In addition, there are foldered miscellaneous items that had been found inserted into the ledger (1882-1912), and genealogy information regarding the Blystone, Jolliffe, Frazee, and Lint families (undated).

The membership lists and minutes to business meetings of the New England Baptist Church of Washington, Wood County. The church was organized by members of the locality who belonged to the Bethel Baptist Church of Parkersburg and was named after its first meeting place, the New England schoolhouse. The church minutes contain mention of revival services, the ordaining and placement of clergy and the appointment of church lay leaders, such as deacons and moderators. The membership lists consist of information on the status of members especially noting those who are deceased, dismissed, or transferred to other churches. There is also a church covenant and rules of order.

Record book from the Victory Baptist Church in Salem, West Virginia, from 1849 to 1873 briefly document's early church history. Book contains names of church members and brief meeting minutes. Minutes note any church appointments and the need for soliciting subscriptions to support the pastor. This record book is available only on microfilm, and it is illegible is many places.

The records of a German Reformed Church consisting of a constitution, minutes, treasury records and a list of baptisms, marriages, confirmations, and membership. Original founders of the church were pioneer German emigrants subsequently all records up to 1808 are completely in German.

Three minute books of the Flat Fork Baptist Church. Volume I: January 19, 1850 to April 11, 1869, begins with the organizing of the church, and contains minutes for monthly church meetings. The minutes include general business transactions, acceptance and exclusion of members, appointments of clergy, obituaries, and other similar actions. At the back of the volume are lists of members, lists of pastors, and the original deed for the church property. The lists of members include changes in names of female members due to marriage, reasons for members leaving the church, and death rates of members who remained with the church until their deaths. Volume II covers the period of May 8, 1869 to May 12, 1895 and Volume III runs from July 13, 1895 to August 1, 1948. Both of these volumes contain the same sort of material as the first: membership lists, obituaries, and minutes of meetings.
