In this paper, we have presented a solution for monitoring environmental quality and keeping the air clean, called PAERO-1. It is an IoT-based robotic prototyping used for controlling the air quality based on state-of-the-art NodeMCU microcontroller but not limited to, sterilization, purifying, and measuring air quality in the context of Covid-19 pandemic. The correlated data such humidity, temperature, and volatile organic compound (VOC) are kept into the databank for further processing and decision making. The prototype has been tested with its functions working properly. In addition, this work present how PAERO-1 works with the hardware design and concept flow. Overall, this study is a detail of the IoT robot project to control air quality. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
