Therefore, this research intends to analyze the reports of young people from the Integrated Technical Course in Agriculture at the Presidente Figueiredo Campus about their desires and expectations, based on two investigative aspects. At first, in a historical and conceptual review of the modernization of family farming in the Municipality of Presidente Figueiredo, looking for processes of spatialization in land that housed rural exodus phenomena. And, secondly, in the presentation of the case of rural youth and their perspectives in search of Academic and Technical training at Federal Institutes in order to improve the quality of life of their families. This research has a qualitative, exploratory-descriptive character. We conducted field observations, using the focus group technique and semi-structured interviews with 19 rural youths, aged 14 to 16 years old, children of rural producers, students at the Federal Institute of Amazonas Campus Presidente Figueiredo, enrolled in the 1st and 2nd grades of high school Integrated Technician in Agriculture, 9 men and 10 women. We can conclude that the young people surveyed envision a different life from their parents, seek a better quality of life, education and salary, in many cases they aim to leave the countryside in search of their ideals, the fact of leaving the countryside, choosing a life for themselves. differentiated from that experienced by his family, it does not interfere in the idea of providing his family with a better life condition, but of future perspectives of helping his parents. This mobility between countryside and city is seen as a solution found for the realization of your life project. In this perspective, young people considered their academic training as an elementary basis, and seek better opportunities between the countryside and the city. O grande desafio para o Brasil e outros pa?ses com grande potencial na agricultura familiar ? o de criar as condi??es necess?rias para que os jovens, se assim desejarem, possam permanecer no campo e nas florestas, em condi??es dignas e com oportunidades equivalentes ?quelas dos jovens que vivem nos centros urbanos. Portanto, esta pesquisa pretende analisar os relatos dos jovens do Curso T?cnico Integrado em Agropecu?ria do Campus Presidente Figueiredo sobre seus anseios e expectativas, pautando-se em duas vertentes investigativas. A princ?pio em uma revis?o hist?rica e conceitual da moderniza??o da agricultura familiar no Munic?pio de Presidente Figueiredo, buscando nesta, os processos de espacializa??o em terrenos que abrigaram fen?menos de ?xodo rural. E, em um segundo momento, na apresenta??o do caso da juventude rural e suas perspectivas em busca da forma??o Acad?mica e T?cnica nos Institutos Federais a fim de melhorar a qualidade de vida de seus familiares. A presente pesquisa tem car?ter qualitativo, explorat?rio-descritivo. Realizamos observa??es de campo, utilizando da t?cnica de grupo focal e entrevistas semiestruturadas com 19 jovens rurais, na faixa et?ria de 14 a 16 anos, filhos de produtores rurais, estudantes do Instituto Federal do Amazonas Campus Presidente Figueiredo, matriculados nas s?ries 1? e 2? do ensino m?dio T?cnico Integrado em Agropecu?rias, sendo 9 homens e 10 mulheres. Podemos concluir que os jovens pesquisados vislumbram uma vida diferenciada de seus pais, buscam melhor qualidade de vida, educa??o e sal?rio, em muitos casos almejam sair do campo em busca de seus ideais, o fato de sa?rem do campo, de escolherem para si uma vida diferenciada daquela vivida por sua fam?lia, n?o interfere na ideia de oportunizar aos seus familiares uma melhor condi??o de vida, e sim de perspectivas futuras de ajudar seus pais. Esta mobilidade entre campo e cidade ? visto como uma solu??o encontrada para a realiza??o de seu projeto de vida. Nessa perspectiva os jovens consideraram como base elementar a sua forma??o acad?mica, e buscam melhores oportunidades entre campo e cidade.

The objective of this research was therefore to contribute to the reduction of the environmental impacts produced by the Residues of Health Services in the city of Bonfim through the proposal of a Health Services Management Plan (PGRSS) for the Hospital Unit of Bonfim. In order to do so, it was necessary to produce knowledge about RSS management with the students of the IFRR Nursing Technical Course, to characterize the unit as a generator of health waste and to identify the perception of employees regarding the management of RSS. The methodology used was based on the gravimetry of the RSS to identify the profile of the unit as a generator of Health Residues and the application of a semi-structured questionnaire to the servers of the health area of the Hospital of Bonfim to identify perceptions and knowledge about the subject. It can be said from the analysis of the data that Bonfim Hospital can not be considered a great generator of RSS, without flaws considered serious in the management of this waste and its employees demand the necessity of a continuous education work within the unit concerned. As a final result of the work, a PGRSS was designed to guide the actions of care in the management of the RSS and to offer the hospital a proposal of educational action for the servants within the perspective of solid health residues. Lidar com os res?duos produzidos pela sociedade moderna ? um desafio que deve ser enfrentado de forma articulada entre os poderes (municipal, estadual e federal) e a sociedade civil, tendo em vista os preju?zos que eles podem causar a sociedade e ao meio ambiente. O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi, portanto, contribuir para a redu??o dos impactos ambientais produzidos pelos Res?duos de Servi?os de Sa?de no munic?pio de Bonfim atrav?s da proposta de um Plano de Gerenciamento de Servi?os de Sa?de (PGRSS) para a Unidade Hospitalar de Bonfim. Para tanto, foi necess?rio produzir conhecimentos sobre manejo dos RSS junto aos alunos do curso t?cnico em Enfermagem do IFRR, caracterizar a unidade enquanto geradora de res?duos de sa?de e identificar a percep??o dos funcion?rios quanto ao manejo dos RSS. A metodologia usada baseou-se na gravimetria dos RSS para identificar o perfil da unidade enquanto geradora de Res?duos de Sa?de e aplica??o de question?rio semiestruturado junto aos servidores da ?rea da sa?de do Hospital de Bonfim para identifica??o de percep??es e conhecimentos sobre o tema. Pode-se dizer, a partir da an?lise dos dados, que o Hospital de Bonfim n?o pode ser considerado um grande gerador de RSS, sem falhas consideradas graves no manejo desses res?duos e seus funcion?rios demandam a necessidade de um trabalho de educa??o continuada dentro da unidade voltado ao tema em quest?o. Como resultado final do trabalho, idealizou-se um PGRSS destinado a nortear as a??es de cuidados no manejo dos RSS e oferecer ao hospital uma proposta de a??o educativa para os servidores dentro da perspectiva dos res?duos s?lidos de sa?de.

The aim of our wonder is to highlight the paths which the photography representation might be worked as materialization/support of the students world perception helping, this way, the teaching role starting from the tools supply that allow the horizontal dialogue with the students, enriching their knowledge, stimulating their critical sense and their proactivity towards the world. The valuing of common sense as an intellectual act which contains affectivity and rationality it is assumed in our reflections. We discuss the process of perception connected to the making of photography images as a possibility of interaction between the common sense constructions and the scientific forms to understand the reality, introducing proposals/methodology possibilities of applying this practice by the teachers whom possibly identify themselves by it. A presente pesquisa busca estudar possibilidades de intera??o entre a fotografia e as formula??es do conceito de representa??es sociais empreendidas notadamente por Serge Moscovici e Denise Jodelet. O intuito de nossas pondera??es ? evidenciar caminhos segundo os quais a imagem fotogr?fica pode ser trabalhada como materializa??o/suporte das percep??es de mundo dos educandos auxiliando, assim, o trabalho docente a partir do fornecimento de ferramentas que permitam o di?logo horizontal com o aluno, valorizando seus saberes, estimulando seu senso cr?tico e proatividade diante do mundo. A valoriza??o do senso comum como um proceder intelectual dotado de afetividade e racionalidade ? assumida em nossas reflex?es. Discutimos os processos de percep??o ligados a realiza??o de imagens fotogr?ficas como uma possibilidade de intera??o entre as constru??es do senso comum e as formas cient?ficas de entender a realidade, apresentando propostas/possibilidades metodol?gicas de aplica??o dessa pr?xis pelos docentes que com ela possivelmente se identifiquem.
