Purpose Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) may have significant immunomodulatory effects that enhance tumor response to immune checkpoint inhibitors. This phase 2 clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of combining palliative SBRT with camrelizumab (an anti-PD1 monoclonal antibody) in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC). Methods Patients with uHCC, Child–Pugh A/B liver function, and at least one measurable lesion were enrolled between April 2020 and August 2022. Patients were administered 200 mg camrelizumab intravenously from the first day of palliative SBRT and then every 3 weeks. Palliative SBRT was delivered daily over five fractions per week, with a dose range of 30–50 Gy. The primary endpoints were objective response rate (ORR) and safety. This trial was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT04193696). Results Twenty-one patients were enrolled; the median radiation dose was 40 Gy, and the median number of cycles of camrelizumab was five. The ORR was 52.4%. After a median follow-up of 19.7 months, the median progression-free and overall survival were 5.8 and 14.2 months, respectively. The overall survival probability was 85.7% at 6 months, 76.2% at 9 months, and 59.9% at 12 months. All grade 3 treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) occurred in five patients (23.8%) and were manageable. No grade 4/5 TRAEs were observed. Conclusion Palliative SBRT plus camrelizumab showed promising antitumor activity against uHCC. Toxicities were manageable with no unexpected safety issues. This study provides evidence of a new therapeutic method for the treatment of uHCC.

In this study, the compensating ropes and tension device on elevator vibration, as well as the car and hoisting ropes between the top of the car and traction wheel in a high-speed traction elevator lift system, were considered a system to analyze the effect of traction force. In addition, the vertical vibration of the system was used as the research object. The influence of hoisting ropes quality was measured, and a time-varying dynamic model with variable mass, damping, and stiffness for the car–hoisting rope system was constructed from the perspective of time-varying structural mechanics. Simultaneously, the ideal running state of the elevator, which is fitted by using the quintic polynomial, was utilized as input motion parameter. Then, a case study was conducted by using the fine integral method for the vertical vibration dynamic model of the car–hoisting rope system. Finally, the nonlinear vertical vibration response of the car–hoisting rope system during the operation of high-speed traction elevator was obtained. Results indicated that the influence of traction force, compensating ropes, and tension device on the vibration of the car–hoisting rope system when the elevator is in the upward process is greater than when the elevator is in the downward process. In addition, the low quality of the elevator car leads to the production of strong longitudinal vibration. The linear density of the hoisting ropes has a slight effect on the longitudinal vibration of elevator.

Objective: To observe the levels of serum cystatin C (Cys C), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in traumatic patients and correlation analysis with traumatic severity. Methods: 120 emergency traumatic patients in emergency department of our hospital were rolled from December 2015 to December 2016, who were divided into minor trauma group (n=41), severe trauma group (n=43) and critical trauma group (n=36) according to the injury severity score (ISS). The levels of serum Cys C, BNP of the patients in the 3 groups were detected on 0 h, 24 h, 3 d and 7 d after admission respectively. Pearson correlation analysis of the levels of serum Cys C, BNP and ISS. Results: There were no significant differences in the levels of serum Cys C, BNP on 0 hours between the three groups; There were no significant differences in the levels of serum Cys C, BNP on 0 h, 24 h, 3 d and 7 d in minor trauma group; The levels of serum Cys C, BNP on 24 h, 3 d and 7 d were all higher than those of 0 h in severe trauma group, and the levels of serum Cys C on 3 d and 7 d were both higher than those of 24 h; The levels of serum Cys C, BNP on 24 h, 3 d and 7 d were all higher than those of 0 h in critical trauma group, the levels of serum Cys C, BNP on 3 d and 7 d were both higher than those of 24 h, and the levels of serum Cys C on 7 d were higher than those of 3 d ; The levels of serum Cys C, BNP in severe trauma and critical trauma groups were significantly higher compared with minor trauma group on 24 h, 3 d and 7 d. Pearson correlation analysis, the level of serum Cys C were positively correlated with ISS, the level of serum BNP were positively correlated with ISS. Conclusion: Different levels of traumatic patients had different levels of serum Cys C, BNP increased at different times. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum Cys C, BNP were both positively correlated with traumatic severity, which suggested that the levels of serum Cys C, BNP may be important indicators of traumatic severity and could provide important reference value for clinical evaluation of traumatic severity.

The rate-dependent of scaled high-performance rubber bearings (HPRBs) were investigated in this study. Firstly, a series of cyclic compression shear tests, simple relaxation tests and multi-step relaxation tests with different shear strains at −30 °C, −10 °C, and 20 °C were carried out. The influence of loading rate and test temperature on the mechanical properties of bearings were revealed through experimental observations. Then, a fractional derivative three-element model was introduced to simulate the loading-rate dependent behaviors of HPRBs, and an identification scheme was successfully applied to obtain the parameter of the introduced model. Finally, the effectiveness of the model was tested through the comparison of simulation results and experimental results.

A new type of built-in composite electromagnetic and frictional braking structural scheme and its corresponding coordinated control strategy were proposed to enhance the braking effects for the electric vehicle. Fuzzy control theory was applied to design the coordinated control strategy for the electromagnetic and frictional braking system. In comparison to lower braking strength and moderate braking strength, the slip ratio of high braking strength was maintained at near 0.15. It effectively avoided the wheel getting locked and provided relatively large braking torque in the process of braking. The integrated system using a fuzzy control strategy can effectively shorten the braking time, enhance the braking safety in the braking process.

Base isolation is an efficient method to reduce the vulnerability of structures in high seismic risk zones. As the core component, the performance of the isolation bearings greatly affects the safety and reliability of the isolation system. In this paper, a series of compression shear tests were performed on three scaled rubber bearings, test temperatures range from −30 to 20 °C and different levels of shear strains were considered. Experimental results show that a negligible variation in the performance parameters is associated to the change in shear strain, and characteristics of the bearings such as the equivalent stiffness, yield force and post-yield stiffness can be significantly affected by the temperature. Then the influence coefficient functions able to take into account the influence of temperature were formulated, and the analysis values at different temperatures are in good agreement with the corresponding experimental values. The temperature influence coefficient function can be used to predict the mechanical properties of rubber bearings at different temperatures.

In order to improve the reliability and stability of the automobile suspension system, the important parts of automobile suspension control arm is studied. Reverse engineering technology is applied to reverse modeling according to the characteristics of complicated suspension control arm shape. At the same time, the automobile suspension control arm is analyzed under load condition to ensure that the automobile suspension control arm is safe in the process of driving. The control arm meshing and strength analysis are completed by ANSYS analysis software. Finally, ANSYS fatigue analysis module is used to verify that the automobile suspension control arm can meet the requirement of fatigue strength.

The method of planar four-bar mechanism movement precision analysis is proposed when the length errors and kinematical pair clearances are taken into account. The offset vector caused by the clearance of kinematical pair is analyzed and the position vector is used to describe the position of bodies. The structure for the two-hole swing deputy is studied. The magnitude and direction of rotary vice offset is seen as random variable. The calculating formula of two-hole effective lever length model is deduced. The output accuracy of four-bar mechanism with two-hole the clearance is analyzed.

First-principles pseudopotential calculations have been performed to investigate the structural stability and electronic properties of magnesium considering three possible structures under high pressure. The results show that magnesium crystallizes in the hcp structure is to be the most stable structure at the ground state, because of the lowest total energy. Magnesium undergoes a pressure-induced phase transition from the hcp structure to bcc structure at 65 GPa. And no further transition is found up to 220 GPa. The electronic structure properties of three structures of magnesium are also calculated and discussed. The structural stability mechanism is also explained through the electronic structures of three phases.

The structural stability of MgCe under high pressures has been investigated by using the first-principles plane-wave pseudopotential density functional theory within the local density approximation (LDA). The obtained results predict that MgCe in the Ba structure is predicted to be the most stable structure corresponding to the ground state, because of lowest total energy. MgCe undergoes a pressure-induced phase transition from the Ba structure to B32 structure at 36 GPa. And no further transition is found up to 120 GPa. In addition, the electronic structures of four structures of MgCe are also calculated and discussed.

With the increasing of speed of elevator, noise has been becomming an important factor of the ride comfort. Mechanical noise and aerodynamic noise are the main types of elevator noise. The research of mechanical noise are mainly focused on vibration characteristics of the structure and the friction which is on elevator cars, counterweight and guide rails as well as wire ropes. The research of aerodynamic noise are mainly included three aspects: the influences of aerodynamic noise resulted in the shape of elevator cars, the research of noise reduction technology on different noise bands and the research of elevator system dynamics model’s optimal design. Based on the analysis of high-speed elevator noise research, we investigate the existing problems and trends on high-speed traction elevator noise.

The high-voltage transmission tower transmission lines is a major component and typically a high steel tower, is a tall, flexible structures. In this paper, the finite element method to establish a large-scale three-dimensional model of the transmission tower space, computational analysis of the transmission tower structure first six buckling modes and critical load, examined the order buckling mode characteristics. Research on the structural stability of large power transmission tower design has some theoretical significance and application value.

In order to overcome the shortage of dealing with fuzzy information and uncertainty of fault logical relationship in traditional importance measures, the fuzzy set theory is presented to fault tree, using fuzzy number to describe the fault states of system and components, and using fuzzy subsets to denote the fault rates, a fuzzy fault tree of T-S modle was established. And a model of fuzzy fault tree was established and a T-S fuzzy importance analysis method was presented on the basis of T-S analysis method. The method is applied in the importance analysis of hydraulic system, and proving that the algorithms are feasible.

Targeting at realizing analysis of resonance reliability sensitivity for cam mechanism system, considering the uncertainty of the design parameters, the performance function of the resonance reliability of the cam mechanism is established based on stability criterion of vibration. The perturbation method is employed to calculate the resonance reliability of cam mechanism. Combined with the sensitivity technology, the effects of random variables on occurring resonance failure of cam mechanism system were discussed. The study results can provide theoretical reference for anti-resonance design of cam mechanism system.

Reverse modeling of vehicle suspension control arm is studied. Firstly, the data of vehicle suspension control arm is acquired. Secondly, the scanning point cloud data is processed. Then 3D model of vehicle suspension control arm is reconstructed. Finally, models deviation is analyzed to find out the deficiencies and to improve the accuracy of the model. Reverse modeling based on CATIA can make up the shortage of traditional modeling method and solve the problem of gaining the data of complex curved surface parts. It also can shorten the innovation and improvement cycle of the vehicle suspension control arm and reduce the production cost and enhance enterprise competitiveness.

The structural stability and phase transition of magnesium (Mg) containing different amounts of Al under high pressure was studied by means of first-principles total energy calculations. The cohesive energy calculations showed that the hcp and bcc structures of Mg-4.17 at%Al and Mg-8.33 at%Al were of the strong structural stability. The enthalpy for hcp and bcc structures of Mg was dependent upon the Al content. With increasing Al content from 0 to 8.33 at%, the enthalpy for hcp and bcc structures increased monotonously. Based on the enthalpy differences of the hcp and bcc structures under different pressures, the phase transition pressure under which the hcpbcc structural phase transition may take place for pure Mg, Mg-4.17 at%Al and Mg-8.33 at%Al was 60 GPa, 70 GPa and 85 GPa, respectively, indicating that with the increasing Al content, the phase transition pressure became higher and the hcpbcc transition was more difficult.

Nanoparticals of MCM-41 molecular sieves were synthesized at near room temperature with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as template agent. The prepared samples were characterized by the means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), N2 adsorption tests, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA). The results suggested that morphology of MCM-41 molecular sieves samples with high crystallinity was almost uniform spherical, and the particles size was almost less than 100 nm. The adsorption-desorption isotherms were corresponded to typical type IV isotherms with the hysteresis loop of type H2, which showed the samples had mesoporous structure. The pore size distribution of samples were 1.69 nm and 3.58 nm, and the specific surface areas was up to 752.23 m2/g. The decomposition temperature of template agent CTAB was around 327 °C, while the framework for MCM-41molecular sieves was stable. So MCM-41 molecular sieve samples synthesized at near room temperature had excellent physical properties.

Microstructure and micro-mechanical properties of LC4 aluminum alloy were studied before and after treating the samples at 4GPa pressure. The hardness, elastic modulus and plastic deformation were measured by nanoindenter and the microstructure of the LC4 aluminum alloy was observed by metalloscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the microstructure of the LC4 aluminum alloy can be refined and compacted after 4GPa pressure treatment. The micro-mechanical properties of LC4 aluminum alloy can be improved effectively. (doi:10.2320/matertrans.M2013040) The materials to be test were LC4 aluminum alloys (Al 89.02%, Zn 6.13%, Mg 2.26% ,C u 1.65%, Cr 0.16% ,M n 0.34%, Fe 0.32%, Si 0.12%. mass fraction, %). The aluminum alloy rods were annealed into a KLX-13A programmable Nabertherm furnace at 475°C for 60min and furnace-cooled to room temperature. High-pressure experi- ments were performed on the CS-IIB type six-anvil high- pressure equipment. The annealing samples were pressurized to 4GPa and heated to 470°C for 60min. Then the pressure was released until the samples were cooled to room temperature with the cooling circulating water flow rate is 1.5L/min. The samples after high pressure treatment were cut into ¯8mm© 5mm size specimens, the micro-mechan- ical experiments were carried out on a triboindenter nano- mechanical test instrument. Berkovich-type indenter with curvature radius of 150nm was chosen to measure the hardness and elastic modulus. The loading and displacement detectability of this testing system were 50nN and 0.01nm, respectively. In which the maximum applied load was1000µN and kept at this load for 10s, the loading and unloading rates were 100µN·s ¹1 . The data was obtained by averaging the test values of repeated 5 measurements. The changing values of the specimen's hardness and elastic modulus with different indenting depth can be obtained by continuous loading and unloading on a certain area of the sample's surface and kept at this load for 1s. The microstructures of the samples were observed on the Axiovert 200MAT metalloscope and S-3400N Scanning electron microscope (SEM-BSE). 3. Results and Discussion

The ordered­disordered phase transformation temperature and time of Cu­Zn alloy before and after 2GPa pressure treatment were measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The phase transformation activation energy and Avrami exponent were calculated and the effect of 2GPa pressure treatment on the microstructure evolution was also discussed based on the kinetic parameters. The results show that 2GPa pressure treatment on Cu­Zn alloy from ordered (¢A) to disordered (¢) phase transformation shift to the low temperature region and can shortened the phase transformation time in the subsequent heating process, which is helpful to the formation of the microstructure with a fine grain size in Cu­Zn alloy, but no new phase is generated. Nanostructured conversion coating of Al-Mg alloy was obtained via the surface treatment with zirconium titanium salt solution at 25°C for 10 min. The zirconium titanium salt solution is composed of tannic acid 1.00 g·L−1, K2ZrF60.75 g·L−1, NaF 1.25 g·L−1, MgSO41.0 g/L, and tetra-n-butyl titanate (TBT) 0.08 g·L−1. X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR) were used to characterize the composition and structure of the obtained conversion coating. The morphology of the conversion coating was obtained by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results exhibit that the zirconium titanium salt conversion coating of Al-Mg alloy contains Ti, Zr, Al, F, O, Mg, C, Na, and so on. The conversion coating with nm level thickness is smooth, uniform, and compact. Corrosion resistance of conversion coating was evaluated in the 3.5 wt.% NaCl electrolyte through polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS). Self-corrosion current density on the nanostructured conversion coating of Al-Mg alloy is9.7×10-8A·cm-2, which is only 2% of that on the untreated aluminum-magnesium alloy. This result indicates that the corrosion resistance of the conversion coating is improved markedly after chemical conversion treatment.

Applying fuzzy information axiom in product concept design, the evaluation method for design schemes based on fuzzy information axiom was built and the insufficient of estimation in qualitative indexes was overcome. Actual membership function curve was selected conform to different index types, and fuzzy language of qualitative indexes is numerical. Through computing information content of each product scheme, the optimal scheme was selected with the unified metrics. The model was applied in scheme evaluation of handling equipment in stereo garage and its effectiveness was verified. Meanwhile, the optimal design scheme of handling equipment in vertical rotary stereo garage was obtained and the theoretical foundation was provided for handing equipment.

A kind of accuracy sensitivity analysis and numerical simulation method about the mechanism kinematic is proposed for the purpose of getting the reliability sensitivity of the planar mechanism. Combining with the reliability sensitivity analysis method and the computer simulation technology, this method is on the basis of the research of the kinematics equations and the mechanism kinematic accuracy model. Taking the kinematic accuracy sensitivity analysis of the planar four-bar mechanism as an example, the results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.

To construct the rational and scientific design scheme evaluation method for a target, on the basis of researching on the complement of the gray clustering theory and information axiom, applying the combination in the design scheme evaluation, a scheme evaluation method based on the grey clustering and information axiom integrated is put forward. Aiming at the defect of obtaining difficulty for evaluation indexes, the evaluation index system is constructed by using the analytical hierarchy process. Aiming at the shortcoming that qualitative indexes are not be evaluated by information axiom, the qualitative index is whitened by using the triangle whiten weight function. At the same time, the computational formula of the information amount is improved, and the design scope and system scope of design scheme are extended to make the calculation results more actual. The weight of each index in the evaluation process isn’t needed to provide, and the subjective judgment is avoided on the influence of the evaluation results. Taking the process of obtaining the optimal scheme for the mechanical parking equipment as an example, the proposed method is analysis verified. The application examples show that the optimal scheme satisfying user needs is got in a relatively short time by using this evaluation method and a theoretical basis is provided for the establishment of a scientific and rational evaluation method.

To investigate the effects of 2 different ways of storage bag placement on some biochemical indexes of leukodepleted red blood cells (LD-RBC) to as to ensure the efficacy and safety of clinical blood transfusion.The whole blood samples of 20 donors (400 ml/donor) were selected for preparating the LP-RBC, which were divided evenly into 10 bags. The 10 bags were randomly divided into 2 groups; the bags in 1 group were placed uprightly, while the bags in another group were placed horizontally. The bags of 2 groups were stored in the same conditions. One storage bag from each group was taken randomly on day 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 respectively, and then the biochemical indexes of samples were detected and analyzed.The values of K(+) and LAC on day 14, the value of LDH on day 28 in the uprightly placed group were higher than those in the horizontally placed group (P0.05), the value of Na(+) on day 28, and the value of Glu on day 35 in the uprightly placed group were lower than those in horizontally placed group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in Cl(-) level between 2 groups (P0.05).The storage bags placed by different ways during the storage show different influence on some biochemical indexes of LD-RBC in the storage period.

Black micro-arc oxidation (MAO) ceramic coatings were prepared on magnesium alloy in a silicate electrolyte; SEM, EDS and XRD were tested to analyze surface morphology, chemical composition and phase composition of ceramic coatings, Corrosion resistant in 3.5％ NaCl aqueous solution of magnesium alloy before and after MAO treatment was evaluated by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS); the weight loss of magnesium alloy with black MAO ceramic coatings in 3.5％ NaCl aqueous solution was studied through immersion experiment. The results indicated that, the black MAO ceramic coatings was composed by Mg、Al、Si、Cu and O; black MAO ceramic coatings could protect magnesium alloy substrate effectively; the corrosion resistant of black MAO ceramic coatings in neutral 3.5% NaCl solution was favorable.

After heat treatment at 800°C for 15min, a Cu-Al alloy was cryogenic treated at -196°C for 30min, the micro-mechanical properties of the Cu-Al alloy before and after cryogenic treatment were measured by nanometer mechanical testing system and the microstructure of the Cu-Al alloy were also analyzed by optical microscope, SEM/EDS and XRD. On the basis of that, the effects of cryogenic treatment on micro-mechanical properties of the Cu-Al alloy were investigated. The results show that the cryogenic treatment can refine the grains, and increase the hardness, elastic modulus, elastic recovery rate and ratio of hardness to modulus of the Cu-Al alloy. As a result, cryogenic treatment can improve the ability to resist applied load and anti-indentation creep effectively.

The transformation temperature and time of α+γ2 to ß in a Cu-Al alloy after cryogenic treatment during heating were measured by DSC, and the transformation activation energy of α+γ2 to ß was also calculated. It is indicated that the Cu-Al alloy with heating rate of 10°C/min, the phase transformation onset and ending temperature is 561.75°C and 582.88°C, respectively, and the phase transformation time is126.6S. The phase transformation activation energy decreases with the increasing volume fraction of their phase transformation.

Using first-principles ultra-soft pseudo-potential approach of the plane wave based on the density functional theory (DFT), we investigated the surface properties for silicon carbide-derived structure (i.e. SiCDS). The calculated results show that, movement of C and Si atoms caused by Si removal results in surface structural changing, and a nanoporous surface feature can be observed on the SiCDS surfaces when more Si atoms are removed. The mulliken population analysis indicates that the Si removal leads to the stronger chemical bonds between C–Si and the formation of new stronger chemical bands between C–C. From the density of states, as the Si removal proportion increases, C2p becomes gradually dominant in the SiCDS surface state electrons. Moreover, the Si removal leads to evidently different band gaps, indicating that the conductivity for SiCDS surface structures can be adjusted through the Si removal.

The hardness, elastic modulus, and friction coefficient of the Cu77.96Al22.04 alloy before and after treatment at 750°C and 5GPa for 15min were measured by nanoindenter. Effects of high pressure heat treatment on its micromechanical properties were discussed. The results show that high pressure heat treatment can refine the microstructures of the Cu77.96Al22.04 alloy, increase its hardness and elastic recovery rate, and decrease its friction coefficient. It also shows that high pressure treatment has little effect on the elastic modulus. As a result, the deformation resistance and the anti-indentation creep of the alloy are improved effectively. The thermal expansion coefficients of Cu-Zn alloy before and after high pressure treatment were measured by thermal expansion instrument in the temperature range of 25-700 °C, and the microstructure and phase transformation of the alloy were examined by optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Based on the experimental results, the effects of high pressure treatment on the microstructure and thermal expansion of Cu-Zn alloy were investigated. The results show that the high pressure treatment can refine the grain and increase the thermal expansion coefficient of the Cu-Zn alloy, resulting in that the thermal expansion coefficient exhibits a high peak value on the α - T curve, and the peak value decreases with increasing the pressure.

Effect of solid solution under high pressure on the microstructures and mechanical properties of AM60B alloy has been investigated. The results show that solid solution under high pressure leads to refined crystal grains of α-Mg phase in the alloys after aging treatment. When the solid solution pressure is about 4GPa, the smallest grain size can be obtained, which is only 8.4% of the grain size when the solid solution is carried out under ambient pressure. Moreover, hardness and compressive strength of AM60B after aging treatment both increase remarkably when the solid solution is performed under high pressure. The superior compressive strength and plasticity can be achieved at 5GPa.

The ZnO particles with mesoporous and lamellar structure were synthesized in the method of precipitation, using zinc acetate as precursor. The ZnO particles were characterized by the means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and N2 adsorption–desorption measurements. The photoactivity of as-prepared ZnO particles was evaluated by degradation experiment of methyl orange aqueous solution. The results showed the obtained ZnO particles were irregular polygons with lamellar structure, and the particle size was in the range of 50 nm to 300 nm. According to XRD and N2 absorption results, ZnO particles were pure and integrated crystals with high crystallinity, and adsorption-desorption isotherms correspond to the typical type IV isotherm with a hysteresis loop of type H3, which showed ZnO particles had mesoporous structure with slit pore shape. The ZnO particles had high photocatalytic activity, the maximum degradation rate of methyl orange aqueous solution can reach 99%. When reused for the fifth time, the photocatalytic activity of ZnO particles was similar with the fresh ones, and recycled for the tenth time, the degradation rate of methyl orange aqueous solution still standed by 84.7%.

The TiO2 particles were synthesized in the solvothermal method, and they were characterized by the means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and the N2 adsorption–desorption measurement. The photocatalytic property of as-prepared TiO2 particles was evaluated by the degradation experiment of methyl orange aqueous solution. Results indicated that TiO2 nanoparticles were the combination of anatase-TiO2 and rutile-TiO2 crystals with integrated crystals form and high crystallinity, which may be helpful for stabilizing the anatase and improving the photocatalytic activity. The adsorption-desorption isotherms was the typical type IV isotherm with a clear H2-type hysteresis loops in the desorption branch. The results showed mesoporous TiO2 particles had the average pore diameter of 3.587 nm, the average specific surface areas of 270.342 m2/g, and the average pore volume of 0.259 cm3/g. Meantime, the as-prepared TiO2 particles had good thermal stability and high photocatalytic activity, when being irradiated for 120 min, the degradation rate of the methyl orange aqueous solution could be up to 98.27%.

To solve this problem, we propose to improve the program, and conducted the analysis and comparison of several options to determine the source of energy-saving adaptive overall scheme of oil, its reasonable design, implementation of the automatic adaptive functioning, energy loss Small, the effect is significant.

This part analyzed clamping automobile tires conveyance’s research situation, summarized its failure problem and occurrence cause, and selected the important failure problem by RPN method; and then solved creatively clamping lever roller’s wear, clamping lever’s excessive damage owing to rise and decrease slightly, the automobile conveyance’s excessive damage owing to the car’s rollover and clamping lever’s bearing load unevenly; in the end, proposed the conceptual design of new-style clamping vertically automobile tires conveyance. The conveyance have a simple structure, decrease the clamping lever’s and car tire’s wear, avoid cantilever phenomenon owing to rise and decrease slightly, decrease the clamping lever’s strength and stiffness.

TiO2 nanoparticles with excellent photocatalytic and degradation property were prepared in the solvothermal method. They were characterized by the means of the transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), the thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and nitrogen adsorption. The photocatalytic and degradation property for the methyl orange aqueous solution was researched. The results showed that as-prepared TiO2 nanoparticles were spherical crystals, and the particle size was about 10 nm. They had integrated crystal form, high crystallinity and thermal stability. The adsorption-desorption isotherms of TiO2 particles corresponded to the typical type IV isotherm, which is a clear N2 hysteresis loops of type H4 in the desorption branch. The average pore size was 3.572 nm, the specific surface areas was 203.245 m2/g. Moreover, the obtained TiO2 particles had perfect photocatalytic and degradation property for the methyl orange aqueous solution. When reacted for 150 min, the degradation rate of the methyl orange aqueous solution was at the peak, up to 99.1%.

The composites of expanded graphite with TiO2(EG/TiO2) were prepared in the method of impregnation, the morphology and crystal structure were characterized by the means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The decolorization performance of the EG/TiO2composites for the methyl orange aqueous solution were studied. The experimental results were shown as follows: the EG/TiO2composites maintained the porous and lamellar structure of EG, and a lot of anatase TiO2particles as a small lumpdistributed on surfaces and in layers of EG. The composites may contain the graphite both oxidized and un-oxidized, and there was no other organic group left in the composites, except for the functional groups of graphite. Moreover, the EG/TiO2composites had excellent decolorization performance for the methyl orange aqueous solution. When reacted for 90 min, the decolorization rate of the methyl orange aqueous solution was at the peak, up to 96.1%. We supposed that it was mainly due to the interaction between the strong adsorptive ability of EG and the degradation property of TiO2particles.

Effects of high pressure heat treatment on the microstructure refinement and corrosion resistance of brass were studied by means of metallographic observation, SEM/EDX, profilometer and CH1660A electrochemical instrument. Brass were heated from 23°C to 700°C and kept at 700°C for 10 minutes under high pressure of 1GPa, 3GPa, 4GPa and 6GPa, respectively. The results show that high pressure heat treatment has great influence not only on the microstructure refinement of the alloy but also on its corrosion resistance in HCl solution. Under 3GPa, the refined microstructure can be found and the corrosion resistance of the alloy changes into much worse. However, under a higher pressure of 6GPa, the corrosion resistance increases and the microstructure refining effect is not obvious. All the findings of this work were elucidated in terms of the change in the formation and growing of the crystal under a high pressure heat treatment condition.

The composites of expanded ghaphite with TiO2(EG/TiO2) have been prepared in the method of precursor mixing, and the optimum preparation conditions have been studied. The morphology and crystal structure of the EG/TiO2composites have been characterized by the means of SEM and XRD. Also their performance of decolorization for methyl orange solution has been researched. The results are shown as follows: the EG/TiO2composites maintain the rich porous and network structure of EG, and a lot of anatase TiO2particles widely distribute on surfaces and in layers of EG. Compared with TiO2sol, taking tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source, the prepared EG/TiO2composites have better performance. Increasing the added amount of tetrabutyl titanate, the decolorization rate of methyl orange solution increases at first, and then decreases. When adding 2 mL tetralbutyl titanate, the decolorization rate is at the peak, up to 98.4%. These results show the composites have excellent performance of decolorization for methyl orange solution. We suppose it is mainly due to the interaction between the adsorption of EG and the degradation of TiO2particles.
