Objective To improve the application effect of nursing consultation in special outpatient service, so as to further improve the patient revisits rate, appointment rate and satisfaction degree. Methods From March to August 2021, hospital had set up nursing consultation in special outpatient services. Indicators of patient revisits and appointment were monitored before and after the implementation of nursing consultation, and the basic information of patients one week before and after the implementation were retrospectively analyzed. Results After the implementation of nursing consultation, the number of patient revisits, appointments and satisfaction rate were 57. 07 %, 70. 57 % and 100 % respectively, which were significantly higher than those before the implementation of nursing consultation(P＜0. 01). The time of consultation and guidance was significantly shortened (P＜0. 01). After the implementation of nursing consultation, the number of patients who visited to various departments, with different age groups and different educational levels were increased. Conclusion Setting up nursing consultation in special outpatient service can improve the quality of nursing, increase the number of appointments and follow-up visits and helps to improve the disease awareness of patients with different ages and different educational levels. (目的 提高护理咨询在特需门诊服务中的应用效果, 从而进一步提高患者复诊量、预约量及满意度。方法 医院2021年3月—8月在特需门诊服务中设置护理咨询, 对实施护理咨询前后工作指标情况进行总结, 并对实施前后1周患者基本信息情况进行统计分析。结果 实施护理咨询后就诊量、预约量、满意度分别57. 07%、70. 57%和100. 00%, 与未增设护理咨询前相比提高(P＜0. 01), 咨询指导时间明显缩短(P＜0. 01), 就诊效率提升, 并且实施护理咨询后各科室、不同年龄段及不同文化程度人群就诊量均有增加。结论 在特需门诊服务中设置护理咨询, 能够改善门诊护理服务质量, 可提升预约量与复诊量, 对提升不同年龄段及不同文化程度患者对疾病的了解程度具有积极意义。)

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle method in reducing the rate of hemolysis in venous blood samples. Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to implement the standardized procedure of venous blood sampling, and the hemolysis rate of venous blood samples from inpatients and outpatients in the same period of 2020 and 2021 was compared and analyzed. Results The rates of hemolysis in venous blood specimen of hospitalized patients and outpatients after implementation of PDCA cycle (in 2021) were significantly lower than those before PDCA cycle (in 2020) , respectively(5. 40% vs. 2. 42%, P＜0. 01; 7. 01%vs. 5. 09%, P＜0. 01). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method is effective to reduce the rate of hemolysis in venous blood specimen. (目的 探讨运用PDCA循环降低静脉血标本溶血率的效果。方法 应用PDCA循环法实施标准化规范化的静脉采血操作流程, 对比分析2020年与2021年同期住院部静脉血标本和门诊静脉血标本的溶血率。结果 实施PDCA循环管理后, 2021年住院部静脉血标本和门诊静脉血标本溶血发生率分别为5. 40%和2. 42%, 较2020年的7. 01%和5. 09%降低, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 应用PDCA循环法能够降低静脉血标本溶血率, 优化静脉采血流程。)

As the core of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing, TCM nursing technology is a unique set of techniques and methods different from modern nursing. On the basis of long-term clinical practice, nursing methods by TCM syndrome differentiation and the appropriate technology with TCM characteristics has been summed up from theory to practice, especially the pivotal role of appropriate TCM technology in diagnosis, treatment and nursing. The training of TCM nursing talents is the foundation, the level of specialization is the key, and the management mechanism is the guarantee to the standardization of TCM nursing technology. This article summarizes the effective means to improve the TCM nursing technology, in order to provide reference for the standardization and promotion of TCM nursing technology. This paper summarized the application effect of cold compress of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in a patient with wind-warm and pulmonary heat syndrome. According to the outcomes of nursing evaluation and diagnosis, the TCM cold compress therapy was carried out in combination with nursing interventions such as daily care, nutrition guidance, emotion nursing, and so on. The TCM cold compress therapy has obvious effect on body cooling during fever caused by wind-warm and pulmonary heat syndrome, and it demonstrates the characteristics of easy-to-use, convenience and cost-effectiveness. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) exercise therapy is an important branch of TCM nursing. This paper summarized and combed the history origin of the TCM exercise therapy, and briefly discussed its development and application of theory in seven main historical stages. The TCM exercise therapy mainly focuses on treatment, and gradually incorporates the purpose of prevention, fitness and rehabilitation, which guides human exercise practice. (中医运动疗法是中医护理的重要分支。本文总结并梳理了中医运动疗法发展的历史源流, 简述其发展及应用经历的七个主要历史阶段。中医运动疗法以治疗为主, 逐渐纳入预防、健身、康复的目的, 指导着人类的运动实践。)

Objective To analyze the effect of training for medical caregivers, and provide reference for the standard training for medical caregivers. Methods A training group was established to formulate the teaching and training program, teaching objectives, management requirements, training items, teaching conditions, training forms and assessment rules. The training program was carried out according to the implementation plan of Strengthening the Training and Standardized Management of Medical Care Worker in Beijing. Results Medical caregivers were satisfied with the contents of training and related theory teaching and practice provided during the period. The pass rate of the final assessment was 100%. Conclusion The training course for medical caregivers is reasonable and has achieved good results, which is a beneficial attempt to carry out standardized training of medical nurses in the future. (目的 探讨医疗护理员培训实践效果, 为更规范开展医疗护理员培训工作提供参考。方法 成立医疗护理员培训小组, 制定教学培训大纲及教学目标、管理要求、培训项目、教学条件、培训形式及考核等细则, 按照规范对11名护理员开展培训。结果 11名采用培训的护理员对培训内容、理论授课、操作培训、实践安排均表示满意, 均认同该培训模式, 学员考核通过率100. 00%。结论 通过成立规范的培训小组、设置合理的培训内容和课程, 有助于提升培训效果。)

Objective To investigate the nursing needs of patients in a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Famous Doctor clinic, analyze the existing problems, and take improvement measures to improve the quality of outpatient nursing service. Methods According to the characteristics and specific situation of the TCM Famous-Doctor clinic, the self-made questionnaire was distributed and collected on site. The respondents filled it in by anonymous. The reasons why the patients chose the TCM Famous Doctor clinic were analyzed from seven aspects to investigate and analyze the satisfaction of nursing services currently provided, such as treatment environment, diagnosis process, accurate triage, enthusiastic service, initiative service, communication ability professional knowledge. Results The main approaches of making and appointment were “114 online platform” and “Wechat accounts platform”, accounting for 35. 50% and 28. 00% respectively. There were134(67. 00%)patients who considered the high reputation of famous doctors as the main reason of attendance of Famous Doctor clinic. The score of evaluation on doctor-visiting environment was (4. 51±0. 60), higher than (4. 17±0. 61)of doctor-visiting service and (3. 84±1. 04)of doctor-visiting process, and issue about making an appointment in the doctor-visiting process received the lowest satisfaction. Conclusion In view of the existing problems, targeted countermeasures were formulated to improve the comprehensive quality of nurses, assist patients in registration and payment, and optimize the drug taking process. (目的 对中医名医堂门诊患者的护理需求进行调查, 分析存在的问题并提出改进措施, 提高中医门诊护理服务质量。方法 结合医院中医名医堂特点及具体情况, 自行设计调查问卷, 研究人员现场发放调查问卷, 现场回收, 被调查人员采取无记名方式填写, 分析就诊患者选择中医名医堂的原因, 从就诊环境、就诊流程、分诊准确、服务热情、服务主动、沟通能力、专业知识等7个方面对目前提供的护理服务满意度进行调查分析。结果 挂号方式以“114平台”挂号和“医院公众号”挂号为主, 分别占35. 50%和28. 00%。134(67. 00%)患者认为“知名专家的名声”是选择在名医堂就诊的主要原因。“就诊环境”得分(4. 51±0. 60)分, 高于“服务水平”的(4. 17±0. 61)分和“就诊流程”的(3. 84±1. 04)分。“就诊流程”中“挂号过程”满意度最低。结论 针对存在的问题制定了提高护理人员综合素质, 协助患者挂号、缴费, 优化取药流程护理服务等有针对性的对策。)

A set of interventions including mechanical ventilation nursing, medication nursing, enteral nutrition support, catheter maintenance, skin care and psychological nursing were carried out, aiming to relieve the symptoms of respiratory failure, alleviate patient’s condition and reduce the complications.
