This article discusses a rare case of ulcerative sarcoidosis presenting as a non-healing leg ulcer. The authors emphasize the importance of histopathological examination in diagnosing non-healing leg ulcers and highlight the common findings of non-caseating, naked epithelioid granulomas in ulcerative lesions. The patient in this case responded well to treatment with prednisolone and methotrexate, resulting in complete healing of the skin lesion. The authors conclude that ulcerative sarcoidosis can manifest as a sole cutaneous presentation of chronic sarcoidosis. [Extracted from the article]
