BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: This study was performed to analyze the factors influencing human resource development for state-owned enterprises.METHODS: This research was an applied study concerning its objective with a descriptive-exploratory type. The study was conducted by two quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research statistical population included two groups for both approaches. In the qualitative approach, 22 experts were selected to design the model using fuzzy Delphi methods, structural-interpretive modeling. In the quantitative approach of 360 employees of state-owned enterprises companies were selected from the statistical population of 2738 people by the stratified random sampling method. Content analysis was used to analyze qualitative data and in the quantitative method used interpretive structural method, analytic network process and MICMAC.FINDINGS: The result of determining the relationships revealed that organizational factors, job factors, behavioral factors, and empowerment factors affect human resource development, respectively. The findings of weighting the factors by fuzzy network analysis process indicated that empowerment factors with a weight of 0.361 among the dimensions and the knowledge management factor with a weight of 0.132 among the components have the highest importance in the development of human resourceR. CONCLUSION: The variable “human resource empowerment” leads to success in human resource development, which needs to be improved quickly to bring success to the organization and improve its performance. The managers should pay attention to the high levels of the model and improve the relationships set between the factors to improve this factor. Considering the high significance of the “knowledge management” component, the managers’ most important measure should be focused on improving this factor followed by continuous efforts in this context since paying attention to knowledge management has the greatest impact on the success of human resource development and requires special attention.

Introduction: Wound healing is one of the most complicated biological events after birth that causes dead tissue replace with new one. Any defect in wound healing, can lead to chronic skin disorders causing severe loss of quality of life and even death. So far, a drug that could effectively promote and advance the natural process of wound healing in the body, has not been introduced. Treatment of wounds and burns, is still one major issue, even in developed countries. Due to importance and value of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects on wound healing, and the presence of these activities in some medicinal plants, in this study, the healing effects of aqueous extract of Rhus coriaria fruit, was examined. Materials and Methods: After creating a full-thickness skin wound on the back of 45 male Sprague-Dawley rats, they were randomly divided into three groups: treatment, control or positive control. After 24 hours, the treatment group received 0.5 gram of the fruit extract, the positive control group treated with 2%mupirocin ointment and the control group received no treatment. Wound healing rates were calculated on days 0, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 and 15 post-wounding and the wound tissues were harvested at 5, 10, and 15 days for histological and biochemical analysis. Background & Purpose: In addition to any disability, especially spinal cord injury level of sensory and motor performance of shows, other serious complications in other parts of the body, leaving lasting. . One of these complications, the spine is deformed. Many of the deformation of the spine, opening the chest to reduce this mode reduces the vital capacity and respiratory disorders, negative effects on the cardiovascular system and ultimately cause a change in the amount of their lung capacity is. The objective of this study, survey of relationship is between abnormalities of the spine (Lordosis, Kyphosis, scoliosis) and spirometric parameters (FEV1/FVC, FVC, FEV1, FEF75, PEF). Materials & Methods:For this purpose, the present study was performed on 60 cases of spinal cord injury veterans And spirometric indices including FEV1/FVC, FVC, FEV1, FEF75, PEF was assessed using spirometry. For data analysis descriptive statistics were used and the test of Pearson inferential statistics were used. Results: Based on survey results, a relation between Lordosis, scoliosis Kyphosis and spirometric indices, the rate and Kyphosis and Lordosis abnormalities was significant (P0.05). Some biological aspects of Mesopotamichthys sharpeyi were studied in Shadegan Wetland, Iran. Monthly samples were collected from five stations: Doragh, Rogabe, Khorosy, Salmane and Atish. A total of 437 specimens were measured from April 2013 to March 2014. Mean (±SD) (Range) length values for the male and female were calculated as 252±28 (95-357), 249±38 (115-374)mm respectively and mean (±SD) (Range) weight values were 218±31 (18-366 ),239±39(15-651)g respectively. The length-weight relationships were calculated as W=0.000006L3.11 (R2=0.85) for male, W=0.000005L3.14 (R2= 0.86) for female. The spawning occurred from April to July, and length at maturity (LM), weight at maturity (WM) and production per biomass (P/B) were calculated for male and female as LM=208, 220 mm WM=97, 133 g and P/B= 0.53, 0.50 per year, respectively.

This study aimed to compare the totally tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy and standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy techniques regarding their rates of success and complications in patients with kidney stones. Patients were randomly assigned to two groups. Forty-four patients (24 men; mean age: 50.40±2.02 years) received totally tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL; no nephrostomy catheter or ureteral catheter after PCNL) and 40 patients (18 men; mean age: 49.95±13.38 years) underwent standard PCNL (a nephrostomy catheter and ureteral catheter were used after PCNL). All surgeries were performed by one surgeon. Postoperative changes in hemoglobin, the blood transfusion rate, changes in creatinine levels, operation time, analgesic need, hospitalization time, and complication rate were compared between the groups. Erosion and sedimentation phenomena have many destructive effects on the environment and human life. One of their most important effects is to reduce the volume of dam reservoirs. When the tank can no longer perform the intended service, its useful life is over. So far, several models have been proposed to simulate the entry of sediment into the tank, most of which are based on laboratory observations. In this article, Ekbatan Dam has been selected as a case study. First, using the flow profile measurements in the main river, the inlet sediment connection equation to the reservoir is solved. Then, using the sediment continuity equation and four different transfer equations, the amount of precipitation effective in reducing the life of the tank is obtained. These values ​​have been used to calculate the reduction in reservoir volume over a 50-year period, indicating that the Anglo-Hansen method was more consistent with the actual reservoir conditions than other equations. Finally, according to the final equilibrium conditions, the floor profile of the tank is obtained. The results show that after this period, a lot of sediment has accumulated at the foot of the dam and an increase of up to 15 meters has been created.Send

Background:. Although many published studies have investigated the benefits of tranexamic acid (TXA) in reducing perioperative bleeding, no large meta-analysis has been conducted to demonstrate its overall benefit. Methods:. A systematic review was performed by following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses guidelines. PubMed, Cochrane, Ovid, Embase, Web of Science, ClinicalTraisl.Gov, and Scopus databases were searched for articles reporting the benefit of TXA in reducing perioperative bleeding in craniosynostosis surgery from establishment through October 2022. The results of our meta-analysis were pooled across the studies using a random-effects model, and presented as a weighted mean difference with 95% confidence interval (95% CI). Results:. The database search yielded 3207 articles, of which 27 studies with a corresponding number of 9696 operations were eligible. The meta-analysis included only 18 studies, accounting for 1564 operations. Of those operations, 882 patients received systemic TXA, whereas 682 patients received placebo (normal saline), no intervention, low dose TXA, or other control substances. This meta-analysis demonstrated a significant beneficial effect of TXA in reducing perioperative bleeding, particularly when compared with other controlled substances, with a weighted mean difference of −3.97 (95% CI = −5.29 to −2.28). Conclusions:. To our knowledge, this is the largest meta-analysis in the literature investigating the benefit of TXA in reducing perioperative blood loss in craniosynostosis surgery. We encourage implementing TXA-protocol systems in hospitals after the appraisal of the data presented in this study.

The main purpose of this research is to compare the relative informational content of operating and financing cash flows of three and five section cash flow statement in explaining future stock return. The time range of research is companies cash flow statements between 1382-1388. The population of research is all companies Listed in Tehran Securities and exchange, from which, a sample of 80 Iranian listed firms was chosen. The type of data needed for hypotheses testing is Pooling-Data. Unrestricted and restricted regressions were utilized to test the hypotheses. The statistical methods used consist of adjusted- R² and Wald-test statistic. Findings indicate that both operating and financing cash flow of 3-section cash flow statement have more relative informational content than the operating and financing cash flow of 5-section cash flow statement in predicting future stock return.

Background and objectives: Female sexual dysfunction is a very common health problem that affects 25-65% of women. Melissa officinalis or lemon balm (Lamiaceae) has been reported in folk medicine for treatment of nervous debility, so this study was designed to evaluate the efficacy of M. officinalis to improve female libido. Methods: Eighty nine eligible women with decreased sexual desire were randomly divided into two groups and consumed four 500 mg capsules of M. officinalis or placebo for 4 weeks. Medication was prepared from dried aqueous extract of M. officinalis (standardized as 3.32±0.02 mg gallic acid/g and 1.8±0.003 mg rutin/g).
