This work deals with the preparation and properties evaluation of magnetic composites with acrylonitrile butadiene rubber matrix, which are able to shield electromagnetic radiation. In addition to the rubber matrix, these materials contained soft magnetic filler (Li or H40) and ingredients necessary for vulcanization process of prepared rubber compounds (sulfur, accelerator N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, activators ZnO, and stearin). This study was aimed at the preparation of elastomeric composite materials and evaluation of the influence of ferrite weight fraction on curing characteristics, physical–mechanical, and magnetic properties. The results showed that with increasing content of filler, the moduli, and tensile strength decline. Conversely, elongation at break increased with increasing amount of filler. All composites containing 200 and more phr of ferrite showed sufficient absorption shielding properties, whereas lithium ferrite shows better shielding properties compared with manganese–zinc ferrite H40. The main goal of the present work is the preparation of rubber composites filled with soft magnetic lithium ferrite and metallic FeSi powder and investigation of filler influence on curing characteristics, selected physical-mechanical properties and shielding characteristics of tested systems. The study is also dedicated to the evaluation of crosslink density of prepared materials. These fillers were incorporated in acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), which serves as a matrix. The results revealed that all measured properties of composites are dependent on the type and also on the content of soft magnetic filler.

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku využívání obrazové analýzy při hodnocení kvality tisku. V teoretické části je popsán způsob pořízení a úpravy vzorků určených pro obrazovou analýzu. Poté je zde stručně popsán rozdíl mezi euklidovskou a fraktální geometrií a využití fraktální analýzy k obrazové analýze v polygrafii. Závěr teoretické části je věnován faktorům ovlivňujících kvalitu tisku a parametrům, které umožňují tuto kvalitu objektivně posoudit. V experimentální části byly posuzovány parametry fraktálních spekter v závislosti na potiskovaném materiálu, množství nanesené tiskové barvy, velikosti a způsobu pořízení obrazových vzorků použitých pro fraktální analýzu. Na závěr byla vyhodnocena variabilita dat získaných denzitometricky, kolorimetricky a pomocí fraktální analýzy., This diploma thesis is focused on using of fractal analysis to valuation of printing quality. Theoretical part contains characterization of the image analysis. Difference between euclidean and fractal geometry and using fractal analysis to image analysis of printing samples is described. Further, factors influence printing quality and printing quality parameters are described. Experimental part contains evaluation of parameters of fractal spektra depending on printing material, ink layer thickness and way of samples preparation. Analgetika jsou v dnešní době široce využívanou skupinou léčiv jak v humánní tak i ve veterinární medicíně. Rezidua těchto léčiv se dostávají do povrchových vod z čistíren odpadních vod, ve kterých nedojde k jejich eliminaci. V bakalářské práci byly experimentálně ověřeny možnosti stanovení reziduí analgetik ve vodách pomocí plynové chromatografie a hmotnostní spektrometrie s předchozí derivatizací . Rovněž byly porovnány jednotlivé derivatizační postupy. Byla vyzkoušena řada derivatizačních činidel, pro která byl optimalizován postup derivatizace vybraných analgetik (doba derivatizace, teplota, množství činidla). Dále bylo ověřeno několik postupů extrakce léčiv z vody pomocí extrakce na tuhou fázi. Použitou analytickou koncovkou při všech měření byla plynová chromatografie s hmotností detekcí (GC/TOF-MS)., Analgesics are nowadays widely used group of drugs in human and also in veterinary medicine. Residuals of these drugs enter surface waters via discharges from the waste water treatment plants as the result of insufficient efficiency of their removal during cleaning process. In this bachelor thesis the possibilities of the analgesics residuals determination in waters using derivatization followed by gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection were experimentally evaluated. Individual derivatization procedures were compared too. Several derivatization agents were tested and experimental parameters for selected analgesics were optimized (reaction time and temperature, amount of derivatizing agent). Further, several procedures of isolation of target compounds from water based on Solid Phase Extraction were verified. In all cases, gas chromatography with TOF-based mass spectrometric detection acts as final analytical method.

Tato diplomová práce vychází z aktuální problematiky přítomnosti léčiv v různých složkách životního prostředí. Nejvíce zatížené prostředí z pohledu kontaminace rezidui léčiv je prostředí vodné, do kterého se tyto látky dostávají především z čistíren odpadních vod, ve kterých dochází jen k jejich částečné eliminaci během čistících procesů. Předkládaná práce je zaměřena na stanovení vybraných léčiv ze skupiny nesteroidních protizánětlivých látek (kyselina salicylová, ibuprofen, kofein, naproxen, ketoprofen, diklofenak) v odpadní vodě. Pro účely analýzy byly použity a porovnány dva druhy vzorkování: konvenční bodové odběry odpadní vody a pasivní vzorkování za použití vzorkovače POCIS. Vzorkování probíhalo na přítoku a odtoku z ČOV v Brně Modřicích. Jako extrakční metoda byla použita extrakce tuhou fází (SPE) s použitím HLB Oasis kolonek. Vyextrahovaný vzorek byl následně derivatizován. Derivatizačními činidly byly: MSTFA (N-methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamid) a BSTFA (N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamid). Finální analýza byla provedena pomocí plynové chromatografie s hmotnostně spektrometrickou detekcí Time-of-Flight (GC/TOF-MS)., This diploma thesis is based on the current issue of the presence of pharmaceuticals in various components of the environment. Concerning the contamination by residues of pharmaceuticals the most affected environment is the aquatic environment where these substances leaks especially from wastewater treatment plants, which eliminate them during the cleaning process only partially. This work is focused on the selected group of pharmaceuticals, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (salicylic acid, ibuprofen, caffeine, naproxen, ketoprofen, diclofenac) in waste water. For analysis purposes two types of sampling were used and compared: the conventional spot sampling of wastewater and the sampling using passive samplers POCIS. The sampling took place at the inflow and outflow of the wastewater treatment plant in Brno Modřice. The solid phase extraction (SPE) using Oasis HLB columns was used as the extraction method. Extracted sample was derivatized then. Derivatization agents were: MSTFA (N-methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamid) and BSTFA (N, O-bis(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamid). The final analysis was performed using gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection Time-of-Flight (GC/TOF-MS).
