Abstract

At present, the cultivation of college students in colleges and universities mostly focuses on general education while emphasis is not given to the cultivation of the core competence of college students. Also, there are few innovation researches in the core competence training system. In order to solve this problem, this paper starts from the emphasis on the cultivation of core competence and innovatively proposes a outcome-based curriculum teaching system for the construction of college students' core competence cultivation system. The outcomebased curriculum teaching system adopts the method of teacher-student interview and quantitative analysis to promote the cultivation of college students' core competence and analyzes and discusses the influence of innovative curriculum teaching system on the improvement of college students' core competence. The practice results show that the outcome-based curriculum teaching system can comprehensively enhance students' core competence, especially in terms of their global vision, critical thinking, innovation ability, social and state responsibility, lifelong learning, entrepreneurship and leadership coordination. Abstract

A key challenge in innovation management is the need to provide the structure required to implement innovations effectively while leaving room for creativity. Failure to provide this balance can hamper success in a turbulent environment when fast responses are key. Predominant innovation management models frequently either over-determine innovative activities, or suffer from a lack of focus on execution. This paper introduces the process of 'Results-Driven Innovation' as a complement to existing innovation management methods that helps to balance this tension. The process is illustrated with six cases targeting different types of innovation. The authors describe the design criteria as well as factors identified to make the process successful. 8. PDCA Cycle: Study on the Result Optimization -- oriented Physical Education Curriculum.

Abstract

Using literature review, the present paper analyzes the PDCA cycle of result optimization -- oriented sports curriculum. Meanwhile, it assesses the curriculum evaluation method by combining empirical and humanity methods. The study holds that the PDCA cycle includes four steps, namely, design of evaluation plan, data collection, operation of original curriculum program and effect verification of revised curriculum program. The four steps form a continuous cycle, thereby ensuring the constant improvement of physical education curriculum program. Our findings include; the PDCA cycle can ensure the achievement of learning objectives in a comprehensive and consistent way through vertical decomposition of the curriculum objectives. Besides, in order to save time, teachers can combine formal and informal evaluation, make sampling and complete evaluation in the process of evaluation. Teachers can also employ appropriate tools to assess in a comprehensive way students action, attention, understanding and efforts so that they can give students feedback information, find out students advantages and disadvantages, figure out the reasons way some students are at a disadvantage, and finally put forward hypotheses regarding curriculum improvement and revise the curriculum program.
