Raw materials are very important because raw materials are something that will determine whether the products produced are good and by the wishes of consumers or not, so it is necessary to pay attention to the provider of raw materials, namely the supplier of raw materials. The purpose of this research is to be able to find out the best suppliers by relying on the criteria that are the key criteria. In this study, the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) methods were used. The ISM method is useful for sorting out the criteria used so that it is obtained only in the form of key criteria while the SMART method is useful for determining the best supplier based on the existing key criteria. The results of this study are obtained from 9 key criteria out of 12 criteria used, namely quality criteria, delivery of goods, price of goods, communication system, control in operation, service improvement, attitude, packaging ability, and geographical location. The supplier that has the highest criteria based on the key criteria used is Sinar Terang supplier with a score of 0.5895 followed by Cece (0.555), Av (0.555), Aroma (0.5305), Harapan (0.5155), and finally Laris (0.4005). Technological processes in the garment industry cause strain and fatigue as workers assume improper postures to maintain the motor co-ordination of the body, arms and legs, with forced posturing of the body and head. All this is due to the unfavourable work method and poor working environment. The paper presents the characteristics of the work process, the causes of strain and the consequences of the strain on the health and productivity. The results of the study illustrate the strain in the actual work operation using the RULA, REBA and SMART methods. Every company needs an employee performance appraisal system, for the evaluation of its employees in terms of quality and responsibility for their work. In evaluating the performance of employees at PT. MMC Group is still manually so it takes a long time and the impact on decision making time also takes a long time. Besides evaluation only on aspects of the strengths and weaknesses of employees, so the results of decisions taken are not accurate and subjective. Therefore we need a decision support system that can do calculations quickly, precisely and accurately based on predetermined criteria. The calculation method used in this study is the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. There are 5 assessment criteria used, namely quality of work, integrity, loyalty, discipline and personality, while for alternative data as many as 10 employees are taken by cluster random sampling. To test the performance of the SMART method calculation results using the Confusion Metrix method. The results of this study are an accuracy rate of 90%, a precission of 100%, a recall of 88.88% and a specificity of 94.12%.

8. FireAnalyst: An effective system for detecting fire geolocation and fire behavior in forests using mathematical modeling.

This study proposes an effective new fire detection method and monitoring software for an early-warning fire detection system aimed at valuable forested areas, such as botanical parks or high conservation value forests, particularly those with boundaries. These critical forested areas need to be appropriately managed because they contain large concentrations of biological diversity, including threatened or endangered species, which are very susceptible to fire outbreaks; thus, early detection of fire and rapid response have a very important place in the fight against fire in those areas. In this proposed system, special detectors with state-of-the-art multispectral infrared technology and mathematical modeling algorithms have been utilized to create a smart fire detection system that can detect fires at a very early stage. The geolocation and behavior of emerging fires in a forest are also estimated with maximum spatial resolution by superimposing the detection areas of multispectral infrared detectors. In this study, candidate fire regions are examined for feasibility first. Next, the most suitable fire detector type is determined and used for expanding the fire control area, to have the highest positional accuracy in estimating the location of an emerged fire. Thereafter, mathematical models for the positioning of the detectors are created to have high spatial resolution in detecting the coordinates of forest fires by using the libraries of Google Maps APIs in the cloud. The geolocation of the fire and behavior of the fire inside the model are then simulated visually on the map portal, thanks to an extraordinary standalone software program called FireAnalyst. The proposed system was implemented for the Faruk Yalçın Zoo and Botanical Park in Darıca, Turkey. Experimental results have indicated that monitoring fires with FireAnalyst using selected multispectral infrared detectors positioned toward the center geometry outperformed other fire monitoring systems, providing a significantly shortened fire detection timeframe and high spatial resolution (up to 4.5 m) in detecting the geolocation of a fire in a minimum of ~3599.56 m² forested area, and it adds functionality, such as real-time fire behavior analysis (spreading speed of fire, spreading direction). The process of technology management contains various stages, such as the identification, selection, acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of technologies. In the case of power generation companies, a key aspect of the selection stage is the choice of generation technologies for newly commissioned units. The investment decision depends on many factors, primarily economic, environmental, social, technological, and legal, and represents a complex multi-criteria problem. Currently, the decision is further complicated by the often unpredictable tightening of environmental standards, forcing the closure of conventional sources, on which many countries have so far based their energy security. The paper analyzes the problem of choosing one of the so-called clean coal technologies to be implemented in conditions of transformation of the power sector. In this paper, five selected clean coal technologies are characterized, and the SMART method is adopted to technology selection. The following technologies were considered: supercritical coal-fired power plant (with and without CCS), IGCC power plant (with and without CCS), and IGCC power plant with CCS and integrated hydrogen production. Nine practical criteria (in three main groups: environmental, technological, economic) for comparing technologies are defined, computational experiments performed, and conclusions from the research presented. The work was based on the literature study of multi-criteria decision support and an analysis of power sector needs based on the example of the Polish power sector. The conducted research, apart from the technology recommendation, led to the conclusion that the chosen method may be applied to decision-making in the field of power generation technology management. The study also indicated the potential direction of the development of a power generation structure in a situation where a component of ensuring energy security is the use of available coal fuels.

The number of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the field of screen printing and convection that use websites in marketing is one of them CV. Ini Sablon. but in the production process there are obstacles in working on orders that come to be done first in accordance with predetermined criteria, namely deadlines, number of orders, design, profit, and availability of goods. The use of Decision Support System (DSS) aims to provide recommendations to owners of screen printing companies. This study uses the SMART method to weight the criteria and the TOPSIS method for product selection. This system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the study were a screen printing production priority website with the best final value of 0.62 and the worst final value of 0.35 with the level of accuracy between manual and system calculations reaching 100%. In this study the criteria cannot be updated, it is expected that further research criteria can be updated and use a combination of methods that have not been done.

Today’s production trends are directed towards the production of personalized products. On the one hand, customers are often faced with dilemmas regarding product characteristics and sometimes find it difficult to make decisions, on the other hand, manufacturers are faced with difficulties in understanding the wishes and needs of customers and translating them into product characteristics. This paper presents the selection of appropriate mobile cobot stand for Learning factory purposes at the University of Split. Mobile cobots play a significant role in the Learning factory environment, especially for assembly tasks where collaborate with humans. A mobile stand is necessary for the cobot, so it can move between stations and come closer to the station for performing tasks. Two different multi-criteria decision-making methods were used for the selection of the stand. The comparison of results obtained from two different methods has been made and the appropriate mobile cobot stand has been selected.

The present article represents a mini-review and a reflective essay concerning modern medical education methods, as well as ways to adapt them to medical education's local conditions (disciplines), including basic medical sciences. We introduced Gagné's theory of learning and other theories – Constructivist, Experiential, and Humanistic – followed by Dennik's "twelve tips" for effective learning and Harden's ten questions for curriculum development. Outcome-based education (OBE) was discussed and related to relevant concepts within Miller's pyramid and Bloom's taxonomy. Harden's SPICES model was emphasized concerning education strategies while discussing the assessment of learning (AoL), assessment as learning (AaL), and assessment for learning (AfL). Finally, the authors advise exploring the adaptation of modern education methods for a specifi c discipline of basic medical sciences – Human Anatomy – by incorporating the abovementioned concepts and integrating different AfL and AaL assessment tools while conveying a graphical concept map for this scenario. The article attempts to reveal the problems of decision support processes by consumers of banking services. Choosing the best financial strategy always requires significant mathematical tools. The comparison of methodological tools for making management decisions has allowed us to identify groups of methods. The most common among them are game theory, multidimensional ranking and multi-criteria analysis, a fairly modern method exploring alternative options using multi-objective optimization without certain shortcomings of the first two methods. The main purpose of the study is to adapt the methods of multi-criteria analysis and to form universal tools to substantiate management decisions on the optimal financial strategy. We suggest a methodological approach based on the use of multi-criteria assessment tools, for the rating assessment of possible alternatives in making financial decisions, namely Smart method to determine the weighting factors of the evaluation criteria and TOPSIS method to assess the optimum banking institution from the perspective of bank depositors. The article pays special attention to highlighting and describing the hierarchy of the task of choosing a depository financial institution and the main features of strategic alternatives. To assess the banks’ ratings we set up the system of generalized criteria including three groups, each of which by means of decomposition is divided into 11 partial criteria, which have monotonically increasing target functions (except for "additional associated costs"). Initial data in the form of a constructed "decision matrix" according to certain particular criteria are formed on the basis of statistical and expert information. We have chosen the end of 2020 ‒ beginning of 2021 as the research period for utilizing up-to-date information. The research of rating assessment in the article is carried out in the following logical sequence: analysis of existing methods of financial decision-making support and the significance of modern methods of multi-criteria analysis among them, a thorough problem statement from the perspective of the banks’ services consumers, singling out the list of alternatives and their estimation criteria, substantiating the values of the weighting coefficients of generalized and particular criteria by the SMART method, practical application of the TOPSIS method algorithm to select the best alternative and recommendations for making a financial decision. Therefore by means of mathematical calculations the article justifies the choice of the optimum strategy by a consumer of financial services of the banking institution offering the most attractive conditions for opening an account. Thus, the study empirically confirms and theoretically proves that the use of modern economic and mathematical methods, in particular the TOPSIS method, helps the consumer of banking services in supporting of making well-considered and optimum management decisions, taking into account the previously set evaluation criteria., У статті здійснено спробу розкриття проблем процесів підтримки прийняття рішень споживачем банківських послуг. Основною метою проведеного дослідження є адаптація методів багатокритерійного аналізу та формування універсального інструментарію до обґрунтування управлінських рішень щодо оптимальної фінансової стратегії. Дослідження питання рейтингового оцінювання в статті здійснено в такій логічній послідовності: аналіз наявних методів підтримки прийняття фінансових рішень та місця серед них сучасних методів багатокритерійного аналізу, детальна постановка задачі з позиції споживача банківських послуг, виділення переліку альтернатив та критеріїв їх оцінювання, обґрунтування значень вагових коефіцієнтів узагальнених та часткових критеріїв методом SMART, практичне застосування алгоритму методу TOPSIS для вибору найкращої альтернативи та рекомендації щодо прийняття оптимального фінансового рішення. Удослідженні емпірично підтверджено та теоретично доведено, що використання сучасних економіко-математичних методів, зокрема методу TOPSIS, допомагає споживачу фінансових послуг у підтримці прийняття виважених та оптимальних управлінських рішень, враховуючи задані раніше критерії оцінювання.

У статті здійснено спробу розкриття проблем процесів підтримки прийняття рішень споживачем банківських послуг. Основною метою проведеного дослідження є адаптація методів багатокритерійного аналізу та формування універсального інструментарію до обґрунтування управлінських рішень щодо оптимальної фінансової стратегії. Дослідження питання рейтингового оцінювання в статті здійснено в такій логічній послідовності: аналіз наявних методів підтримки прийняття фінансових рішень та місця серед них сучасних методів багатокритерійного аналізу, детальна постановка задачі з позиції споживача банківських послуг, виділення переліку альтернатив та критеріїв їх оцінювання, обґрунтування значень вагових коефіцієнтів узагальнених та часткових критеріїв методом SMART, практичне застосування алгоритму методу TOPSIS для вибору найкращої альтернативи та рекомендації щодо прийняття оптимального фінансового рішення. To assess the banks’ ratings we set up the system of generalized criteria including three groups, each of which by means of decomposition is divided into 11 partial criteria, which have monotonically increasing target functions (except for "additional associated costs"). Initial data in the form of a constructed "decision matrix" according to certain particular criteria are formed on the basis of statistical and expert information. We have chosen the end of 2020 ‒ beginning of 2021 as the research period for utilizing up-to-date information. The research of rating assessment in the article is carried out in the following logical sequence: analysis of existing methods of financial decision-making support and the significance of modern methods of multi-criteria analysis among them, a thorough problem statement from the perspective of the banks’ services consumers, singling out the list of alternatives and their estimation criteria, substantiating the values of the weighting coefficients of generalized and particular criteria by the SMART method, practical application of the TOPSIS method algorithm to select the best alternative and recommendations for making a financial decision. Therefore by means of mathematical calculations the article justifies the choice of the optimum strategy by a consumer of financial services of the banking institution offering the most attractive conditions for opening an account. Thus, the study empirically confirms and theoretically proves that the use of modern economic and mathematical methods, in particular the TOPSIS method, helps the consumer of banking services in supporting of making well-considered and optimum management decisions, taking into account the previously set evaluation criteria

The work is devoted to the development of a mobile decision support system for solving the multiple criteria decision-making problems. Дана модель, для забезпечення повторного використання і поширення коду, реалізується у вигляді трьох рівнів прикладного коду: рівня представлення, рівня логіки застосунку та рівня даних.Розробка рівня логіки застосунку в розробленій системі підтримки прийняття рішень передбачає створення підсистеми прийняття рішення, підсистеми взаємодії з базою даних і підсистеми управління повідомленнями. В основі підсистеми прийняття рішень в розробленій мобільній системі був обраний вдосконалений метод Smart. The process of technology management contains various stages, such as the identification, selection, acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of technologies. In the case of power generation companies, a key aspect of the selection stage is the choice of generation technologies for newly commissioned units. The investment decision depends on many factors, primarily economic, environmental, social, technological, and legal, and represents a complex multi-criteria problem. Currently, the decision is further complicated by the often unpredictable tightening of environmental standards, forcing the closure of conventional sources, on which many countries have so far based their energy security. The paper analyzes the problem of choosing one of the so-called clean coal technologies to be implemented in conditions of transformation of the power sector. In this paper, five selected clean coal technologies are characterized, and the SMART method is adopted to technology selection. The following technologies were considered: supercritical coal-fired power plant (with and without CCS), IGCC power plant (with and without CCS), and IGCC power plant with CCS and integrated hydrogen production. Nine practical criteria (in three main groups: environmental, technological, economic) for comparing technologies are defined, computational experiments performed, and conclusions from the research presented. The work was based on the literature study of multi-criteria decision support and an analysis of power sector needs based on the example of the Polish power sector. The conducted research, apart from the technology recommendation, led to the conclusion that the chosen method may be applied to decision-making in the field of power generation technology management. The study also indicated the potential direction of the development of a power generation structure in a situation where a component of ensuring energy security is the use of available coal fuels. International audience; Due to the recorded success by Internet of Things (IoT) technology, more and more domains use it as a communications and exchange network such as e-health, smart cities, vehicles, etc. IoT don’t stop integrating an important number of components and objects that are characterized by their complexity and heterogeneity. Such constraints make the existing routings protocols unsuitable for IoT communications. To accomplish all the expected tasks and satisfy the user services, it is important to guarantee a quality of communication that answers to the requirements of the various applications in terms of data and processing (availability, integrity, efficiency, etc.). The objective of our work in this paper is to proposes a smart and efficient routing algorithm to improve the IoT communications performance. The proposed method is called SERA (Smart and Efficient Routing Algorithm) which is based on self-organization of the communications between devices according to their new parameters. The evaluation of our proposed method has shown that SERA improves considerably the IoT communications performance in terms of some QoS and energy efficiency parameters.

The theme of this master´s thesis is a feasibility analysis of planned construction of an enviromentally friendly hotel in the Czech context on the example of Yves Rocher company. The reason for choosing this topic is my interest in the enviromental pro-tection and an effort to point out the advantages of implementing the principles of enviromentally aware into the company´s own strategy. The thesis focuses on the interests of potential clientele and the level of viability of the future accommodation facility with the goal of verifying whether there is realistically a chance of profitability of a project involving the construction of an enviromentally friendly hotel in the Czech enviroment. A complete analysis is carried out during the pre-stage to determine the above mentioned aspects and it´s main focus is an opportunity study and feasibility study. Public opinion data was gathered using a survey among 160 independent respondents. SLEPT analysis was used for a detailed analysis of the external environment of the enviromentally friendly hotel. It´s technical functionality allows detailed characterization of each segment including the impacts that any action in those given segments can have. These impacts can be a key indicator for establishing the required market stability. The SWOT analysis was used for the final summary of the gathered results. This summary was then implemented in the Logical Framework approach with the goal of final recapitulation of the project´s design.

The aim was to assess whether it is possible to apply the same advertising procedures as in Ireland at domestic country. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of a semi-structured interview with a Irish resident working in the hospitality industry and a questionnaire survey which took place in the Czech Republic. In the conclusion the are formulated specific steps inspired by Ireland which can be applied in the Czech Republic.

Tato diplomová práce s názvem "Návrh reklamních strategie v pohostinství – komparativní studie pro ČR a Irsko" řeší strategické postupy v rozdílných zemích a dále je aplikuje. Cílem bylo zhodnotit, jestli je možné aplikovat stejné reklamní postupy jako v Irsku v tuzemsku. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s obyvatelem Irska pracujícího v pohostinství a dotazníkového šetření, které se uskutečnilo v České republice.
