This research sets out from the phenomenon of decreased income of greengrocers at the Limboto Shopping Market during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the greengrocers’ income at the Limboto Shopping Market, Gorontalo Regency. This research applies a qualitative approach. The greengrocers who become subjects in this research are those at the Limboto Shopping Market. The number of informants is 13 people of 22 greengrocers. Data collection involves observation, interview, and documentary techniques. Based on this research, it is found that the income of greengrocers at the Limboto Shopping Market during the pandemic has decreased because people's purchasing power has decreased, while the cost of living has increased. The decreased income has caused the greengrocers to consider whether to continue their business or not, taking into account that there is no reduced fare in the payment for the rental stalls. In addition, the absence of intensive handling causes the business to be threatened with closure and the capital runs out so that traders suffer losses. On the other hand, there is a government policy regarding limiting operating hours which causes an unstable economic cycle.

This study aims to see the benefits of Village Funds in Civil Society Development in Posiga and South Bolaang Mongondow Districts. The community has become the main source in developing and advancing the village from what was proclaimed by the Central and Regional governments which were promoting regional autonomy. In particular, the sub-districts where the Village Fund is utilized are really absorbed for development and community empowerment in order to achieve prosperity and equalization of economic capacity to realize development and community empowerment based on local culture achieved by each region, so that healthy and dynamic conditions will grow. , which will ultimately lead to civil society. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, and interviews. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the priority of village funds in improving rural development runs optimally in accordance with what is expected by the government and village communities in Posigadan sub-district. Utilization of village funds in the field of community empowerment is really used for budget priorities such as, each absorbed in the trade and industry sub-sector, marine and fisheries sub-sector, agriculture and animal husbandry sub-sector, BUMDes management training, facilities, productive economic business training, holding village exhibitions, increasing food crop production, increasing village apparatus capacity, and developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises advice and infrastructure. With successful community development and empowerment, it will lead to the benefit of the village itself, especially the community. So, this is considered a village's success in the capacity of civil society development. So that in accordance with the concept of problematic, namely everything that is useful, brings good, and rejects harm for the common good whose goal is for the welfare of society.

Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Gorontalo sebagai salah satu bank syariah di Provinsi Gorontalo terus berupaya dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasarankepada nasabah dalam rangka pencapaian target perusahaan salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kuantitas mitra untuk produk pembiayaan BSM Implan. Dari segi pemilihan jenis serta mekanisme pembiayaan, BSM Implan sebenarnya sudah cukup menarik karena produk pembiayaan ini tidak dapat ditemukan di bank syariah lain. Hal ini mencakup pada teknik dan kualitas promosi dari marketing Implan itu sendiri. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah promosi dapat mempengaruhi minat nasabah mengajukan pembiayaan Implan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dilengkapi Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah BSM Implan yang sedang melakukan angsuran pada periode 2018.Dan yang menjadi sampel adalah sebanyak 70 nasabah yang diperoleh dari populasi nasabah angsuran BSM Implan 2018.Adapun metode pengumpulan data adalah metode angket.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Dan mempunyai taraf signifikan sebesar 0,05. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan observasi, pengisian form kuwsioner, dan dokumentasi dalam memperoleh data sesuai dengan masalah yang akan diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengujian antara variabel promosi terhadapminat pada pembiayaan Implan menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembiayaan BSM Implan di Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Gorontalo.

Business activities are activities that require serious understanding, starting from planning what will be done, the implementation stage and the stage of monitoring a business being run. In running a business, the important task of marketers is to be able to provide what is needed by the community, both consumers and customers. In order for a business or business that is run to be successful, it would be nice to have an appropriate competitive strategy. This study aims to provide a study and analysis of the marketing mix strategy (Marketing Mix) in the sharia perspective. This type of research is a literature study, data is collected by conducting a review study of previous research journals that are relevant to this research.

The aims of this research to determines the effect of participation in training, work responsibility, work motivation towards the performanceon a head of village at Gorontalo Regency. These research was conducted at Gorontalo local government that involved sample 137 head of Village. To determine sample selected by proportionate random sampling technique. Collecting data by using Likert scale consists of five option. Meanwhile the data analyzed with path analysis. The results are: (1) Participation in Training directly positive affects performance, (2) Work Responsibility directly positive affects performance, (3) Work motivation had a direct positive impact on performance, (4) Participation in training directly positive influence work motivation, (5 ) Work Responsibility directly positive influence work motivation. Based on this research, Participation in training, work responsibility, work motivation has direct positive effect on a head of village performance. Futhermore it should be developed by Regency goverment, and central governance to make be better of performance head of village

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam, budaya organisasi dan citra perusahaan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam, budaya organisasi dan citra perusahaan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Penelitian ini bersifat Survey, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan pada populasi besar atau kecil. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah bank Muamalat cabang Gorontalo dan nasabah yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 50 orang. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan Regresi Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23.0.Hasil Penelitian menujukkan bahwa: (1) Etika Kerja Islam berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (3) citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan (4) Etika Kerja Islam, budaya organisasi dan citra perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Gorontalo.

Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) as a budget source for government was eroded by Covid-19 pandemic. The decline in the PNBP value of nationally results in low budget absorption at work unit level. This study aims to describe the impact caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic on budget absorption of PNBP in within Regional Office of the Gorontalo Province National Land Agency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic had a negative impact in terms of budget absorption where budget absorption rate in third quarter did not reach the target of 60% so that the budget absorption performance value of all work units was below 80, which means that budget absorption was in poor and very bad criteria less. Meanwhile, Covid-19 pandemic has also had a positive impact in terms of savings and efficiency in budget use, thereby reducing burden on the State Budget

Tujuan dari makalah ini untuk mengetahui (1) Apakah profesionalisme dapat meningkatkan pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup yang layak, (2) Apakah Pengaruh jenjang pendidikan terhadap kemampuan menerapkan profesionalisme (3) Apakah kode etik profesi guru pendidikan jasmani dapat diterapkan (4) Apakahada keterkaitan interaksi jenjang pendidikan dan kode etik? Melalui pembahasan, hakikat profesionalisme, guru pendidikan jasmani sebagai suatu profesi keolahragaan, ruang lingkup tugas guru pendidikan jasmani, ilmu yang harus diemban, serta pengembangan. Hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) jika profesionalisme dan kode etik serta undang‐undang guru dilaksanakan secara professional, maka penghasilan guru pendidikan jasmani dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup yang layak. (2) Setandarisasi kualivikasi ijasah, merupakan syarat untuk menentukan standar tunjangan profesionalisme. (3) Kode etik profesi guru pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia bisa diterapkan jika semua unsur telah menyadari. (4) Standar kualifikasi pendidikan dan kode etik mempunyai keterkaitan dalam menunjang sikap profesionalisme.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, guru pendidikan jasmani, dan profesi keolahragaan
