The three-dimensional carbon fiber fabric was densified by chemical vapor infiltration and precursor impregnation cracking composite process, and the high thermal conductivity 3D C/C composite material with density of 1.95 g/cm3 was obtained. Using SEM, XRD, thermal conductivity test, linear expansion coefficient test and three-point bending experiment to study the effect of different heat treatment temperatures of 2350,2550,2850℃ on the microscopic morphology,structure, thermal conductivity, linear expansion coefficient and bending performance of 3D C/C composites. The results show that with the increase of the heat treatment temperature, the mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber graphite sheet structure becomes more obvious, the order of the pyrolytic carbon sheets evenly wrapped around the carbon fiber increases, and the arrangement between the sheets becomes more dense; the graphitization and thermal conductivity of 3D C/C composite materials improve; in the test temperature range of 250-1400℃, the linear expansion coefficient increases slightly with the increase of the test temperature, and the 3D C/C composite after different heat treatment temperatures. The linear expansion coefficient of the materials is -1×10-6-2×10-6℃-1, showing good "zero expansion". In addition, when the heat treatment temperature increases, the bonding of the carbon fiber and the matrix of the 3D C/C composite materials are weakened, resulting in the decrease in the bending strength and flexural modulus of the materials. A large number of long fibers are pulled out on the bending fracture surface of the materials after the high temperature heat treatment at 2850℃. In general, the fracture after three different heat treatment temperatures shows "pseudoplastic" fracture characteristics.

Purpose of Review: T-cell lymphomas (TCLs) are a group of rare subtypes of non-Hodgkin lymphoma derived from mature T-lymphocytes. Recent updates in lymphoma classification based on the cell-of-origin pathogenesis have shed new light on TCL epidemiology and outcomes. Contemporary regional consortia and international studies, including those conducted recently in Asia and South America, have provided an updated delineation of the major subtypes across various global regions. Recent Findings: Peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS), remains the most common subtype globally except in Asia, where extra-nodal NK-T cell lymphoma (ENKTL) has emerged as the most prevalent. Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is the second most common subtype globally except in South America where its incidence falls behind adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) and ENKTL. ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) has been recognized as the second most common subtype in some parts of South America. Studies on the newly classified breast implant-associated ALCL (BIA-ALCL) are beginning to reveal its distribution and risk factors. Summary: Deciphering the epidemiology of TCLs is a challenging endeavor due to the rarity of these entities and ongoing refinement in classification. Collaborative efforts on prospective registries based on the most current WHO classifications will help capture the true epidemiology of TCL subtypes to better focus resources for diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic efforts. Semi-embedded periodic Ag grids were combined with FTO/glass substrates based on laser direct writing to prepare transparent electrodes (TEs). The laser etching parameters (scanning velocity and energy density), grid shape, and unit-grid circumcircle radius were systematically optimized. The optimal scanning velocity and energy density for obtaining ideal laser-etched grooves were determined to be 10 mm/s and 1.6 J/cm2, respectively. The hexagonal Ag grid/FTO TE using the 1.00-mm unit-grid circumcircle radius prepared from the optimal laser etching parameters showed significantly decreased sheet resistance and slightly lowered light transmittance as compared to the FTO/glass substrate. This TE was employed for fabricating a transparent heater (TH), which could reach a steady-state temperature of 137.7 °C within 60 s at a voltage of 4.0 V and maintain good heating and cycling stability in 10 continuous switch heating/cooling cycles under different voltages (0.8–4.0 V). The application prospect of the TH was demonstrated by a de-icing experiment. Introducing semi-embedded periodic Ag grids with a suitable grid shape and unit-grid circumcircle radius can contribute to a great improvement in electrical conductivity of the substrate and, thus, its comprehensive performance, providing a great inspiration for optimized preparation of high-performance TEs. Aiming at the problems of ground settlement induced by the underground pipeline damage in water-rich sand layer, a set of visualization experimental device was designed. For these cases of 11 kinds of sand samples with particle size of soil d90=1.458.45mm and 5 kinds of full pipe flow velocity, the behavior of ground settlement induced by seepage erosion was studied. Research showed that:（1）There are three modes of seepage erosion induced by pipeline damage: only water inrush without settlement, soil arching formation with settlement, and sand crushing with settlement;（2）The particle size of soil , damaged mouth size and thick-span ratio are the main factors determining the seepage erosion mode of soil;（3）When the soil arching or sand crushing is formed in the soil above the damaged mouth of pipeline, the relationship between the particle size of soil d90 and the thick-span ratio r is that: when 8.0≥r≥4.2, the d90 decreases parabolically with the increase of r; when 12.5≥r≥8.0, d90 remains unchanged;（4）When the soil arching or sand crushing is formed in the soil above the damaged mouth of pipeline, the initial settlement radius and settlement depth with the flow velocity of 0 are determined by the ratio (D/d50) of the damaged mouth diameter D and the average particle size of soil d50 ; the settlement radius and depth increase linearly with the increase of full pipe flow velocity; when the soil arching is formed, the expansion velocity （VL、VH） of settlement radius and settlement depth with the increase of flow velocity is logarithmic to D/d50; When the sand crushing is formed, the expansion velocity VL of settlement radius with the increase of flow velocity is that, when 23.0≥D/d50≥6.0, it increases linearly with the increase of D/d50; when 42.0≥D/d50≥23.0, it decreases logarithmically with the increase of D/d50.
