- Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this research is profound and vital: to seek to understand the relationship between road safety management and preventive culture in the face of traffic accidents, focused on the city of Chachapoyas, Peru. Theoretical Framework: Sheds light on an alarming panorama worldwide. Deficiencies in road safety management, evidenced in areas such as infrastructure, vehicle condition, victim care and in institutional management itself, are an urgent call for attention. The current preventive culture leaves much to be desired, with measures that, although present, do not achieve the expected effectiveness. Drivers show negligent attitudes, vehicles have technical deficiencies and factors such as driving under the influence of substances aggravate the problem. Design / Methodology / Approach: applied research was chosen. The structure of this study was based on a non-experimental cross-sectional correlational design. The sample was carefully selected, composed of 61 workers of the transit regulatory agency. Results: The results were not encouraging. It was found that road safety management is rated at a worrying 71% at an inadequate level. At the same time, accident prevention culture reached 69% in the same category. Statistical indicators, such as Kendall's Tau-b and Spearman's Rho, support the relevance of these results. Research, practical and societal implications: Research is even more exciting when considering the impact of technology on road safety and driver psychology. How do safety systems adapt and evolve? What is the driver's reaction to these innovations? From a more human perspective, understanding driver motivations and attitudes is vital for future interventions. The practical and societal implications of this study are enormous. It highlights the imperative need to review our institutions and regulations. It is not enough to establish policies; their effective implementation must be ensured. At the same time, it shows the import

Purpose: The objective was to determine the relationship between business innovation and service quality in companies in the sports betting sector. Theoretical framework: Existing theory provided a great deal of knowledge on business innovation and service quality, but there is very little information on these variables together and with the dimensions that have been studied, which is why this research is very important because it contributes new knowledge to scientific research. Design/methodology/approach: A mixed, non-experimental, grounded theory, basic, descriptive-correlational approach was considered, applying the interview to 06 managers and the questionnaire to 50 customers of the companies in the sports betting sector. Results: The findings revealed that there is a connection between the variables, but with some dimensions it was necessary to accept the Ho. Research, practical and social implications: To remain competitive in the face of increasing market demand, companies must take advantage of all opportunities. Originality/value: Concluding that companies urgently need to have a competitive trend that allows them to increase the demand for the services they are offering, but for this, it is necessary to implement strategic management systems with emphasis on service, costs, technology, and the provision of services, since this allows in the long term to position the firm in the market.

Purpose: The objective was to determine the effect of the LM on the QS in the municipality of Bagua, Peru. Theoretical framework: The existing literature provided new findings on both logistics management and service quality. However, there is still much to research and learn about these variables in the public sector as it is a constantly evolving development. Design/methodology/approach: The methodology was mixed, basic, descriptive-correlational, 08 officials were interviewed, and 52 users were surveyed. Findings: The results revealed that when the LM is inadequate the QS is inadequate seventy percent, but when the LM improves, the QS increases to moderate 78.1%, this means that if the LM complies correctly with each of the operational functions, then an improvement in the QS can be guaranteed. Research, Practical & Social implications: To achieve efficiency in logistics management, all activities that occur along the flow of materials, information, finances and returns from one point to another with a holistic and integrated perspective, must provide internal and external support to the entity, since this allows to improve the administration processes leading to offer a higher quality service to users. Originality/value: It is concluded that the LM and QS maintain a very significant and moderate link, which shows that by continuously improving the LM ensures a QS in all the apartments that the municipality makes available to all its citizens.

- Abstract
Purpose: In recent years, countries have been suffering social crises that have led to the growth of immigrant students. The main purpose was to determine the relationship between Intercultural Education and Student Climate at the School of Organizational Management, UNIFAL-Bagua. Theoretical framework: The existing literature provided good findings on both cross-cultural education and student climate. However, there is still much to research and learn about these variables as it is an ever evolving development Design/methodology/approach: The methodology used was mixed, basic, with non-experimental and phenomenological designs, with an interview to 07 teachers and a survey to 53 students. Findings: The data revealed that there is no acceptance of the academic and intercultural activities that this house of studies has been executing by the student body. Also, the faculty does not take the appropriate measures to generate equality between native and mestizo students who study in this institution, and it is evident that there is no viable communication in all departments that exist in this entity. Research, Practical & Social implications: We propose new agendas for future research and highlight contributions made to intercultural education and student climate. Originality/value: It is concluded that the lack of professional competence of the teachers in the courses they oversee is the fundamental cause of the students' dissatisfaction with their training, and that neither the teachers nor the students are happy with the commitment they have received in the past, because they have not achieved the goals, they proposed at the beginning of each school year.

- Abstract
Purpose: determine the relationship of pedagogical leadership and educational management considering a primary level educational institution. Theoretical framework: The literature has reported good findings on pedagogical leadership independently from educational management, which is one of the reasons why it was decided to investigate both categories. Design/methodology/approach: Under an exploratory and basic study, with a qualitative, relational approach, the bibliographic analysis was performed, using a documentary guide. Findings: After reviewing and analyzing the articles published in Scopus and other academic platforms, it was shown that pedagogical leadership and educational management maintain a very significant relationship, since by having certain skills of managers, teachers and administrative staff, educational management will be adequate, allowing to improve the results in educational institutions. Research, Practical & Social implications: It is suggested that researchers study pedagogical leadership and educational management together, using a mixed survey and interview approach. Originality/value: It was found that as long as the authorities of the educational entities exercise pedagogical leadership in each of the administrative and academic activities, there will be a better teamwork that will allow achieving institutional goals through efficient educational management.

- Abstract
Purpose: The general objective was to determine the relationship of cash on hand (COA) management on profitability in cement companies listed on the LSE from 2017 to 2021. Theoretical framework: The theoretical foundations found and cited in this work, allowed to know at a global level the behavior of cash management in companies and how it is related to profitability. Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative, longitudinal, basic, descriptive, and correlational methodology was used. Also, the financial positions of cement industry companies listed on the LSE for the period 2017-2021 are examined. Findings: The findings revealed that overall liquidity, acid test, working capital, net working capital over total assets, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and fixed asset turnover are related to ROA and ROE. In contrast, the ratios that are least related to the business because they reached a value above 0.05 are working capital, net working capital over total assets, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover. Research, Practical & Social implications: cement companies were able to cope despite the significant challenges they faced before, during and after the pandemic; some needed additional capital, while others decided to obtain financial assistance. Originality/value: It is essential that the organization's available cash is used and distributed correctly, according to the real needs that the company must cover in a specific period to pay its debts in a timely manner.

- Abstract
Purpose: The objective was to determine the effect of product quality on customer loyalty in a cooperative that produces chocolate in Peru. Theoretical framework: The combination of information studied in advance by several authors and with the contribution of the findings presented in this work allows maximizing the knowledge of future researchers who decide to study product quality and customer loyalty together. Design/methodology/approach: Grounded theory and non-experimental, descriptive-correlational basic design were considered. In addition, a sample of 53 people was considered, of which three were representatives of the cooperative and 50 were customers of the cooperative; the interview and the survey were considered as techniques. The approach considered was a mixed qualitative-quantitative one. Findings: The qualitative data revealed that the cooperative is interested in improving product quality since it considers the opinion during and after sales, which has allowed it to increase customer loyalty little by little, but it still needs to expand its business since its production is minimal. In the quantitative findings, product quality with customer loyalty (0.842), cognitive loyalty (0.784) and affective loyalty (0.632) maintain a medium to very strong connection since they achieved a Pearson of 0.842. On the other hand, with conative loyalty there is no favorable connection since the sigma was higher than 0.05. Research, Practical & Social implications: The benefits that the studied cooperative can receive is to know the bottlenecks that are generating that they cannot expand their market and get the loyalty of their customers in the established brand. Customer loyalty can be achieved by offering quality products that specify in the labeling the health benefits of chocolate consumption and the ingredients it contains. Originality/value: The peculiarity of this work is that it examines selected cooperative that have not been performed in p

- Abstract
Purpose: The general objective is to determine the effect of marketing strategies on the brand positioning of a tourist hotel, Bagua-Peru. Theoretical framework: The theory found allowed us to deepen the subject since, due to the pandemic, research in the tourism sector has increased, helping researchers to deepen the study. Design/methodology/approach: A mixed approach was used, under a basic, descriptive, and correlational type of research. Also, the non-experimental and phenomenological designs were considered, applying the survey made to 51 guests and interviewing 3 hotel employees, such as the manager, receptionist, and administrator. Findings: The descriptive results revealed that, when the marketing strategies are inappropriate, the brand positioning will be a completely inadequate. On the other hand, the inferential results indicated that both variables reached a r=0.663 and a Kendall's Tau-b of 0.656, thus indicating that both maintain a considerable positive correlation. Research, Practical & Social implications: If prices are based on three key points, as in the client, costs and competition, as long as the adequate distribution channels are considered according to the needs of the clients and an efficient booking system is implemented, and if we add announcements in the different physical and digital platforms that the company has, then it will be able to provide a good organizational communication allowing to achieve the objectives set and therefore this company will achieve the long-awaited brand positioning in the mind of the consumer. Originality/value: The lack of marketing strategies generates that the innovative characteristics of the products or services of the companies are not made known to their clients, and as a consequence the company does not have a marked differentiation from its competitors and does not achieve the market positioning.,

- Abstract
Purpose: The objective was to determine the relationship between internal control and treasury management in a Peruvian municipality. Theoretical framework: The theory used allowed for an in-depth study of internal control and treasury management, demonstrating that compliance with supervision and control activities greatly reduces the risks of embezzlement in the public sector. Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative, applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational methodology was used; the sample consisted of 75 workers of the municipality. Results: It became evident that when internal control is deficient, treasury management is deficient in 78.8%, as is the case with each of its dimensions. In addition, they obtained a p=0.000<0.05, allowing to accept the alternative, and also obtained a Spearman's Rho of 0.554. Research, practical and social implications: When operational guidelines are not followed in the treasury management phases, the process will be deficient, which will result in misapplication of public funds because there will not be sufficient economic funds to cover the municipality's needs. Therefore, it is important to follow the rules established in the entity. Originality / value: Concluding that internal control is related to treasury management in the municipality studied; this is due to the fact that, by complying with the appropriate rules and stipulated in the entity, that officials and authorities encourage ethical values throughout the institution and comply with the assigned functions, then the operational guidelines in treasury management will be complied with.

- Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to analyse the management to promote participatory budgeting as an effective tool in closing gaps in basic public services. The main objective was to review existing literature and highlight the contributions and rationale of local government participation and management in the context of municipal public administration. Theoretical framework: Participatory budgeting is mentioned as a key concept in the study. Participatory budgeting involves the active participation of the community in the process of allocating public resources, allowing for greater transparency and decision-making based on the needs and priorities of the population. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study is based on a systematic literature review of descriptive typology, following the guidelines set out in the PRISMA statement. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were established to select relevant papers, which were then synthesised into a matrix that facilitated content analysis by year, country of resource, areas of knowledge and substantive contributions of the review. Findings: Analytical categories, such as participation and local government management, provide examples of exceptional content undervalued by the systems to which they belong. In addition, it is noted that the research revaluates these contributions and the logic of their emergence in the context of public administration. Social, practical and research implications: At the social level, the study highlights the importance of participatory budgeting as a tool that promotes citizen participation in decision-making and the closing of gaps in basic public services. In practical terms, it suggests that a local public administration committed to paradigm shifts in public policy and the provision of high quality public services can benefit from the implementation of participatory budgeting. In terms of research implications, it is mentioned that the research revalues the contributions of the,
