Renal tumors represent approximately 2 to 3% of all solid neoplasms, they are asymptomatic and in most cases their diagnosis is incidental through imaging methods that are performed for other pathologies, preoperative and transsurgical ultrasound (USG). It provides information about the characteristics of the kidney tumor and thus can make a surgical plan that provides greater benefits to the patient. The ideal treatment for these lesions is nephrectomy, however, currently nephron-conserving surgery (NCS) provides greater benefits. The objective of this article is to present a clinical case of the use of intraoperative USG in the CCN at the University Hospital of Puebla., Los tumores renales representan aproximadamente del 2 al 3% de todas las neoplasias sólidas, son asintomáticos y en la mayoría de los casos su diagnóstico es incidental por medio de métodos de imagen que son realizados por otras patologías, el ultrasonido (USG) preoperatorio y transquirurgico otorga información sobre las características del tumor renal y así poder realizar un plan quirurgico que proporciones mayores beneficios al paciente. El tratamiento ideal para estas lesiones es la nefrectomía, sin embargo, actualmente la cirugía conservadora de nefronas (CCN) otorga mayores beneficios. El objetivo de este artículo es presentar un caso clínico del uso de USG transoperatorio en la CCN en el Hospital Universitario de Puebla.

The book was prepared with the objective of providing information on tax reforms that Ecuador experienced from 2016 to 2018, so that students and professionals apply the regulations to accounting, auditing, evaluation, comparative economic, business, and local studies in the organizations, companies or commercial, productive, educational and service institutions. It is the continuation of the book “Historical evolution of regulations in Ecuador, analysis of the period 1530 – 2015” and the result of research projects, such as: Evaluation of tax reforms in Ecuador and their economic impact on the taxpayers of the city of Riobamba and Ambato (period 2016 -2018), Entrepreneurship and sustainability: an economic, financial and feasibility study for the creation of a business incubator in the province of Chimborazo-Ecuador belonging to the Research Group “Accounting, Tax and Audit Analysis for Development Economic and Social (ACOTADES)”. The historical-analytical method, qualitative approach and incorporation of work, academic and research experience of the authors were used; contributing to the establishment of theoretical and practical aspects, responding to an academic need to have historical, reliable, understandable, systematic and sequential information on changes in tax regulations given by governments in power in the application of fiscal policies. It is concluded that one of the benefits of tax reforms is to reduce the possibility of the risk of fiscal deficit and an increase in public debt; It is important for fiscal sustainability to reduce deficits, debt and tax evasion; the inclusion of tax culture policies., El libro fue elaborado con el objetivo de proporcionar información sobre reformas tributarias que experimentó Ecuador desde 2016 a 2018, a fin de que estudiantes y profesionales apliquen la normativa a la contabilidad, auditoria, evaluación, estudios comparativos de tipo económico, empresarial, local en las organizaciones, empresas o instituciones comerciales, productivas, educativas y de servicio. Es la continuación del libro Evolución histórica de la normativa en el ecuador análisis del período 1530 – 2015” y resultado de proyectos de investigación, como: Evaluación de las reformas tributarias en el Ecuador y su impacto económico en los contribuyentes de la ciudad de Riobamba y Ambato (periodo 2016 -2018), Emprendimiento y sostenibilidad: un estudio económico financiero y de factibilidad para la creación de una incubadora de empresas en la provincia de Chimborazo-Ecuador perteneciente al  Grupo de Investigación “Análisis Contable, Tributario y de Auditoria para el Desarrollo Económico y Social (ACOTADES)”. Se utilizó el método histórico-analítico, enfoque cualitativo e incorporación de experiencia laboral, académica e investigación de los autores; contribuyendo al establecimiento de aspectos teóricos y prácticos, respondiendo a una necesidad académica de contar con información histórica, confiable, comprensible, sistemática y secuencial sobre cambios en las normas tributarias dadas por gobiernos de turno en la aplicación de políticas fiscales. Se concluye, que uno de los beneficios de reformas tributarias, es reducir la posibilidad del riesgo de déficit fiscal y un incremento en la deuda pública; es importante para la sostenibilidad fiscal, reducir los déficits, endeudamiento y evasión tributaria; la inclusión de políticas de cultura tributaria.
