The aim of the investigation was to observe the frequency of complex genotypes CSN3/DGAT1 occurrence and their effect on the milk production of different lines cows. It was found that in the herd of cows 4 genotypes CSN3 AA / DGAT1 AK and CSN3 AB / DGAT1 AA, CSN3 AA / DGAT1 AA, CSN3 AB / DGAT1 AK predominate with a frequency of occurrence of more than 7.3%, notably that the greatest number of combinations are found in the lines of M. Chiftein and R. Sowering. The best indices of milk yield (5736 and 5401 kg), milk fat (208 and 201 kg), milk protein (179 and 170 kg) in the lines of V.B. Aydial and R. Sowering were noted in first-calf heifers with the AB/AK genotype. A significant difference (P < 0.05-0.01) in milk yield, fat and protein in the Sowering line was found between the combinations AB/AK and AA/AA, and AB/AK and AB/KK. In M. Chiftein’s line, the highest milk yield (5045 kg), milk fat (182 kg) and protein (163 kg) were detected in the CSN3 BB / DGAT1 AA genotype, when exceeding the combination of AA/AA and AA/AK (P < 0.05-0.01). In high-producing cows V.B. Aydial’s line has the highest milk productivity in cows with the genotype CSN3 AA / DGAT1 AA, when animals with the genotypes AB/AK and AB/KK are exceeded (P < 0.05-0.01).

The aim of research was to study the milk productivity and milk quality of cows and the closest female ancestors of stud bulls with different genotypes of the chaperone protein gene (HSP70.1). The genotypes of a chaperone protein gene in stock of cattle were determined by PCR-RFLP. It was established that among cows of the Kholmogory breed of the Tatarstan type, the highest milk yields, mass fraction, and the amount of fat and protein in milk were in animals with the HSP70.1/CC genotype compared to the analogues of the HSP70.1/C-genotype. Whereas in the closest female ancestors of bulls of the Holstein black-motley breed, individuals with the HSP70.1/C- and HSP70.1/"- -" genotypes stood out favorably by milk yield and mass fraction of fat in the milk, respectively.

The facultative aerobic bacteria isolated from the mucosa of rectum in the zone of malignant tumor and neighboring normal mucosa in patients with colorectal cancer were studied using molecular genetic methods. The species attribution of bacteria was implemented using the cultural morphological analysis and sequencing of the 16S rRNA locus. The microorganisms with intraepithelial invasion to rectal mucosa were identified as the representatives of adherent-invasive (AIEC) subgroup of Escherichia coli and species Klebsiella pneumonia. The molecular analysis by genetic determinants controlling adhesive, hemolytic, and toxigenic activity revealed that some bacterial isolates were able to produce toxins with potential cancerogenic activity (e.g., colibactin and cytotoxic necrotizing factor 1). Certain bacterial species isolated from malignant and normal rectal epithelium of the same patient demonstrated no difference between analyzed factors of toxigenicity.

Phylogenetic analysis of the sequenced segments of the env gene locus of the BLV provirus and the PCR-RFLP genotyping strategy proposed in our works that is consistent with phylogenetic classification of this pathogenic agent allowed the taxonomic identification of BLV isolates identified in cattle in Tatarstan (Russian Federation) as representatives of BLV genotypes 4, 7, and 8. Of the 100 isolates identified, 64 were attributed to BLV genotype 4; 28 BLV representatives belong to the cluster of genotype 7; and the remaining 8 samples of the provirus belong to new genotype 8 of the pathogenic agent. The strategy of BLV PCR-RFLP genotyping proposed in our work on the basis of five restriction endonucleases (PvuII, SspI, HphI, HaeIII, and BstYI) allowed for correct genotyping identification of the viral pathogen.
