Bu çalışmada alternatif fungal kültür kullanılarak boya giderimi amaçlandı. İncelenen funguslar arasında Funalia trogii' nin en yüksek boya giderimi potansiyeline sahip olduğu saptandı ve yüksek dekolorizasyon değerini elde etmek için bazı kültürel parametreler optimize edildi. Üretim ortamındaki karbon ve azot kaynaklarının etkisi incelendiğinde boya giderimi için karbon kaynağı olarak glukoz ve azot kaynağı olarak NH4NO3'n uygun olduğu saptandı. En yüksek dekolorizasyonu elde etmek için kültür ortamının fizyolojik koşulları incelendiğinde 0,2 g/L NH4NO3ve 30 g/L glukoz içeren pH değeri 5 olan kültür ortamında, 30ºC' de, 150 rpm uygun olduğu görüldü. Optimize koşullarda elde edilen sonuçlar başlangıç koşulları ile kıyaslandığında dekolorizasyonda artış gözlendi. The objective of this study was to investigate decolorization through using various fungal cultures. Among the fungi investigated, Funalia trogii was found to have the highest potential for decolorization, and among the colors examined, Solazol Blue SPBRF H/C had the highest rate in decolorization. Moreover, in order to get the highest rate of decolorization, cultural parameters were optimized. When the effect of carbon and nitrogen sources were scrutinized in the production medium, it was found that glucose as the carbon source and NH4NO3 as the nitrogen source were the most suitable sources. To obtain the highest decolorization, the physiological conditions of the cultural medium were examined. In light of these findings, 0.2 g/L NH4NO3 and 30 g/L containing glucose in a 5 pH cultural medium, rotation speed of 150 rpm was found to be suitable for decolorization process. Compared with the initial conditions, the results obtained within optimization conditions indicated an increase in the decolorization rate. 84
