Background Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is a lung disease caused by aspergillus sensitization, which is often misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis due to low prevalence, few case reports, and controversial diagnostic criteria, leading to inappropriate treatment and exacerbation of the disease. Previous studies have shown that ABPA is one of the etiologies of bronchiectasis, but its prevalence and clinical characteristics still remain to be studied. Objective To analyze the prevalence and clinical characteristics of ABPA in patients with bronchiectasis. Methods Outpatients or inpatients diagnosed with bronchiectasis and received examinations for peripheral blood eosinophilcount, serum total IgE and aspergillus-specific IgE at Peking University Third Hospital from January 2012 to September 2021 were retrospectively selected. The data including gender, age, smoking history, asthma/wheezing symptoma, laboratory indicators (peripheral blood eosinophil count, serum total IgE, aspergillus-specific IgE and IgG), chest CT (types of bronchiectasis, number oflobes involved), and pulmonary function indexes〔the first forced expiratory volume as a percentage of the predicted value (FEV1%pred), ratio of the first forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in percentage (FEV1/FVC) 〕was collected. The Smith score and the Bhalla score was used to evaluate the extent and the severity of bronchiectasis lesions, respectively. The included patients were divided into the ABPA group (n=10) and non-ABPA group (n=149) according to the combination of ABPA and analyzed for the cases with total serum IgE>60 U/mL, total serum IgE>500 U/mL, total serum IgE>1 000 U/mL, aspergillus-specific IgE>0.35 U/mL, and peripheral blood eosinophil count >0.5×109/L. Results In 159 patients with bronchiectasis, 10 cases met the diagnostic criteria of ABPA (6.29%, 10/159) with elevated aspergillus-specific IgE level (>0.35 U/mL), including 9 cases with aspergillus-specific IgE>1 000 U/mL and 1 case with aspergillus-specific IgE0.5×109/L, radiological bronchiectasis, positive serum aspergillus-specific IgG), of whom 7 cases had episodic wheezingsymptom and 9 cases with absolute peripheral blood eosinophil count>0.5×109/L. Aspergillus-specific IgG was detected in 5 of the 10 cases with ABPA, 4 of whom were positive. Chest CT findings showed central bronchiectasis and peripheral bronchiectasis in 6 and 4 of the 10 cases with ABPA, and cystic bronchiectasis were shown in all 10 cases. Although many new methods have emerged in text‐driven images, the large computational power required for model training causes these methods to have a slow training process. Additionally, these methods consume a considerable amount of video random access memory (VRAM) resources during training. When generating high‐resolution images, the VRAM resources are often insufficient, which results in the inability to generate high‐resolution images. Nevertheless, recent Vision Transformers (ViTs) advancements have demonstrated their image classification and recognition capabilities. Unlike the traditional Convolutional Neural Networks based methods, ViTs have a Transformer‐based architecture, leverage attention mechanisms to capture comprehensive global information, moreover enabling enhanced global understanding of images through inherent long‐range dependencies, thus extracting more robust features and achieving comparable results with reduced computational load. The adaptability of ViTs to text‐driven image manipulation was investigated. Specifically, existing image generation methods were refined and the FastFaceCLIP method was proposed by combining the image‐text semantic alignment function of the pre‐trained CLIP model with the high‐resolution image generation function of the proposed FastFace. Additionally, the Multi‐Axis Nested Transformer module was incorporated for advanced feature extraction from the latent space, generating higher‐resolution images that are further enhanced using the Real‐ESRGAN algorithm. Eventually, extensive face manipulation‐related tests on the CelebA‐HQ dataset challenge the proposed method and other related schemes, demonstrating that FastFaceCLIP effectively generates semantically accurate, visually realistic, and clear images using fewer parameters and less time. The field of infrastructure security has garnered significant research attention. By integrating complex network theory with game theory, researchers have proposed many methods for studying the interactions between the attacker and the defender from a macroscopic viewpoint. We constructed a game model of infrastructure networks to analyze attacker-defender confrontations. To address the challenge of finding the Nash equilibrium, we developed a novel algorithm—node-incremental greedy algorithm (NIGA)—which uses less strategy space to solve the problem. The experiments performed further showed that NIGA has better optimization ability than other traditional algorithms. The optimal defense strategies under different conditions of initial strategy ratios and attacker-defender resources were analyzed in this study. Recently, research interest in the field of infrastructure attack and defense scenarios has increased. Numerous methods have been proposed for studying strategy interactions that combine complex network theory and game theory. However, the unavoidable effect of constrained strategies in complex situations has not been considered in previous studies. This study introduces a novel approach to analyzing these interactions by including the effects of constrained strategies, a factor often neglected in traditional analyses. First, we introduce the rule of constraints on strategies, which depends on the average distance between selected nodes. As the average distance increases, the probability of choosing the corresponding strategy decreases. Second, we establish an attacker–defender game model with constrained strategies based on the above rule and using information theory to evaluate the uncertainty of these strategies. Finally, we present a method for solving this problem and conduct experiments based on a target network. The results highlight the unique characteristics of the Nash equilibrium when setting constraints, as these constraints influence decision makers' Nash equilibria. When considering the constrained strategies, both the attacker and the defender tend to select strategies with lower average distances. The effect of the constraints on their strategies becomes less apparent as the number of attackable or defendable nodes increases. This research advances the field by introducing a novel framework for examining strategic interactions in infrastructure defense and attack scenarios.
