibility of photovoltaic frequency regulation, so that the lowest frequency and the maximum frequency change rate increase by 0.1 Hz and decrease by about 50% compared with the traditional primary frequency regulation.

Abstract Background and Aim Environmental factors play a key role in development of Crohn's disease (CD), thought to be mediated by changes in the gut microbiota. We aimed to delineate the potential contribution of antibiotic exposure to subsequent development of CD, across diverse geographical populations. Methods This case–control study in Australia and three cities in China (Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Kunming) included four groups: patients with CD, at‐risk individuals including non‐affected first‐degree relatives (FDRs) and household members of CD patients (HM), and unrelated healthy controls (HCs). Environmental risk factors, including childhood antibiotic use and 13 other categories, were assessed using a self‐developed questionnaire. Logistic regression and conditional logistic regression were used to determine environmental factors associated with CD development. Results From 2017 to 2019, a total of 254 patients with CD (mean age: 37.98 ± 13.76 years; 58.3% male), 73 FDR (mean age: 49.35 ± 13.28 years; 46.6% male), 122 HMs (including FDR) (mean age: 45.50 ± 13.25 years; 47.5% male), and 78 HC (mean age: 45.57 ± 11.24; 47.4% male) were included. Comparing CD patients with their FDR and HMs, antibiotic use before 18 years old was a risk factor for CD development (adjusted odds ratio [OR] 3.46, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.38–8.69; P = 0.008). Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of superficial temporal artery (STA)⁃middle cerebral artery (MCA) bypass combined with temporoparietal fascia flap in the treatment of moyamoya disease (MMD). Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 18 patients with MMD who were treated with STA⁃MCA bypass combined with temporoparietal fascia flap in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020. The improvement of clinical symptoms, incision healing and complications were observed 7 days or 6 months after operation. DSA and PWI were used to evaluate the changes of cerebral hemodynamics, patency of bridge anastomosis and collateral compensation in pre⁃and post⁃operation. Results During the postoperative and follow⁃up period, 13 cases showed significant improvement in clinical symptoms, 4 cases showed no obvious improvement, one case was worse than before operation, 5 cases had cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome (CHS), one case had ischemic stroke, 2 cases had residual limb movement disadvantage, one case had unsteady walking, and one case had memory loss. All the patients had good wound healing during the postoperative and follow⁃up period. All operative incisions healed well, cerebral blood flow (CBF) and cerebral blood volume (CBV) were improved, mean treasnit time (MTT) and time to peak (TTP) were slightly delayed, and blood flow at the bridge anastomis was unobvious. Conclusions STA⁃MCA bypass combined temporoparietal fascia flap can effectively improve cerebral hemodynamics, increase blood flow in MCA blood supply area and intracranial cerebral perfusion, reduce the incidence of ischemic stroke, maintain the normal anatomical position and the function of the temporalis muscle, and improve postoperative comfort of patients.

A 53-year-old lady underwent a left total knee arthroplasty. She developed a dermatitis over the left knee on postoperative day 5, which worsened over the next 2 weeks and spread to the trunk despite regular topical corticosteroids and oral antihistamines. Physical examination revealed an erythematous plaque over the left knee and urticated plaques over the neck. She was given a course of oral and topical corticosteroids with resolution. Subsequent patch testing showed a showing ++ reactions to gold and nickel, and + reactions to copper, palladium, rhodium, titanium, vanadium, zinc, and hydroquinone. Orthopedic implants contain metal alloys, which may include nickel, cobalt. Hypersensitivity to implants allergy may arise from the metal alloy or bone cement. Metal hypersensitivity reactions (MHR) can manifest as a local or systemic contact dermatitis weeks to months following exposure. The role of MHR in contributing to prosthesis failure is conflicting. In patients with no history of metal allergy, pre-implant patch testing is not routinely recommended as a positive patch test does not consistently predict in vivo metal-induced complication. MHR may be managed conservatively with good outcomes. However, in patients with MHR and implant failure, or in a preoperative patient with a proven and clinically relevant hypersensitivity, replacement of the implant, or implant with a titanium or oxidized zirconium alloy should be considered.

Oral chemotherapy (OC) has been increasingly used in pediatric patients diagnosed with cancer, which is primarily managed in the outpatient setting. Different from adults, pediatric patients face unique challenges in administering these hazardous medications at home. Because of the complexity of pediatric pharmaceutical care and the hazardous nature of chemotherapy agents, comprehensive patient education is imperative to mitigate the potential safety risks associated with OC administration at home. Pharmacists play a vital role in patient education and medication consultations. However, the lack of practice guidelines and limited resources supporting OC counseling are noted. Additional barriers include insufficient knowledge and training on OC, which can be improved by continuing education. In a regional children’s hospital, a comprehensive OC education checklist was developed for pediatric patients and their caregivers to standardize consultations led by pharmacists. An infographic OC handout was also formulated to improve patient knowledge and awareness. Moreover, innovative approaches such as using telepharmacy, smartphone applications, and artificial intelligence have been increasingly integrated into patient care, which can help optimize OC consultations for children and adolescents. Further studies are warranted to enhance oral chemotherapy education specifically tailored for pediatric patients in outpatient settings.

Abstract Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) is shown to stimulate melanoma development and progression. However, the underlying mechanism has not been completely defined. Our study aimed to determine the role of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS)-mediated signaling in IFN-γ-stimulated melanoma progression and the anti-melanoma effects of novel nNOS inhibitors. Our study shows that IFN-γ markedly induced the expression levels of nNOS in melanoma cells associated with increased intracellular nitric oxide (NO) levels. Co-treatment with novel nNOS inhibitors effectively alleviated IFN-γ-activated STAT1/3. Further, reverse phase protein array (RPPA) analysis demonstrated that IFN-γ induced the expression of HIF1α, c-Myc, and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), in contrast to IFN-α. Blocking the nNOS-mediated signaling pathway using nNOS-selective inhibitors was shown to effectively diminish IFN-γ-induced PD-L1 expression in melanoma cells. Using a human melanoma xenograft mouse model, the in vivo studies revealed that IFN-γ increased tumor growth compared to control, which was inhibited by the co-administration of nNOS inhibitor MAC-3-190. Another nNOS inhibitor, HH044, was shown to effectively inhibit in vivo tumor growth and was associated with reduced PD-L1 expression levels in melanoma xenografts. Our study demonstrates the important role of nNOS-mediated NO signaling in IFN-γ-stimulated melanoma progression. Targeting nNOS using highly selective small molecular inhibitors is a unique and effective strategy to improve melanoma treatment.

In this research, under the disturbance of pre-dewatering, the analytical solution of vertical displacement of the adjacent tunnel is derived using the two-stage analysis method. In the first stage, the effective stress principle was used to calculate the additional stress of the adjacent tunnel caused by dewatering. In the second stage, the Pasternak-Timoshenko beam model was used to simulate the interaction between the tunnel and soil, taking the tunnel shear deformation into account. By referring to the calculation results of existing literature, the correctness of the proposed method is verified, and the influencing factors of the longitudinal displacement of the tunnel are further analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the distance from the dewatering well and soil elastic modulus, the vertical displacement of the tunnel is reduced. The deformation of the existing tunnel increases with the permeability coefficient. The decrease of the tunnel shear modulus can lead to the rapid increase of the tunnel’s vertical displacement, so the shear stiffness should be considered in the analysis of its deformation. The increase in the dropping amplitude of the water level in the well will decrease the water level in the surrounding strata. According to the different relative positions of the tunnel and the water table, there are two forms of additional load on the tunnel. Before the water level drops to the tunnel axis, the tunnel’s Additional load and displacement gradually increase.

Most lane line detection algorithms still have room for improvement in detection accuracy, speed, and robustness. Meanwhile, these algorithms only test the performance indicators through the test set of the open-source dataset rather than deploying them on actual vehicles and evaluating the performance indicators through road scenarios. Therefore, this paper proposes a lane detection algorithm based on instance segmentation. Firstly, a dual-branch neural network model for lane line image segmentation was designed based on BiSeNet V2. Then the discrete lane line feature points are operated through the clustering model. The corresponding feature points are selected for fitting by combining straight lines and curves to obtain the appropriate fitting parameter equation for the specific visual field area. Finally, the model is trained and verified based on the TuSimple dataset. The algorithm has a noticeable performance improvement under the two evaluation indicators of mIoU and FPS. Meanwhile, the model is integrated into the ROS task platform for intelligent vehicles. The results show that the algorithm’s accuracy and detection speed are increased to about 3.9 and 2.9 times, respectively, that of the improved probabilistic Hough transform algorithm under the two evaluation indicators of lateral distance and the detection time of each image frame.

Glucose dehydrogenase (GDH) is a NAD(P)+ dependent oxidoreductase, which is useful in glucose determination kits, glucose biosensors, cofactor regeneration, and biofuel cells. However, the low efficiency of the catalysis hinders the use of GDH in industrial applications. In this study, an analysis of interactions between eight GDH mutants and NADP+ is powered by AlphaFold2 and Discovery Studio 3.0. The docking results showed that more hydrogen bonds formed between mutants, such as P45A and NADP+, which indicated that these mutants had the potential for high catalytic efficiency. Subsequently, we verified all the mutants by site-directed mutagenesis. It was notable that the enzyme activity of mutant P45A was 1829 U/mg, an improvement of 28-fold compared to wild-type GDH. Abstract To identify the clinical and pharmacological risk factors associated with tacrolimus pharmacodynamics for acute graft‐versus‐host disease (aGVHD) in pediatric patients receiving allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) from a matched related donor. A retrospective cohort single center chart review study was conducted with pediatric patients who received tacrolimus prophylaxis after allogeneic HSCT between January 1, 2017, and December 31, 2019. Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of cerebral revascularization treatment for the posterior circulation ischemic stroke with chronic vertebro ⁃ basilar artery steno ⁃ occlusion. Methods From January 2018 to January 2021, 11 patients with posterior circulation ischemic stroke by chronic vertebro⁃basilar artery steno⁃occlusion were diagnosed and treated in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital. We utilized MRI to locate the infarct, CTA to assess the steno⁃occlusive site and the stenosis rate, and DSA to evaluate the collateral compensation. These patients were treated by using occipital artery (OA)⁃vertebral artery (VA) bypass, external carotid artery (ECA) ⁃ VA bypass with radial artery (RA) graft, OA ⁃ posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA)/anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA) bypass and superficial temporal artery (STA)⁃posterior cerebral artery (PCA)/superior cerebellar artery (SCA) bypass. The prognosis was assessed through modified Rankin Scale (mRS). Results The steno⁃occlusive sites confirmed by CTA were located at basilar artery(BA, 2/11), bilateral vertebr ⁃ basilar artery as tander lesions (1/11), intracranial and extracranial segments of bilateral VA (2/11 and 11/11), unilateral intracranial segment of VA with contralateral extracranial segment of VA (4/11), initial segment of unilateral VA with tenderness of contralatieral VA (1/11). Collateral patterns confirmed by DSA included posterior communicating artery (PCoA, 7/11), cerebellar pial collateral (5/11; among PICA, AICA and SCA), ascending cervical artery (AA, 4/11), cerebral pial collateral [middle cerebral artery (MCA)⁃PCA, 3/11] and anterior spinal artery (ASA, 1/11). All the 11 patients underwent bypass operation successfully. Imaging [indoleocyanine green angiography (ICGA), DSA and CTA] suggested bypass vascular patency. Two patients suffered lung infection postoperatively, one patient was suspected with intracranial infection, and all the patients got better after antibiotic treatment. The median mRS score was 1. The mean follow⁃up time was 8 months. Nine patients had good prognosis at discharge (mRS score 0-1), 2 cases had a medial prognosis (mRS score 2-3). Conclusions Cerebral revascularization treatment of chronic symptomatic severe vertebro ⁃ basilar artery steno⁃occlusive with posterior circulation ischemic stroke is effective, safe, and feasible.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of low flow bypass in the treatment of chronic symptomatic middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Methods A total of 28 patients with chronic symptomatic MCAO who were treated in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 underwent superficial temporal artery⁃middle cerebral artery (STA⁃MCA) bypass, and the prognosis of neurological function was assessed by modified Rankin Scale (mRS). DSA or CTA were reexamined to evaluate the patency of the anastomotic site of the bridging vessels, and PWI was reexamined to evaluate improvement of cerebral perfusion. Results All 28 patients underwent STA⁃MCA bypass successfully, the success rate of operation was 100%, and the patency rate of bridge vessels was 100%. The postoperative neurological function was improved compared with that before operation, and the difference was statistically significant (mRS score 1.43 ± 0.57 vs. 2.14 ± 0.36; t = 6.301, P = 0.000). Twelve months after operation, the cerebral blood flow (CBF) and cerebral blood volume (CBV) of the affected side were significantly increased, and the mean transit time (MTT) and time to peak (TTP) were significantly decreased compared with those before operation. The mean postoperative follow⁃up was (39.41 ± 9.39) months. No new ischemic events occurred, and the bridge vessels were patchy. Conclusions Low flow bypass is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic symptomatic MCAO.

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of surgical treatment for recurrent intracranial aneurysms after primary interventional embolization. Methods A total of 15 patients with recurrent aneurysms after primary interventional embolization who were diagnosed and treated in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from June 2014 to June 2019 were included. The aneurysms located in anterior communicating artery (ACoA, one case), middle cerebral artery (MCA, 2 cases), internal carotid artery (ICA) cavernous sinus segment (one case), supra clinoid process segment (2 cases) and posterior communicating segment (5 cases), basilar artery (BA, 2 cases), posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA, 2 cases). There were 5 large aneurysms (＞25 mm in diameter), 3 large aneurysms (10-25 mm in diameter), and 7 small aneurysms (＜10 mm in diameter). Surgical treatment was performed on all patients. Results Surgery was performed successfully in all patients, with a success rate of 100%. Seven patients underwent bypass surgery [external carotid artery (ECA)⁃radial artery (RA)⁃M2 bypass (2 cases), superficial temporal artery (STA)⁃M4 bypass (one case), occipital artery (OA)⁃PICA bypass (2 cases), and STA⁃posterior cerebral artery (PCA) P2 bypass (2 cases)] and 7 patients underwent clipping surgery, and carotid narrowing surgery was performed in one patient. In 15 patients 13 (86.67%) had favorable outcome [modified Rankin Scale (mRS) ≤ 2]. One case (Case 6) had cerebral infarction after clipping. One case (Case 11) had no significant relief of compression symptoms after superficial temporal artery (STA)⁃posterior cerebral artery (PCA) low flow posterior circulation bypass, and died of pulmonary infection 11 months after follow⁃up. Conclusions Operations for recurrent aneurysms after interventional embolization are difficult surgery, such surgeries are recommended in high⁃volume centers, with sufficient experience in both clipping and cerebral bypass. Bypass surgery is an effective means of dealing with recurrent complex aneurysms.

With the aim of providing a partial reference for relevant issues， this paper elaborated a case of major depression after glaucoma surgery receiving 6 weeks of treatment with escitalopram oxalate and sulpiride achieved significant improvement in depressive and psychotic symptoms without triggering or exacerbating glaucoma.

Abstract Background Racial/ethnic disparities in the use of opioids to treat pain disorders have been previously reported in the emergency department (ED). Further research is needed to better evaluate the impact race/ethnicity may have on the use of opioids in adolescents for the management of pain disorders in the ED. Methods This was a cross-sectional study using data from the National Hospital Ambulatory Medical Care Survey from 2006 to 2016. Multivariate models were used to evaluate the role of race/ethnicity in the receipt of opioid agonists while in the ED. All ED visits with patients aged 11–21 years old were analyzed. Races/ethnicities were stratified as non-Hispanic Whites, non-Hispanic Blacks, and Hispanics. In addition to race, statistical analysis included the following covariates: pain score, pain diagnosis, age, region, sex, and payment method. Results There was a weighted total of 189,256,419 ED visits. Those visits involved 109,826,315 (58%) non-Hispanic Whites, 46,314,977 (24%) non-Hispanic Blacks, and 33,115,127 (18%) Hispanics, with 21.6% (95% CI, 21.1%-22.1), 15.2% (95% CI, 14.6–15.9%), and 17.4% (95% CI, 16.5–18.2%) of those visits reporting use of opioids, respectively. Regardless of age, sex, and region, non-Hispanic Whites received opioids at a higher rate than non-Hispanic Blacks and Hispanics. Based on diagnosis, non-Hispanic Whites received opioids at a higher rate in multiple pain diagnoses. Additionally, non-Hispanic Blacks and Hispanics were less likely to receive an opioid when reporting moderate pain (aOR = 0.738, 95% CI 0.601–0.906, aOR = 0.739, 95% CI 0.578–0.945, respectively) and severe pain (aOR = 0.580, 95% CI 0.500–0.672, aOR = 0.807, 95% CI 0.685–0.951, respectively) compared to non-Hispanic Whites. Conclusions Differences in the receipt of opioid agonists in EDs among the races/ethnicities exist, with more non-Hispanic Whites receiving opioids than their minority counterparts. Non-Hispanic Black women may be an especially marginalized population. Further investigation into sex-based and regional differences are needed.

Reasonable stope structural parameters are very important to ensure the safety and efficiency of mining. In this paper, based on the elastic-plastic constitutive model of Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion, the reasonable span and critical span are calculated by using simply supported beam theory and mine room width calculation formula. PLAXIS2D finite element analysis software was used to conduct numerical simulation research on 7 m × 9 m, 5 m × 12 m stope structure parameter schemes and 7 m × 9m, 5 m × 12 m waste rock filling schemes. The optimal structure parameters of the stope were determined based on the calculation and analysis of displacement variation rule, surrounding rock stress distribution and plastic zone. The analysis and simulation results show that Case 1 one-time mining 7 m × 9 m and Case 3 one-time mining 5 m × 12 m, the plastic zone is connected, the simulation calculation is not convergent, and the stope is unstable. Case 2 waste rock filling 7 m × 9 m and Case 4 waste rock filling 5 m × 12 m, the distribution and change of stress, displacement and plastic zone in the goaf under the two cases are compared, and finally the waste rock filling 7 m × 9 m is obtained can improve the economy and safety of mining in the mining area, and verify the feasibility of implementing stope structural parameters and waste rock filling mining system is verified.

The epicardium characterized by high regeneration ability and multidirectional differentiation potential, which can secrete a variety of signal molecules, and play a central role during myocardial infarction repair. Current research approaches aims to activate the adult epicardium, to regulate epicardial differentiation, and to make bioengineered epicardial patch to promote heart regeneration. In this Review, we describe recent advances in the biology of the epicardium and attempts using the epicardium as therapeutic targets for heart repair and regeneration.

A detection method of anti GPS deception of UAV was proposed for the problem that GPS signal of UAV was easy to be interfered and deceived, which combined deep learning and Kalman filter. The dynamic model of UAV flight was predicted from the flight state of UAV by using long short-term memory network, and the dynamic adjustment of Kalman filter and dynamic model was used to identify GPS deception. In order to resist the interference of GPS deception signal, this method did not need to increase the hardware overhead of the receiver, and was easy to realize. The experimental results show that the method has higher accuracy and lower false alarm rate for the recognition of GPS signals, and can effectively enhance the UAV's ability to resist GPS deception interference.

In this paper, we aim to establish an evaluation model for the impact of Saihanba on the ecological environment to quantitatively evaluate its impact due to its significant role on maintaining ecological balance and stability. We apply the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method on building an evaluation model of Saihanba with a multilevel evaluation factor system. In addition, we promote the model with the help of the K-means clustering analysis method after optimizing to determine which geographical locations in China and Pakistan need to establish ecological reservation.
