Karya Mina Rahayu merupakan salah satu kelompok budidaya ikan yang ada di Desa Tamansari, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa tengah. Kelompok budidaya ikan ini berfokus pada pendederan dan pembesaran ikan gurame. Namun, selama proses pendederan berlangsung terjadi kendala yang menyebabkan penurunan produksi ikan gurame yaitu kurangnya pengontrolan benih ikan gurame selama proses pemeliharaan dan serangan hama tikus yang merusak kolam. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi mitra dalam pembuatan kolam pendederan ikan gurame dengan atap dan proses pendederan ikan gurame yang baik. Metode pendekatan dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang dimana pada metode ini masyarakat berperan sebagai peneliti, perencana dan juga pelaksanan program. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir dan menghilangkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, maka dilakukan rangkaian kegiatan yang meliputi: Survey pendahuluan dan identifikasi permasalahan, kegiatan penguatan usaha, kegiatan pelatihan dan bimtek, kegiatan pendampingan dan pembinaan, kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari program ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra tentang pembuatan kolam pendederan ikan gurame dengan atap dan proses pendederan ikan gurame yang baik dan benar.

Jl. PHH Mustofa is an arterial road located in Bandung City. Jl. PHH Mustofa is a national road and functions as a primary arterial road (a road that connects primary areas to city or urban activity centers). It has a road length of 2,372 meters, divided into 4 segments, and has a 4/2 TT road type except for segment 4. Based on the results of the general report analysis of the Bandung City PKL Team Jl. PHH Mustofa is an accident-prone area and is a priority for handling it. The main factor causing accidents on Jl. Mustofa PHH is caused by human factors. Meanwhile, infrastructure factors such as poor road equipment, the condition of signs being covered by trees, and road geometrics not complying with Road Geometric Standards. Meanwhile, human factors are caused by high-speed vehicles, as well as drivers who are careless and less careful when driving. It is hoped that by making efforts to address the safety of these problems, it can reduce the number of traffic accidents and the severity of accident victims on the Jl. PHH Mustofa in Bandung City. As one of the developing countries, the development of the information society is marked by the emergence of media industries such as print media (newspapers, magazines, tabloids, etc.) and electronic media (radio, television). The ease of use of new technologies most influences the decisions of users of different ages. The influence of age has a direct impact on a person's perception of the usefulness of information technology in short-term and long-term use. A generation is defined as a group of individuals identified based on the year of birth, age, characteristics, and life events that occur at their developmental stage. The emergence of new media technologies creates new habits and new cultures in media consumption, which has an impact on social, cultural, economic, and political aspects. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative method to understand what factors affect the attitude of using social media and television media in generation X in Tapos Village. The population in this study is generation X of Tapos Village. The research sample was 100 people. Sampling was done using purposive sampling and data analysis using SEM-PLS with Smart PLS. The results of this study show that there is no digital divide seen from several aspects, namely, monthly income, interest in media use and strong network ownership, they can still keep up with technological developments even though they have limited access. Background: A well-known blood biomarker (soluble fms-like tyrosinase-1 [sFLT-1]) for preeclampsia, i.e., a pregnancy disorder, was found to predict severe COVID-19, including in males. True biomarker may be masked by more-abrupt changes related to endothelial instead of placental dysfunction. This study aimed to identify blood biomarkers that represent maternal-fetal interface tissues for predicting preeclampsia but not COVID-19 infection. Methods: The surrogate transcriptome of tissues was determined by that in maternal blood, utilizing four datasets (n = 1354) which were collected before the COVID-19 pandemic. Applying machine learning, a preeclampsia prediction model was chosen between those using blood transcriptome (differentially expressed genes [DEGs]) and the blood-derived surrogate for tissues. We selected the best predictive model by the area under the receiver operating characteristic (AUROC) using a dataset for developing the model, and well-replicated in datasets both with and without an intervention. To identify eligible blood biomarkers that predicted any-onset preeclampsia from the datasets but that were not positive in the COVID-19 dataset (n = 47), we compared several methods of predictor discovery: (1) the best prediction model; (2) gene sets of standard pipelines; and (3) a validated gene set for predicting any-onset preeclampsia during the pandemic (n = 404). We chose the most predictive biomarkers from the best method with the significantly largest number of discoveries by a permutation test. The biological relevance was justified by exploring and reanalyzing low- and high-level, multiomics information. Results: A prediction model using the surrogates developed for predicting any-onset preeclampsia (AUROC of 0.85, 95 % confidence interval [CI] 0.77 to 0.93) was the only that was well-replicated in an independent dataset with no intervention. No model was well-replicated in datasets with a vitamin D intervention. None of the blood biomarkers with high weights in the best model overlapped with blood DEGs. Blood biomarkers were transcripts of integrin-α5 (ITGA5), interferon regulatory factor-6 (IRF6), and P2X purinoreceptor-7 (P2RX7) from the prediction model, which was the only method that significantly discovered eligible blood biomarkers (n = 3/100 combinations, 3.0 %; P =.036). Most of the predicted events (73.70 %) among any-onset preeclampsia were cluster A as defined by ITGA5 (Z-score ≥ 1.1), but were only a minority (6.34 %) among positives in the COVID-19 dataset. The remaining were predicted events (26.30 %) among any-onset preeclampsia or those among COVID-19 infection (93.66 %) if IRF6 Z-score was ≥-0.73 (clusters B and C), in which none was the predicted events among either late-onset preeclampsia (LOPE) or COVID-19 infection if P2RX7 Z-score was

This study used a two-step system generalized method of moment (GMM) and spatial aspects to analyze Indonesia's trade margins of a rubber product to export destination countries over the period 2009-2018. The study unraveled the role of non-tariff measures such as sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS), technical barriers to trade (TBT), and gravity factors in determining rubber trade margins. Our empirical strategies revealed that sanitary and phytosanitary policies negatively affect trade margins, while the technical barrier to trade and foreign direct investment (FDI) asserts a positive impact on trade margins. However, the economics of scale, port, and contiguity increases extensive margin and reduces intensive, population size, distance, and language barrier reduce extensive margin and increase intensive margin. Further evidence revealed that high population size and port quality accompanied by high FDI and distance increases extensive margin and reduces intensive margin. High economics of scale accompanied by distance, port quality, FDI, and population size reduces both trade margins. Our empirical strategy from the spatial analysis does not give overall significant results on each variable as only economies of scale and population size seem to have a spatial influence on trade margins. The study, therefore, recommends that innovation both in terms of technology, like industrial innovation in the field of rubber processing and certification related to rubber commodities, needs to be increased to intensify and expand Indonesia's rubber market share.

Objective: This study was conducted to determine the level of vulnerability of The Indonesian Emergency Medical Team Field Hospital to disasters. Methods: This study used Kaiser Permanente Hazard Vulnerability Analysis to analyze the vulnerability of Indonesian Emergency Medical Team Field Hospital services to disasters or hazards. The questionnaire was filled out by researchers who participated in the activities of the Indonesian Emergency Medical Team Field Hospital. Results: Based on the analysis conducted, there are five events with the most significant risk in the form of earthquakes (83%), extreme temperatures (67%), epidemics (67%), power failure (67%), and generator failure (67%). In addition, there were also 12 events with the lowest risk of 11%. Discussion: This vulnerability analysis can realistically describe the vulnerability of the Indonesian Emergency Medical Team Field Hospital to disasters.

Background: Non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) is a common case of emergency in daily clinical practice with a fairly high mortality rate. The use of tranexamic acid, which has been recommended in managing trauma bleeding, may serve as an alternative pharmacological therapy to manage bleeding in nonvariceal UGIB. This evidence-based case report aims to evaluate the impact of tranexamic acid on managing bleeding, risk of mortality, and thromboembolic event in non-variceal UGIB patients. Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted on 4 databases: CDSR, EMBASE, PubMed, and Scopus for meta-analyses. Studies were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria formulated a-priori with subsequent critical appraisal according to the OCEBM critical appraisal tools. Result: Meta analyses by Kamal, et al (2020) and Twum-Barimah, et al (2020) were included in our report. Kamal, et al shows no significant difference in mortality in tranexamic acid use compared to placebo (RR 0.84; 95%CI 0.63--1.11; I2=2%). Similarly, although Twum-Barimah reported tranexamic acid reduced risk of mortality compared to placebo (RR 0.45; 95%CI 0.23--0.88; p=0.02; I2 = 0%), none of the RCTs included shows significant result when observed individually. In addition, Kamal, et al also reported increased risk of vein thromboembolic events in high-dose tranexamic acid administration (RR 2.21; 95%CI 1.32--3.69; I2=0%) compared to low-dose administration, in UGIB patients. Conclusion: Tranexamic acid is not recommended to be used in managing bleeding in patients non-variceal UGIB patients and may increase the risk of thromboembolic event. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The agricultural activities in rice-farming system can have an impact on fish farming and the characteristics of bacterial community, especially pathogenic bacteria. Utilization of probiotics as environmentally friendly biotechnology products can be used to improve environmental quality and suppress the presence of pathogenic bacteria. This study aimed to select bacteria as probiotic agents from aquaculture ponds with the Rice-fish farming system. A total of 22 bacterial isolates were isolated from the water and sediment contained in the culture ponds. Based on the screening results, 15 isolates were confirmed as general non-pathogenic bacteria (Aeromonas sp.), 9 isolates had antibacterial activity against Aeromonas hyrophylla and 4 isolates showed high antibiotic sensitivity and were able to synergize. The results showed the Proteus mirabilis, Proteus penneri, Kurthia gibsonii and Bacillus cereus strains. Bacillus cereus strain LB8 has antibacterial activity that can inhibit the pathogen Aeromonas hydrophila with an inhibition zone of 8mm and has a very high sensitivity to antibiotics. These four isolates are able to work together synergistically and can be used as consortium probiotic bacterial agents to suppress the growth of pathogens. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
