This paper summarizes the practical of medical integration model in the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing ward round for a patient with lumbar disc herniation. Based on the review of patient’s clinical data, responsible nurse had reported the case analysis, and doctors had comprehensively analyzed the illness condition of the patient. The key nursing contents were discussed and nursing measures were jointly formulated. Through the integration of medical and nursing rounds, the professional complementarity between medical and nursing can be rebuilt, and a mode consisting of medical treatment, nursing care and patient participation can be achieved. Camellia perpetua is the only rare and endangered plant in the genus Camellia that blooms almost all year round. In order to explore the flower bud differentiation process and the changes of endogenous hormones in leaves at different flower development periods and annual growth cycles, the process of C. perpetua flower bud differentiation was observed by paraffin sections. The contents of abscisic acid (ABA), indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), gibberellin (GA3) and zeatin nucleoside (ZR) in leaves in different flower development periods and in leaves with flower bud and leaves without flower bud in annual growth cycle were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results were as follows: (1) The flower bud differentiation sequence of C. perpetua was from the outside to the inside, and it was divided into six periods, which lasted 35 d in total, from the bud differentiation to flowering about two months. (2) The contents of ABA and GA3 and the ratios of GA3/ABA and (IAA + GA3) /ZR were higher in flower bud morphological differentiation period, while the contents of IAA and ZR and the ratios of IAA/ABA and ZR/ABA were lower. (3) The contents of ABA, IAA and ZR in the leaves with flower bud were higher than those in the leaves without flower bud. The IAA/ZR and (IAA + GA3) /ZR ratios were lower than those of the leaves without flower bud. In conclusion, the flower bud differentiation to flowering time of C. perpetua is shorter. High levels of ABA and GA3 and low levels of IAA and ZR are beneficial to flower bud differentiation; higher levels of ABA, IAA and ZR are beneficial to flower bud development. The study provides the reference for clarifying the continuous flowering mechanism of this species.

Receiving-end power grids are characterized by substantial loads and demand-side responsiveness. Considering demand-side response during energy storage allocation can reduce allocation capacity， thereby enhancing the economy and feasibility of the allocation. The paper focuses on energy storage within the receiving-end grid and introduces an energy storage allocation method that takes account of the grid’s demand-side response capacity. This method aims to analyze the potential for replacing energy storage with demand-side response. The optimal allocation of multiple energy storage is achieved by minimizing the storage allocation cost， cost of wind and solar PV generation curtailment， demand response compensation cost， and load shedding cost as the objective functions. The impact of demand-side response on energy storage capacity allocation is analyzed by controlling the capacity and pricing parameters of demand-side response. It is revealed through a numerical analysis that the demand-side response plays a significant role in substituting lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage， and that the pricing parameter of demand-side response exerts a more substantial impact on energy storage capacity allocation.

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) bamboo cupping therapy combined with hot compress in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods Totally 50 LDH patients were recruited as research subjects . TCM bamboo cupping therapy combined with hot compress was carried out 2 times per day, 5 days per treatment course. The efficacy of treatment was measured after a two-course treatment. Results The total effective rate was 96. 00%(48/50). Conclusion The TCM bamboo cupping therapy combined with hot compress is effective in the treatment of LDH. (目的 观察中药竹罐联合中药热敷治疗腰痹症的临床疗效。方法 选取腰痹症患者50例为研究对象, 采用中药竹罐联合中药热敷疗法治疗, 2次/d, 5 d为1个疗程, 治疗2个疗程之后评估疗效。结果 痊愈32例, 显效10例, 有效6例, 无效2例, 有效治愈率为96. 00%(48/50)。结论 中药竹罐联合中药热敷治疗腰痹症疗效明确。)

In order to realize the energy transformation under the goal of carbon neutrality， new energy represented by wind power and photovoltaic power will serve as the main power supply for the future power system. However， the access of high-proportion renewable energy brings about high uncertainty and undermines system inertia， so much so that the scheduling resources of the traditional power system can no longer meet the scheduling demand of the future power system. Hence， a transformation from “the source changes with load” to “the interaction between source and load”. Therefore， this paper summarizes the load resource scheduling methods geared for power system scheduling. Firstly， from the perspective of power grid operation scheduling， the necessity of bringing controllable load into power grid operation scheduling is expounded， and controllable load is classified from five aspects： dispatching response time， dispatching response mode， users’ power consumption characteristics， energy transfer direction and load aggregator platform. Then， the influence of controllable load access on power system scheduling is analyzed from the aspects of modeling technology， scheduling form and scheduling architecture. Finally， combined with the current development of power system in China， the suggestion and prospect of controllable load resources participating in power grid operation scheduling are put forward.

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal tea in the treatment of throat pain and swelling after anterior cervical spine surgery. Methods Totally 80 patients undergoing anterior cervical spine surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Both the groups received routine treatment and nursing after surgery, and the observation group was given additional treatment of Chinese herbal tea. The degree of throat pain and swelling was evaluated at 24 h, 3 days and 7 days after surgery. Results The Numerical Rating Scale on throat pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h, 3 days and 7 days after surgery respectively(P＜0. 01). The degree of throat swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h, 3 days and 7 days after surgery respectively(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The Chinese herbal tea is effect in relief of throat pain and swelling after anterior cervical spine surgery. (目的 观察中药代茶饮治疗颈椎前路术后咽喉部肿痛的临床效果。方法 80例颈椎前路术后的患者随机分为对照组和观察组, 每组40例。对照组手术后给予常规治疗和护理, 观察组在对照组基础上增加中药代茶饮治疗。评估两组术后24 h、术后3 d、术后7 d咽喉部疼痛评分、肿胀程度。结果 观察组患者术后24 h、术后3 d、术后7 d咽喉部疼痛数字评分(NRS)低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0. 01)。观察组患者术后24 h、术后3 d、术后7 d咽喉部肿胀程度低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0. 01)。结论 颈椎前路术后给予中药代茶饮, 能够进一步缓解术后咽喉部疼痛和肿胀程度。)

Communication activities are increasingly more diverse, complex and play a more important role in brand building. Perceived consistency of brand messages (across campaigns), a new variable that reflects an important aspect of the integration performance of marketing communications, has been included in the investigation of the impact of marketing communications. It has been shown that perceived consistency strongly correlates with brand's perception, attitude and behavior changes of the target audience. However, the mechanism of influence of this factor in the communication process is still a question for further research.

Pumped storage power station has multiple functions, such as alleviating the contradiction between peak and valley, to ensure the safe and economic operation of power grid. In the non market stage, pumped storage power stations mainly obey the system operator’s scheduling. In the market stage, pumped storage power stations in China are likely to participate in the competitive power market and provide peak power, frequency regualtion and recovery services. The paper studies the bidding strategies of the pumped storage power stations participating in the power market, and provides decision support for the pumped storage power stations to maximize market returns.

Polarity, which refers to the molecular or structural asymmetry in cells, is essential for diverse cellular functions. Dictyostelium has proven to be a valuable system for dissecting the molecular mechanisms of cell polarity. Previous studies in Dictyostelium have revealed a range of signaling and cytoskeletal proteins that function at the leading edge to promote pseudopod extension and migration. In contrast, how proteins are localized to the trailing edge is not well understood. By screening for asymmetrically localized proteins, we identified a novel trailing-edge protein we named Teep1. We show that a charged surface formed by two pleckstrin homology (PH) domains in Teep1 is necessary and sufficient for targeting it to the rear of cells. Combining biochemical and imaging analyses, we demonstrate that Teep1 interacts preferentially with PI(4,5)P2 and PI(3,5)P2in vitro and simultaneous elimination of these lipid species in cells blocks the membrane association of Teep1. Furthermore, a leading-edge localized myotubularin phosphatase likely mediates the removal of PI(3,5)P2 from the front, as well as the formation of a back-to-front gradient of PI(3,5)P2. Together our data indicate that PI(4,5)P2 and PI(3,5)P2 on the plasma membrane jointly participate in shaping the back state of Dictyostelium cells.
