The objective of this article was to present the implementation of a secure print management system based on the ISO 14298:2013 standard (International Organization for Standardization 2013) in the company's operational processes in the graphic sector for printing valuable documents in Lima, Peru. The research method is deductive, and the type of study is action research. The result was to form the documentary system according to the ISO 14298:2013 standard, integrate the existing management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, obtaining the implementation and certification of the Management System under the criteria of the ISO 14298:2013 standard. One limitation is the incipient bibliographic information on the ISO 14298:2013 standard because the field is very specialized. Multiple industries across the globe have a major role to play in decarbonizing their operations to achieve the Net Zero goal by 2050. One of the major contributors to environmental degradation is the logistics service industry. This research mainly focuses on one of the large players within this industry, namely the shippers, by investigating their involvement and activities that impact the environment. There is a vast literature on green logistics as well as guidance from the regulatory bodies to adopt greener logistics practices but high investments and challenges in identifying and assessing the cost and benefits emerged as major barriers. The research proposes a conceptual framework based on the literature review and researchers' understanding of the industry. The proposed Green Logistics framework adapts the DMAIC approach of Lean Six-Sigma in its broad spectrum. The framework is further verified through a Delphi approach, where experts from academia and industry were engaged to critically review and provide feedback for its further improvement. The framework has been modified/updated in light of the Delphi study's results. The framework is expected to assist shipping companies to reduce their emissions and achieve the decarbonization goal. The objective of this paper is to present the design of the sustainable supply chain based on the green supply chain framework of Ghobakhlo et al. (2013) and its management in the contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) based on the SDG Compass of Global Reporting Initiative et al. (2016) in a Citrus Business Company. This research consists of a deductive method and action research. The sustainable practices identified sustainable supply chain are: solid waste reduction, purchase of non-polluting materials, providers with environmental certifications, recycling, reuse, and remanufacturing of materials, client cooperation for the formulation of environmental goals and programs to be implemented. The SDG identified are: 2 Zero Hunger, 4 Quality Education, 5 Gender Equality, 12 Responsible Consumption and Production, 13 Climate Action in Green Product Design, 3 Good Health and Well-Being in Green Material Management and Green Manufacturing Process, 6 Clean Water and Sanitation, 7 Affordable and Clean Energy, and 9 Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure in Green Marketing, Green Distribution, and Reverse Logistics, and 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth. The objective of this paper is to present the implementation and results of the Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 in the Failure Support Process reported to the Network Operation Centre (NOC) in a telecommunications company. The methodology used was Action Research proposed by Borroto and Aneiros (2002) and Latorre (2005); whose phases are aligned with the Deming cycle and ISO standard requirements. Two cycles were carried out: implementing and obtaining the certification of the system. QMS involved stakeholders and it made the staff partake critical reflection in the process and the results. Once the company obtained the NMX-CC-9001-IMNC-2015 / ISO 9001:2015 certificate, it was able to accredit new contracts from the government sector. Other benefits obtained were: defining indicators, agreements reached with providers to improve time response, risk response planning definition, increased staff motivation, escalations decreased, established corrective actions for non-conforming outputs, and improved internal and external communication. The study evidenced resistance to change from some staff members at the early steps of the implementation and the lack of communication between internal areas. This paper identifies and measures the Lean readiness of the Azerbaijan construction industry. A survey questionnaire was utilised to evaluate the Lean readiness of this industry by measuring its quality practices and to test three hypotheses. The Lean readiness framework developed by Al-Najem et al. (2013) was taken as a basis for this study; however, there can also be seen some adaptations made from the framework developed by Diekmann et al. (2003). The questionnaire was sent to 57 Azerbaijan construction companies, from where 20 responses were obtained. The results derived from the questionnaire showed that the Azerbaijan construction industry is not ready to implement the Lean methodology. It also found that there remains a lack of trust between employee and employer relations. Lastly, it is evident that the size of the companies does not play any considerable role on Lean readiness of construction companies and does not make any sense for choosing construction prerequisites. This study can be beneficial for those Azerbaijan construction companies that are interested in the implementation of Lean construction, or which are interested to increase their level of competitiveness. Using the theoretical perspective of the Regional Innovation System (RIS), this paper analyzes the structure of the aerospace industry in Mexico, focusing on the region of Querétaro, Mexico. The objective of the research is to analyze the development, growth prospects, key agents and their interrelations of the aerospace industry in the Queretaro region from the perspective of the RIS. The aerospace industry in Querétaro has more than 40 companies, research centers and universities, intermediate and government agencies that focus on the aerospace industry, the region has presented rates of economic growth above the national average in the last 6 years, however to achieve the consolidation of the aerospace industry towards an RIS requires greater efforts of articulation and coordination among the agents that make up the system, it can be achieved through strategies and policies in joint collaboration for the consolidation of the industry in the region.
