On the Ground • Agroecosystem research often focuses on biophysical processes and productivity without incorporating human dimensions research and/or stakeholder engagement. • Connecting individual and community well-being to agro-innovation research is required for agro-ecological transformation to sustainable intensification. • Long-Term Agroecosystem Research (LTAR) Network sites have historically had varied degrees of human dimensions research within their research plan; however, LTAR's human dimensions capacity has grown. • To capitalize on this capacity, we propose a four-step framework for the LTAR Network to evolve a cohesive human dimensions strategy that brings together the social and ecological. • Continued institutional support is required to maintain and further pursue research that will support stakeholder co-developed science that facilitates agroecosystem transformations benefiting society.

ملخص البحث: فقد أمرنا الله تعالى بتدبر آيات الذکر الحکيم، وتفهم معانيه، والتفکر فيما تدل عليه من إشارات ووعظات وأحکام وأسرار جمة لا يمکن حصرها، قال تعالى: ﭽ ﭻ ﭼ ﭽﭾ ﭿ ﮀ ﮁ ﮂ ﮃ ﮄ ﮅ ﮆ ﮇ ﮈ ﮉ ﭼ النساء: ٨٢. ومعلوم أنه لايتحقق التدبر والتعايش مع أسرار القرآن الکريم إذا لم يتوفر التأني والتعقل لما يقرأه الإنسان من آيات الذکر الحکيم وإلا لما عاب الله على صنف من الناس يقرءون القرآن ويسمعونه لکنهم لم يستفيدوا منه شيئا ولم يصل إلى قلوبهم منه أين نفع أو خير قال تعالى: ﭽ ﮑ ﮒ ﮓ ﮔ ﮕ ﮖ ﮗ ﮘ ﭼ محمد: ٢٤. من هذا المنطلق أردت أن ألفت الأنظار إلى أهمية هذا الموضوع والتأکيد على أن المنتفعين بالقرآن الکريم هم المتدبرون لآياته الذين يعملون بأوامره وينتهون عما نهى عنه ويتخلقون بأخلاقه، وأن الغفلة عن الخشوع والتدبر لآيات الذکر الحکيم سبب لکثير من الأمراض النفسية والأزمات الأخلاقية التي يعيشها کثير من أنباء الأمة الآن.. وجاءت خطة البحث على النحو التالي المطلب الأول: التلاوة والتجويد. المطلب الثاني: الحفظ والتمکين. المطلب الثالث: التدبر والتعلم. المطلب الرابع: العمل والتخلق. المطلب الخامس: الدعوة والتعليم. الخاتمة: وذکرت فيها ثمرة البحث ونتائجه ثم أهم الفهارس. Abstract: God Almighty has commanded us to contemplate the verses of the Holy Quran, understand their meanings, and think about what they indicate in terms of sermons, judgments, and great secrets that cannot be counted. It is known that contemplation and coexistence with the secrets of the Noble Qur’an are not achieved if there is no patience and rationality for what a person reads of the verses of the Wise Remembrance. From this standpoint, I wanted to draw attention to the importance of this topic and to emphasize that the beneficiaries of the Noble Qur’an are the ones who manage its verses who act according to its commands and end what it forbidden and create morals, and that neglecting the reverence and contemplation of the verses of the Holy Quran is the cause of many psychological diseases and moral crises that many news are experiencing The nation now .. The research plan was as follows The first requirement: Recitation and Tajweed. The second requirement: conservation and empowerment. The third requirement: reflection and learning. Fourth requirement: work and creation. The fifth requirement: advocacy and education. Conclusion: The fruit and results of the research are mentioned in it, then the most important indexes.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to present a detailed plan of research on the information architecture of digital library websites. Design/methodology/approach The research plan was prepared on the basis of a critical analysis of the scientific literature concerning the areas and criteria for the analysis and evaluation of the information architecture of digital resources. The evaluation criteria selected in individual areas of information architecture and the entire evaluation model were tested on the example of Europeana. The study proposes criteria for all areas of information architecture: service identity, organizational system, labeling system and navigation system. Findings The proposed research model containing areas and criteria for assessing usefulness from the point of view of information architecture may complement the methodology for assessing digital libraries. In a structured manner, it presents areas important for building good digital resources together with criteria for heuristic evaluation. This thesis is confirmed by a study conducted on the example of Europeana. Research limitations/implications For a more precise assessment of quality, you can add to the proposed criteria related to the information architecture the criteria proposed by Nielsen or other authors. These include, e.g. help users recognize, diagnose and recover from errors, result relevance, consistency of terminology and specific action conventions and an appropriate visual presentation. Practical implications The model can be used to assess the quality of websites of various digital libraries. Originality/value The methodology of assessing the quality of digital libraries is in the stage of formation and development. Such studies can apply evaluation criteria prepared to analyze all kinds of information systems and most of all web pages. At the beginning of the 21st century, concepts of using information architecture principles to design and evaluate digital libraries’ usability began to take shape. However, no detailed criteria for evaluating digital libraries based on the principles of information architecture have been presented.

Funding inputs and research outputs have always been two central issues in the science of science. In recent decades, research funding plays an increasingly important role in scientific research. Thus, it is progressively significant for management authorities to measure the research efficiency of highly funded scientists, which can be helpful for them to make effective policies. However, few researchers use quantitative analysis to study these issues. To promote the research in this field, we begin with collecting a dataset. This dataset contains research funding and other information from 345 highly funded scientists in Mainland China. Next, we use the dataset to measure the efficiency of highly funded scientists based on the data envelopment analysis. In this way, highly funded scientists are placed into several levels according to their research inputs and outputs. We also give their attractiveness and progress scores compared to other grades. The learning path for less efficient scientists is also provided. We find that highly funded scientists have relatively high efficiency in three kinds of projects, such as the Major Research Plan. Besides, the career length and career start year are demonstrated to have a limited impact on the highly funded scientists. These patterns are beneficial for the development of the scientific community and management authorities to make policies.

Mesotherapy (local intradermal therapy, LIT) is a technique used to slowly spread drugs in tissues underlying the site of injection to prolong the pharmacological effect with respect to intramuscular injection. Recommendations for proper medical use of this technique have been made for pain medicine and rehabilitation, chronic venous disease, sport medicine, musculoskeletal disorders, several dermatological conditions, skin ageing, and immune-prophylaxis. Although mesotherapy is considered a valid technique, unresolved questions remain, which should be answered to standardize methodology and dosing regimen as well as to define the right indications in clinical practice. New randomized controlled trials are needed to test single products (dose, frequency of administration, efficacy and safety). Even infiltration of substances for dermo-cosmetic purposes must be guided by safety and efficacy tests before being proposed by mesotherapy. The Effect of the Meccan Surahs on Hearts Abeer Farid Abu Al-Taher Department of Islamic Studies, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, King Abdulaziz University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Email: aabuttahir@kau.edu.sa ABSTRACT: This study aimed to identify that reflecting on the surahs of the Holy Qur’an, and thinking and delving into its verses have great impact on the hearts of the worshipers, especially the Meccan ones, as they confirm faith in the heart and increase man’s connection with his Creator. For showing the extent of the influence of the Book of God Almighty on people, they should hear the words of God Almighty and increase their closeness and connection to Him and faith and steadfastness on the belief of Islam. The study used the inductive deductive approach via revising the references and tracing the virtues of the surahs and the verses and deduced the features that distinguished these surahs and their impact on the Prophet's companions, may God be pleased with them, and the extent of that impact on the Islamic nation. The research plan included five chapters and ten topics. The most prominent results of the study revealed that Muslim should be sincere concerning his intention to God Almighty. Muslim should not ignore reading, contemplation and understanding the book of God Almighty. The surahs of the Holy Qur’an have great impact on the soul, especially the Meccan ones. A Muslim should strive to consolidate the Islamic faith in his heart through his reading and understanding of the verses of the Holy Quran. The person should devote a few minutes of his ime to memorizing the Holy Qur’an and understand its meanings. A Muslim should read and learn before he works. The basis of work is knowledge and learning. Adhering to the Great Book includes the happiness and prosperity of mankind in both worlds. العنف وأثره على الإجراءات الجنائية في الجريمة الإرهابية لافي سعد منير المرزوقي . قسم العلوم الإدارية , کلية المجتمع , جامعة الملک سعود , ، الرياض ، المملکة العربية السعودية . البريد الإلکتروني:msaladawi@imamu.edu.sa ملخص البحث : تکمن أهمية هذا البحث في التعرف على ذاتية الإجراءات الجنائية للجرائم الإرهابية مع تزايد التشريعات الداخلية لمواجهة الإرهاب ، سواء في مرحلة التحقيق ، أو مرحلة المحاکمة، في ظل تصاعد الأحداث الإرهابية، وذلک لخروج قواعد هذه الإجراءات عن مبدأ المساواة أمام قانون العقوبات، فجرائم الإرهاب تقترن في التشريع الجنائي المصري والفرنسي بنظام إجرائي استثنائي، حيث انها تدخل تحت عنوان الجنايات والجنح المضرة بالحکومة من الداخل. لذا اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على ان تکون دراستنا دراسة وصفية تحليلية ، وذلک في اطار منظومة تعتد بکل من النظامين المصري والفرنسي، إيمانا منا بان هذا المنهج لو أحسن استخدامه لأمکننا التوصل إلى الأهداف المرجوة منه. ولقد آثرنا تقسيم خطة البحث الى فصلين أساسيين، يسبقهما فصل تمهيدي ،يتناول تعريف الإرهاب في لغة والاصطلاح و في الشريعة الإسلامية وفي اجتهاد الفقه وفي التشريعات الجنائية ( القانون المصري ، القانون الإنجليزي ، والقانون الفرنسي) مع توصيف الجريمة الإرهابية وتحديد مفهوم العنف في الجريمة الإرهابية ، وما تتميز به هذه الجريمة من صفات تميزها عن الجريمة السياسية والجريمة المنظمة وجريمة البلطجة , من حيث الأرکان والظروف المشددة. وقد خصصنا الفصل الأول في البحث عن دراسة ذاتية الإجراءات الجنائية في الجرائم الإرهابية سواء في مرحلة التحقيق الابتدائي (من خلال توضيح سلطات الضبط القضائي وتحديد الاختصاص المکاني والنوعي للقائمين به ، والإجراءات التحفظية المناسبة في جرائم الإرهاب المتعلقة بالقبض ومدة التحفظ ضد المتهم والتفتيش وآثار بطلان إجراء التحقيق الابتدائي ووسائل تفاديه في الإجراءات الجنائية في القانون المصري والقانون الفرنسي) . اما الفصل الثاني في البحث ، فقد تم تسليط الضوء فيه على ذاتية مرحلة المحاکمة في جرائم الارهاب (من حيث تحديد قواعد الاختصاص في جرائم الإرهاب وتوضيح موقف الفقه المصري من انعقاد الاختصاص في جرائم الإرهاب لمحکمة أمن الدولة العليا ، وبيان وضمانات المتهم المتعلقة بحسن سير المحاکمة من حيث التقيد بعينية و شخصية الدعوى والتمسک بمبدأ علانية المحاکمة و شفوية اجراءات المحاکمة والتمسک بمبدأ المواجهة والاستعانة بمحام ) ثم بيان لتعويض المجني عليهم من جرائم الإرهاب في القانون المصري والسعودي والفرنسي , ثم التعليق على موضوع تقادم الدعوى في جرائم الإرهاب في کل من القانون المصري والقانون الفرنسي. واخيرا عرض لنتائج الدراسة مع ذکر التوصيات المترتبة عليها الکلمات المفتاحية: عنف ، إرهاب ، جريمة ، آثار ، تحقيق جنائي . E-mail: msaladawi@imamu.edu.sa Abstract : The importance of this research lies in identifying the subjectivity of criminal procedures for terrorist crimes with the increase of internal legislation to confront terrorism, whether in the investigation stage or the trial stage, in light of the escalation of terrorist incidents, due to the departure of the rules of these procedures from the principle of equality before the penal code. Egyptian and French criminal legislation with an exceptional procedural system, as it falls under the heading of “felonies and misdemeanors that are harmful to the government. Therefore, we relied on this research on that our study should be a descriptive and analytical study, within the framework of a system that respects both the Egyptian and French laws, believing that if this method is well used, we can reach the desired goals. We preferred dividing the research plan into two main chapters, preceded by an introductory chapter, dealing with the definition of terrorism in language and terminology, in Islamic law, jurisprudence and criminal legislation (Egyptian law, English law, and French law) with the description of the terrorist crime and the definition of the concept of violence in the terrorist crime. What distinguishes this crime from the characteristics that distinguish others such as political crime, organized crime and the crime of thuggery, in terms of the elements and aggravating circumstances. The first chapter is characterised by the search for a self-study of criminal procedures in terrorist crimes, both in the preliminary investigation stage (by clarifying the judicial control authorities and determining the spatial and qualitative jurisdiction of those responsible, appropriate precautionary measures in terrorism crimes related to arrest, the duration of detention against the accused and the search, and the effects of invalidity of the investigation procedure Primary and the means of avoiding it in criminal procedures in the Egyptian and French law) As for the second chapter in the research, it was highlighted by the subjectivity of the trial stage in terrorism crimes (in terms of defining the rules of jurisdiction in terrorist crimes and clarifying the position of Egyptian jurisprudence regarding the jurisdiction of the Supreme State Security Court in terrorism crimes. This besides, the statement and guarantees of the accused related to the proper conduct of the trial from Where adherence to the intent and personality of the case ,adherence to the principle of public trial and oral trial procedures , the adherence to the principle of confrontation and the use of a lawyer) then a statement . This to compensate the victims of terrorist crimes in Egyptian, Saudi and French law, and then comment on the issue of the statute of limitations for terrorism crimes in both Egyptian and French law Finally, study results and recommendations of this in-depth study are presented. لقد أدرک المسلمون عظم شأن القرآن، فاعتنوا به عناية کبيرة، وأحاطوه بکل أسباب الرعاية، وکان أبرز شيء من هذه الرعاية: هو تفسير آياته للناس، وبيان معانيه، وإيضاح علومه، وتفسير ألفاظه، ومفرداته، وقد دونت في ذلک الکتب والمؤلفات المطولة والمختصرة، إلا أن بعضها اشتمل على أقوال ضعيفة، وأخرى باطلة ينـزه کلام الله عن مثلها، ويتعين بيان فسادها، وعوارها، وما زال العلماء على هذا المشروع ينبهون على خطأ بعض علماء التفسير، مع الاستفادة من علمهم وفضلهم. وقد کان للإمام محمد بن علي الشوکاني (~) إسهام کبير في التمييز بين أقوال المفسرين، وبيان القول الضعيف والباطل، وتوضيح وجه ضعفه وبطلانه في تفسيره الذي أسماه: ((فتح القدير الجامع بين فني الرواية والدراية من علم التفسير))، فکان عملا يستحق التأمل والدراسة، للوقوف على منهج الشوکاني (~) في مناقشة الأقوال الضعيفة في التفسير، وکان المنهج المتبع في البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنباطي، وتم تقسيمه على النحو التالي: مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وقد اشتملت المقدمة على: مشکلة البحث، وحدوده، ومصطلحاته، وأهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهداف البحث وأسئلته، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وإجراءاته، وخطة البحث، تعريف موجز بالإمام الشوکاني، والمبحث الأول: تحدثت فيه عن أسباب ضعف القول في التفسير، والمبحث الثاني: حصرت فيه عبارات الشوکاني في الحکم على الأقوال الضعيفة في التفسير، والمبحث الثالث: بينت فيه خصائص منهج الشوکاني في مناقشة الأقوال الضعيفة في التفسير، والخاتمة وفيها أبرز النتائج والتوصيات. This research targeted the phrases of Imam Al-Shawkani, and the characteristics of his approach to discussing weak sayings in his interpretation, from the beginning. It was divided as follows: an introduction, a preface, three topics, a conclusion, and indexes. The Introduction: includes, the research problem, its limits, its terminology, the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research objectives and questions, previous studies, the research methodology, its procedures, and the research plan. The preface includes a brief definition of Imam Al Shawkani. The first topic: I talked about the reasons for the weakness of saying in the interpretation. The second topic: I restrict Al-Shawkani’s expressions in judging about the weak statements in interpretation. The third topic: I showed the characteristics of Al-Shawkani’s approach in discussion the weak sayings in interpretation. Conclusion: It includes the most prominent findings and recommendations, then the research is followed by scientific indexes that reveal its contents.

The Qur'anic Context and its Impact upon solving the Mysteries of Interpretation، an Analytical Study By: Ahmed Atta Mohammed Omar Department of The Holy Qur'an and Sunnah College of Da' wah and Fundamentals of Religion Umm Al-Qura University Mecca- Saudi Arabia Abstract This research revolves around the science of Qur'anic context and its importance for the science of interpretation. The research is also keen to establish this science as an important basis upon which the science of interpretation relies. In addition، the research highlights the great impact of this science upon finding out the mysterious meanings of interpretation. As for the practical part، the research is keen to display، through selected examples، the impact of the context clarify the mysteries and specify the reasons beyond differences in between similar verses، and the orientation of the verses with which people have experienced difficulties with their interpretation. The research closes with the outstanding findings and recommendations. The research has followed the inductive approach which relies on tracing the source material of this research and exploring its origins be they the books of interpretation etc. Moreover، the research examines this material and included several practical examples which would satisfy the requirements of the main objectives. Next، those practical examples are organized according the research plan. The research has also relied on the statements of linguists، interpreters، rhetoricians and other scientists in the discussion of the due issues relevant to the context and semantics of the Qur'anic verses. The analytical and deductive approach is also utilized in the research to find out about meaning and provisions shaped within the texts and structures by means of study and analysis.

من العوارض التي تطرأ على الأمم الأوبئة، ولما کان لها تأثير بالغ على حياة الفرد والمجتمع، کان للفقهاء قديما وحديثا الحظ الوافر في بيان الأحکام المتعلقة بها، ومن الأوبئة المعاصرة التي نزلت بالعالم أجمع وباء کورونا، وذلک على خلاف الأوبئة القديمة التي کانت تحل في مکان دون آخر، وقد کان لهذا الوباء أثر کبير في شتى الأبواب الفقهية، ولما کانت صلاة الجمعة والجماعة عصب حياة المسلم، وبها تسمو الأمة؛ آثرت أن يکون عنوان البحث الفيروسات الوبائية وأثرها على الجمع والجماعات ( فيروس کورونا إنموذجا)، وجعلت البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهرس، أما المقدمة فاشتملت على الافتتاح بما يتناسب مع الموضوع، وسبب اختياري له، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، وأما التمهيد فاشتمل على التعريف بمصطلحات البحث، وسبل الوقاية من الفيروس، وأما المبحث الأول فتناولت فيه حکم تعطيل الجمع والجماعات وغلق المساجد والتأصيل الفقهي له، والمبحث الثاني فاشتمل على حکم صلاة الجمعة في البيوت وحکم صلاة الجمعة خلف المذياع والتأصيل الفقهي لذلک، وأما المبحث الثالث فاشتمل علي حکم تباعد المصلين والتأصيل الفقهي له، وأما الخاتمة فاشتملت على نتائج البحث وتوصياته، وأما الفهارس فاشتملت على الفهارس المتنوعة للبحث. Among the emergencies that occur to nations are the epidemics, and since they have a great impact on the life of the individual and the society, jurists, past and present, have extensively explained the religious rulings related to such emergencies. Yet, the pandemic that has swept the whole world today, COVID-19, is different from the old pandemics that were limited to certain localities. This pandemic has a great impact on various jurisprudential topics. And since the Friday and other congregational prayers are the backbone of a Muslim’s life, being a source of elevation for the nation, I chose it as a topic of discussion as manifested in the title. This study is made up of a preface, an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a list of the works cited. While the preface covers the background, the reason for selecting the topic, a literature review, and a research plan, the introduction introduces definitions of key terms, and ways to prevent the viral infections. The first chapter then deals with the religious ruling on non-observing Friday and other congregational prayers, closing mosques, and the juristic grounds underlying such steps. The second chapter covers the ruling on performing Friday prayer at home individually or following the prayer as broadcast through the radio. This also involves a study of jurisprudential rationale behind respective rulings. The third chapter investigates the ruling on keeping social distances in congregational prayers, and its jurisprudential rationale. As for the conclusion, it contains the findings and recommendations of the study, followed by a list of the works cited, and then an index.

إن الاستثناء عقب الجمل المتعاطفة من الموضوعات الجليلة في علم أصول الفقه، والتي يحتاج إليها الفقيه، والأصولي، وکل دارس لهذا العلم، لا سيما أن الاستثناء من أهم الأدلة المخصصة للفظ العام، ويهدف البحث إلى بيان حکم الاستثناء عقب الجمل المتعاطفة، مع ذکر بعض الأمثلة التطبيقية المخرجة على هذا، وقد تکون البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مطالب، وخاتمة، أما المقدمة: فقد اشتملت على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة فيه، ومنهجي في البحث، وخطة البحث، وأما التمهيد: ففي تعريف العام والخاص، والتخصيص، وأنواع المخصصات إجمالا، وأما المطلب الاول: ففي تعريف الاستثناء، وأنواعه، وأرکانه، وأدواته، وشروط صحته، وأما المطلب الثاني: فتناول تحرير محل النزاع في المسألة، وأقوال العلماء فيها، وأدلتهم، ومناقشة الأدلة، وبيان الراجح، وأما المطلب الثالث: فتناول بعض الأمثلة التطبيقية المخرجة على أصل الاستثناء عقب الجمل المتعاطفة، وبيان ربطها به، وأما الخاتمة فقد اشتملت على أهم نتائج البحث. Istithna’ (exception) following conjoined sentences is a key topic in the field of Usul ul-Fiqh (Principles of Jurisprudence), which fall within the scope of interest for jurists, scholars of Usul ul-Fiqh, and every learner specialized in this field. Exception in Arabic syntax delimits general statements, and hence the present study aims to explain the rule of exception following conjoined sentences, sustaining it with some examples. Accordingly, the study consists of a preface, an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. As for the preface, it introduces the significance of the topic, the reasons for selecting it, and previous respective studies, in addition to my methodology in the research, the research plan, and an introduction: in the definition of the general and the specific, and the specification, and the types of allocations in general; as for the first requirement: in the definition of the exception, its types, elements, tools, and conditions for its validity; and as for the second requirement: it deals with editing the subject of the dispute in the issue, and the sayings of scholars therein, and their evidence, a discussion of the evidence, and the statement of the most correct; and the third requirement: it deals with some applied examples produced on the origin of the exception following sympathetic sentences, and an explanation of their connection to it. As for the conclusion, it includes the most important results of the research.

يتکون البحث من: مقدمة، وتشتمل على أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، ومنهج البحث، وخطة البحث، وتمهيد: ويشتمل على تعريف التأمين لغة، واصطلاحا، وتعريف التأمين التعاوني، وتعريف التأمين التجاري وصورتهما، ويحتوي أيضا على ثلاثة فصول: الفصل الأول: حکم التأمين التعاوني، والفصل الثاني: حکم التأمين التجاري، والفصل الثالث: الفروق بين التأمين التعاوني والتجاري، والخاتمة، ولقد توصلت فيها إلى نتائج منها: تحريم التأمين التجاري، ومشروعية التأمين التعاوني، وأن من أعظم الفرق بينهما أن التجاري قائم على أساس المعاوضة بينما التعاوني قائم على أساس التناصر والتعاون، وأن التعاون لا إلزام فيه للغير، وفرق بين إکراه الشرکة للعميل، وبين دفع العميل للإکراه من غير الشرکة، فإذا کانت الشرکة قائمة على التبرع ولا يکون الفائض ملکا للمؤسسيين بل ملکا للمساهمين أو يعود تبرعا على بنود معينة کالمتضررين من حوادث السيارات ونحوها فلا بأس، وکانت الشرکة قائمة على الرضا بين جميع أطرافه والحامل له هو التناصر والتعاون بالتبرع بالمال تبرعا مطلقا أو مقيدا هو في جملتهم. The research consists of an introduction, which includes the importance of the topic; the reasons for choosing it; the research methodology; and the research plan. A preface includes a definition of insurance, lexically and technically; a definition of cooperative insurance; a definition and the form of commercial insurance. It also contains three sections, Section One: The rule of cooperative insurance; Section Two: The rule of commercial insurance; Section Three: The differences between cooperative and commercial insurance. In the a Conclusion, I have reached some findings, including: the prohibition of commercial insurance; the legitimacy of cooperative insurance; and that one of the greatest differences between them is that the commercial is based on netting, while the cooperative is based on symbiosis and cooperation. In addition, cooperation is not binding on others, and there is a difference between coercion of the company to the customer, and the customer’s coercion from other than the company. If the company is based on donation and the surplus is not the property of the founders, but rather the property of the shareholders, or if it returns as a donation on certain items such as those affected by car accidents and the like, then there is nothing wrong with it. In addition, if the company is based on consent among all its parties and the one that carries it is advocacy and cooperation by donating money with an absolute or restricted contribution in their entirety.

استهدف البحث الحالي الإسهام في خدمة هذا الکتاب، وذلک من خلال جمع الأسانيد المبهمة التي ذکرها الحافظ ابن حجر في الإتحاف في الجزء المقرر، وتخريجها، ودراسة أسانيدها، والحکم عليها وفق قواعد المحدثين وأهل العلم. وبيان منهج الحافظ ابن حجر في إيراد الأسانيد، والرواة المبهمين، وبيانه لهؤلاء الرواة من خلال الجزء المقرر دراسته. وإثراء المکتبة الإسلامية ببحث يتناول فرعا من فروع مصطلح الحديث، ألا وهو الکلام على الإبهام بصفة عامة، وعلى إبهام الأسانيد بصفة خاصة. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث تقسيمه إلى: مقدمة، والدراسة النظرية، والخاتمة، والمقدمة: وتشتمل على: أهمية البحث، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهجه، وإجراءاته، وأخيرا التعريف بمصطلحاته. والدراسة النظرية: تشتمل على (علم مبهمات الحديث) وفيه مباحثان: المبحث الأول: الإبهام وأحکامه. وفيه خمسة مطالب: الأول: تعريف الإبهام لغة واصطلاحا. والثاني: الفرق بين الإبهام والإهمال والجهالة. والثالث: أقسام المبهمات، وحکم کل قسم. والرابع: أسباب الإبهام. والخامس: فائدة علم المبهمات. أما المبحث الثاني: إبهام الصحابي، وفيه خمسة مطالب: الأول: تعريف الصحابي لغة واصطلاحا. والثاني: الأدلة على عدالة الصحابة. والثالث: طرق إثبات الصحبة. والرابع: الفائدة من إثبات الصحبة من عدمها. والخامس: أقوال العلماء في حکم رواية الصحابي المبهم. وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي والنقدي. وقد توصل البحث الى نتائج، أهمها: يعتبر کتاب الإتحاف موسوعة حديثية إسنادية ، جمعت أحد عشر مصدرا من کتب السنة المشرفة على طريقة فن الأطراف، بالإضافة إلى ما تضمنته من الکلام على الأسانيد، ونقد رجالها، وبيان عللها، وغير ذلک من اللطائف الإسنادية الحديثية. وأن هناک اتفاق، واختلاف بين کل من المبهم، والمهمل، والمجهول. کما أن المبهمات على قسمين، مبهمات في الإسناد ومبهمات في المتن، ولکل قسم منهما أنواع. کما أن فائدة معرفة الإبهام في الأسانيد هو إزالة الجهالة عن ذلک الراوي المبهم حتى تتضح عينه، وبالتالي يمکن معرفة حاله من حيث العدالة والجرح، ومن ثم الحکم على هذا الإسناد بما يليق به حسب قواعد الجرح والتعديل. The current research aims to contribute to the service of this book, by collecting the ambiguous isnads mentioned by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar in the prescribed part, producing them, studying their chain of narrators, and judging them according to the rules of the hadiths and scholars. And a statement of the methodology of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar in citing the isnads, and ambiguous narrators, and his explanation of these narrators through the part to be studied. Enriching the Islamic library with research that deals with one of the branches of the term hadith, namely speaking on the thumb in general, and on the ambiguity of the isnaads in particular. The nature of the research necessitated its division into: introduction, theoretical study, conclusion, and introduction: it includes: the importance of the research, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, its limits, previous studies, the research plan, its methodology, its procedures, and finally the definition of its terminology. And the theoretical study: includes (the science of ambiguities of hadith) and it includes two discussions: The first topic: the thumb and its rulings. And it contains five demands: The first: Defining the thumb as a language and a convention. The second: the difference between ambiguity, negligence and ignorance. And the third: sections of the ambiguities, and the rule of each section. Fourth: the causes of thumb. And the fifth: the benefit of ambiguity. As for the second topic: the thumb of the companion, and it contains five demands: The first: defining the companion as a language and a convention. And the second: the evidence for the justice of the Companions. And the third: methods of proving companionship. Fourth: the benefit of proving the companionship or not. Fifth: The sayings of the scholars on the ruling on the narration of the ambiguous companion. The research used the inductive, analytical and critical approach. The research has reached conclusions, the most important of which are: The Book of Al-Ittiaf is considered a hadith isnad encyclopedia, which collected eleven sources from the books of the Sunnah supervising the method of art of the limbs, in addition to what it contained in the isnads, criticizing its men, explaining its causes, and other types of hadith attribution. And that there is an agreement, and a difference between each of the vague, the neglected, and the unknown. The ambiguities are divided into two parts, ambiguities in the chain of transmission and ambiguities in the text of the text, and each of them has types. Also, the benefit of knowing the thumb in the chain of narrators is to remove the ignorance from that narrator who is ambiguous until his eyes become clear, and thus it is possible to know his condition in terms of justice and wound, and then judge this chain of transmission according to what is appropriate for him according to the rules of wound and modification.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان حق الأطفال على الوالدين من حيث التأديب، والتعليم، والنفقة، والتوجيه والإرشاد، وقد قسمت البحث إلى: مقدمة وتمهيد وخمسة مباحث وخاتمة، أما المقدمة: فتضمنت أهمية الموضوع وسبب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة ومنهج البحث وخطته، وأما التمهيد فتحدثت فيه عن مفردات البحث وهى الأسرة، والنشأة، والأطفال، وأسباب الانحراف الأسري، وأما المبحث الأول: فتحدثت فيه عن تأديب الصغار، المبحث الثاني: وفيه تحدثت عن فضل تعلم العلم والحکم التکليفي له وآدابه، المبحث الثالث: وفيه تعرضت لبيان ما يجوز تعليمه من العلوم للصغار وما يحرم، المبحث الرابع: وفيه تحدثت عن تعليم الفتيات، المبحث الخامس: وتحدثت فيه عن المفاضلة بين الأبناء، وأما الخاتمة: فتشتمل على أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها في هذا البحث، ومن أهمها: أن الشريعة الإسلامية ندبت إلى تأديب الصغار، وحثت على ذلک، وبينت أجر من يفعله، وأنها أيضا بينت أن الأسلوب الأمثل لتربية الأولاد هو استعمال الرفق، واللين، والترغيب، والترهيب، والبعد عن العنف بشتى صوره سواء بالضرب، أو السب، والاستهزاء، والسخرية، وتوجيههم للتخلق بالصفات الحميدة، ومن أهم التوصيات: ضرورة الاهتمام بتربية النشء، وتوعيتهم، وتعليمهم النافع من الضار، وتعليمهم أمور دينهم ما يباح، وما يحرم لأن هؤلاء هم مستقبل الأمة، وأمل الغد. This research aims to clarify children’s rights over parents in terms of discipline, education, care, expenditure, guidance, and counseling. It is divided into a preface, an introduction, five chapters and a conclusion. As for the preface, it covers the significance of the topic, the reason for choosing it, a literature review, the research methodology and the research plan. Then, the introduction tackles employed terms, including upbringing children, and the causes of familial perversion. The first chapter then engages disciplining children, while the second addresses the merit of learning and its respective religious ruling and relevant proprieties. The third chapter offers an explanation of permissible things to be taught to children and their forbidden counterparts, while the fourth chapter covers girls’ education. Then, the fifth chapter discusses the problem of giving preference to a child over another. Finally, the conclusion contains the key findings of the study, including the following: the Islamic law mandates disciplining young children, and promotes it. It also illustrates the reward for those who discipline their children. Besides, the best method for raising children is one in which compassion and tenderness mix in a stick and carrot policy, while avoiding violence altogether, whether it be hitting, insulting, mockery, or ridicule. They should be directed into assuming good qualities. Accordingly, it is necessary to educate the youth, raise their awareness, and teach them to distinguish that which is beneficial from that which is harmful. They should also be taught religion to distinguish the permissible and the forbidden, knowing that the youth constitute the future of the nation, and the hope for tomorrow.

موضوع البحث هو "رجال مالک ممن لم يذکر فيهم جرح أو تعديل ومروياتهم في الموطأ" وذلک إن موطأ الإمام مالک من أجل المصنفات في الحديث وأقدمها وأصحها بعد الصحيحين وقد أثنى العلماء على رجال مالک فلم يکن يودع کتابه إلا من کان يرضاه.ولذلک فإن من العلماء من أطلق القول بأن کل من روى عنه مالک سواء کان من شيوخه أو من فوقه فإنه ثقة ولاسيما إن کان من المدنيين ومن هنا رأيت أهمية جمع رجال الموطأ الذين لم يذکروا الذين خرج لهم مالک ولم يذکروا بجرح أو تعديل مع ذکر مروياتهم التي رواها مالک عنهم في الموطأ في هذا البحث اللطيف وقد اخترت الکتابة في البحث لأهميته وأساب ذکرتها في موضعها ولم أجد من جمع الرجال الذين لم يذکروا بجرح أو تعديل ممن روى عنهم مالک في الموطأ وکانت خطة البحث مکونة من: مقدمة ثم ذکر الرجال الذين لم يذکروا بجرح أو تعديل ممن روى عنهم مالک في الموطأ ومروياتهم وقد رتبتهم حسب ترتيب المعجم ثم الخاتمة وأذکر فيها أهم النتائج فهرس المصادر وقد کان منهجي في البحث: أنني جمعت ما وقفت عليه من الرجال ممن ذکر باسمه في الکتب التي اعتنت برجال موطأ مالک ممن في رواية يحيى الليثي ممن لم يذکر فيه جرح أو تعديل مع ذکر مروياته في الموطأ والتعليق عليها بما يناسب وفق منهج بينته وقد واجهت بعض الصعوبات في کتابة البحث الصعوبات التي واجهتني في البحث منها عدم وجود المصادر الکافية التي استوعبت الکلام في رجال مالک، وأن الرجال الذين أبحث عنهم عدوا من المجاهيل فالبحث في تراجمهم يحتاج لجهد مضاعف وکذا الکلام على أحاديثهم The subject of the research is “Malik’s men who were not mentioned in a wound or modification and their narrations in the Muwatta.” This is because Imam Malik’s Muwatta is for the works of hadith and is the oldest and most authentic after the two Sahihs. Scholars have praised Malik’s men, so he did not deposit his book except those who were pleased with him. Whoever said that whoever narrated from Malik, whether he is one of his sheikhs or above him, is trustworthy, especially if he is a civilian. Hence I saw the importance of collecting the men of the Muwatta who did not mention those Malik left for and did not mention a wound or modification with mentioning their narrations that Malik narrated about them in Al-Muwatta in this nice research and I chose to write in the research because of its importance and the reasons I mentioned in their place. I did not find a collection of men who were not mentioned with a wound or a modification from whom Malik narrated in Al-Muwatta. The subject of the present research is one of the topics within the discipline of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, as it deals with procuration in devotions and the jurisprudential issues resulting from the disagreement of scholars of fundamental jurisprudence about this procuration. This research paper consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. The introduction contains the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, related previous studies, and the research plan. The first section introduces a definition of procuration, a definition of devotions, the excuse that permits procuration and the evidence justifying it. The second chapter deals with the ruling on procuration in devotions, its divisions, and the principle controlling reconciliation and disagreement about it. This section discusses the devotions in which procuration is valid and the ones in which procuration are not. The third section includes an explanation of the types of disagreement, the effect of the validity of procuration, and the jurisprudential issues, the most important of which is how valid procuration is in prayer, fasting, Hajj and penance. Finally, the conclusion includes the most important findings and recommendations.

As for the third chapter, which is entitled The Verified Text: Interpretation of Sūratu ḍ-Ḍuḩa; it contains seven interesting notes on the Sūra, followed by seven useful benefits derived from it. The paper is concluded with a summary of the study.

إن المتأمل في آيات الذکر الحکيم يلمس في وضوح، ويدرک في جلاء، أن هذا الکتاب القيم يکرم المرأة کما يکرم الرجل، وينادي –صباح مساء –بإبطال ما کان عليه أهل الجاهلية من إنکارهم حقوق النساء، وقد استوقفت کثيرا عند آيات قرآنية عديدة نزلت لإنصاف المرأة، أو تلبية لاحتياجات لها أو رغبة عندها، ربما يجهلها الکثيرون فأردت أن أکتب بحثا في هذا الموضوع، وقضت طبيعة بحثي هذا أن يأتي على الوجه الآتي: مقدمة وتمهيد و ثلاث مباحث وخاتمة . أما المقدمة فقد تناولت فيها نبذة يسيرة عن جوانب تکريم القرآن الکريم للمرأة وأهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره وخطة البحث، ومنهجي فيه.والتمهيد فقد تناولت فيه نبذة يسيرة عن أسباب النزول. المبحث الأول: آيات نزلت في أحداث أسرية. ويشتمل على ثلاث مطالب: المطلب الأول: مشروعية الخلع . والمطلب الثاني: حاجة کل من الزوجين للآخر والمطلب الثالث: المرأة التي سمع الله شکواها. والمبحث الثاني: إبطال عادات الجاهلية .ويشتمل على أربعة مطالب: المطلب الأول: الزوجة تمتلک حق الصداق. والمطلب الثاني: للمرأة نصيب في الميراث. والمطلب الثالث: المرأة ليست متاع . والمطلب الرابع: تحريم الإکراه على البغاء. المبحث الثالث: الأنصاف القرآني للمرأة .ويشتمل على مطلبين :المطلب الأول.توجيه الخطاب القرآني للنساء. والمطلب الثاني: عدم إرجاع المؤمنة إلى دار الکفر. ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة موجزة، فيها خلاصة فکرته، وإجمال مفصله، وقفيت ذلک بثبت المراجع. Abstract: The one who contemplates the verses of the Holy Quran clearly touches, and realizes clearly, that this valuable book honors women as it honors men. He calls - morning and evening - to nullify the denial of women’s rights by the people of the Jahiliyya, and I have looked at many verses of the Qur’an that were revealed to do justice to women, or to fulfill their needs or desires. The nature of my research decided that it should come in the following manner: an introduction, an introduction, three discussions and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it dealt with a brief overview of the aspects of the Noble Qur’an honoring women, the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research plan, and my methodology in it. As for the introduction, I dealt with a brief summary of the causes of descent. The first topic: Verses revealed in family events. It includes three demands: The first requirement: the legality of khula. The second requirement: the need for each of the spouses for the other The third requirement: the woman whose complaint God heard. The second topic: nullifying the habits of ignorance. It includes four demands: The first requirement: the wife has the right to the dowry. The second requirement: a woman has a share in the inheritance. The third requirement: a woman is not a luggage. Fourth requirement: the prohibition of coercion into prostitution. The third topic: Qur’anic equity for women. It includes two requirements The first requirement: directing the Qur’anic discourse to women. The second requirement: not to return the believer to the abode of unbelief. Then I concluded the research with a brief conclusion, in which a summary of his idea, and an outline of its detailed, and I stood that with the references confirmed Keywords: Revealed- Women- The Holy Quran- Interpretation.

مسائل أبي زرعة الدمشقي الفقهية للإمام أحمد -جمعا ودراسة- حمدي بن عبد الله بن سعيد آل منصور کلية الشريعة وأصول الدين ، جامعة نجران ، المملکة العربية السعودية . haalmansour@nu.edu البريد الإلکتروني : ملخص البحث : يتناول هذا البحث المسائل الفقهية للإمام أحمد بن حنبل –- رحمه الله - - التي رواها عنه تلميذه وصاحبه أبو زرعة الدمشقي الإمام المحدث المشهور، ودراستها دراسة فقهية مقارنة بما استقر عليه المذهب عند السادة الحنابلة، وقد جاء في مقدمة فيها أهمية البحث، ومنهجه، وإجراءاته، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، وتمهيد فيه ترجمة للإمام أبي زرعة الدمشقي، ولم أترجم للإمام أحمد اکتفاء بشهرته. وثمانية مطالب فيها المسائل الفقهية: المطلب الأول: حکم المضمضة والاستنشاق في الوضوء والغسل، وهل تعاد الصلاة عند ترکهما؟، والمطلب الثاني: هل البسملة آية من الفاتحة؟، والمطلب الثالث: حکم صلاة من ترک الصلاة على النبي - r - ، والمطلب الرابع: حکم الحجامة للصائم،و المطلب الخامس: حکم صيام المرأة للنذر من غير إذن زوجها، والمطلب السابع: هل يثبت للجار حق الشفعة؟، المطلب الثامن: ختان من أسلم وهو کبير. وأما الخاتمة: فقد اشتملت على أهم النتائج، ومنها: أن الإمام أبو زرعة الدمشقي من العلماء الحفاظ، وقد نقل عن الإمام أحمد مسائل عديدة في العقائد، والحديث، والفقه وغيرها، وأن عدد المسائل الفقهية التي رواها أبو زرعة عن الإمام أحمد - رحمه الله - حسبما وقفت عليه ثمان مسائل، ست مسائل منها صارت هي المعتمدة في المذهب، واثنتان منها استقر المذهب على خلافهما. ومن التوصيات: الاهتمام بمسائل الإمام أحمد- رحمه الله - ففيها علم جم غزير ويمتزج فيها الحديث بالفقه. الکلمات المفتاحية: المسائل الفقهية ، أبي زرعة الدمشقي ، الإمام أحمد ، الوضوء ، البسملة ، الحجامة ، الصيام ، الشفعة ، الختان . Abstract: This research deals with the jurisprudential issues of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal - - may God have mercy on him - - that his student and companion Abu Zar'ah al-Dimashqi narrated about him, the well-known modern Imam, and studied them as a jurisprudential study compared to what the doctrine has settled upon according to the Hanbalis. And previous studies, research plan, and a preface in it with a translation of Imam Abu Zar'ah al-Dimashqi, and I did not translate Imam Ahmad, however, his fame was satisfied. And eight demands on matters of jurisprudence: The first requirement: the rule of rinsing the mouth and nose in ablution and washing, and will prayer be repeated when leaving them ?, The second requirement: Is basmalah a verse from al-Fatiha ?, and the third requirement: the rule of prayer for the one who neglects prayer on the Prophet -r- And the fourth requirement: the rule of cupping for the fasting person, and the fifth: the rule of a woman’s fasting for a vow without her husband’s permission, and the seventh requirement: Does the right of intercession prove to the neighbor ?, The eighth requirement: circumcision of a Muslim who is older As for the conclusion: it included the most important results, including: Imam Abu Zar'ah al-Dimashqi is one of the scholars of preservation, and Imam Ahmad quoted many issues regarding beliefs, hadith, jurisprudence and so on, and that the number of jurisprudential issues that Abu Zar'ah narrated on the authority of Imam Ahmad - may God have mercy on him - According to what eight issues were concerned with, six of them became the ones adopted in the doctrine, and two of them were settled by the doctrine in contrast to them. Among the recommendations: Paying attention to the issues of Imam Ahmad - may God have mercy on him - in which there is great knowledge and mixing hadith with jurisprudence. يهدف البحث إلى جمع الأحکام الشرعية المتعلقة بالسعي من حيث شروطه، وسننه، وما يتبع ذلک من مسائل متعلقة به، يتکون البحث من: مقدمة وتمهيد ومقصدين، وستة مباحث مع الخاتمة والفهارس، المقدمة ذکرت فيها مبدأ وحکمة مشروعية السعي، وتعريفه، وسبب اختيار الموضوع، وأهميته، والخطة، والمنهج، التمهيد: صفة السعي، المطلب الأول: حکم السعي، شروطه، سننه، مکروهاته، مباحاته، المطلب الثاني: مسائل متعلقة بالسعي، أخطاء تقع في السعي، ثم الخاتمة وفيها أبرز النتائج، والتوصيات، الفهارس، وفيه فهرس المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات وتظهر أهمية البحث أنه متعلق برکن من أرکان الحج والعمرة، وعبادة عملية وخلص الباحث في الخاتمة إلى أن السعي رکن من أرکان الحج، والعمرة، وأن السعي يصح في المسعى الجديد، وأنه توجد مخالفات تقع في السعي، ويوصي الباحث دراسة الأحکام الشرعية المتعلقة بالمشاعر کـ"منى"، و"مزدلفة"، و"عرفة" على ضوء الکتاب والسنة. The present research paper aims to collect Shariˁah-based legal ruling concerning pilgrims’ jogging between the two hills of Aṣ-Ṣafa and Al-Marwah, in terms of its obligatory conditions, voluntary aspects and other related issues. The study consists of an introduction, a preface, two sections, six subsections, a conclusion and some appendixes. The introduction explores the principle, definition and the rationale behind pilgrims’ jogging. It also presents the reasons behind choosing this subject, its significance, research plan and the methodology adopted. The preface provides the manners and descriptions of pilgrims’ jogging. The first section discusses the legal ruling on pilgrims’ jogging, its conditions, voluntary aspects, discouraged actions and permissible ones. The second section dwells on some issues related to pilgrims’ jogging and some mistakes thereof. The conclusion provides the most significant findings and recommendations. The appendixes include one for references and resources and another for the table of contents. The significance of the study stems from its relation to the rituals of Hajj and ˁUmrah, which are part of the practical acts of worship. The study concludes that pilgrims’ jogging is a constitutive condition of Hajj and ˁUmrah; hastening is permissible in the new place constructed for this purpose. There are some mistakes that may happen during pilgrims’ jogging. The present researcher recommends to study the legal rulings related to holy places, such as Mina, Muzdalifah, and ˁArafah in the light of the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
