Purpose Creative entrepreneurship has contributed to economic development of regions and countries and have become models for the countries in the Western world. Jewelry designer entrepreneurs are one of the contributors toward creative economy for their role in economic prosperity. This article aims to investigate brand-building efforts of jewelry designer entrepreneurs. This study also aims to explore how jewelry designer entrepreneurs develop and communicate brand narrative, and how brand backstories confer value to jewelry. Design/methodology/approach This study used a qualitative approach. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with seven Portuguese designer jewelry. Findings The study identified seven themes to reflect the brand narratives of the Portuguese jewelry designer entrepreneurs: designer artists considered the importance of international recognition; designer jewelry uses the ontological metaphor to connect emotionally; designer jewelry making a jewelry piece that is fluid and organic; limited association with fashion; distinctive brand communication; fair pricing strategy; and identifying self as artistic worker. The study also shows that jewelry designer entrepreneurs adopt a distinctive brand communication tactics to connect emotionally with imagine customers. Practical implications This study proposes a general and managerial guide to boost personal brand jewelry designer entrepreneurs through brand narratives. Originality/value This study bridges an academia gap on personal branding, exploring how jewelry designer entrepreneurs develop and communicate brand narrative and brand backstories adding value to the jewelry industry.

CONTEXTO: Tendo em conta a prevalência das doenças mentais e as comorbilidades a elas associadas, torna-se emergente a atuação na promoção da saúde mental e tratamento. De acordo com a literatura, existem diversos aspetos nos quais o exercício físico exerce relevante influência. No âmbito da saúde mental, importa também perceber se este poderá ter benefícios no tratamento de perturbações depressivas. OBJETIVO: Conhecer a efetividade do exercício físico no tratamento da perturbação depressiva. MÉTODOS: Systematic reviews of effectiveness que utiliza a estratégia PICO e as recomendações PRISMA apresentadas pelo Joanna Briggs Institute e partindo da questão, Qual a efetividade do exercício físico no tratamento da depressão? A pesquisa foi realizada com recurso às seguintes plataformas de acesso: Isi web of knowledge; Scopus; Trip database e EBSCO Host. Esta revisão decorreu ao longo do mês de outubro do ano de 2018. RESULTADOS: Identificaram-se 310 resultados. Foram analisados cinco documentos, quatro resultaram da pesquisa efetuada nas plataformas de acesso e um resulta da consulta de referências bibliográficas. A seleção foi feita após leitura do título; eliminação de duplicados; leitura de resumos e textos integrais. CONCLUSÕES: Utentes com perturbação depressiva major a serem tratados com terapêutica farmacológica e exercício físico, apresentam uma maior redução da sintomatologia depressiva, quando comparados aqueles que são sujeitos apenas ao tratamento com terapêutica farmacológica. O exercício físico revelou-se, também, como uma alternativa ao incremento farmacológico. Como intervenção não farmacológica, é aquela com maiores benefícios na melhoria da depressão e sintomatologia depressiva. BACKGROUND: Considering the prevalence of mental illnesses and their associated comorbidities, promotion and treatment of mental health become the utmost importance. According to the literature, there are several aspects in which physical exercise has a relevant influence. In the field of mental health, it is also important to understand whether it may have benefits in the treatment of depressive disorders. AIM: To know the effectiveness of physical exercise in the treatment of depression. METHODS: Systematic reviews of effectiveness using the PICO strategy and PRISMA recommendations presented by the Joanna Briggs Institute and based on the question, What is the effectiveness of physical exercise in the treatment of depression? The research was performed using the following databases: Isi web of knowledge; Scopus; Trip database and EBSCO Host. This review took place throughout October of 2018. RESULTS: 310 results were identified. Five documents were analyzed, four were the result of searching the databases and one from bibliographic references. The selection was made after reading the title; elimination of duplicates; reading of abstracts and full texts. CONCLUSIONS: Patients with major depressive disorder to be treated with pharmacological therapy and physical exercise show a greater reduction in depressive symptoms, when compared to those who are subjected only to treatment with pharmacological therapy. Physical exercise has also proved to be an alternative to pharmacological increment. As a non-pharmacological intervention, it is the one with the greatest benefits in improving depression and depressive symptoms. CONTEXTO: Teniendo en cuenta la prevalencía de las enfermedades mentales, y los transtornos comorbidos asociados a dichas enfermedades, es imperativo tomar acciones para promocionar la salud mental y los tratamientos de la misma. Según la literatura, hay varios aspectos en los que el ejercicio físico ejerce una influencia relevante. En el campo de la salud mental, también es importante comprender si puede tener beneficios en el tratamiento de los trastornos depresivos. OBJETIVO: Conocer la efectividad del ejercicio físico en el tratamiento del trastorno depresivo. METODOLOGÍA: Systematic reviews of effectiveness utilizando la estrategia PICO y las recomendaciones de PRISMA presentadas por el Instituto Joanna Briggs y basadas en la pregunta: ¿Que efectividad tiene el ejercício físico en el tratamiento de lá depresión? La investigación se realizó utilizando las siguientes plataformas de acceso: Isi web of knowledge; Scopus; Trip database y EBSCO Host. Esta revisión tuvo lugar a lo largo de octubre del año 2018. RESULTADOS: 310 resultados fueron identificados. Se analizaron cinco documentos, cuatro fueron el resultado de la búsqueda en las plataformas de acceso y uno resultante de referencias bibliográficas. La selección se realizó después de leer el título; eliminación de duplicados; lectura de resúmenes y textos completos. CONCLUSIONES: Los pacientes con trastorno depresivo mayor que se tratan con terapia farmacológica y ejercicio muestran una mayor reducción en la sintomatología depresiva en comparación con aquellos que están sujetos a tratamiento con terapia farmacológica sola. El ejercicio físico también ha demostrado ser una alternativa al incremento farmacológico. Background The main objective of this research was to evaluate the acceptance of technology based on a wearable lifelogging camera in a sample of older adults diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Methods A mixed-method design was used, consisting of a self-report questionnaire, numerous images taken by users, and a series of focus group discussions. The patients were involved in an individualized training programme. Results Nine MCI patients and their caregiver relatives were included. They showed good acceptance of the camera and downloaded an appropriate number of images on a daily basis. Perceived severity and ease of use were the main factors associated with the intention to use the device. Conclusions Older adults with MCI can become competent users of lifelogging wearable cameras with a good level of acceptance. Privacy concerns are outweighed by the potential benefits for memory. Limitations, strengths and implications for future research are discussed. This article presents research onthe home, community and school influence in maintaining minority language and culture of schoolchildren while enrolled in biliteracy programs (reading and writing teaching in two or more languages) and residing in foreign communities in the United States. This article brings the historical background, the description of the English-Portuguese Two-Way Immersion andTransitional Bilingual Programs available in the country today, and the current state legislation of a relatively decentralized school system in order to locate thebondamongeach participant’s role - family, community and school - as the theoretical foundation that is formulated from Sociocultural Perspective. One of the most prominent results is the constant construction of a bicultural identity in order to support biliteracy, i.e., the junction of cultural and social practices in more than one language by everyone involved so that the structure and bilingual investment is sustainable in the mid to long run. The implications related to the growth of linguistically-and-culturally-diverse families in the world are also discussed. O presente artigo apresenta um levantamento sobre a influênciado lar, da comunidade e da escolana manutenção da língua e cultura minoritárias em crianças matriculadas em programas de biletramento (que ensinam a ler e a escrever em duas ou mais línguas) enquanto residentes de comunidades de imigrantes nos Estados Unidos. Este artigo traz o pano histórico, adescrição dos programas dos tipos Two-Way Immersion e Transitional Bilingual Programdisponíveisno país atualmente, e a legislação estadual vigente de um sistema escolar relativamente descentralizado a fim de encontrar um elo entre o papel de cada um de seus participantes –a família, a comunidade e a escola – como uma fundamentação teórica formulada a partir da perspectiva sócio cultural. Um dos temas resultantes mais eminentes é a construção constante de uma identidade bicultural para suportar o biletramento, ou seja, a junção de práticas culturais e sociais em mais de uma língua por todos envolvidos para que a estrutura e o investimento bilíngue se sustente por médio a longo prazo. As implicações relacionadas ao crescimento de famílias de diversidade linguística e cultural no mundo também são discutidas.

The investigation aim to build knowledgethat sheds light to its current urban form, informing its necessary contemporaryproject. It assumes the hypothesis that Campo Alegre's urban formresults of a long metamorphosis process, accepting it has an origin, invariably,in something pre‑existing,that whenever it is transformed, maintainssome invariants as characters of continuity. Thus, this thesis proposes a timeregression exercise, mainly based on iconographic archival documentationanalysed through (re)drawing. To communicate this approach, the thesis isstructured in three themed chapters that clarify the nature of Campo Alegre'surban form, explaining the mains elements involved in its composition andsynthesizing the principal themes rehearsed by the modern urban endeavours,and point out a perspective for the place's transformation in the future.Due to this practice, this thesis concludes that, today, Campo Alegre'scomplex and incomplete urban form is composed by the intersection of elementsassociated to the fundamental moments of its long transformation process.It identifies traces of the moments in which Campo Alegre is shaped fromwilderness to city - its rural parcelling, idleness ambience, and of its residentialcondition - and is projected according to new urban ideals - residentialexpansion area and civic center; civic center; city park; civic, commercial andreligious center with residence; business center; university center -, on thecourse of half a century of urbanization plans, elaborated by renowned architects,based on contemporary conceptual models. Looking ahead the futureand underlining the need of Campo Alegre's understanding and resignificationin today's city pattern, this thesis identifies the key urban and architecturalthemes in the definition of place and time, and proposes a set of guidelinesthat could inform or lead to a new Urban Project for Campo Alegre.

The community management of pirarucu fish (Arapaima gigas) is carried out by riverine communities of the Mamirauá and Amanã Reserves since 1999. Since the beginning of management, the population has showed positive signs of recovery of stocks. The commercialization of production, on the other hand, has been one of the main bottlenecks of the process. Thus, this study aimed to identify, from technical and local viewpoints, the main problems faced in the commercialization of managed pirarucu, besides supporting strategies to mitigate these problems. The methods employed were documental research, discussions with communities in meetings, as well as technical assistance during the 2004 and 2005 fish harvests. It was observed that the main challenges were low prices, difficulty to reach favorable markets, as well as a low level of community involvement in the negotiations and sales processes. After new commercial strategies developed by technicians and communities, there was a decrease of problems in the area, development of new market strategies, and more community participation in the process. This study, thus suggests that the best way to deal with the challenges of the market, and consequently, with conservation of the species is to promote mechanisms to facilitate community participation in the commercial process.

O objetivo desta tese foi compreender como o ciberativismo, na condição de práxis centrada no uso programático da Internet, se insere no contexto das manifestações políticas ocorridas na Europa, Oriente Médio, EUA e Brasil, entre os anos de 2010 e 2013. Com isso, buscou-se refletir sobre as transformações da política na contemporaneidade, em face do transcurso da atual crise econômico-ecológica. Por intermédio de análises dos pensadores da teoria crítica (Marx, Adorno, Horkheimer, Debord) e da Nova Crítica do Valor (Kurz, Jappe, Trenkle), este estudo apresenta um modelo teórico que denominamos paradigma do antipoder, que partiu da obra de John Holloway, para entender a esfera pública oposicional praticada na Internet em sua tendência a uma práxis de ação direta, aberta, livre e anticapitalista. The objective of this thesis was to understand how the cyber activism, on condition of praxis focused on programmatic use of the Internet, fits into the context of political demonstrations occurred in Europe, Middle East, USA and Brazil, between 2010 and 2013. Thus, reflections were made on of the politics transformations in contemporary society, given the course of the current economic and ecological crisis. By means of analyzes of the thinkers of critical theory (Marx, Adorno, Horkheimer, Debord) and New Value Critique (Kurz, Jappe, Trenkle), this study presents a theoretical model that we call paradigm of antipower, which was based work on John Holloway´s work, to understand the oppositional public sphere practiced on the Internet in their tendency to a praxis of direct, open, free and anti-capitalist action.

This article discusses some aspects of the Brazilian response to urban violence, focusing both official public safety policies and actions of the civil society. The text identifies the lack of a national public safety policy, indicates successful governmental experiences carried out in some states and municipalities, and concentrates on the actions of the police. Analyzing the responses of the civil society, the paper is emphasizing the campaign for disarming the population and the role played by the media. It shows the appearance of groups of young people living in the favelas, organized in turn of cultural experiences that, in multiple aspects, are characterized as "new mediators" in society. These groups thematize violence and try to build new stereotypes dissociating them from the image of criminality. The article describes in particular the cases of the Grupo Cultural AfroReggae, of Rio de Janeiro, and the pilot experience carried out in collaboration with the Minas Gerais Military Police, called "Youth and the Police". The AfroReggae group is a typical example of such a "new mediator", and the initiative of carrying out a work in cooperation with the police opens new perspectives for the traditionally scarce participation of civil organizations engaged in public safety in cooperative projects with the police.O artigo discute aspectos das respostas brasileiras à violência urbana, focalizando tanto políticas governamentais de segurança pública como ações da sociedade civil. Este artigo analisa iniciativas da sociedade civil na elaboração de políticas de saúde no Brasil a partir do exame de três casos em que a atuação de organizações não-governamentais teve papel relevante nas três últimas décadas: a epidemia de Aids, a saúde da mulher e a reforma psiquiátrica. Situa o surgimento das ONGs no contexto dos movimentos de participação civil no Brasil, identifica suas características distintivas em relação a outras formas de associação e compara as trajetórias específicas nos casos da Aids, da saúde da mulher e do movimento psiquiátrico. O texto indica dilemas comuns ao campo das organizações não-governamentais no final dos anos 90 e aponta a necessidade de estudos sobre a participação de organizações da sociedade civil no desenvolvimento de políticas sociais, em especial das políticas contra a violência.This article evaluates a series of civil society initiatives concerning the design of Brazilian public health policies stemming from the analysis of three cases in which non-governmental organizations played a significant role in the three last decades: the Aids epidemic, women's health and the psychiatric reform. It studies the birth of NGOs in the context of civil society participation in the country, it identifies its distinctive characteristics in relation to other forms of association and it compares their specific paths in the case of Aids, women's health and the psychiatric movement. It points to common dilemmas in the field of NGOs at the end of the 1990's and the need for studies about the participation of civil society organizations in the development of social public policies, specially in the area of public policies concerning violence.

Esta dissertação pretende analisar a experiência de manejo comunitário dos recursos pesqueiros realizado em uma área protegida da várzea Amazônica, a partir da perspectiva econômica. A escolha do objeto de estudo deu-se pelo fato de o manejo de pirarucu, realizado nas Reservas de Desenvolvimento Sustentável Amanã (RDSA) e Mamirauá (RDSM), representar uma experiência concreta de cogestão de um recurso de importância cultural e econômica para a região. O capítulo I avalia o desempenho socioeconômico do manejo, de forma geral, a partir dos principais indicadores monitorados da produção, tais como efetividade de pesca, cotas individuais, número de pescadores beneficiados, volume de produção, preços, mercados atingidos e faturamento. Este capítulo descreve ainda as estratégias adotadas pelas associações de pescadores para a solução dos problemas de comercialização e avalia a demanda do mercado de Tefé por pirarucu, como uma das estratégias de abastecimento local. O capítulo 2, por sua vez, apresenta de forma mais detalhada, uma análise econômica por área de manejo, em que foram calculados o índice de efetividade de pesca, a produtividade e a eficiência econômica de cada uma delas, para o ano de 2008, no intuito de avaliar a viabilidade econômica do manejo de pirarucu. Foi calculada também a variação da renda entre os pescadores das quatro áreas de manejo. Espera-se com este estudo que o panorama econômico apresentado possa contribuir para o melhor planejamento das organizações de pescadores que já manejam e para aqueles que pretendem iniciar o processo.

This article evaluates a series of civil society initiatives concerning the design of Brazilian public health policies stemming from the analysis of three cases in which non-governmental organizations played a significant role in the three last decades: the Aids epidemic, women's health and the psychiatric reform. It studies the birth of NGOs in the context of civil society participation in the country, it identifies its distinctive characteristics in relation to other forms of association and it compares their specific paths in the case of Aids, women's health and the psychiatric movement. It points to common dilemmas in the field of NGOs at the end of the 1990's and the need for studies about the participation of civil society organizations in the development of social public policies, specially in the area of public policies concerning violence.

O estudo buscou avaliar em que medida o processo de implementação do Grupo Especializado no Policiamento em Áreas de Risco (GEPAR) esteve voltado para o desenvolvimento de uma modalidade de policiamento preventivo, nos moldes do policiamento comunitário, sendo a atuação do grupamento diferenciada em termos da filosofia, da estratégia organizacional e da utilização da ferramenta de solução de problemas. Para tanto, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com os policiais que compõem o grupamento, seus superiores diretos e as principais lideranças comunitárias do aglomerado Palmital. Foram aplicados questionários aos jovens que participam das oficinas do programa Fica Vivo! na localidade e também realizada pesquisa documental. O período de 2005 a 2006 não foi propício para que todas as fases do processo fossem implantadas de acordo com o protocolo prescrito e não houve uma mudança substantiva na relação entre o grupamento e a comunidade. Diferentemente, em 2007, os dados apontaram mudanças genuínas na percepção dos policiais quanto à atuação do grupamento na comunidade e a percepção dos atores que compunham o Grupo Gestor Fica Vivo!/Palmital era de que eles trabalhavam em parceria com os policiais do grupamento, confiavam em atuação e informavam sobre a dinâmica criminal na localidade, além de efetivamente participarem do planejamento operacional do grupo a partir da estratégia de solução de problemas. Nesses termos, no período, o processo de implementação do GEPAR esteve voltado para o desenvolvimento de uma modalidade de policiamento nos moldes do policiamento comunitário. Assim, foi possível ressaltar vários avanços do grupo: correlação positiva entre a presença do grupamento na localidade e o aumento da sensação de segurança dos representantes das principais instituições da área e dos jovens que frequentam as oficinas do programa Fica Vivo!; impacto positivo do policiamento desenvolvido pelo GEPAR na imagem que a maioria dos representantes das instituições tinha em relação à polícia e à percepção de que os policiais trabalham visando melhorar a qualidade de vida dos moradores; melhora na percepção dos policiais em relação à dificuldade do GEPAR em levantar informações na comunidade; aspectos positivos na reorientação das atividades de patrulhamento para enfatizar serviços não emergenciais e na descentralização do comando. Não obstante os avanços no período supracitado, a partir do final de 2007, os atores envolvidos no processo de implantação destacaram uma falta de continuidade das ações que tinham tido como corolário resultados positivos para a localidade e apontaram diferentes fatores que dificultaram a continuação da efetividade da estratégia de policiamento comunitário tais como: má gestão dos equipamentos destinados ao grupamento; inobservância do prescrito na instrução 02/2005, no que diz respeito à forma de recrutamento, seleção e formação dos policiais do GEPAR; grande rotatividade dos policiais; o policiamento não era realizado somente na área de responsabilidade territorial do grupo; as reuniões de intervenção estratégicas foram interrompidas por um longo período, além do fato de elas não incorporarem discussões sobre problemas não diretamente criminais. Em síntese, como conclusão, tem-se que a atuação do grupamento, nos moldes do policiamento comunitário no Palmital, variou ao longo do tempo, desde o início do trabalho do grupo. The study sought to evaluate to what extent the implementation process of the Grupo Especializado no Policiamento em Áreas de Risco (GEPAR) was directed to develop a form of preventive policing, similar to community policing, and the performance of the group is different in terms of philosophy, organizational strategy and use the tool for troubleshooting. Thus, we conducted semi-structured interviews with the officials who make up the cluster, their direct superiors and key community leaders of the cluster Palmital; Questionnaire was administered to young people who participate in the program workshops Staying Alive! held in the locality and documentary research. The period from 2005 to 2006 was not suitable for all phases of the process were established according to the prescribed protocol and there was no substantive change in the relationship between the group and the community. Unlike in 2007, the data show genuine change in the perception of police as to the action of the group in the community and the perception of actors who made up the Steering Group Staying Alive!/Palmital was that they worked in partnership with the officers of the group, relied on action and informed them about the criminal dynamics in the locality, and effectively participate in the operational planning group from the strategy of problem solving. Accordingly, during the implementation process GEPAR was directed to develop a method of policing along the lines of community policing. Thus, it was possible to highlight several advances in the group: positive correlation between the presence of the group in the locality and the increased feeling of safety of the representatives of major institutions in the area and young people who attend the workshops program Staying Alive!; Positive impact of police work GEPAR by the image that most institutions had representatives of the police and the perception that the police are working to improve the quality of life of residents; improvement in the perception of the police in relation to the difficulty in raising the GEPAR information in the community ; positive aspects in the reorientation of patrol activities to emphasize non-emergency services and decentralization of command. Notwithstanding the progress made during the stated period from the end of 2007, the actors involved in the deployment process highlighted a lack of continuity of the actions that have had positive results as a corollary to the location and pointed out different factors that hindered the continued effectiveness the community policing strategy such as mismanagement of equipment for the reverse split, the statement required by 02/2005 regarding the form of recruitment, selection and training of police officers GEPAR was not followed; high turnover of police the GEPAR; policing was not carried out only in the territorial area of responsibility of the group; strategic intervention meetings were interrupted for an extended period, beyond the fact that they do not incorporate discussions on issues not directly criminal. In summary, as conclusion, we have that the action of the group along the lines of community policing in Palmital varied over time, since the beginning of group work.

Esta pesquisa teve por propósito discutir analiticamente, a partir do modelo de Sampson e Laub (1993, 2003), o momento inaugural da trajetória do crime normalmente ocorrido ao final da infância ou início da adolescência, mais expressivamente entre os 13-14 anos e identificar qual a projeção dessas ações e incursões delituosas na história de vida de cada ator, entremeada de fatores intervenientes dos contextos social, cultural e político. Esta trajetória, que em certos momentos aparece como fonte delatora das marcas desagregadoras do modelo social padrão, decorre muitas vezes de uma nova forma de sociabilidade pautada no individualismo, no esvaziamento da alteridade, na ausência de referências identificatórias e no enfraquecimento dos laços sociais e está associada à violência e ao crime, responsável pelo medo e insegurança da população. A indevida criminalização da pobreza tem impedido a compreensão de que violência não é um atributo local ou de classe, mas sim um fenômeno que se estende a todas as camadas da sociedade. Nesse sentido, através de uma abordagem qualitativa que utiliza como método a análise de conteúdo dos autorrelatos e anotações de prontuários, realizou-se pesquisa empírica com vinte acautelados sob o regime de Medida Socioeducativa (MSE) por tempo indeterminado, junto ao Centro Socioeducativo Santa Clara (CSESC), em Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Para analisar os significados que os jovens investigados imprimem à sua trajetória de violência, os dados levantados foram organizados em dois eixos temáticos: o primeiro, localização física e socioeconômica na abrangência de 16 categorias, e o segundo constituído da trajetória de vida e da trajetória do crime sob o aporte de 9 categorias. Desta análise ressaltam-se características da condição juvenil que unifica e expõe aos conflitos os jovens pesquisados, demonstrando-se que a condição de sua trajetória repercute, distintivamente, no desenho de seu lugar social. The aim of this investigation was to present an analytical discussion on the initial moment of the life-course of deviant behavior at the end of childhood or beginning of adolescence, more specifically at the ages of 13-14, based on the model by Sampson and Laub (1993;2003). It also sought to expand the knowledge of how protection occurs in the life history of each actor, intertwined by interfering social, cultural and political factors, the contexts in which these criminal actions are designed. At some moments this life-course becomes more visible as it gains publicity by the media, as a source of information of these behaviors, so disconnected from the socially accepted standard. This distancing from a desirable symbolic asset, interspersed by the different occurrences that master this new form of sociability, is rooted in individualism, in the emptying of alterity (otherness) and absence of identifying parameters, laxity of social bonds, besides the result of the association between crime and violence, which brings fear and insecurity to the population, the potential victims of the horror and unpredictability of these actions. The undue criminalization of poverty has curbed the understanding that violence is not to be attributed to a place or social class, but that it has spread to all layers and that it occurs irrespective of class, possessions, social position and is part and parcel of a cosmopolitan context, in which the rituals, habits and choices are based on an abstract play of successive transformations, whose previous pillars have crumbled down and their reconstruction, rather than being rooted in something memorable, generated totally new structures to replace the old ones, in which the rules are barely referred to; they have been undone. And, as the old makes room for the new, the new lacks the strength of tacit, collective agreements, while it is invested of individual decisions at a time adverse from sustaining pillars. Therefore, by means of a qualitative approach that has adopted as a technique for data analysis the analysis of the contents of reports, the empirical research was carried out with twenty inmates under the Socioeducational Meassure Regime (MSE) for a non-determined period of time, at the Centro Socioeducativo Santa Clara, CESESC, in Belo Horizonte/Minas Gerais-Brasil. The research also used the information collected from the official records. This research is orientated by an analysis of the meanings of the trajectory that the youth investigated, perpetrators of the crimes, imprint to the phenomenon.
