Kesehatan merupakan kebutuhan setiap manusia. Oleh karena itu, asuransi kesehatan JKN sangat penting bagi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya di Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) yang diantaranya berada di salah satu apotik yang berada di Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien terharap loyalitas pasien di Dokter Praktek Perorangan (DPP) sebagai salah satu Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) pada Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner semua pasien rawat jalan yang berkunjung ke dokter praktik perorangan (DPP) Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Apotik Sita. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) menunjukkan Kepuasan Pasien tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien pengguna Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) 2). Kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pengguna Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) 3). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien pengguna Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN).

The city of Semarang is one of the coastal areas in Indonesia that is prone to flooding. Flood events that often occur in the Semarang City area can be triggered by high rainfall. Variations in rainfall and sea level are closely related to global atmospheric circulation such as ENSO and regional atmospheric circulation, Monsoon. This study aims to examine the relationship between ENSO and Monsoon with the distribution of rainfall and sea level in coastal city Semarang from 2012 to 2021. Correlation and composite analysis were used to analyze the relationship and impact of ENSO and Monsoon phenomena on rainfall and sea level. The results showed the strong correlation of the ENSO index (Southern Oscillation Index) to rainfall in the JJA and SON periods. Generally, El Niño (La Niña) has an impact on increasing (decreasing) rainfall. Meanwhile, Australian Summer Monsoon Index (AUSMI) only strongly correlates with rainfall in the SON period. The westerly (eastern) wind indicated by a positive (negative) monsoon index in the SON period has the effect of increasing (reducing) rainfall. The ENSO phenomenon with sea level during the JJA period has a strong relationship. In JJA, the highest sea level (maximum tide) rises by 12.6 cm during El Niño and decreases by 0.6 cm during La Niña. Meanwhile, the lowest sea level (minimum low tide) decreased by 16.6 cm during El Niño and increased by 0.7 cm during La Niña. These results can explain the influence of global and regional atmospheric circulation on a local scale on the coast of Semarang City. Keywords: Rainfall Sea level El Niño La Niña Monsoon

This study aimed to determine the influence of authentic leadership on authentic followership in public organizations in Madura. The dimensions of authentic leadership and authentic followership are self-awareness, balanced processing, relational transparency, and internalized moral perspective. Authentic leadership and followership are important for public organizations in Madura because they can help improve organizational performance. The authors conducted a survey study on 260 samples in a Madurese public organization. The characteristics of this research sample are that they have been members of the organization for at least 2 years and carry out a subordinate role. The research measuring tools used are the Authentic Leadership Inventory [ALI] and the Authentic Followership Scale. The results of this study suggest that the hypothesis is accepted, i.e., there is a significant influence of authentic leadership on authentic followership. In addition, authentic leadership has a substantial effect size on authentic followership. Authentic leadership influences authentic followership through 10 processes. These processes are role modeling, trust and psychological safety, value alignment, empowerment, feedback and development, authentic communication, encouragement of individuality, personal growth, ethical leadership, and shared vision and meaning. The implication of the results of this research is to develop the role of leaders in organizations so that they can become authentic leaders, which will impact followers. Suggestions for further research are to identify factors other than authentic leadership, which influence authentic followership.

Breast and cervical cancers are two deathliest cancers causing women’s death in Indonesia. ‘Aisyiyah developed a model to support, educate and assist women to fight against breast and cervical cancers through behavior change communication in 15 districts. This model is implemented by integrating behavior change communication through family and community support approaches. Research on behavior change communication so far has focused more on the individual level and not many have paid attention to family (husband and wife relations) and community (cultural) factors to encourage individual behavior change. This study aims to explore ‘Aisyiyah’s strategies in behavior change communication (promoting, counselling, and assisting) women through family and community support approaches. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection are in-depth interview dan documentation. Research locations in five districts; Bantaeng, Mempawah, Sambas, Magelang, and Lamongan. This study revealed that behavior change communication integrated of promotion, family and community approaches was more effective in encouraging women to detect cancer early.

This study aims to describe the satisfaction of host companies to internship students toward their competencies and performance and suggest improvements to the internship program. The research subjects were students who were undertaking internships in 64 institutions in Malang areas, both in the business and industrial world. Research data are obtained from questionnaires. The results showed that the qualifications of the internship students were in the range of good to very good. These findings are following the expectations of host companies, which also recognize that the competencies of internship students are in line with their expectations and needs. However, some students worked less efficiently, so host companies are not really satisfied. According to the host companies, three things need to be improved: (1) the duration of the internship, (2) monitoring, and (3) student readiness. Regarding the length of the internship, host companies suggest that the internship program's duration occupies at least three months. Host companies hope that the supervisors monitor all students who are apprenticed. Besides, the internship students should prepare in advance by giving them special provisions about the company's product knowledge and related hard skills and soft skills needed in the future jobs. These findings suggest the universities, faculties, students, host companies to develop both of the experiences and satisfaction as possible.

This study was conducted to explore and describe the clarity, the naturalness, the emotional expressions and the styles used in the translation of Hansel and Gretel fairytale. The data were collected through document analysis and analysed by using three main steps, namely data reduction, data display, and data conclusion and verification. The results showed that (1) there are many forms which are not clear and not easy to understand; (2) there are many forms which are correct grammatically but not natural; (3) emotion is expressed through words, phrases and sentences which describe anger, fear, sadness, joy and calmness; and (4) there are five styles used by the translator: simile, hyperbol, assonace, repetition and personification. The study aimed to describe (1) the employment of Mastery Learning method, (2) the student learning outcomes after the implementation of the learning method, and (3) the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of the employment of Mastery Learning method for teaching German grammar and vocabulary in two PASCH-schools in Malang. The study is a qualitative study using a case study design. The research data were collected from German language classes at two PASCH- schools in Malang, SMAN 1 and SMAN 5 Malang. Observations, video recordings, and interviews were used to collect the qualitative data. Data analysis was performed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman (1984). The findings reveal that (1) the Mastery Learning method was successfully employed at the two PASCH- schools, (2) the students’ mastery of the German grammar and vocabulary ranged from good to very good, and (3) the method was considered effective, efficient, and attractive.

This article reports on a research aimed at improving the students’ grammatical-lexical competence using learning model circuit training. The subjects were the students of the German Department who took part in the lecture Struktur und Wortschatz 1 Off AA in 2009. The results show that the process consists of four main phases: motivation, going around, training, and presenting; and the ac- tions had the effects: all students were totally active and75 % of the students could present the learning materials correctly, the average point at the end of the second cycle (70,58) can be regarded as successful

Background: The predominant trend in cancer treatment now leans towards outpatient care, placing the responsibility of pain management largely on the patients themselves. Moreover, a significant portion of treatment for advanced cancer occurs in the home environment, so patient self-management becomes increasingly crucial for the effective treatment of cancer pain., Objectives: To map self-management for pain in patients with cancer at all phases of the disease before examining the potential of pain self-care interventions for ill patients with cancer., Methods: A search was conducted on six electronic databases to locate studies published in English, from 2013 to 2023. We followed Arskey and O'Malley's Scoping Reviews guidelines., Results: This study thoroughly examined the provision of cancer pain self-management by healthcare professionals and identified four intervention types from 23 studies. This study aims to investigate the impact of family support and family function on high-risk behavior among adolescents in Malang City, East Java, Indonesia using Cross-sectional study design. in Malang City, East Java, Indonesia using cross-sectional study design. The sample size consisted of 195 adolescents (aged 15 to 19) with various sociodemographic characteristics, as well as various types of risky behaviors, such as smoking, consuming alcohol, and so on. and so on. The results of the study indicate that perceptions of and family functions are significantly related to the level of adolescent involvement in high-risk behavior. Adolescents who perceive strong family support and cohesive family functioning are significantly less likely to engage in high-risk behavior. Significance test of the model, variable value of the Sig, which is 0.000, which means that the model has an independent variable that statistically significantly affects the dependent variable because the P-value <α; (0.000 <0.05). Family function is a variable that has a value of 0.000 so that it is related to the dependent variable and has a CI value of 95% (0.029-0.348) significantly less likely to engage in high-risk behavior. In addition, gender, age, and other sociodemographic factors also play a role in determining high-risk behavior. These findings underline the important role of the family in shaping adolescent behavior and emphasize the need for providing appropriate sexual information and education by parents. The implication of this research underscores the significance of parental involvement in providing emotional support, information, and supervision for their children. The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy of early cognitive training in enhancement of cognitive function in stroke patients. This research used a quasi-experimental design, 45 patients were divided into two groups, and sequential sampling was employed. The experimental group (n = 22) received two weeks of early cognitive training six times per week, whereas the control group (n = 23) received regular hospital care. The Indonesian version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment was used to evaluate cognitive function (MoCA-Ina). On the second day of therapy, pre-test data were taken, and post-test data were gathered after the intervention. Statistical test outcomes The MoCA-Ina score changed considerably between the intervention and control groups (p = 0.000 and p = 0.003, respectively). Several tests determined that the score was p = 0.017; the score after the intervention was substantially different between the two groups. Infant and young children feeding (IYCF) practices, particularly for infants and young children <2 y old, became increasingly challenging during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several studies have discussed various educational models in the pre-pandemic period, most of which were conducted in person. The last reviews on IYCF interventions were conducted in 2020 and were relevant to pre-pandemic contexts. Thus, there is a need to review IYCF interventions to inform educational models adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aimed to describe the IYCF educational models proposed during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this relevant literature, we searched PubMed, SCOPUS, EBSCO, ProQuest, Sage Journals, and Wiley Online Library. Thirty-five literature sources were screened, and 7 data sources were included for data extraction and analysis. Many studies on the IYCF educational models focused on exclusive breastfeeding and early initiation of breastfeeding; there was only one study on complementary feeding, and no research was found on continued breastfeeding. Four studies found no significant differences in the intervention given. Three studies had a significant effect, one had in-person meetings, and two consisted of WhatsApp discussions. Most IYCF educational models from the pandemic context comprised online education, whereas WhatsApp was the most popular media used. During the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses experienced tremendous dilemmas including the need to perform their duties in caring for patients while they have concerns about contracting the disease. This study described the moral distress of nurses in-charge of handling COVID-19 patients which can be used as baseline data for intervention programs in overcoming moral distress among nurses. This descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted with nurses in-charge of handling COVID-19 treatment rooms. Before conducting the survey, ethical approval was obtained from the Medical Faculty of Universitas Hasanuddin. Questionnaires on moral distress for clinical nurses and the demographic data questionnaire were distributed to 128 respondents. These nurses experienced relatively low levels of moral distress despite the fact that they were generally exposed to morally stressful situations. Purpose: The Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program is currently poorly implemented by healthcare workers. Furthermore, several inhibiting and supporting factors for this implementation have been discovered to influence healthcare workers' perception of the program. This study aims to investigate the perception of healthcare workers regarding the ERAS program., Design: A scoping review in a systematic manner., Methods: A systematic search was performed using six databases: PubMed, ScienceDirect, SCOPUS, EBSCO, Proquest, and Sage Journals, from August 2011 to August 2021. The data was extracted using an excel worksheet, and the results obtained were presented descriptively., Findings: This study selected a total of 10 articles, where both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to discuss the perceptions of healthcare workers about ERAS., Conclusions: Based on this study's findings, not all healthcare workers have a good perception of ERAS. The implementation of ERAS is often hindered by several factors, including resistance to change and lack of knowledge about the program. Objective: Previous systematic reviews have found that the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocol for cesarean delivery can vary from one study to another, and the attitudes of health care professionals regarding ERAS methods and the implementation of the ERAS for cesarean delivery remain unclear. We aimed to identify the attitudes of health professionals toward ERAS in the context of cesarean delivery., Data Sources: Systematic searches were conducted in 6 databases: PubMed, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, Scopus, the Cochrane Library, and Sage Journals from September 2010 to September 2020., Study Selection: A total of 4 articles were selected for analysis. All articles use survey methods and present health professional attitudes toward ERAS for cesarean delivery., Data Extraction and Synthesis: Data were extracted using Excel spreadsheets. The results obtained are presented descriptively., Conclusion: This review illustrates that there are many ERAS protocols that health care professionals have not yet implemented for cesarean delivery.
