Impact of Multiple Entry & Exit System on Future Engineering Education in India -- Theoretical Perspectives Being aware that the Indian education system is undergoing a comprehensive transformation because of the implementation of the third major National Education policy-2020, a third major educational policy. Higher education, in particular, engineering education is not an exception to this. As a major policy envisage, the Multiple Entry & Exit (MEE) system is being implemented in higher education expected to have a significant impact on engineering education in India. The MEE gives emphasis on authorizing 'academic flexibility' to the student in the choice of subjects for the programs that lead to an award of a certificate, diploma & degree, and 'academic pathways' that allow the student to exit and rejoin the program at later stages without losing credits gained for the courses already completed. The policy envisions expected to transform the future higher education system, including engineering education, especially permitting the student to exit the program at the end of the first, second, or subsequent year of the program of the study, and rejoin at later stages either within the same engineering institution or other engineering institutions allowing seamless student mobility between or within the engineering institutions. Through a system of credit recognition by the statutory bodies, credits accumulation through an academic bank of credits (ABC), transfer of credits across the engineering institutions, and redemption of the credits to recommend an award of certificates, diplomas, degrees, 'MEE' system will be a game-changer in engineering education. Global perceptions of renewable energy changed because of its promising energy security and capability to mitigate climate change. Renewable energy is still the least-cost option in the energy sector because of the price intensiveness of non-renewable energy. The renewable energy sector gained its primacy in the recent decade because of low-carbon emissions compared to carbon-intensive fossil fuel-based installations. With an authentic advantage of the reduction of dependence on fossil fuels leading to economic development, many developed and developing countries are involved in new investments, installations and capacity additions in renewable energy in the recent decade. Developed and developing countries significantly persisted in scaling up renewable energy investments by shifting from conventional fossil fuel investments in the recent decade. The renewable energy sector progressively dominating the global market for the addition of capacities for power generation in the recent past. Renewable energy investments and installations are witnessing an additional capacity generation of power despite falling subsidies and slowing global GDP growth. Renewable energy policies and investments play a vital role in energy transition for every country. Policies, Plans and priorities of every country need to be aligned to the regional and global climate mitigation targets and hence there is a need for having a global trend tracing. Removing duplicate records in the relations of a database is an essential operation and it is a crucial and a critical step in the data integration. If the record duplication problem is unmanaged or miss managed it leads to poor quality, consistency, integrity of data. The present paper reviewed the problem contexts of data duplication and the techniques available for the management of the problem. This work also proposed some improved techniques to deal with data duplication problem. A set of data fusion techniques are proposed.
