The Nanyuan Formation contains information related to the Mesozoic tectonic transformation. In this study, three representative profiles were surveyed from the Nanyuan Formation, and multiple analyses were conducted. Zircon U‐Pb dating yielded their ages as approximately 158–146 Ma. The volcanic rocks are enriched in Rb, Th, U, K, and Pb and depleted in Nb, Ta, P, and Ti, implying their affinity for I‐type granites. The εNd(t) values (–8.3 to −6.0), (87Sr/86Sr)i values (0.7077–0.7094) of the volcanic rock, and εHf(t) values (–8.71 to 0.12) of the Mesozoic zircons suggest that the Nanyuan Formation magma originated in the lower crust with the involvement of depleted mantle materials. The parent rocks of the rhyolitic and dacitic volcanic rocks formed by partial melting of basement rocks in South China and the andesitic volcanic rocks were derived from partial melting of the metasomatites generated by slab‐mantle interaction. The fractional crystallization also played an important role in later stage. Discrimination diagrams of the volcanic rocks indicated that they formed in a volcanic arc environment. Combined with previous data, the Nanyuan Formation recorded subduction of the Paleo‐Pacific Plate before regional tectonic transformation. In Internet applications, the description for the same point of interest (POI) entity for different location-based services (LBSs) is not completely identical. The POI entity information in a single LBS data source contains incomplete data and exhibits insufficient objectivity. Aligning and consolidating POI entities from various LBSs can provide users with more comprehensive, objective, and authoritative POI information. We herein propose a multi-attribute measurement-based entity alignment method for Internet LBSs to achieve POI entity alignment and data consolidation. This method is based on multi-attribute information (geographical information, text coincidence information, semantic information) of POI entities and is combined with different measurement methods to calculate the similarity of candidate entity pairs. Considering the demand for computational efficiency, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to train the model and optimize the weights of multi-attribute measurements. A consolidation strategy is designed for the LBS text data and user rating data from different sources to obtain more comprehensive and objective information. The experimental results show that, compared with other baseline models, the POI alignment method based on multi-attribute measurement performed the best. Osteoarthritis (OA), a degenerative disorder, is considered to be one of the most common forms of arthritis. Limonin (Lim) is extracted from lemons and other citrus fruits. Limonin has been reported to have anti-inflammatory effects, while inflammation is a major cause of OA; thus, we propose that limonin may have a therapeutic effect on OA. In this study, the therapeutic effect of limonin on OA was assessed in chondrocytes in vitro in IL-1 β induced OA and in the destabilization of the medial meniscus (DMM) mice in vivo . The Nrf2/HO-1/NF- κ B signaling pathway was evaluated to illustrate the working mechanism of limonin on OA in chondrocytes. In this study, it was found that limonin can reduce the level of IL-1 β induced proinflammatory cytokines such as INOS, COX-2, PGE2, NO, TNF- α , and IL-6. Limonin can also diminish the biosynthesis of IL-1 β -stimulated chondrogenic catabolic enzymes such as MMP13 and ADAMTS5 in chondrocytes. The research on the mechanism study demonstrated that limonin exerts its protective effect on OA through the Nrf2/HO-1/NF- κ B signaling pathway.
