Afganistan İslam Cumhuriyeti 20. yüzyılın son çeyreğinden bu yana iç sorunlar ve dış müdahalelerden dolayı savaşlara ve saldırılara maruz kalmıştır. 21. yüzyılın başlamasıyla beraber Afganistan'daki savaşın yönü değişmiş ve yeni bir dönem başlamıştır. 11 Eylül 2001 yılında Dünya Ticaret Merkezi ve Pentagon'un vurulmasıyla, George W. Bush yönetimi ve Birleşmiş Milletler Güvenlik Konseyi'nin kararıyla `Kalıcı Özgürlük Operasyonu` adı altında Afganistan'a müdahale edilmiştir. ABD öncülüğünde gerçekleştirilen harekâtlarda El- Kaide lideri Usame Bin Ladin'in yakalanması ve Taliban örgütünün yok edilmesi için geniş çapta havadan ve karadan operasyonlar düzenlenmiştir. Operasyonlar sırasında NATO güçleri ve Taliban rejimi arasındaki karşılıklı sıcak çatışmalar sebebiyle birçok sivil vatandaş hayatını kaybetmiştir. Koalisyon güçlerinin karşısında güçsüz kalmaya başlayan Taliban rejimi savaş yöntemini değiştirerek okullarda, medreselerde, camilerde ve açık alanlarda sivilleri hedef alarak canlı bomba eylemleri gerçekleştirmeye başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada, 2001 yılından günümüze kadar devam eden savaş ve çatışmalarda, hangi sonuçlara varıldığı, Afganistan halkının bu durumdan nasıl etkilendiği ve ABD'nin vaat ettiği gibi barış ve demokrasinin Afganistan'a gerçekten getirilip getirilmeyeceği sorunsalı incelenmiştir. Tarihsel ve betimsel metodolojilerin kullanıldığı çalışmanın temel amacı; Afganistan'da ortaya çıkan El-Kaide ve Taliban rejimi arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklayarak, 11 Eylül 2001 sonrası ABD'nin Afganistan müdahalesinden sonra ülkede meydana gelen gelişmeleri ele alıp hala sürmekte olan savaşlarda sivil halkın yaşamış olduğu can ve mal kayıplarını incelemektir. Çalışma, `11 Eylül Krizinden sonra ABD liderliğindeki uluslararası koalisyon güçleri tarafından Afganistan'a gerçekleştirilen müdahaleye yönelik, birçok sivil vatandaşın hayatını kaybettiği, geriye kalanların ise uyuşturucu kaçakçılığı, zorunlu göç dalgası gibi problemler nedeniyle mağdur olduğu ve operasyonlara başlamadan önce Afganistan halkına vaat edilen barış ve demokrasinin getirilmediği` denencesine dayalı olarak hazırlanmıştır. Since the last quarter of the 20th century The Islamic republic of Afghanistan due to internal conflicts and external intervention has been subjected to wars and invasions. With the beginnings of 21st century the direction of the Afghanistan war changed and a new period started. After the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon; George W Bush administration and the United Nations Security Council's mandate under the name of `Operation Enduring Freedom` intervened to Afghanistan. By the USA led invasions for the capture of the Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Ladan and destruction of the Taliban Organization extensive air and land operations conducted. During the operations because of the confrontations among the NATO forces and the Taliban regime many lost their lives. Against the Coalition Forces the weakening Taliban regime changed their warfare; started to perform socied attacks targeting the civilians in the schools, medreses, mosques and squares. In this paper, the problems regarding: from the year 2001 up to now ongoing war and conflicts to which results is reached, how the nation of Afghanistan got affected and the USA promised peace and democracy if actually come to Afghanistan is analysed. The basic goal of this historical and figurative methodology based paper is: explaining the relationship between the Al-Qaeda and Taliban regime in Afghanistan, discussing the progress made in the country after the post 11 September 2001 USA intervention in Afghanistan, and analysing the live and wealth losses, suffered by civilians in the ongoing wars. Th paper is based on the hypothesis of; `with regards to post 11 September crisis the USA led International Coalition Forces invasion in Afghanistan, many civilians lost their lives, the rest become vectim of trafficking drugs and forced defection problems and the peace and democracy promised before the operation is not brought yet` prepared. 96

The purpose of the present study predicting role of general health and personality in extramarital relationships (emotional & sexual) of married men and women. Research method was the correlation type and predictive. Statistical population included all women and men having extramarital relationships of Abadeh city. For collecting data general health and Neo personality characteristics questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed using multi variable regression and also by structural formulas. Findings showed that: General health and personality characteristics can predict men and women's extramarital relationships (emotional & sexual) in a meaningful level. Personality characteristics (general) and public health have a positive relation with extramarital nation (emotional & sexually) and personality characteristics consciousness, agreement, open-minded, extraversion (have a negative relationship with extramarital relationship emotional & sexual). 4. Effectiveness of psychotherapy with matrix pattern on the glass drug craving.

The aim of this study the psychological impact of a matrix pattern was made on craving drug consumer. The research method pretest - post test control group. The population of this study included all the men referred to addiction treatment centers in the city Abade in 2014-2015, of which 30 samples were chosen sampling of the 15 patients in the experimental group and 15 in the control group were assigned to the case. To collect the data, matrix treatment, craving questionnaire with reliability (0.98) was used. The data by pairs were analyzed using SPSS software. Results showed that the experimental group was affected by matrix methods and controls that were not under any kind of training there is a significant difference and the difference with respect to the average of the adjusted Group profit trained. Results showed that the glass matrix on craving addict addiction treatment centers effectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
