Abstract

Abstract We report measurements of the e + e − → B B ¯ $$ B\overline{B} $$ , B B ¯ ∗ $$ B{\overline{B}}^{\ast } $$ , and B ∗ B ¯ ∗ $$ {B}^{\ast }{\overline{B}}^{\ast } $$ cross sections at four energies, 10653, 10701, 10746 and 10805 MeV, using data collected by the Belle II experiment. We reconstruct one B meson in a large number of hadronic final states and use its momentum to identify the production process. In the first 2 – 5 MeV above B ∗ B ¯ ∗ $$ {B}^{\ast }{\overline{B}}^{\ast } $$ threshold, the e + e − → B ∗ B ¯ ∗ $$ {B}^{\ast }{\overline{B}}^{\ast } $$ cross section increases rapidly. This may indicate the presence of a pole close to the threshold.

2. A Web-Oriented Approach for Urban Road Traffic Simulation

Abstract

This paper presents an approach for urban traffic simulation using web-browser. An overview of the various approaches to traffic flow modeling was made and the microscopic simulation model of traffic flow was chosen. On the basis of a microscopic approach to modeling, a web-oriented approach for urban road traffic simulation is proposed. The approach includes the graph-referenced traffic flow model and algorithm for simulation, reducing the number of operations and the amount of necessary data. The microscopic simulator SUMO is used as a core simulator. A simulation was carried out on a city map of Samara, Russia, the results of which are reflected in the graphs. The time of receipt of all vehicles increases slightly with an increase in the number of vehicles. The time to obtain the current position and speed grows logarithmically with an increase in the number of vehicles. The performance of the simulation showed acceptable results, but they can be improved in the future. Presented benefits of in-browser modeling. Web orientation will allow the end user not to depend on the power of his computer and operating system.

3. Vehicle Detection in Audio Recordings by Machine Learning

Abstract

In this paper, a solution for analysis of traffic flow characteristics is proposed based on vehicle pattern detection in audio recordings. After studying different methods and approaches of sound analysis and pattern recognition it was decided to use fast Fourier transform as a preprocessing algorithm and convolutional neural network such as a classifier. The system that calculates the number of vehicles on audio recordings is developed. The system consists of client-side and server-side applications. The client application records audio of traffic flow, adds necessary information to recording and sends packages to the server. The server application analysis package and apply pattern detection algorithms. After applying machine learning to test data was received 73.5% accuracy.

High values of the error of forming (approximation) are revealed at forming of surfaces of a complex profile by additive methods. The spatial orientation of a single layer is proposed to reduce the error of forming products by additive methods. Mathematical dependences are proposed to determine the value of the parameters of a single directed layer on the results of experimental studies.Questions are considered about the accuracy of the formation of the surface layer by additive methods. 5. Investigation of the process of additive formation of fusible materials using a low-power solid-state laser

Abstract

The method was developed for the additive formation of fusible materials based on research. He suggests using a low-power solid-state (ytterbium) laser (maximum power 50 W) for this. A series of experiments were carried out and the elements were obtained for the shaping mode without complete melting while maintaining the shape of the workpiece, such as: power, focal length, travel speed. The results confirmed the possibility of using this type of equipment for the additive forming of products from fusible materials. They are the basis for further research on other materials, including with the additional use of a protective atmosphere.

Abstract

1. To obtain a dense and uniform structure with equiaxial grains, ingots of the Yu16 alloy must be cooled under the following conditions after pouring: The initial temperature of the cooling medium must be no lower than 800°C and the cooling rate must be 90–100 deg/h. 2. It was found that hot rolling in an “envelope” with the existing equipment produces satisfactory sheets 750×1500 mm and 0.2–0.5 mm thick. 3. The magnetic properties of the alloy are determined by the annealing temperature, the cooling medium, and the quenching temperature.
