This study aims to analyze the causes of the disparity in the criminal prosecution against acid attack. It is suspected that there has been a conspiracy of abuse of power between investigators and prosecutors, which reflects injustice in the criminal procedure law. This research clarifies a case study of the disparity of prosecution through mutually acknowledged norms and values. Case studies also enable the researchers to study the real thing, and gain a better understanding of what disparities in criminal prosecution. The result of the research showed that it was suspected that there had been a conspiracy of abuse of power between the investigator and the prosecutor, so that there was no justice for the victim. The researchers suggest limiting the prosecutors 'discretion and the existence of an independent institution for prosecutors' supervisory functions.

The purpose of this study is to show and analyze suspected abuse of power by hospital administrators in North Sumatra with public officials, in this case the bureaucrats in the Ministry of Environment of West Sumatra Region, carrying out hazardous medical waste out of place according to environmental science regulations, so that it occurs environmental damage. This research approach method is a qualitative method. Researchers collect data that is open-ended and developing, with the aim of developing a theme from the data obtained. The data collection technique is carried out by literature study of primary and secondary and tertiary legal materials. Environmental regulation analysis techniques, with analysis using the theory of abuse of power. So that researchers draw conclusions deductively, and provide recommendations or suggestions according to research objectives The results found here were that the actors of the management of hospital medical waste disposal were not in accordance with hospital regulations and environmental regulations. Suggestions are provided by researchers for environmental crime prevention in an effort to prevent and tackle environmental destruction.

This research was a case study presenting a red notice that was suspected of being false against fugitive Djoko Tjandra by two police generals at the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia. This was a case study research and the research approach method was qualitative. The researchers collected and developed open data, intending to develop themes from the data obtained. The results of the study, based on the exposure to the case analysis, it is suspected that there has been an abuse of power against the power and authority of the state institution of the Indonesian National Police. The researchers suggested that it is better if the legislators of the laws and regulations of the Police of the Republic of Indonesia think about it whether operational accountability is appropriate to the executive of the President of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, there is a check and balance of law enforcement behavior carried out by the police.

Until now, environmental crimes in the Citarum watershed, especially the disposal of hazardous and toxic waste (HTW) still occurs. Consequently, there are a countless number of disasters that are happening in a day. However, where is the social control of bureaucrats of the State Ministry for the Environment of the Republic of Indonesia? This research approach method was the qualitative method. The research results showed that the perpetrators of environmental damage to the Citarum watershed were not aware that the impact of environmental damage was more violent than other crimes. It was because this type of crime sometimes had unexpected impacts related to the intensity, duration, and extent of the area affected. Therefore, the efforts to prevent environmental crimes against the Citarum river water should cover various aspects. These include very strict supervision in terms of check and balance of the independent state institutions as well as the discretion given to the authorities in the disposal of hazardous and toxic waste into the Citarum River.

This study aims to assess and analyze the Culture of Corruption Politicians' Behavior in Parliament and State Official During Reform Government Indonesia (Genealogical Study) This study is genealogical research based on the literature, journals and reporting publications of Indonesian corruption culture. The result of the study concluded that culture corruption behavior of politicians in the parliament and bureaucracy in the reform era in Indonesia is still ongoing corruption can be said as a culture of corruption that has been so severe, that Indonesia is almost categorized as a kleptocracy country, and as a country ruled by thieves (klepto) and even has been spread of viral infections or COVID-19.. This crime could even be called state organized crime in a corrupt government. This crime is based on the achievement of individual interests, groups or political parties and retains the power. The lack of success of Indonesian government in resolving the case of state officials or politicians involved in corruption, collusion and nepotism rapidly lightly court decisions, many cases delayed in its prosecution process, even termination of the case of important officials state to be an indication the weakness of law enforcement against white-collar criminals in Indonesia. This happens due to the severity of conflict of interest so the solution is often based on the interests or political bargaining and abuse of power.

This research aims to understand the abuse of power on managing the health service policy and its implication that is very significant in reducing marginalized soldiers’ health due at the ontological level and sociological level. The problem is very interesting to be analyzed by conducting a qualitative research method based on public policy theory, abuse of power theory, and health services theory. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation related to managing the health service policy cases in Indonesia. Data were analyzed by using interactive models are data reduction, data display, data verification, and supported by triangulation. The results were based on ontological level and sociological level using public policy perspective and power perspective for improving health service policy and practice for The Indonesian Army Forces. Vision and mission of public policy on managing health service policy are needed for providing information to stakeholders related, regarding the regulations and sanctions in health service policy. This result provides inputs for making better regulation on health service policy in Indonesia for state agencies as public officials and practitioners.

The researchers collected and developed open data, intending to develop themes from the data obtained. This research aims to describe in depth the facts related to the inconsistency of regulations made by public officials which have an impact on the conflicts between the riders of online-based motorcycle taxi and conventional motorcycle taxi as land transportation in Indonesia. The data collection technique used document study. The observations carried out were passive participatory observations because the researchers only visited the research location and observed any events that occurred related to the conflict between online GOJEK riders and conventional OJEK riders in the research site. The research used interactive data analysis technique. Activities in data analysis consisted of: (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) conclusion/verification. Based on the research data, it could be concluded that there were inconsistencies of public policy regulations regarding motorcycles (two-wheeled vehicles), as online-based public transportation vehicles based on PM 12/2019 with UULLAJ/2009, Article 47. In this case, motorcycles are not included in the category of public transportation types. The immediate solution should be made based on the results of research on online-based land transportation to date in Indonesia, since it has not been regulated by regulations on public transportation. Research on this journal ontology that many private higher education institutions in Jakarta cover the impact of the policies of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia as public officials to make and issue regulations that are very burdensome for the management of private higher education institutions. The purpose of this research is to criticize for improvement to the government of the Republic of Indonesia. This research used a qualitative method, while the research object was private universities in Jakarta that lack resources. The research subjects were resource persons who were aware of the constraints of the bankruptcy of private universities in Jakarta. The results of the study show that it has been proven that the state, in this case, the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, makes and issues regulations that are very detrimental to the management of private higher education which is minimal in resources. The suggestion from this research shows that the government, by the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, must be able to provide resource assistance efforts for private universities that are deficient.
