AI-based tools and technologies have emerged as successful solutions for a variety of business problems, including sales and marketing optimization. Although social media marketing is widely used today, it requires domain expertise and human effort, making it expensive, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). To tackle this problem, we recommend an AI-powered system and approach for automated advertising campaign generation, making use of a data-driven approach. Our Lead Gen tool allows for the tracking and management of every lead based on campaign specifications. With advanced automation, leads are captured, qualified, and instantly distributed to sales reps to ensure no leads are lost. The Lead Gen tool is divided into modules, with roles defined by department, enabling department heads to track campaign behaviour. In addition, our system includes an inbuilt HRMS management system for leave management at the user level, with admin rights to approve or reject requests. As a web-based campaign management tool, it is efficient and can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. We have also incorporated a Chat Bot, built using Artificial Intelligence, to address user queries. Our system is flexible, scalable, and offers data protection through the use of cloud computing. With fully redundant and replicated servers, downtime is prevented in case of a disaster.

To enhance the security of the ATM. To avoid ATM robberies and the wrong person misusing the ATM so that they can lead a secure and reliable life. The system is to support the intelligence system. Without hesitation, use ATMs to make the world a conversion community. Once the client inserts the cardboard into the ATM, a session is processed, so the system can start a face detection victimization camera placed close to the ATM and builds short-lived identity information of the clients, and the user face verification to perform on the ATM. A good user would use the traditional method because the invalid user cannot access the ATM card, they offer the secondary identification to the system mechanically, and the unauthorized person would continue the transactions. The objective of the proposed study in this paper is to prevent ATM fraud as well as secure transactions from the user side.

Micropropagation for extensive production of elite planting materials is an effective and superior alternative to suckers and conventional means of propagation of Musa spp. The present investigation was carried out to evaluate the genetic identity of different micropropagated banana genotypes Grand Naine, Shrimantee and Basrai. Further micropropagated banana genotypes Grand Naine comparing with mother plant during different stages of subculture using Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) and Inter Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR). Moreover, for micropropagation explants (suckers) were inoculated on initiation medium containing MS (Murashige and Skoog) supplemented with 5 mg/l BAP (Benzyl amino purine) and 39 mg/l AdSO4 (Adenine sulphate). The second, third and fourth subcultures were carried out to separate all multiple shoots. Furthermore, for rooting MS media fortified with growth hormones viz., 2 mg/l BAP, 1mg/l IBA (Indole-3-butyric Acid) and 200mg/l activated charcoal were used under present investigation. Findings revealed that 90 % and 75 % plantlets were successfully established during primary hardening in controlled and natural field condition. Further, 26 primers were screened from that 20 primers (ISSR and SSR) showed 146 clear, reproducible and scorable bands ranging from 100-2000 base pairs produced. The banding pattern of these randomly selected plants was monomorphic with mother plant of all selected genotype that confirmed the clonal uniformity.

In recent years, the rise in automobiles and drowsiness has been a significant cause of accidents, leading to numerous injuries and even deaths. To combat this issue, computerization has been implemented in various areas, promoting uniformity and enhancing the quality of life for users. However, despite the creation of drowsiness-finding systems over the past decade, these systems still require improvement in terms of efficiency, cost, speed, and accuracy, among other factors. This paper proposes an integrated approach that incorporates various parameters, including the PERCLOS eye and mouth check status, the computation of a new vector called the Facial Aspect Ratio (FAR), as well as EAR and MAR, to detect drowsiness. The system detects uncontrolled eye movements, an open mouth, and other actions such as nodding and hand motions to control drowsiness. Additionally, the system includes styles and textural-based grade patterns to detect sunglasses on the driver's face and locate the driver's face in different directions. The proposed study demonstrated, improved precision and tested on datasets similar to NTHU-DDD, YawDD, and EMOCDS (Eye and Mouth Open Close Data Set). An android application utilizing the device's camera can detect drowsiness by observing the user's eyes and face, which can be helpful while driving, working, or studying. In conclusion, this integrated approach offers promising results for detecting drowsiness and enhancing user safety.

Recently a new material has been emerged with variation of material properties particularly across the thickness. Such class of materials is called functionally graded materials. The concept of functionally graded material was proposed in 1984 by materials scientists as a means of preparing thermal barrier materials. Since then functionally graded materials are being increasingly used in the aeronautical and aerospace industry as well as in other fields of modern technology. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the various methods used to study the static and dynamic behaviour of functionally graded material plates. Both analytical and numerical methods are considered. The effect of variation of material properties through the thickness, type of load case, boundary conditions, edge ratio and side-to thickness ratio on the behaviour of functionally graded material plates are discussed. The main objective of this paper is to serve the interests of researchers and engineers already involved in the analysis and design of functionally graded material structures

India is the largest producer of jute in the world. Among the important jute producing countries in the world, India had gained the first position in 2020 by producing about 1807 thousand tonnes of jute on an area of 691 thousand hectares and contributing a share of 67.21 and 49.47 per cent to the world’s total production and area of jute, respectively. In the present study efforts have been made to examine the growth performance of international trade of jute in India. The study was based on secondary data for the period of 30 years (1989-90 to 2018-19). The collected data were sub-divided into three periods, and the exponential growth function was used to anlysed the growth rates of jute. The instability in area, production, productivity, export and import were measured by Coppock’s Instability Index (CII) and Cuddy Della Valle’s Instability Index (CDVI). The results of growth rate showed negative trend in area of jute but production and productivity showed positive growth rates over the study period. All the parameters viz., export quantity, export value, export unit price, import quantity, import value and import unit price shown positive growth rates during overall period and found to be significant at 1 per cent level of significance. It was concluded that, India has been associated with moderate degree of variability in the jute production and productivity in the first sub period and this variability has been reduced significantly during the second and third period, while area recorded less variability during the study period. All the parameters viz., export quantity, export value, import quantity and import value have experienced high instability while the export unit price and import unit price registered stability during the study period.

Raktavardhak kadha is a polyherbal formulation available in the Indian market as a nutritional supplement for the treatment of anemia. The present study was conducted to evaluate the phytochemical content and in vitro antioxidant activity of Raktavardhak kadha. A preliminary phytochemical analysis of Raktavardhak kadha was performed to detect the presence of various classes of phytochemicals. The total phenolic and tannin contents were estimated by the Folin-Ciocalteu method. The aluminium chloride colorimetric method was used for the estimation of the total flavonoid content of Raktavardhak kadha. Antioxidant activity was analyzed by the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay method. Phytochemical analysis indicated the existence of saponins, steroids, flavonoids, tannins, and phenolic compounds in the Raktavardhak kadha. The total phenolic content of Raktavardhak kadha was found to be 86.5 mg of gallic acid equivalent per milliliter. The total tannin content of Raktavardhak kadha was found to be 73.33 mg of gallic acid equivalent per milliliter. The total flavonoid content of Raktavardhak kadha was 95.4 mg of quercetin equivalent per milliliter. In the DPPH assay, the IC50 of Raktavardhak kadha was found to be 92.53 ppm. It is concluded that the RK is rich in phytochemical content and has antioxidant properties indicating its high medicinal values. It appears that the presence of flavonoids is responsible for the beneficial effects of Raktavardhak kadha in anemic patients.

The present study was conducted to examine the bioactive and wound healing properties of collagen hydrolysate derived from Piaractus brachypomus (pacu) fish skin waste. Collagen type I (P coll.) yielding 72.25% was isolated from skin waste by following acid-soluble collagen extraction method. Further, collagen was fragmented using bacterial collagenase and the processed collagen hydrolysate (peptides) was in the range of 10–15 kDa that was further purified using ion-exchange chromatography. The FTIR spectra of both P coll. and collagen hydrolysate (PSCH) were nearly similar showing that PSCH retained the structural and chemical composition similar to its parent molecule (P coll.). Solubility analysis revealed that PSCH has slightly better solubility compared to P coll. Similarly, scanning electron micrographs also exhibited more uniform and porous microstructure of PSCH compared to P coll. Further, PSCH was found to be efficient in peroxide quenching (64.5%) and radical scavenging activities (85.74%). MTT studies confirmed PSCH to be non-toxic displaying 84.68% cell viability at the highest concentration (3 mg/ml) and hemocompatibility test revealed PSCH to be non-hemolytic with minimal lysis of only 2.1% of human RBCs. In addition, PSCH also displayed a remarkable wound closure ability of more than 80% at 12 h and 100% within 24 h. Hence, these findings suggest that recycled PSCH has potent wound healing ability and can be produced economically on a large scale for possible biological applications in regenerative medicine.

Addressing glycation-induced oxidative stress in Alzheimer's disease (AD) is an emerging pharmacotherapeutic strategy. Restoration of the brain glyoxalase enzyme system that neutralizes reactive dicarbonyls is one such approach. Toward this end, we designed, synthesized, and evaluated a γ-glutamyl transpeptidase-resistant glyoxalase substrate, ψ-GSH. Although mechanistically successful, the oral efficacy of ψ-GSH appeared as an area in need of improvement. Herein, we describe our rationale for the creation of prodrugs that mask the labile sulfhydryl group.

Superbugs producing New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase 1 (NDM-1) enzyme is a growing crisis, that is adversely affecting the global health care system. NDM-1 empowers the bacteria to inactivate entire arsenal of β-lactam antibiotics including carbapenem (the last resort antibiotic) and remains ineffective to all the available β lactamase inhibitors used in the clinics. This review explain process what is used for medical coding in Pharmacovigilance and, in brief, most commonly used medical dictionary MedDRA. The purpose of this paper is a modest contribution to easier and more successful understanding of the encoding process in clinical data management in the field of Pharmacovigilance. There may be severe result if there is miscategorise of adverse events in clinical trials. For the purpose of decreasing the scope for interpretation several steps are involved such as from subject adverse event experience to presentation in tablets should be possibly standardised. MedDRA is a predefined dictionary where adverse events, signs, symptoms, diseases and diagnosis and statistical analysis are categorized. Coding is a process in which the universal dictionary is which is required for translating the event which is reported by the investigator into a standard term. For the hunt for safety signal frequencies and incidences of adverse events can be scrutinized once the adverse events have been accurately coded5.

Purpose: Histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibition causes transcriptional activation or repression of several genes that in turn can influence the biodistribution of other chemotherapeutic agents. Here, we hypothesize that the combination of vorinostat, a HDAC inhibitor, with 131I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) would lead to preferential accumulation of the latter in neuroblastoma (NB) tumors via increased expression of the human norepinephrine transporter (NET).Experimental Design:In vitro and in vivo experiments examined the effect of vorinostat on the expression of NET, an uptake transporter for 131I-MIBG. Human NB cell lines (Kelly and SH-SY-5Y) and NB1691-luc mouse xenografts were employed. The upregulated NET protein was characterized for its effect on 123I-MIBG biodistribution.Results: Preincubation of NB cell lines, Kelly, and SH-SY-5Y, with vorinostat caused dose-dependent increases in NET mRNA and protein levels. Accompanying this was a corresponding dose-dependent increase in MIBG uptake in NB cell lines. Four- and 2.5-fold increases were observed in Kelly and SH-SY-5Y cells, respectively, pretreated with vorinostat in comparison to untreated cells. Similarly, NB xenografts, created by intravenous tail vein injection of NB1691-luc, and harvested from nude mice livers treated with vorinostat (150 mg/kg i.p.) showed substantial increases in NET protein expression. Maximal effect of vorinostat pretreatment in NB xenografts on 123I-MIBG biodistribution was observed in tumors that exhibited enhanced uptake in vorinostat-treated [0.062 ± 0.011 μCi/(mg tissue-dose injected)] vs. -untreated mice [0.022 ± 0.003 μCi/(mg tissue-dose injected); P < 0.05].Conclusions: The results of our study provide preclinical evidence that vorinostat treatment can enhance NB therapy with 131I-MIBG. Solar power is almost limitless. The amount of energy we get from the sun far exceeds our energy needs. Since the industrial revolution people have been relying on oil, electricity and wind power. Human expansion in many countries is a study and continuous experiment in Solar energy and wind power, so we are developing our new solar-cutting concept in these concepts cutting grasses from agricultural products or small plants on grass. and gardens, through a portable or controlled lawn mower.

Novel tetraazamacrocyclic complexes of Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) has been synthesized from the reaction of ethylenediamine with Meldrums acid and divalent metal ions using solid-supported perchloric acid (HClO4 -SiO2 ) as a catalyst. The complexes were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, EPR spectra, magnetic moments, conductance, thermal analysis and powder XRD analysis. The antimicrobial studies of these complexes against Staphylococcus typhi, Staphylococcus aurieus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis species by Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) method revealed that these complexes possess potent antibacterial activity.

Aluminium alloys are used in the aerospace and automotive industries because of their light weight and excellent corrosion resistance. Since aluminium material has highly reflective and thermally conductive in nature, it is difficult to apply laser cut on it. The cut quality is mainly determined by the combination of the laser processing parameters. Surface roughness, cutting width and cutting cone were the most important quality indices for evaluating CO2 laser cutting, and the processing parameters considered were laser power, speed and gas pressure. For analysing the laser cutting variables and to determine the optimal value for the surface roughness mainly three approaches are used - Design of Experiments (DOE), Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The analysis in proposed work shows that the pressure has a greater influence on the response behaviour than the cutting speed and the laser power. In proposed work, the optimized values for above mentioned parameters are calculated for laser cutting process.

Purpose: A new, simple, precise and validated UV spectrophotometric method has been developed for simultaneous estimation of salbutamol sulphate and ambroxol hydrochloride in liquid dosage form. Method: The method employed was simultaneous equation method which involves solving simultaneous equations based on measurement of absorbance at two wavelengths 224 nm and 244 nm, the λmax of salbutamol sulphate and ambroxol hydrochloride, respectively. Specificity of the method was determined by subjecting the drugs to various stress conditions like acid, alkali, thermal and photolytic degradation. Results: The linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 0.1-0.6 μg/mL for salbutamol sulphateand 1.5-09 μg/mL for ambroxol hydrochloride. The proposed method was effectively applied to liquid dosage form for estimation of both drugs. The accuracy and reproducibility results are close to 100% with ≤2% RSD. The results of proposed method have been validated as per ICH guidelines. Conclusion: A novel, precise and accurate stability indicating spectrophotometric method has been developed for the estimation of salbutamol sulphate and ambroxol hydrochloride in pharmaceutical syrup formulation.

Historically, heterocyclic compounds containing Nitrogen, and their derivatives have been invaluable as a source of therapeutic agents. Pyrazole, with two nitrogen atoms and aromatic character, provides diverse functionality and stereochemical complexity in a five-membered ring structure. In Knorr pyrazole synthesis, diimine compound gets deprotonated to regenerate the acid catalyst and provide the final pyrazole product. Formation of pyrazole derivatives from hydrazines, hydrazides, semicarbazides, thiosemicarbazide and aminoguanidines by condensation with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds is possible. As fused pyrazoles are reported to be well known pharmacophores, this has motivated to synthesize some of the pyrazolopyrazole derivatives by using hydrazine hydrate, thiosemicarbazide and semicarbazide. A series of 3-(aryl)-4-methyl-3a,6-dihydropyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazole-2(3H)-carboxamides (IVa3-e3), 3-(aryl)-4-methyl-3a,6-dihydropyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazole-2(3H)-carbothioamide (IVa2-e2) and 4-(aryl)-3-methyl-1,3a,4,5-tetrahydropyrazolo[3,4-c]pyrazoles (IVa1-e1) were synthesized by conventional method where fused pyrazopyrazoles were prepared. All the compounds were synthesized with good yield (56-81 %) and characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectral data and C, H, N elemental analysis. All the synthesized compounds exhibited analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities.

The MacNew questionnaire is a disease-specific quality of life measure that has been used in patients with myocardial infarction and heart failure. We aimed to investigate the impact of transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) on health-related quality of life (HRQoL) using MacNew Questionnaire and identify predictors associated with a change in its score. This was a prospective multi-center study performed across 5 National Health Service hospitals in the United Kingdom performing TAVI between 2016 and 2018. HRQoL was assessed using MacNew Questionnaire, Euro Quality of Life-5D-5L, and Short Form 36 questionnaires collected at baseline, 3-, 6- and 12 months after the procedure. Out of 225 recruited patients, 19 did not have TAVI and 4 withdrew their consent, and hence 202 patients were included. HRQoL was assessed in 181, 161, and 147 patients at 3, 6, and 12 months, respectively. Using MacNew, there was a significant improvement in all domains of HRQoL as early as 3 months after TAVI which was sustained up to 12 months with improved discrimination of change in HRQoL compared with other scales. Poor mobility at baseline and history of myocardial infarction were independent predictors of reduced improvement in HRQoL at 3 months. HRQoL increased in all subgroups of patients including frail ones. In conclusion, the MacNew assessment tool performed well in a representative TAVI cohort and could be used as an alternative disease-specific method for assessing HRQoL change after TAVI.

Mangrove clam Geloina proxima is one of the dominant indigenous bivalves of Ratnagiri Coast. The study of Length-weight relationship of clam G. proxima was carried out during July 2017 to June 2018 to understand growth rate and its pattern. Average total length for males and females recorded was 65.40 mm and 65.25 mm, respectively, which is also supported by the calculation of the weight studies. It is interesting to note that in G. proxima, irrespective of the sex, there is a coordination between the length and weight relationship. In the present study significant difference was observed between the length-weight relationship to weight relationship of male and females of G. proxima. Analysis of results for length-weight relationship in G. proxima indicates negative allometric growth pattern. It is observed that weight of G. proxima bears a curvilinear relationship with the length that becomes linear on logarithmic transformation. The value of correlation coefficient in males was r = 0.97 while the same in females were r =0.98, which were found to be statistically highly significant. The coefficient of determination r2 is an indication of goodness of fit of regression to the observed data. The closer it is to 1, the better is the fit.

The utilization of spinel-based heterogeneous catalysts to valorize renewable lignocellulosic biomass to value-added chemicals/fuels is an efficient strategy from green and sustainable chemistry perspectives.
