Introduction: Myocardial steatosis, a poorly documented pathology, is characterized by the accumulation of abnormal amounts of triglycerides in the cardiomyocytes. Myocardial steatosis is generally asymptomatic, but it can be the cause of heart failure. It is primarily of hypoxic or metabolic origin. Case Report: We report a case of postmortem diagnosis in a 53-year-old male patient, without known his pathological history, who was a victim of sudden death from abdominal pain. The autopsy revealed diffuse atheromatous cardiac, aortic, and hepatic lesions. Conclusion: It is very common for myocardial steatosis to be diagnosed postmortem due to its nonspecific symptomatology. The risk of mortality and morbidity could be reduced through a healthy lifestyle and regular biological examination to identify risk factors.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the chemotherapy medication errors made by new nurses and to use the results as basic data for the development of a chemotherapy medication nursing education program for new nurses.Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted with 189 new nurses working at a general hospital and a tertiary general hospital in Korea. The data collection period was from January 11 to February 7, 2021. The data collected during this study were analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistics version 25.0 program. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, and logistic regression analysis.Results: One factor influencing chemotherapy medication errors was new nurses’ educational needs (odds ratio=.18, p=.005). As educational needs increased, the probability of making errors in medication was reduced by .18.Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a chemotherapy medication education program tailored to the educational needs of new nurses by considering the education period, method, and content, with a focus on the content with high demand from new nurses.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the effect of verbal violence, clinical practice stress, and coping with stress on the major satisfaction in nursing students during clinical practice.Methods: A cross-sectional study was used. A survey was conducted from May 3 to May 10, 2022, on 200 nursing students who were in their junior and seneior years at two universities in Gyeongsangbuk-do. Descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé’s test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis were employed to analyze the data.Results: Major satisfaction was found to be significantly negatively correlated with verbal violence (r=-.30, pp=.032) and to be positively correlated with coping with stress (r=.24, pβ=.29, p=.037), verbal violence (β=-.23, pβ=.16, p=.015), religion (β=.14, p=.041), and clinical practice stress (β=-.13, p=.048) explained 19.3% of the variance in nursing students’ major satisfaction during clinical practice.Conclusion: A verbal violence and coping with stress program for nursing students should be developed to increase nursing students’ major satisfaction during clinical practice.

Purpose: This study’s aim was to confirm the importance and performance of the clinical practice of nurses working in the general wards of a tertiary hospital and to analyze their educational needs.Methods: The study employed a descriptive research design, and a self-reported questionnaire was developed and used for nurses in a tertiary hospital. Data were collected from July 22 to July 29, 2022, analyzed by an independent t-test, paired t-test, and one-way ANOVA for the importance and performance of each clinical nursing practice according to general characteristics, and then a post hoc verification was performed by Scheffé’s test. An Importance-Performance Analysis and Borich needs assessment model were used to analyze clinical nursing education needs.Results: Clinical nursing practice performance showed a significant difference according to length of total clinical career, time working in current department, and preceptor experience. According to the results of the Importance-Performance Analysis, neurological evaluation, and nursing intervention, artificial respirator and high-flow oxygen inhalation nursing, chemotherapy, emergency nursing, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation were identified as belonging to the “concentrate here” quadrant. All these items ranked in the top 10 in the Borich needs assessment model.Conclusion: Based on these results, the current education system should be reviewed, and short and long term education strategies based on educational needs should be established to strengthen the competence of nurses.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the concrete educational needs of visiting nurses working in a community health setting in Korea.Methods: We conducted four focus group interviews from October 7 to October 18, 2021. Twenty-five visiting nurses who worked in public health centers were recruited through purposive sampling. A qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the interview data.Results: The demands of educational contents for visiting nurse safety management practical training were: (1) coping with physical and verbal violence, (2) coping with sexual violence, (3) infection control for infectious diseases with a high prevalence in the community, and (4) preventing and coping with animal bites during home visits. In addition, visiting nurses suggested training programs that comprised: (1) case-based learning, (2) short video clips, and (3) recurrent integrated education.Conclusion: Safety management training programs for visiting nurses should be implemented to the extent that they add no burden on their workload and are easily accessible at any time. In addition, training programs should be based on actual cases and be focused on contents that can be applied in home visit situations. A practical safety management training program should be developed based on the educational needs of visiting nurses, as identified through this study.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural model of nursing students’ performing communication skills.Methods: The data collection was conducted from October 13 to October 20, 2020. The participants were 286 students from nursing colleges located in three cities. The data analysis method was a covariance structure analysis with using IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical programs.Results: The hypothetical model showed a proper fit with the data: root mean square error of approximation=.08, standardized root mean square residual=.06, adjusted goodness of fit=.85, normed fit index=.91, and comparative fit index=.94. The model fit indices were normed to fit index=2.96. Statistically significant explanatory variables for the performing communication skills of nursing students were peer support, emotional intelligence, ethical sensitivity, and communication self-efficacy. The variables accounted for 66.1% of the performing communication skills of nursing students.Conclusion: Based on the above results, it appears necessary to develop strategies for improving the performing communication skills of nursing students, and having positive effects on health outcomes of the subjects by considering the variables of peer support, emotional intelligence, ethical sensitivity, and communication self-efficacy. Such strategies could potentially have positive effects on the health outcomes of the patients.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the effects of grit on the work engagement of nurses and to identify the mediating effects of positive psychological capital and burnout in the relationship between grit and work engagement.Methods: The study subjects were 182 nurses who had been working in a general hospital for more than six months. The data were collected from July 12 to July 26, 2021. The collected 182 sets of data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and a hierarchical regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 and also by bootstrapping using SPSS Process Macro.Results: As a result of the analyses, it was found that higher work engagement was associated with higher grit, higher positive psychological capital, and lower burnout. The mediating effects of positive psychological capital and burnout in the relationship between grit and work engagement were found to be both direct and indirect.Conclusion: This study provides basic data suggesting that an education program designed to reduce burnout and reinforce grit and positive psychological capital is necessary to promote the work engagement of nurses in clinical settings.

Purpose: This descriptive study aimed to identify the contribution of nurses’ communication styles, nurse-mother partnerships, and mothers’ anxiety levels to the coping of mothers of hospitalized children, with the goal of establishing effective intervention strategies based on these factors.Methods: Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from July 12 to October 29, 2018. The study’s participants were 200 hospitalized children’s mothers in the pediatric ward of a university hospital.Results: The coping of hospitalized children’s mothers showed a significant relationship with nurses’ informative communication style (r=.26, ppppp=.001). A multiple regression analysis (adjusted R2=.32) indicated that the factors affecting the mothers’ coping included nurse-mother partnership (β=.47, pβ=.17, p=.006), and mothers’ subjective health status (very healthy) (β=.15, p=.047).Conclusion: Considering that the formation of cooperative partnerships between mothers and nurses found in this study had a positive effect on the mothers’ coping skills, it appears necessary to develop and implement programs for improving nurses’ communication skills and ability to form partnerships, beginning from undergraduate education.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to confirm the relationship between nursing students’ nursing professionalism and ethical decision-making confidence, and to clarify the mediating effect of moral sensitivity which has a mutual influence on nursing professionalism and ethical decision-making confidence.Methods: The data collection for this study was conducted from January 23 to February 1, 2021 with junior and senior nursing students enrolled in five nursing departments in two regions. The data collected in this study were analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 program.Results: Through this study, it was found that nursing professionalism (β=.47) and moral sensitivity (β=.32) acted as important influencing factors on the ethical decision-making confidence of nursing students, with an explanatory power of 31.2%. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a partial mediating effect of moral sensitivity in the relationship between the nursing professionalism and ethical decision-making confidence of nursing students, and the mediating effect coefficient of moral sensitivity was .16.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it is suggested to prepare a plan to increase ethical decision-making confidence and moral sensitivity when planning interventions to improve nursing professionalism in nursing students.

Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is characterized by thunderclap headache and intracranial segmental vasoconstriction with or without signs of neurological deficit with a variable course that requires extensive study to prevent complications. The evidence shows RCVS is characterized by being multi-etiological; both the cause and the specific symptoms must be treated to reduce the chance of complications and recurrence. The timely identification of the RCVS and its etiology is the cornerstone of success in managing the disease. New data must be generated to have more efficient resources for the approach to this disease.

Malignant brain tumors are the leading cause of cancer-related death in children and remain a significant cause of morbidity and mortality throughout all demographics. Central nervous system (CNS) tumors are classically treated with surgical resection and radiotherapy in addition to adjuvant chemotherapy. However, the therapeutic efficacy of chemotherapeutic agents is limited due to the blood-brain barrier (BBB). Magnetic resonance guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) is a new and promising intervention for CNS tumors, which has shown success in preclinical trials. High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) has the capacity to serve as a direct therapeutic agent in the form of thermoablation and mechanical destruction of the tumor. Low-intensity focused ultrasound (LIFU) has been shown to disrupt the BBB and enhance the uptake of therapeutic agents in the brain and CNS. The authors present a review of MRgFUS in the treatment of CNS tumors. This treatment method has shown promising results in preclinical trials including minimal adverse effects, increased infiltration of the therapeutic agents into the CNS, decreased tumor progression, and improved survival rates.

In recent times, as a result of the significant growth in population, the usage of energy consumptions is increasing rapidly. Analysis and design of the forecasting model for energy consumptions are challenging task because it is a complex and non-linear problem. Several methods have been proposed for forecasting the energy consumptions in smart grid, the non-linear relationship between the factors is not addressed. Therefore, there is a need for efficient, reliable and accurate forecasting methods to handle non-linearity for effective planning and management of energy consumption. In this paper, a novel hierarchical non-linear machine learning technique Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines with Genetic Algorithm is proposed to manage the energy consumption demand in smart grid. Experimental results show that the proposed hierarchical approach is much more accurate for the forecasting of energy consumption in smart grid than other approaches such as Auto-Regressive Integrated Moving Average, Complex Neural Network and a Simple Regression Models. The evaluation of forecast accuracy measurement gives the least error value based on the performance metrics of the Mean Absolute Percentage Error and Root Mean Square Error are 0.0651 and 201.2381 respectively.

Bladder cancer (BC) is a complex disease with multiple clinical manifestations and treatment challenges, and current standard-of-care therapies remain limited and unfavorable. Theranostics, the integration of diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, has emerged as a promising strategy to address these challenges. The rapid development of nanomedicine has been a source of hope for the improvement of BC therapies and diagnostics by reducing side effects, enhancing tumor suppression, and overcoming drug resistance. Metal nanoparticles (NPs), inorganic NPs, polymer NPs, etc. have their respective advantages and show encouraging potential in the therapy of BC. In this review, we provide an overview on the state of the art in nanotechnology-based theranostics for BC, offering insights into the design and discovery of novel NPs for future BC management.

Aim: To compare the efficacy of memantine with that of valproate as a prophylactic treatment for episodic migraine within three months. The efficacy, safety, and response rate were evaluated. Methods: Prospective, randomized, double-blind, controlled clinical trial randomized participants were divided into two groups. The memantine group received memantine 10 mg twice daily, and the valproate group received valproate 500 mg twice daily. Results: Thirty-three patients participated in the study; 27 completed the treatment protocol, 14 in the memantine group, and 13 in the valproate group. The mean number of migraine attacks per month in the memantine group was 5.31 [standard deviation (SD) ± 1.54] initially and 0.93 (SD ± 1.49) at the end of treatment, noting a decrease of 4.21 (SD ± 1.76; P < 0.001). In the valproate group, the mean number of migraine attacks per month was 5.35 (SD ± 1.11) initially and 0.77 (SD ± 1.16) at the end of treatment, with a difference of 4.5 (SD ± 1.39; P < 0.001). All 27 patients had excellent response rates. Adverse effects were infrequent and mild in severity. Conclusions: A clinical trial compared the efficacy of memantine with that of valproate (first-line drug) as a prophylactic treatment. A significant reduction in attacks was noted in both drugs. Memantine could be a new preventive treatment option for migraine.

The Act on the organization of agrarian system of 11 April 2003 introduced a special scheme for the purchase of agricultural land. The legislator’s initiative was designed to ensure that agricultural land would be extensively used for agriculture. The law has been amended several times since its entry into force. The most important changes were made in 2016, when the obligation of 10-year management and the prohibition on the sale and acquisition of agricultural property were introduced. Another amendment of 2019 shortened the above period to five years. The aim of this Act, containing some controversial provisions, is to lay down the basis of the agrarian system in Poland. In practice, it sets out a number of stringent requirements that the purchaser of agricultural property must comply with. As a result, trade in agricultural land is severely restricted.

Since its introduction in Poland in 1923, land consolidation has continuously been an instrument for improving the farmland planning, thus creating the best possible production conditions in agricultural areas. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the current regulations on land consolidation, in particular to answer the question whether and to what extent this solution serves the efficiency of land management in rural areas, and to what extent it fulfils the objectives set by the legislator in relation to: land management in rural areas, taking into account their production capacity for agriculture and other use; improvement of spatial organization; enabling sustainable development of rural areas and protection of natural resources. The study refers to the guides of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for national legislators designing legal solutions for land consolidation. In conclusion, the author calls for the work to be initiated on a new model of land consolidation or, more broadly, a regulation relating to the management of rural areas

The paper is devoted to the analysis of a phrase describing a ‘professional criminal’ in Article 65 § 1 of the Polish Criminal Code (CC). The meaning of the amendment of 2004, which changed the description of the professional criminal, is discussed in detail. While earlier such a criminal was defined as a person who ‘has made the commission of offences his or her regular source of income’, since 2004 it is sufficient if the regular income comes from the ‘commission of an offence’. It is argued that this change means that also cases in which the offender commits only one offence that can be the source of long-lasting income should be treated as offences committed by the professional criminal under Article 65 § 1 CC. Yet, there are no sound criminal policy reasons supporting such a broad application of the provision. Furthermore, the case law examined in the paper demonstrates that in practice the courts assume that a regular criminal activity is the prerequisite for applying Article 65 § 1 CC. Therefore, the following amendment to the discussed provision is suggested: either to restore the previous description of the professional criminal as a person whose income comes from the commission of offences (and not just one offence) or to indicate criminal activities as the source of such income.

This paper addresses the problem of organized crime using the example of the Sicilian Mafia. The main purpose of the argument is to present the Mafia’s activity as a pathology of the system, which has a negative effect on both the economy and the legal situation of southern Italy. The study is largely concerned with national and EU regulations related to organized crime. Attention is also devoted to the United Nations Convention on the subject in question. In addition, the paper discusses the impact of the Mafia on economic processes and society. In particular, the Mafia’s activities in the security industry are examined. The overall aim is to present the Mafia as a system error and to explore extensively the topic of the Mafia in Italian Sicily from a legal and economic viewpoint, with an emphasis placed on organized crime as a global problem.

The paper discusses the problem of reopening of proceedings ended in a judgment of the Supreme Court on extraordinary appeal. It examines the admissibility of reopening of proceedings ended in a judgment on extraordinary appeal, court jurisdiction, court panel and cases in which the Supreme Court decides on the admissibility of the reopening. The study also focuses on the appealability of particular judgments on extraordinary appeal and possible decisions on the admissibility of reopening of proceedings using this procedure. The issues of the Supreme Court’s examination of the findings of fact and the power to file a petition for bringing extraordinary appeal proceedings are also addressed. It is concluded that the Supreme Court has jurisdiction to reopen proceedings ended in a judgment of the Supreme Court on extraordinary appeal in three cases: (i) when only the Supreme Court has applied a provision declared to be non-compliant with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland; (ii) when the proceedings have been invalid only before the Supreme Court; (iii) with respect to the restitutionary ground – when, adjudicating the extraordinary appeal, the Court has ruled on the merits of the case.

The paper concerns the issue of climate migrants, the causes of this phenomenon, and postulates in this respect. It should be indicated that currently there are no binding legislative acts that would regulate the legal status of a climate migrant. The definition of the term ‘refugee’ in the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees of 28 July 1951 covers only those who are forced to change their place of residence for fear of persecution. However, the term ‘environmental refugee’, or ‘climate refugee’, has been used in the literature and in international legal documents, e.g. in the report for the United Nations Development Programme of 1985. Due to climate change and other environmental factors, the problem of environmental migrants has become a reality. Small island states, such as Tuvalu, the Maldives, and Kiribati, are among the most vulnerable to climate change, including rising sea levels and risk of flooding. Therefore, appropriate legal measures should be taken to fill the legislative gap and to provide appropriate legal protection to persons who seek asylum in other states due to climate threats.

Technological development has never been so rapid as today. Due to the emerging technologies, their users gain considerable advantages in their everyday life. At the same time, such facilitation has an effect on our privacy and entails a risk of a wide range of information becoming easily available to unauthorised entities or persons. However, the risk is even greater when the scope of data required to get access to a particular solution becomes broader. In some cases, the amount of data requested from the user seems largely redundant. In this context, it is worth mentioning, for example, biometric data increasingly used for authentication of the user wishing to access applications by means of fingerprint scanning or facial recognition. The question is whether this is really necessary in all situations, or possibly in some circumstances the use of biometrics may pose a greater threat to privacy than to the information protected this way. The author presents the current restrictions on the use of biometric data, along with their assessment.

The paper presents factors influencing the choice of verbal aspects in Polish legal texts. Imperfective verbs in the present tense are usually used in the Polish legal norm. The first part of the text features a theoretical analysis against the linguistic and legal background. In the second part of the paper, the authors present the results of a survey conducted with the use of a fictional statute where respondents had to select an appropriate verbal aspect. Such a method makes it possible to assess the significance of different factors influencing the choice of the verbal aspect described in the first part of the text and other factors covered by the survey.

The author, starting with the presentation of the acts of the international law of the sea that are most relevant to the presented subject, describes the evolution of the definition of a landlocked state, and the genesis and development of the freedom of the high seas. The author, by means of the dogmatic and historical analysis of the normative acts, seeks an answer to the question: Can the occurrence of actual inequality lead to inequality or to apparent equality, manifested in normative acts? When examining the above issue in relation to the states’ experience, a thesis has been advanced about the seemingly editorial nature of the freedom of the high seas in the context of its exercise by landlocked states. This may suggest apparent inequality of states observable in the international law. The author argues that, despite some unfavourable codification changes, the landlocked states gain a number of rights that significantly reduce the discriminatory nature of the remaining provisions, and international experience shows that the position of the landlocked states in international relations is strong.

The paper presents a normative analysis of Polish legislation, along with recommendations for necessary changes that would provide legal instruments to counteract artificial light pollution. The aim is to indicate the regulations essential for limiting the harmful emission of artificial light in key aspects that result from the environmental protection law in connection with provisions on technical standards and requirements. Counteracting light pollution requires not only defining emission standards, but also rational planning that takes into account land use or the function a given area serves. In addition, it is essential that appropriate technical standards be established for the design and installation of outdoor lighting.

Hence, Deep Learning is used for detection of plant diseases. For this approach, Convolution neural networks will be used for classification based on learning with some training samples of Plant leaves like wheat. The algorithm and method that are used here is convolution neural network (CNN) by using EfficientnetB3 architecture using the Python programming. Overall, the approach of training deep learning models on increasingly large and publicly available image datasets presents a clear path towards crop disease diagnosis on a massive global scale. Finally, the simulated result shows the disease of the plant and how much area it is affected.

Aim: This study aimed to assess the effect of blended learning with an e-learning material on the Medication Dosage Calculation (MDC) test performance of undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A quasi-experimental study was conducted with 95 nursing students enrolled in a public university in Turkey. Students were split into the two groups: intervention group with access to the e-learning material and control group using only the traditional face-to-face learning method. Each group sat the same MDC test and the effects of each learning method on their MDC test performance were analyzed. Results: Although both groups improved their MDC skills after the course, the students accessing the e-learning material had significantly greater enhancement in MDC test performance than those receiving only the traditional course. The current global population is expected to reach 9.7 billion by 2050, which will put immense pressure on the food production system to meet the growing demand. However, the traditional farming system alone is not sufficient to meet this demand due to various limitations such as limited land availability, environmental factors, and inefficient use of resources. As a result, there is a real need for adapting new farming systems that can help stimulate plant growth faster and more efficiently. One such technique is Hydroponics, which is a soil-less method of growing plants using mineral nutrient solutions in a water solvent. Hydroponics has been proven to be more efficient than traditional farming systems, as it allows for higher crop yields in less time and with fewer resources. Therefore, creating awareness about this new farming technique and providing farmers with the necessary resources and support to implement it on their farms can help address the food production challenges. In addition to the farming technique, farmers are also facing issues related to intermediaries, who take a cut of their profits, resulting in losses for the farmers. To address this problem, a platform is being created to enable direct interaction between farmers and buyers By implementing this solution, farmers can increase their income, improve their standard of living, and contribute to the development of a sustainable and efficient food production system.

Readiness of nurses to respond to disasters has become paramount with the advent and sequelae of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Future of Nursing 2020-2030 report calls for nurses to be knowledgeable in preparing and responding to disaster management. In New Mexico, five associate degree nursing programs and three university nursing programs collaborated to develop a novel project in teaching disaster preparedness using COVID-19 as the disaster. Tabletop methodology via Zoom was used to simulate incident command centers in Zoom breakout rooms. Students were assigned roles to carry out during the four-hour event using resources from FEMA's Emergency Management Institute. Student and faculty post-surveys were completed with themes identified. Students appreciated collaborating with students from different schools, but also identified challenges with the event posed by remote learning. Students reported their "biggest takeaways" and identified action steps for improving future events; particularly, requesting more information to better understand their roles.

Small-group work is a teaching method which promotes students' collaborative attributes. Completing small-group work online can be challenging to students. This study aimed to understand students' learning through online small-group work. Narrative responses to five open-ended questions were collected from students after they accomplished an online small-group work. These narratives were content analyzed by two independent researchers. Thus, it is important to deal with a large amount of data. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the key factors in this regard. AI has several sections and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is one of them. It is suggested to implement the ANN-based models while working with big data. The existing protection models are facing difficulties while trying to deal with big data. Thus ANN-based approaches have come into the front line in advanced power system networks. The performance of the ANN model is depending on the training of the data set. Hence in this work, we are focusing on preparing the data to provide input in the ANN model. The principal component analysis (PCA) method is applied here for reduced the dimension of a large number of data sets. The new data set is used to run the k-means clustering algorithm. It is shown that the clustering is more accurate with the processed data set by PCA. Therefore, the prepared data set is used to run the ANN model that has a smaller size with higher information and minimum computational time. This study shows the data preparation part to train the ANN model.

Computer usage is increasing rapidly day by day but the input devices are limited and to access them, we need to be near the screen. To overcome this problem and control the screen, we can use hand gestures. For every operation, we used different hand gestures. We proposed a python program to control the media player through hand gestures. In this method, we used libraries like OpenCV, Media Pipe, PyAuto GUI, and other libraries to capture the video, provide ready-to-use ML solutions and automate your GUI and programmatically control your keyboard and mouse. Hand gestures will be used as the input for providing natural interaction by reducing external hardware interaction. The whole process is divided into two steps. Firstly, gesture recognition through the camera is done by OpenCV and media Pipe helps to identify the gesture b its position, and the respective command is executed. Secondly, PyAuto GUI is used to automate the keyboard and controls the media player.

The process of creating an image's emulsion is selecting the crucial details from numerous images and combining them into smaller images, often one bone. In the areas of satellite imaging, remote seeing, target shadowing, medical imaging, and many other areas, image emulsion is quite useful. This design tries to illustrate how Empirical Wavelet transfigures work when used with the Simple Average Emulsion Rule to emulsify multi-focus images. The suggested approach has been tested using common datasets for merging images with various focal points. Empirical Wavelet Transform is primarily a method that uses an adaptive approach to produce a Multi-Resolution Analysis of the signal. The effectiveness of the suggested approach is calculated in a variety of ways. Visual perception and the evaluation of common quality metrics, such as Root Mean Squared Error, Entropy, and Peak Signal to Noise ratio, are used to compare the performance of the proposed system. The proposed fashion based on the Empirical Wavelet Transform (EWT) outperforms the existing methods, according to the study of the experimental results. According to the suggested criteria, the fused image's entropy should be higher than the component images' because the emulsion's efficiency decreases as entropy increases. This technique takes MRI and CT scans into account.
